Naomi Denson (00:00) hello?

Naomi Denson (00:25) Hey.

HarrisonLamons (00:27) Good afternoon. How?

Naomi Denson (00:28) Are you happy Friday? Yep? Same looks like it’s just you and Abby right now.

HarrisonLamons (00:37) Sharonda’s off today, so we won’t have her.

Naomi Denson (00:40) Okay. I.

AbbyMeagher (00:45) think Lisa and Angela should be on shortly, okay?

Naomi Denson (00:49) Angela was here and then when I went to go let you guys in, she disappeared. Oh, so I don’t know maybe she’ll rejoin. I’ll keep an eye on it.

AngelaMendenhall (01:00) But, all right.

Naomi Denson (01:02) So, I know Sharonda’s out, but we were anticipating a import template for the DC practice from her. Do you guys have any knowledge, if that’s done? She said no.

HarrisonLamons (01:16) Abby, any ideas?

AbbyMeagher (01:18) I have not heard anything about that. So, no.

Naomi Denson (01:21) Okay. Yeah. She said it was delivered to her on Monday, so she would have it to me by, I think she said by today because it’s supposed to be last Friday.

Naomi Denson (01:31) So we’ll… wait for her to come back and provide insight on that. There’s Angela… still working through the providers that we’ve invited. So far. There’s currently 135 active providers that have been invited. 96 of them have accepted and 62 percent of or 62 of those providers have 100 percent complete profiles. I know we had said last week that the Nevada providers were upcoming. Those were the remainder of the existing providers to be invited outside of new hires. So, just waiting on eta on when those invites are needed. I don’t know if Haley’s going to dictate that or faranda?

HarrisonLamons (02:21) That should be Haley at this point. Is Haley on today? Not yet? I?

Naomi Denson (02:25) Don’t see her yet. I?

AbbyMeagher (02:27) Think Haley might be out today. Let me look at the email that she had sent this morning. Okay?

Naomi Denson (02:39) That’s fine. Just she knows what we need to send that out so we can follow up and just make sure that she lets… us know when that’s ready to go out and when you guys are anticipating that. So KP can get those triggered. Okay? And then the payr process scoping sheet, I know.

Naomi Denson (03:08) Sharonda had said that all of the payers that had any kind of nuanced process were on there or contact… was, were already on that sheet. There’s only four payers listed here. I only received the process forms for advocate physician partners. That’s the only one in Illinois that currently has requests in. I think the other payers are for other states. Let me see. And then I see blue cross blue shield of Alabama. So, we had some additional requests made since the last time we met. So there’s 78 in total. There are 61 of those requests. Let me share my screen. There are 61 of those requests that are in, needs client attention. When I checked this earlier, there were 53 tasks outstanding that need to be responded to.

Naomi Denson (04:10) So, these look like they are either provider tasks or admin tasks needing the like the Coi or there were requests made for providers that haven’t signed their agreements yet. Okay, Angela, who?

HarrisonLamons (04:27) Are these?

AbbyMeagher (04:31) What was that? Harrison? I?

HarrisonLamons (04:32) Was I saw Angela joined? I was asking who’s working these and staying on top of these tasks. So.

AbbyMeagher (04:40) I will say that I have like 22 tasks in my bucket and they’re all because I added some Alabama providers to insurance and it’s saying that they need a Coi because the ones that they currently have don’t correlate with the, what they already have.

AngelaMendenhall (05:11) Okay. So, Abby, I can help you work on these tasks and try to get these closed. If there’s something that I can grab from the providers or I can reach out to Justin to try to get the Coi for children’s, urgent or urgent care for children that may close some of these that are open for those providers, because they do look like those are Alabama providers.

Naomi Denson (05:36) Yeah, these are Alabama providers. I see the provider’s name on here. Let’s see.

Naomi Denson (05:56) This looks like it.

Naomi Denson (06:01) It’s the provider. It looks like there is a Coi… in here for this provider. Is it children’s urgent care? I think.

AbbyMeagher (06:11) When I enrolled them into the insurances. It is saying like they’re with, I don’t know if it’s because it’s saying they’re with zarminali, and the Coi says, yeah, Coi says something else. I’m not sure.

Naomi Denson (06:26) Yeah. So the Coi that’s in here is for children’s… urgent care, and the request is under zp central. So they’re looking for the Coi to match the group’s name for coverage? And?

HarrisonLamons (06:41) That’s I know Shonda is looking at that with.

Naomi Denson (06:43) The Google team. Okay? I don’t know if you have any questions about any of the tasks, if you’ve looked at any of them or maybe don’t understand the, what they’re asking for that you want to look at specifically, or if you guys just want to take the time to work through them together and then reach out to me with any questions?

AngelaMendenhall (07:04) Yeah, I think we can, Abby and I can look through them together and then if we have any further questions, we can just let you know. But yeah, the zarminali cli, I don’t think has those providers listed on there yet. So like Harrison said, I think Sharonda is probably working on that, okay?

Naomi Denson (07:25) Sounds good to me. And then, I know we’re still talking about like the hospital applications and ongoing monitoring. The npdb was on hold waiting for the peer review policy, so that’s kind of on hold indefinitely for the ongoing monitoring piece, but not indefinitely. But until you guys are able to get that approved for the npdb verifications, these are the notes that I had from another call around the hospital applications and the need for that. Do you guys have any updates on the anticipated needs for the privileging applications for your partner hospitals or the data that we would need for that, the entities, existing appointments, et cetera.

AngelaMendenhall (08:11) I think for the ones that are affiliated with the hospitals, I believe Lisa is working on those. I know one of her markets is doing something with a system change, okay?

Naomi Denson (08:26) So.

AngelaMendenhall (08:27) There’s a little bit of a delay there. Forgive me. I don’t remember which market it is for, but I think her advocate… which I believe is for Illinois is fine. I mean, I know that she may be still working on some to get completed by the providers. But other than that, I mean, that one is working fine, but I just know that there’s one. I think it’s wellstar… that is doing a system change. So she’s having a little bit of issues there. And there’s some delay on getting those providers credentialed. Well?

Naomi Denson (09:04) The hospital applications is for requests for privileges, not for enrollments. Well?

AngelaMendenhall (09:11) I know one of those applications or one of those wellstar, I don’t know if wellstar does it as well, but I know advocate does the hospital for her as well or for the providers as well as the payers? Yeah.

HarrisonLamons (09:22) I think we need to wait for Sharonda on this one because she can talk you through the process for each one of them. Like I know for advocate to be credentialed in advocate’s like physician group, they actually have to go through like hospital credentialing and privileging first. Oh, okay. Hospitals before they can go through the credentialing committee at the advocate like physician group, it’s a whole process that takes forever, but, okay, we need to map out that process with you guys for these different ones because for Georgia, Illinois or maybe another market or two?

Naomi Denson (10:02) You said Michigan?

HarrisonLamons (10:07) Yeah, I’m not positive on Michigan that?

Naomi Denson (10:10) Was one, I have it on my notes here that they had said in a previous call that I’m just kind of keeping here for tac?

HarrisonLamons (10:17) Yeah. So, I think it makes sense to talk about that one specifically with Sharonda. We map out the process for each one of those states because they are a little bit different.

Naomi Denson (10:28) Okay. All right. Sounds good. And then the only other thing that I had, do you guys have access to calendars to be able to go ahead and get our payr platform training on the books for a time? That would be good for everybody? I have some options here.

AngelaMendenhall (10:49) Not that I’m aware of. Do I have access? So I don’t know if I need to be.

HarrisonLamons (10:55) Given that.

AngelaMendenhall (10:56) Access?

Naomi Denson (10:57) I meant to your internal team’s calendars, like, can you see everyone’s calendars to find a time that would fit that would work for everyone?

HarrisonLamons (11:05) Yeah. Who’s the audience from our enrollment people?

Naomi Denson (11:08) Yeah, enrollment people.

HarrisonLamons (11:11) Yeah. So, let me pull that up here.

Naomi Denson (11:18) Yeah, usually just the key enrollment… managers or whoever we try to keep the groups on the smaller side and not a huge large group of people on the trainings to kind of make sure we get through all of it? And then you guys can relay the recordings and offer training to individual team members as needed. Leisa just joined?

Leisa Sommer (11:43) Sorry about that guys.

Naomi Denson (11:45) It’s okay. Leisa… wasn’t there a question that we had for Leisa. I think somebody said that Leisa was doing something?

HarrisonLamons (11:56) How long of a time do you need for the training?

Naomi Denson (11:59) An hour? Okay?

HarrisonLamons (12:03) And the topic is enrollment and caqh. Okay. So, are those the times that you’ve proposed there?

Naomi Denson (12:17) Yeah, these are the ones, this is my availability. Okay? That’s Central Time.

HarrisonLamons (12:22) And that’s all central. Can we do?

HarrisonLamons (12:32) Sorry, I’m trying to convert time zones in my head right now.

Naomi Denson (12:36) I hate time zones.

HarrisonLamons (12:51) Okay. Friday is really open for our team, but Sharonda is full at like, the 10 a M central. She’s got 11… 12 two three. I just know three is late because it’s like four o’clock eastern on a Friday, but, and it’s good Friday too.

Naomi Denson (13:13) Oh, it is good Friday. What?

HarrisonLamons (13:16) About at Thursday? Nothing on Thursday? Let me see. Wednesday. Oh, okay. Wednesday. So, Wednesday you have, yeah.

Naomi Denson (13:26) I’m pretty open on Wednesday two.

HarrisonLamons (13:28) P. M Wednesday or? Yeah, two P. M central, Wednesday two.

Naomi Denson (13:31) P. M central, Wednesday? Yes.

HarrisonLamons (13:34) And you can add me, Sharonda. Angela, Lisa, Abby, I know Lisa, you’re out of the office, but we’ll record it for you.

Leisa Sommer (13:42) Okay. Thanks.

Naomi Denson (13:52) So, that was Harrison… Sharonda.

Naomi Denson (14:01) Abby, Lisa… or who is going to be out, Lisa, or?

Leisa Sommer (14:07) Yeah, I’ll be out of the office at day, but, Angela.

Naomi Denson (14:12) And Angela?

Naomi Denson (14:18) All right, Harrison, Abby, Sharonda and… Angela… that’s it. Okay. All right. Invitation coming your way. All right. Any questions for me today, guys? Any updates, questions, concerns, comments before we head out to the weekend? Not for me. Okay?

Leisa Sommer (14:46) I had one question. I just wanted to clarify that all license should be uploaded in existing license and certifications such as boards certification should be listed under the certification tab. Yes.

Naomi Denson (15:02) Okay. Thanks. That is correct. That was an easy question. I love it. All right. Well, I hope you guys have a great weekend. And if anything does come up or you have questions about any of the tasks that you guys review, please reach out to me. I’ll see how I can help. Thank you, Naomi. Thank you, everybody. Bye bye.

Leisa Sommer (15:23) Bye bye.
