Gregory Campbell (00:00) hey, Rae. Congratulations.

Rae Tompkins (00:03) thank you.

Rae Tompkins (00:08) Oh, I always forget about this… call being so much later in the afternoon.

Gregory Campbell (00:16) Yeah. Thankfully, we at least moved it. I know it was really late.

Rae Tompkins (00:19) Oh, yeah. It was.

Gregory Campbell (00:23) Yeah, we can give everybody a couple minutes.

Connor Morley (01:11) Hey, everyone. How’s it going?

Connor Morley (01:22) Hey, Allie. Hey, Austin.

Amozena (01:25) Hey, Kerry’s, going to be just a few minutes.

Connor Morley (01:27) Late?

Amozena (01:29) Okay.

Connor Morley (01:29) Sounds good. We can do, you want us to wait?

Amozena (01:37) Yeah, I probably would.

Connor Morley (01:40) Okay. No problem.

Connor Morley (01:48) Alright.

Connor Morley (01:53) I did just want to look through the application… today because it looks like at this point, we are ready… to… start doing and going through our credentialing for ncqa and at this point, we are just waiting on those delegated rosters to be added to the contract for payers.

Connor Morley (02:29) Exciting. We’re getting there. Yeah, really good job. I was also looking at the group profiles and the practice locations. It looks like you guys filled out everything on there. There is one that’s inactive, which is the lake oswego one. And then the provider profiles, they look, they really look like they’re coming along at, say it looks like you guys have the vast majority of them completely filled out as well. About 106 providers with a full completed profile out of about 187. Okay?

Connor Morley (03:23) And in… addition to that, I know for the rosters themselves, Greg… I think you have the examples of all the roster templates. We have the payer names and the quantity of the rosters, right?

Gregory Campbell (03:44) Correct. We’ve received them, but we don’t have the official final count of the amount of rosters that were purchased, okay?

Kari Simonsen (03:56) Is there anything you guys need from my end at this point for the rosters?

Connor Morley (04:04) At.

Gregory Campbell (04:05) this point, Carrie, I’d say no, I spoke with Jack about this just in terms of what we need. And it’s really mostly the samples which we do have already. And then once we have everything within the contract, we’ll have some more information.

Kari Simonsen (04:26) Okay, great.

Connor Morley (04:29) And then Greg, just once we’ve built out the samples on our side, we would show them to you all before actually submitting them or setting them out and finalizing that so you can give us some feedback on if there’s anything that needs to change or we can get approval to start sending those out.

Kari Simonsen (04:53) Sounds good. Yep.

Connor Morley (04:58) In terms of the credentialing… workflow that’s been set up, so you do have the ability to send the readied… packets to either carrier alley for clean sign off or to send it to the medexec board for their review.

Kari Simonsen (05:22) Yep. And I’ve already done some clean file approval. So it seems to be working pretty well.

Connor Morley (05:25) Perfect.

Kari Simonsen (05:28) All.

Connor Morley (05:28) right then I.

Kari Simonsen (05:29) did have a question though on the… applications. If there’s an instance where we need further explanation from a provider, like let’s say they answered yes to one of the attestation questions, but didn’t really supply much information in their explanation. Is there a way to send it back to you guys to collect more information from the provider?

Connor Morley (05:58) Yeah, Ray, correct me if I’m wrong, but if we have like a readied file, we would not send that into the committee, and then we would be able to kind of put in a task or something to the provider to have them fill out more information.

Rae Tompkins (06:18) And just to kind of follow up on that, we do request an explanation from the provider, if they answered yes to a question and there wasn’t an explanation provided. But once a file has been moved from request to ready, there’s no way for it to be moved back to our team for processing, but we can certainly archive the file and reprocess it so that we’re obtaining more information, but we wouldn’t necessarily rework it once it’s been pushed forward.

Kari Simonsen (06:44) Okay.

Kari Simonsen (06:48) Got it. Yeah, because there are cases sometimes where our committee will have more questions surrounding… like claims or any of those answers. So, yeah, absolutely.

Rae Tompkins (07:01) We’ll make sure to obtain the explanation. But anything more than what we’ve already provided would be more of a client responsibility. Got it.

Connor Morley (07:11) Okay. And Carrie to add to that right now, once a file does go to committee, there are currently only two options either approve and deny. I know we’re working on including a third option which would be defer to essentially gather some more information.

Kari Simonsen (07:30) Okay. Great.

Kari Simonsen (07:39) All right. And then I did have another question too on your ncqa certification. Do you guys have like a copy of your certification that you can send to me that I could share with like our delegated payers. I do.

Connor Morley (07:58) Yes, I do have that and I can send that to you. Do you need it’s a, I have a, our certification is in a zip file that I can send?

Kari Simonsen (08:09) Yeah, that’d be great. Yep. Thank you.

Connor Morley (08:14) Are there any other like audit information that you’re looking for in terms of like, are you looking for kind of like policies or training that our team undergoes as well? Sometimes I’ve had that asked for audits as well. Yeah.

Kari Simonsen (08:33) I haven’t gotten a full breakdown of like if we need to clarify exactly what work you guys are doing on behalf, but just the certification for now would be sufficient, okay?

Connor Morley (08:49) Great. I can send that out to you right now perfect.

Connor Morley (08:58) All right. Did you have any other questions for us?

Kari Simonsen (09:03) That’s all that I have for now. Anybody else have any questions?

Amozena (09:14) I don’t have any things.

Kari Simonsen (09:18) Okay. Nothing for now, great.

Connor Morley (09:21) All right. Thanks, everybody. Thank.

Kari Simonsen (09:24) You all right. You guys take care. Bye now bye.
