Stephenie Tennant (00:00) hello? Hello?

Amy Barfield (00:02) How are you today?

Stephenie Tennant (00:03) How are you?

Amy Barfield (00:05) Good. How was your time off Ashley?

Ashley Eastman (00:12) Good. I don’t remember what I did.

Amy Barfield (00:17) It’s already past you?

Ashley Eastman (00:21) Yes. Well.

Amy Barfield (00:23) Hopefully you got some rest and relaxation at the very least. Yes, good.

Amy Barfield (00:33) Okay. What do you have for me today?

Ashley Eastman (00:39) I don’t have anything. Steph, I think you had one thing, maybe yep me too,

Stephenie Tennant (00:46) The tasks… I noticed that there’s been quite a few of tasks that providers need to… go in and sign documents, but the tasks are being tasked under payer enrollment instead of the provider. So, the providers aren’t seeing those tasks.

Amy Barfield (01:10) What do you mean? They’re tasked under payer enrollment but not the provider.

Stephenie Tennant (01:14) The task type.

Amy Barfield (01:17) Oh, okay. Is it for intake or is it for specific requests?

Stephenie Tennant (01:25) It’s for, they’re trying to, for example, we have a lot of tasks out there for medicare requesting the documents be signed.

Amy Barfield (01:37) Okay. Do you have an example? I just want to let’s see.

Stephenie Tennant (01:45) I can find one real quick. Yeah.

Amy Barfield (01:47) Let’s see, overview.

Amy Barfield (01:54) You.

Ashley Eastman (01:54) said it’s I wish we had that one stuff. Who was that provider that you were working with? That we… could, you could see the task and you even got on with them and they shared their screen.

Stephenie Tennant (02:07) Oh, I don’t know. I remember. Stephen, Steve Cole was one I was working on yesterday. He couldn’t see the task but I could see it and it was under… pair enrollment. So he ended up signing the documents and I closed the task.

Amy Barfield (02:27) So, you’re saying it’s being submitted to admin but not the provider, correct? Okay. That makes sense to me. Okay. So, there is a two part to it, so admin does have to sign for reassignment. And then the provider has to sign for their… to be added to the group. So there is a two part. So I wonder if.

Ashley Eastman (02:54) one was closed. We usually get a separate task for the admin role, admin because our CFO has to sign them.

Amy Barfield (03:01) Right. But there was you’re saying only one task was put into that. Okay. I’ll look into it. Signature is going to admin, not prepared to be… okay?

Ashley Eastman (03:26) I’ll look into it. I’m actually noticing though, who did I just click on? Kristen winters has one right now for medicare and I think it’s actually confusing and I’ve noticed this. The task like just says that the provider needs to sign the application. But then there’s like a note on a task that says E, signature request sent to G gentile, who’s our CFO. But then other times I’ll have a medicare task that is the provider needs to sign it. And then another task saying that an authorized user needs to sign it, who is Jenny. So sometimes there’s like two tasks for the medicare one, which I actually think makes more sense because it’s two different people signing it, right? And then sometimes it’s like this one where I don’t really know if the provider’s needing to sign it or if Jenny’s needing to sign it or if both people are needing to sign it.

Amy Barfield (04:24) Right, right.

Amy Barfield (04:30) Okay. I will flag that to the team. Yeah, there is a, what should happen is there should be a task for admin to sign for the ao, and then there should be a task to the provider to sign for theirs, like you were saying, Ashley. So it looks like there probably needs to be some instruction with this particular specialist that might be working these. So I’ll flag that to the medicare team and have them look at those for you. Okay.

Stephenie Tennant (05:02) I have another thing provider, Susan, the well care, new provider enrollment is on hold because they were waiting for medicare. So… she, is enrolled in with medicare and I tried to go into the well care new enrollment and click on, get support. But I’m receiving an error when I, it says an error occurred, please try again, could not open a support conversation.

Amy Barfield (05:44) And what was the provider’s name again?

Stephenie Tennant (05:46) Susan lauritano, L a URIT a N o. Okay. Let me look up her name real quick.

Stephenie Tennant (06:04) Or well care here’s, well, care… on hold or?

Amy Barfield (06:13) Main. Okay.

Amy Barfield (06:34) I’ll flag to the team. And then I’ll send a tech support ticket on your issue with. Are you finding that just with the one particular line? Or do you, have you had that happen several times since then to be?

Stephenie Tennant (06:48) Honest, I haven’t worked in here a lot in the last couple weeks. So, I think that was my first one I was trying to get support on. Okay?

Amy Barfield (06:57) If that ever happens again, like you can’t do it through this support chat, you can always copy the link and send it in an email to support at medallion co.

Amy Barfield (07:10) And it goes to the same place. It just, I don’t know that it gives you a ticket. It assigns a ticket number on our side and you should they’ll reply to your email that way as well. And then you’ll see that ticket number when they reply. Okay. Okay. Anything else?

Stephenie Tennant (07:33) All I have?

Ashley Eastman (07:34) Do you have a status on the power analysis? I’ve noticed that the notice they’re the tasks have slowed down a little bit. Okay? So I was wondering if they’re almost done with it.

Amy Barfield (07:47) I will see where we’re at in that. Okay. And then… also the new location demo… updates. Were they are working on bulk uploading those. Okay? I’ll just give a status on that too.

Ashley Eastman (08:07) Okay. Sounds good. Okay. And I’ll.

Amy Barfield (08:14) shoot you out an email once I get status on those. Okay. Anything else? Look for me? All right?

Ashley Eastman (08:24) Perfect. Okay.

Amy Barfield (08:26) Thanks, Sammy.

Ashley Eastman (08:28) We’ll talk. Bye, bye bye.
