Jason Zednick (00:00) so, then I keep asking myself, I go, I don’t know, I don’t know… well, like… and then I realized I was doing it all on my own. I was like, don’t do that.

Jason Zednick (00:44) Hey, good morning. Hello. I thought you weren’t coming today Lisa.

Tanisha Roebuck (00:53) No, that’s Monday.

Jason Zednick (00:55) Oh, Monday, I didn’t look, I just assumed.

Tanisha Roebuck (00:57) Yeah, that’s okay. Yeah, I’m out on Monday.

Jason Zednick (00:59) Okay.

Jason Zednick (01:04) Doing anything fun or not fun?

Tanisha Roebuck (01:10) No, yeah. Actually, my husband and I are going to, we’re going to go see like a comedian on this weekend. It was like a belated Christmas present. So we’re going to go stay and, you know, so it’ll be fun.

Jason Zednick (01:26) Yeah, that’s great. That’s a good time. Yeah.

Tanisha Roebuck (01:30) It’s like a little kind of weekend getaway thing so that’ll be fun.

Jason Zednick (01:34) Yeah, I’ve been telling myself. I,

Tanisha Roebuck (01:36) know. Oh.

Jason Zednick (01:38) Yeah. I stuck. I don’t, know I just have to do it. I’m very.

Tanisha Roebuck (01:42) Bad at it. Yeah. You know, I think Dwayne last year was like, you need to get a life. I was like, ouch.

Jason Zednick (01:48) Yeah, you need to go.

Tanisha Roebuck (01:51) Not in so many words, never. Yeah, but like my pto, he was like use some of it and I took that as get a life. I’m like, okay.

Jason Zednick (02:00) Yeah… part of my hesitation is, I know I have a lot of plans… for the summer. I’m not sure how much pto it’s going to take. So I need to work that out before I do anything else. Yeah, I know. And,

Tanisha Roebuck (02:16) then it just like gets here and I’m like that’s right, crap, like I’m supposed to, you know, I need to do stuff and I need to plan it all and that’s what takes time.

Jason Zednick (02:25) Yeah.

Tanisha Roebuck (02:27) So, I’m trying to be more proactive about just taking little moments and things like that, even if it’s just a weekend, just something.

Jason Zednick (02:36) Well, I should follow your lead. That’s what I should do. Yeah. Hey, Don, good morning.

Dawn Candia (02:45) Good morning.

Jason Zednick (02:50) All right. So, Don about,

Jason Zednick (03:02) tasks.

Jason Zednick (03:08) I closed all my windows. Okay? Emily buckler, I can find it. So I learned some things like this… and it’s a little confusing. I will say that at the outset.

Jason Zednick (03:33) But I want you to sort of know what it’s doing. So… it’s not too confusing. Hey, David. Welcome. Good morning. All right. Here we go.

Jason Zednick (03:56) So, Emily’s page on the overview has the task that has multiple provider… requests tied to it. So, this one task will work for or is needed for all four of these people. What I think is… happening is that the task is tied to it’s… tied to… Emily’s like the primary, let’s say it that way. So, when you go, because you can see here, right? But if you go to… nasa.

Jason Zednick (04:53) It’s not on the overview because Emily’s the primary, however, if you go to the… request for medicare for… gymnasium?

Jason Zednick (05:12) The task is there associated with the request. So you’ll see it everywhere except on the child providers overview pages, but doing it once will move all four of those lines along. So, it’s a little confusing because you’re not seeing it on gnas’ overview, but it does apply to their request. OK? Does that help? Huh. Yeah. OK. Good.

Jason Zednick (05:56) Why it doesn’t appear on the overview? Couldn’t say if they were to ask me, they should put that… yeah.

Dawn Candia (06:07) Because the screenshot I sent you, I didn’t see what you were seeing that open request, the four related tasks, but I do see it. I see it now.

Jason Zednick (06:16) Yeah. I think in that second example, you showed that’s actually a different request. And so, yeah. Okay.

Jason Zednick (06:37) What other questions… do we have for today?

Tanisha Roebuck (06:50) Hey, Jason. Yeah, I just want some clarity and I know we’ve talked about this before, but I just want to make sure that we are all on the same page, okay?

Jason Zednick (07:04) Number?

Tanisha Roebuck (07:06) One, I, well, no, no, that’s I’ll tell you that after, license renewals, you guys are going to do the CDS licenses and you’re going to do the… medical licenses as long as they’re as long as our providers are completed up to 85 percent.

Tanisha Roebuck (07:27) The only license you do not do is the Dea.

Jason Zednick (07:32) Correct. Okay. That is correct. When requested, right.

Tanisha Roebuck (07:37) Right. We have to request that you do the license and have the provider up at 85 percent, and then any, anything else that that’s needed, your team is going to reach out to that provider and say, hey, we need this, you need your cmes or whatever it is, but.

Jason Zednick (07:54) But ultimately.

Tanisha Roebuck (07:56) That whole function is done by medallion, correct. Right? OK. And the only one that’s not are Dea licenses for reasons I completely understand. And then the other thing was, did we have any kind of update, with uploaded files by any chance? Because I noticed on some of the providers that you guys actually had the Dea certificate, the uploaded photos or PDFS of the certificates? Is that pulled down from somewhere from caqh? Yeah.

Jason Zednick (08:36) A lot of times it’s in caqh, and it would get pulled?

Tanisha Roebuck (08:41) Down, OK, because I noticed I started finding more uploaded PDFS of the licenses?

Jason Zednick (08:49) Yeah, that’s entirely possible.

Tanisha Roebuck (08:51) And that’s where it’s coming from. OK. All right. Yeah, that’s all I had. We, I just wanted to make sure we’re very clear on what, you know, what you guys are going to do and how we have to get there. Yeah, perfect. OK. Thank you. That’s all that’s all I had you’re very.

Jason Zednick (09:10) Welcome… Dawn. Can… you do me a favor and ping Duane and just remind him about the 20 first century cares act signature?

Dawn Candia (09:25) Yes.

Jason Zednick (09:27) Thank you. Did.

Tanisha Roebuck (09:29) Duane say, who needs to sign that? Jason? Or can he sign it?

Jason Zednick (09:33) It’s Patrick. Yeah, he’s going to have Patrick.

Tanisha Roebuck (09:35) Oh, OK.

Dawn Candia (09:37) Very good. And wasn’t there a particular provider that it was needed for like urgently, I can’t remember. It was somebody I know there’s.

Jason Zednick (09:49) a few there’s a few, I forget. I couldn’t tell you names off the top of my head but, there are a few.

Dawn Candia (09:54) OK. All right. I’ll remind him.

Jason Zednick (09:56) Yeah, and.

Tanisha Roebuck (09:58) Jason, does, Duane, has that form? Did you send it to him? Is it a PDF? What is it? And how is it signed?

Jason Zednick (10:06) He does have it. It is a PDF, yes, it.

Tanisha Roebuck (10:08) Is a PDF. Can you forward that to me if you don’t mind?

Jason Zednick (10:12) Maybe?

Tanisha Roebuck (10:12) I can help him out with that.

Jason Zednick (10:15) Huh. Sorry, my cat’s on top of my nose.

Jason Zednick (10:28) Yes, I will forward.

Tanisha Roebuck (10:29) That to you. OK, cool. And it has to be signed by Pat board.

Jason Zednick (10:37) Okay. Yeah, Dwayne.

Dawn Candia (10:39) Actually, can you let me forward it, Jason, because I got the email right here. I can just forward.

Jason Zednick (10:43) Your email, oh, please, if you can. Yeah. All right.

Tanisha Roebuck (10:47) Thanks, Dylan. What did you say, Dwayne?

Jason Zednick (10:50) We… he did have Patrick sign it, but there was just some miscommunication we signed like in the wrong place. And so I had sent him off. I had also sent him just the signature page and that’s what I’m.

Tanisha Roebuck (11:03) okay. All right.

Jason Zednick (11:18) I’m trying to think if I have anything top of mind for y’all today?

Jason Zednick (11:31) Check mine.

Jason Zednick (11:48) Yeah, I don’t think I do.

Jason Zednick (11:54) Anything else on the advocare side? Oh, actually, you know, what? Don I do have something for you?

Jason Zednick (12:08) For.

Jason Zednick (12:15) or demographic updates to add locations to the group for independence blue cross? Is Tammy, should we send those to Tammy as well? Because I know we’re doing that for Mara health. And I told my team it was okay to do it for independence blue cross, but I want to just like double check.

Dawn Candia (12:37) So, if you’re doing it for Mara health, then I would say, yes.

Jason Zednick (12:41) Okay. Yeah, I would say yes, and that’s the all adding locations is the only time we’re ever reaching out to her… in advance unless, you know, it’s been like 120 days and then we’ll reach out there for the other stuff. Okay, great. That’s perfect. That’s what I told them so good.

Dawn Candia (13:07) And if that’s not right, she’ll certainly let us know.

Jason Zednick (13:09) That’s what I told my team, I was like go ahead and do it. I’ll hear about it. You won’t have to. I,

Dawn Candia (13:15) mean, if you guys were already doing it for Mara health and you didn’t hear any pushback from her, you know, I certainly didn’t.

Tanisha Roebuck (13:21) no, I didn’t either, so, I think.

Dawn Candia (13:23) I would say go ahead and do it yep for idc too.

Tanisha Roebuck (13:27) She’s right. She’ll tell us if it’s.

Jason Zednick (13:29) wrong. She’ll tell us, which is great. Like I’d rather know than.

Tanisha Roebuck (13:32) No, really. She’s just trying to help. So, I’d rather know if it’s the right way or the wrong way. Yeah.

Jason Zednick (13:38) And I appreciate it. And I also appreciate that. She’s just like, hey, like just do it this way, some other payers, the reps, they get like mad, they’re like so angry it’s like I.

Tanisha Roebuck (13:47) know she’s just, it’s less work for everybody if we do it the right way. So she will definitely go ahead. I appreciate that. She’s been doing it a long time. Yeah. Okay. All.

Jason Zednick (13:58) Right. Well, thank you, everybody. Appreciate your time. If I owe you an email, I promise, I’ll get to it. If something comes up, please reach out, okay? And otherwise, I’ll talk to you all on Monday all.

Dawn Candia (14:16) Right. Have a good weekend. All right?

Jason Zednick (14:18) Well, thank you. Bye bye.

Dawn Candia (14:20) Bye bye.
