Crystal Prettack (00:00) hello?

Alex Lawrence (00:01) Hi, am I speaking with crystal?

Crystal Prettack (00:03) Be gay?

Alex Lawrence (00:05) Hey, crystal. This is Alex calling from medallion. I was just following up. I was in the meeting room for a while. I ended up closing it and I just got an email that you had joined like 10 after and I’m sorry, I had already closed it but wanted to see if you had a few minutes just to chat real quick. Awesome. Yeah. So would love to just kind of like find out a bit about what brought you to medallion, what you’re involved and I can share a bit more about us. And if it kind of makes sense and it’s aligned, I can get you set up with an account specialist if that works for you.

Crystal Prettack (00:41) Okay. What I’m basically looking for is just insurance credentialing right now. For providers, we’re in the process of starting a multi specialty group. And I kind of need somebody with experience because I don’t believe the person that we’re using right now is as aggressive as what we need because the contracted rates that she’s getting are lower than what we currently have on a… normal just regular specialty group.

Alex Lawrence (00:49) Okay.

Alex Lawrence (01:11) Okay. So you’re are you’re looking for someone to do contract and negotiation as well? Or just for your enrollment? Like getting the providers enrolled with the payers?

Crystal Prettack (01:22) I’m sorry, you were breaking up. I missed part of what you said?

Alex Lawrence (01:26) Oh, no. Can you hear me now? My computer, my computer’s had issues all day today, I guess with things cutting out.

Alex Lawrence (01:34) So I apologize. I was just trying to verify. So, are you looking for strictly like a payor enrollment? Like getting your, these providers enrolled with payers? Or are you also looking for something like contract negotiations and things like that when you’re saying rates?

Crystal Prettack (01:29) Yes.

Crystal Prettack (01:35) Bye.

Crystal Prettack (01:50) Well, it’s a new corporation. So he opened up a multi specialty group. So we need all new contracts set up for it.

Alex Lawrence (02:02) Because, we don’t really handle any of the contracts from my understanding, we handle medallion’s kind of the end to end platform for credentialing payor enrollment, ongoing monitoring things?

Crystal Prettack (02:06) Okay.

Crystal Prettack (02:15) Well, that would be credentialing contracts would be credentialing.

Alex Lawrence (02:21) Gotcha. So, our version or I guess like my understanding, for credentialing, is verifying like all of, their like education demographics, things like that. So, your credentialing?

Crystal Prettack (02:39) The credentialing should be provider credentialing with the insurance companies?

Crystal Prettack (02:48) Do you want to let me know if that’s something that they handle? And then you can call me back because we’re looking for that… for provider credentialing?

Alex Lawrence (02:50) I… yeah, let me.

Alex Lawrence (02:59) Yeah. Let me, let me try to verify. I guess maybe I’m getting a little confused but so… with let’s… see here and.

Crystal Prettack (03:11) Bye, honey. Have a good weekend. You too. Thank you, my love. Happy birthday. Thank you.

Alex Lawrence (03:14) It. And I guess while I’m also on like the note like, how many providers would we be trying to get like enrolled with payors? Or credentialed? Would you say 20?

Crystal Prettack (03:26) About 20 20 plus about another 10 NPS?

Alex Lawrence (03:32) Okay. And so, so with that, I will kind of hit, I saw you land in the RCM space, correct?

Crystal Prettack (03:40) Yeah, I own a medical billing company, but this is one of the practices that I’m really closely affiliated with.

Alex Lawrence (03:49) Okay, perfect.

Crystal Prettack (03:49) So, I also kind of doubled down as a practice admin for them.

Alex Lawrence (03:53) And one thing I know we’ve worked with RCM companies in the past and one of one of the, I wouldn’t call it a struggle, but one of the hesitations is we do have an annual spend and it starts at 50,000. Is that something that like would align with what you’re looking for. We have an annual spend. So like an annual spend minimum for like providers, the payor.

Crystal Prettack (04:09) I’m sorry, a, what an annual, what?

Crystal Prettack (04:19) For contracts?

Alex Lawrence (04:24) Well, for credentialing, payor, enrollment kind of across the board, of it’s a per use case. So like per seat. So people would be hosted on the medallion platform. So that would be kind of like a build out rate there. And then like, if, okay, yeah, no.

Crystal Prettack (04:38) Yeah, we don’t need all of that. But if that’s what you guys, yeah, that’s not going to be what aligns with us.

Alex Lawrence (04:46) Okay. Completely understandable. Just wanted to like verify those things. But I’m happy to email you just kind of like a brief overview, of us just in case anything changes. And then we can kind of go from there.

Crystal Prettack (04:51) Okay.

Crystal Prettack (05:00) Okay. Amazing. Thank you.

Alex Lawrence (05:03) Awesome. Thanks, guys. Bye.

Crystal Prettack (05:05) Bye bye.
