Angela Collicott (00:00) hello?

Jacob Andreasson (00:00) Hey, Angela. This is Jacob over at medallion. How are you?

Angela Collicott (00:03) Good.

Jacob Andreasson (00:04) Awesome. I wouldn’t expect a name to bring a bell. I sent you a couple emails, but do you mind if I explain the call super briefly?

Angela Collicott (00:11) Sure.

Jacob Andreasson (00:12) Cool. I just noticed that north bend medical center is adding providers. We usually see a mix of some manual processes when it comes to credentialing and enrollment. We’re just curious if you looked at any technology to help either make that faster or cheaper?

Angela Collicott (00:26) we have not.

Jacob Andreasson (00:29) Gotcha. Is that something that you would be open to it for? We’re actually just working with some similar groups, which is what prompted me to reach out.

Angela Collicott (00:38) Well, I don’t do any of the credentialing, so I would need to actually talk to the person that does the credentialing and see if that’s something she would want to look further into.

Jacob Andreasson (00:47) Okay. Are you aware of any challenges right now that might be going on?

Angela Collicott (00:52) I mean, not any more than normal, I suppose, but no.

Jacob Andreasson (00:56) Yeah, it’s not a streamlined process for anybody. By any means. We’re just looking to take some of the burden out where we can.

Angela Collicott (01:04) Okay. Do you have a contact number I could give her?

Jacob Andreasson (01:08) Yeah, yeah. Absolutely. My number is five six, two, two, five, two, six, four, six six.

Angela Collicott (01:17) And what was your name again?

Jacob Andreasson (01:19) Jacob and the company I work for is medallion?

Angela Collicott (01:20) Okay. I will reach out to her and let her know and give her your contact information if she wants to pursue it a little further?

Jacob Andreasson (01:29) Great. I appreciate it. Angela. Have a great weekend.

Angela Collicott (01:31) You too. Thank you.
