Shannon Costine (00:00) hey, Julie. How are you?
Shannon Costine (00:11) Hello? Hey, good morning. How are you? Can you hear me? Morning? Good morning. Can you guys hear me? Okay? I can hear you. Okay, good, perfect. Is there anybody else on the call?
RebeccaMiller (00:31) Yeah, yep.
Shannon Costine (00:32) Julie, Rebecca and Ian are here. All right, guys. Let’s see the last time we met, we were talking about, the first thing we were looking at was the spreadsheet Rebecca. Have you had a chance to… you’re muted?
RebeccaMiller (00:53) No. Sorry. I have been on other things, so I still give that to you.
Shannon Costine (01:00) No worries at all. Just wanted to double check on that.
Shannon Costine (01:08) Okay. The other thing we discussed was high… school diploma being needed. Did we get through that? Ian?
IanLampkin (01:20) I think it was the high school. You said the high school diploma was for some licenses? Is that correct?
Shannon Costine (01:28) Yeah. Which ones?
IanLampkin (01:31) Yeah, because I was figuring if they had their, you know, if they have their master’s why would the high school diploma be relevant? You know, like all of these, all of these are legitimate schools, yeah.
Shannon Costine (01:46) Like the hair color, eye color weight?
IanLampkin (01:49) Yeah, that was weird too. So, yeah, okay.
Shannon Costine (01:54) Let me still.
RebeccaMiller (01:55) It’s the licensing. It’s the state that’s requiring it, the state that they’re requesting licenses is requiring it, right? Yeah. So it doesn’t so not to be not… to sound rude or blunt, but I guess it doesn’t really matter why they’re requiring it. If they’re requiring it, we have to provide it, right? Yeah.
Shannon Costine (02:14) Absolutely agreed. I think what he was saying last time was knowing which states were requiring it. So that way you guys could let the providers know as far as my understanding, maybe.
RebeccaMiller (02:23) So, is it coming up in a cafta when we request it?
IanLampkin (02:27) Yeah, I think it was showing up for our cknmg providers. I can’t remember which states but I think it was like New Mexico or something like that.
Shannon Costine (02:41) I’ll see if they have a list of something that they can provide like we did with the others. If… that would help. I mean, yeah, it’s still going to be required but at least you’re better informed on… which ones?
RebeccaMiller (02:54) So, Ian, your thought process is like we can nip it in the bud before we get the task, like we’ll be able to let them know.
IanLampkin (03:00) You got it.
Shannon Costine (03:06) Those were the biggest items that I had from the last meeting. I mean, I feel like Ian, we’ve kind of gone back and forth lately. Was there anything open ended that you needed from me?
IanLampkin (03:19) Not for me, I was just trying to use that new view that you gave us access to. I wanted to be able to jump into it from this… dashboard view and be able to see all of the issues for the one provider at the same time. But… the functionality isn’t exactly the same. It doesn’t open up a duplicate window and things like that. So, I’m getting used to that or whatnot but I haven’t really had any problems. The only things that I’ve been seeing a couple times are that there will be some problems that are noted in this dashboard view. But when I click on the actual view itself, like the analyst and I think this is just an analyst issue, the analyst doesn’t list the actual problem or I can’t see the problem for the provider from this view or if I click into the actual thing, then I’ve got to hunt for the actual problem. So I have to go to the overview for the provider to actually see it. Does that make sense?
Shannon Costine (04:37) Yeah, totally. If you don’t mind, will you send me an example or two when you come across it? Yes. Currently, they’re still in beta with it. You guys are just kind of one of the ones to be able to test it out. So I want to be able to provide them those suggestions of maybe we can change this or switch it up to give you those better views. Yeah, no.
IanLampkin (04:56) Problem. Okay.
Shannon Costine (04:58) Perfect. Was there anything else that you had today Ian?
IanLampkin (05:03) Let me.
Shannon Costine (05:05) think.
IanLampkin (05:06) Like I’ve been going, I think it’s been going pretty well. Like I’m still trying to just get used to the whole process for licensing like the requests because there seem to be so many different pieces, so many different teams that are involved. Like for example, we have this one provider that recently requested a license for… God. I’m drawing a blank. It’s not a lease. It’s the it’s Mary bombasuto. Apparently… the licensing requesting the team that’s processing the license for a Maryland nurse practitioner license, they can’t do their piece because they’re waiting on a license, a background check to come back for, and that’s handled by another team so they can’t do their piece until the other team does their piece. And we have to. And this is like a rush order pretty much like we need this process done pretty soon, according to, you know, what leadership is trying to get?
Shannon Costine (06:23) What’s the name of the provider again?
IanLampkin (06:25) This is Mary bombasuto… Mary. What?
Shannon Costine (06:30) I can do today. Got it. I see it. What I can do today is send it over to them and see if there’s anything they can do to rush it.
IanLampkin (06:41) Oh, thank you.
Shannon Costine (06:44) Yeah. I’m not promising anything, but I can try.
IanLampkin (06:48) Yeah, I get it. Thank you. Yeah.
Shannon Costine (06:51) Absolutely. Now, it’s past intake. Yes, she’s way past intake.
IanLampkin (06:57) Yeah, she was actually already credentialed or I’m sorry, she was already a part of capital health. So she was already an all care provider, but the thing is she’s being utilized initially for, the national side of our company. So this is a telehealth thing, and most of the telehealth stuff is actually built off of like Maryland and Massachusetts licensing. It’s good that she has a Virginia license already but, you know, she’ll be able to see the Virginia members for carefirst. But carefirst, you know, I believe is mainly Maryland based. So, I mean, it’s just, it’s a, it’s kind of a tricky situation to navigate in trying to get this provider where leadership wants to have this provider, but it’s not an ideal situation.
Shannon Costine (08:01) Got it. Okay. Yeah, that makes sense because there’s a lot of steps in the process to get the provider through.
IanLampkin (08:07) You got it. Okay?
Shannon Costine (08:09) I just submitted a request for them to give me an update and then to also rush it. So I’ll let you know what I hear back.
IanLampkin (08:17) Thank you. Yeah.
Shannon Costine (08:18) Absolutely. Rebecca, was there anything that you had or needed?
RebeccaMiller (08:24) Well, I was, I want to. So when we, one of our meetings, you had kind of given us a report on like where we stood and everything where we were, what was completed, kind of the percentages and everything. Like it was basically like how many medallions been doing and the stats, right? For the for. So when are we expecting to see that again? Yeah.
Shannon Costine (08:48) I will give you that one in our next meeting. I will give you kind of a comparison side by side in our next meeting. Unless you need it before then I can send it to you before then.
RebeccaMiller (08:57) Oh, no, I just wanted to know, what we can expect the cadence to be on that because we found it like it’s not going to be weekly. It’s going to be, I guess monthly. Yeah, we haven’t been getting that. So I just wanted to follow up to make sure that we are getting that. Yeah.
Shannon Costine (09:12) No, I will definitely make sure you have that in the next meeting, we can absolutely go over it bi weekly. If that, if that’s what you guys want to do, it’s your preference. No.
RebeccaMiller (09:23) I, no, once a month is fine. I just want to know when to expect that we can be, when to expect that we’re going to go over it. Okay. Yeah. And then, so is there a way to?
RebeccaMiller (09:42) Sorry, let me gather, my thought on that. No, just disregard. I’ll send you an email if I, if I’m gathering my thought on how I want to word it because it’s just, some reporting questions on just being able to pull a little bit easier than me having to do some cleaning up. I,
Shannon Costine (10:00) know, we are doing a, we put in a request for a licensing report. Still waiting on that to come back. Hopefully, I have that this week because I put it in two weeks ago, so I can send you that. And then if you have another request or something that you need, we can add fields, whatever you need. So just let me know. Yeah.
RebeccaMiller (10:22) And that licensing report, was that the one where we were asking for what’s expiring or was that, what was that report?
Shannon Costine (10:28) Do you remember to have additional provider information on the report? Because the current licensing report doesn’t have the name the mpi, which is crazy like that should be a generic report, right? Thing that they do for all clients.
RebeccaMiller (10:42) Gotcha. Yeah. Okay. So.
Shannon Costine (10:45) As soon as I get that, I’ll let you guys know it should be uploaded into your dashboard once it’s done… but I’ll still let you know, and then we have the meeting this afternoon. Is everybody on that, Tiffany? Or is that just you? I think that’s just me. Okay?
RebeccaMiller (11:04) I think I’m on that one too.
Shannon Costine (11:06) Okay.
Shannon Costine (11:11) All right. Is there anything else that you guys needed for today? Oh, Tiffany said, I’m done with y’all, oh,
RebeccaMiller (11:20) no, she looked like she was on a call. I don’t think I have anything else. I’m good. Okay. If.
Shannon Costine (11:30) you guys think of anything or need anything, you can email me and I’ll get right back to you.
RebeccaMiller (11:35) All right. Thanks, Shannon. Thanks.
Shannon Costine (11:36) Guys. Have a good week. All right. Thanks. Bye.
