Collette Waddell (00:00) Traci?

Tressie Parker (00:09) Hi, how are you doing? I’m doing?

Collette Waddell (00:12) Well, well, fairly good. I have a sick one at home today, so, I had to take some doctors earlier and that just, you know, ate up part of my day. I.

Tressie Parker (00:27) Know how that goes. I know exactly how that goes. Yeah. So.

Collette Waddell (00:31) Besides that doing well, how are you doing?

Tressie Parker (00:35) I’m okay. I got allergies or something been bothering me for the past few days.

Collette Waddell (00:40) It’s so bad right now.

Tressie Parker (00:43) Yeah, it really is.

Collette Waddell (00:48) Well… I know we’ve got a couple of things kind of in flight for you all. Yes. And it looks like you’re diving into that spreadsheet for the payers, yes.

Tressie Parker (01:01) Yeah, I’ve been sending out emails because I wasn’t really sure about all the lines of business we have. Oh, okay. So, they’ve been responding to my emails. So, I’ve been trying to get those put in, yeah… kind.

Collette Waddell (01:20) Of a good way to do an audit. I mean, you know, like even though you don’t have time for it is, you know, but like, yeah.

Tressie Parker (01:29) I’m kind of wondering if I can reach out to sue also and see if she’s the one who does our contracts. Oh, and I wonder if sue has something that, because some of the ones that they email me, it’s not like it’s an option that’s on here. So, I’m like, I don’t know what? I don’t know what to choose.

Collette Waddell (01:54) Gotcha. Yeah. You, yeah, you could, I was going to say you could give her access to this, it should, you should be able to share this document or, I can, if there’s somebody you want me to add to it or you could just give her just kind of a preview of, you know, like just.

Tressie Parker (02:16) Okay. What you guys?

Collette Waddell (02:17) Are asking? Yeah, this is like, this is the list and I’m just trying to, you know, fill in, this column here.

Tressie Parker (02:24) Okay. So it’s she went all the columns filled in. I can’t I couldn’t remember, I know she said, the lines of business. I remember her saying the high the medium, then the low… was she wanting, all the ones filled in where it says like non standard enrollment process, she went all that filled in as well.

Collette Waddell (02:51) Ideally. And so this, and do you remember exactly what, this one was here? This was, just if there is like,

Tressie Parker (03:01) a roster, if it’s a roster or if we do it through paper or online, is that what you mean? Well more?

Collette Waddell (03:09) So, that, like if I were to go to this payers website and like click a link that says, you know, fill to fill out like an enrollment application,

Tressie Parker (03:19) Huh.

Collette Waddell (03:20) That’s kind of what we consider like the standard enrollment process for that payer would be just like their generic, you know, kind of, okay. But, we know some clients have like a very specific, like, we have to email this person our applications and it’s not. Oh, you know what I mean? Like if you have, if you have like almost like a custom email process, if you will like as a way to kind of maybe rephrase.

Tressie Parker (03:48) That I got you? Because we do have something that we go by. We have a spreadsheet that well is set up and it tells each coordinator because everybody got to know what they need to do in order to submit the application. So, we have that and it tells us what we need to do if we need to send an email to somebody, if we need to just send a roster or something like that.

Collette Waddell (04:12) Yeah, that kind of information really is what we’re looking for. We just, you know, is it kind of the standard process application process for that payer or is it, you know?

Tressie Parker (04:23) Okay. You.

Collette Waddell (04:24) Know, should I put that?

Tressie Parker (04:26) Information in the client notes or?

Collette Waddell (04:29) Yeah, you could. Yeah, you could just note that, you know, just kind of maybe update that non standard information… and I can add it just like a little, maybe even a comment onto that?

Tressie Parker (04:46) Okay.

Tressie Parker (04:51) Yeah, because I have all of that. That tells us what we need to do in order to submit these applications. Actually. Can I share my screen with you? Yeah, please.

Collette Waddell (05:01) Do, please do, yeah, okay.

Tressie Parker (05:03) Because am I sharing the proper way? Hold on a second. Where is our call? Oh, I can’t breathe. Oh, that’s okay. I’m trying to see, where do I share?

Collette Waddell (05:19) You should see it down below? If you move your mouse?

Tressie Parker (05:23) Oh, this one is down below.

Collette Waddell (05:26) Yeah.

Tressie Parker (05:27) Oh, let’s see. I know I shared before you did.

Collette Waddell (05:36) Yeah.

Tressie Parker (05:40) Where is my share?

Collette Waddell (05:43) Like on my screen, it’s almost right in the center on the bottom of my screen when I kind of move my mouse around… I don’t know.

Tressie Parker (05:56) It’s where I’m joining it, right? Where I joined the call. Yeah.

Collette Waddell (06:02) You should see like where you’re able to like mute yourself or turn your camera off.

Tressie Parker (06:07) Oh, hold on. Okay. Wait a minute. Let me get back to that one. Okay. I’m always looking for, on our zoom, like, I mean, my regular, on my… regular, it’s not on my regular. I saw where I came in and I had to turn my camera on. I mean, my, where did it go?

Tressie Parker (06:33) Oh, there I go. Okay. Oh, hey, Amy there. Okay. No. Okay. See this right here. Can you see screen one? I?

Collette Waddell (06:46) Am not seeing anything. Oh, hold on. I say share. Oh, here it goes. It’s loading. Okay. Yep.

Tressie Parker (06:53) Okay. This is what we, where did it go? Do you still see it?

Collette Waddell (06:59) I’m looking at a spreadsheet that says, organization credentialing instruction. Yes.

Tressie Parker (07:04) This is what we, this is what we, get our information from. This is our spreadsheet that we got, and it basically tell us credentialing instructions. See, that tells us what we need to do. Okay? This tells us how we have to do everything. Already have a caqh of id. And if the provider already has a caqh id contact provider and ask for, okay. No, that. Sorry, that’s the wrong one. Hang on. We’re right here. Once caqh is complete, enroll new provider, one of one of two ways, email it complete, atc provider data form that we have for South Carolina sensation release W9 disclosure ownership, complete a batch load process spreadsheet. So this one, you could do either… the data form or you could do a spreadsheet, especially if you have several providers that you’re trying to credential with absolute total care. So you could do two. So this right here, just tell us what we need to do in order to submit the credentialing request. Okay? So, this is how this looks. So you want me to enter this information? This?

Collette Waddell (08:19) Information would be helpful. And then I think this information also could be what you referenced to answer like the, that column regarding the rosters. Okay. Like if you can submit via a roster, like if it’s roster eligible? Yeah.

Tressie Parker (08:36) Yes. Okay. So that’s the same as a spreadsheet though. Correct. Yeah, roster when you say, yeah.

Collette Waddell (08:41) Yeah. Yes. Yep.

Tressie Parker (08:43) All right. So, yes, we do have some that we have. Okay?

Collette Waddell (08:46) Yeah. So, yeah, it looks like this is gonna exactly kind of give you all of that data.

Tressie Parker (08:52) Okay. Now, there are some things like this. There is no credentialing needed for this plan. Ameri amerihealth receives notification when provider is approved with North Carolina medicaid and the information is loaded into their system within two days of notification.

Collette Waddell (09:09) Yeah. So you could just put this note like in that client’s notes for that one. So, yeah, yep. Okay. Yeah.

Tressie Parker (09:18) This?

Collette Waddell (09:19) Is this is great. This is, this is exactly what we’re gonna be kind of looking for just to, so that, we could, we can direct our team like so that they know, you know, our team, and some of your instructions here that you have for your own team might very well be what the quote unquote standard, you know, process is, but this, you know, kind of lays it out nicely. So.

Tressie Parker (09:42) Okay. Well, I was getting those added on over to there. And then I had another question for you because I was, because you needed, you know, Amy needed the volume list for the initial, the re, credentialing. Now, I have this hold on. I’m going to show you something. I just don’t know how to okay this right here, Amy hold.

Collette Waddell (10:11) On, I think I’m still looking at that spreadsheet?

Tressie Parker (10:14) Let me move that spreadsheet to this spreadsheet. Hold on. How do I do that? Give me one more minute. Let me figure this out.

Amy Walsh (10:27) Take your time. No rush.

Tressie Parker (10:28) Oh, no, you’re fine. I just can’t breathe. I can’t breathe.

Amy Walsh (10:32) Oh, I know. I’m getting over a little cold myself. Oh, you?

Tressie Parker (10:35) Are.

Amy Walsh (10:36) yeah, it hit me late this year.

Tressie Parker (10:37) It’s weird. Oh,

Amy Walsh (10:38) you have allergies? Yeah, I think I had sick all winter, but I got like a little head cold late last week. I don’t know, I’ve just been eating a lot of zycam to try to make it go away. Yeah.

Tressie Parker (10:50) Okay. Let me move this. Let me move this over so you can see that one. I need you to see this one right here.

Collette Waddell (11:01) And then, yeah, just reshare because it stopped sharing.

Tressie Parker (11:04) Okay. Stop, you said, stop sharing?

Collette Waddell (11:06) No, it already did. So it should let you click that share button again hopefully.

Tressie Parker (11:16) Okay. I need to get this. Oh, okay. Okay. I see what I need to do. I need to bring this down here so you can see that it, did. I need to share again? Okay. Let me get over to that one.

Tressie Parker (11:31) Okay. I think right here. Okay. My share is not also share system audio. Okay? It’s not showing. Okay, there we go. There we go. Okay. Do you see this?

Amy Walsh (11:45) Yep. Yes.

Tressie Parker (11:46) Okay. All right. Amy, this, right here, I’m trying to figure out. I was trying to copy this but it won’t, let me copy it because this is what you are looking for. Hold on. Maybe y’all can tell me, help me tell me how to do this, hold on.

Amy Walsh (12:04) Are these all your existing health?

Tressie Parker (12:07) Plans?

Amy Walsh (12:08) Yes. And they’re from the providers?

Collette Waddell (12:10) Yes, this.

Tressie Parker (12:11) Right here shows you, I’m starting with Edna, like all the way down, it shows who is already credentialed and who is not, like if they got a, if that’s open, that means they’re not credentialed so that’s what I’m trying to do.

Amy Walsh (12:24) Oh, amazing.

Tressie Parker (12:24) And go all the way over with all of it, but I’m not sure how to copy this. So I can send it to you. I try to copy it and it had all kind of X’S in there.

Amy Walsh (12:35) Yeah, no problem. So, these are all your existing enrollments. So the providers, the health plans, right? Okay. Yes, perfect. So, the good news is we’ll be able to upload all of this. I just need to check with Sandhya, how we upload it. Okay? And then I think so it sounds like any provider that has blanks in that effective date column?

Tressie Parker (12:58) Correct, needs to be credentialed.

Amy Walsh (13:00) You want them to get enrolled with that payer?

Tressie Parker (13:02) Yes. Huh.

Amy Walsh (13:03) Okay. So that’s the goal. Okay? That’s great. Have you ever filtered a spreadsheet before? Do you know how to do that?

Tressie Parker (13:12) No.

Amy Walsh (13:14) No problem. I’ll have you share this with us because I think Sandhya and I can take a look at it together and get a approximation of how many blanks we see, because that sounds like that will be the number of enrollments.

Amy Walsh (13:28) The other good news is then we can automatically, well, you would have to submit the re, enrollment request, but we’ll be able to upload the effective date into medallion. So in three years from now or whenever it may be for the health plan, you can submit a re, enrollment request after you hear from the provider that the provider needs to be enrolled again. So that’s all functionality we can support as well within medallion. Okay. If that is helpful, you don’t have to do that, but that is something that many of our clients do ask us to help with enrollments.

Tressie Parker (14:01) Okay. All right. Well, we can do that.

Amy Walsh (14:03) Okay, perfect. Anything I’m missing there, Colette, I think that’s kind of everything but no.

Collette Waddell (14:08) I was just going to say Tressie, I think this document here, especially this first tab, the first tab that we’re looking at the practitioners and payers, that’s really where… if you can find a way internally and it looks like you have like this is an internal company document that, yes, it is, but there’s a lot of people on it right now. Yes. So, yeah, if you can, if you’re able to somehow send us like at the very minimum that first tab, the practitioners and payers one, we can kind of look at that and we’ll like Amy said, we’ll work with Sandia to.

Tressie Parker (14:47) When I send it to you guys, it won’t be nothing, won’t get moved around, will it well?

Collette Waddell (14:53) I don’t want you to send us this version, right? Like we don’t want to be. But if there is a way for you to like download or, you know, like a copy of this, like if you click the file up on the far left hand side and then export, maybe?

Tressie Parker (15:15) Export, okay.

Collette Waddell (15:17) And then, oh… download as a CSV.

Tressie Parker (15:25) CSV.

Collette Waddell (15:26) The second one, yeah, that one, the second or third, the one where your hand is over. Okay? And I don’t know if that’ll work. It might work.

Tressie Parker (15:36) Oh, wait a minute. This went up. So let’s see, keep my fingers crossed. Where did it go? Where did you go?

Collette Waddell (15:57) Okay. No, no, where it went. Yeah, you might need to X out of the, or click on that again. Maybe you might be getting like a little pop up somewhere on another, you know, like somewhere.

Tressie Parker (16:12) Else. Okay. Let me come out of this, don’t say that make no changes to that. Let’s see, let me come down just in case. Okay?

Collette Waddell (16:28) Oh, my goodness. Your screen looks like mine with all the things open. Yeah. So, if you can, or if you’re able to just download that like we just tried and then are able to figure out how to send that over to us, we can take a look at it. Okay?

Amy Walsh (16:47) Yeah, perfect.

Collette Waddell (16:50) Okay.

Tressie Parker (16:53) That looks good. Let’s see. Hold on. No, yeah.

Collette Waddell (17:00) Yeah, it just doesn’t have like the color like the colors but it’s the data. The data is all there. Okay? Can you?

Amy Walsh (17:09) We can look at it. So, DNA, yeah, this should be fine. I just want to make sure that those numbers that are showing, if you expand the column like make it bigger, the numbers should populate.

Collette Waddell (17:19) But,

Amy Walsh (17:19) yeah.

Collette Waddell (17:20) They should, okay.

Tressie Parker (17:21) Anyway, what you want me to do?

Amy Walsh (17:22) You don’t need to do anything else? This is perfect Sunday and I can, okay tackle this, okay?

Tressie Parker (17:29) Yeah.

Collette Waddell (17:29) We should be able, to work through that. And so, Tressie, I would say for that payer process, yeah, just continue to work through that. And then, the other thing that I just wanted to make sure you were able to open, were those… the payer rosters that Nick had sent over in that encrypted, I.

Tressie Parker (17:56) Think Laura is working on that because I think she sent some emails to you because that’s something that Laura is working on. She’s back doing contract work to do the medallion to do the delegation part, that delegation part. So, I think she was working on it.

Collette Waddell (18:18) Okay. I’ll go back through my emails just to make sure that she was able.

Tressie Parker (18:24) To open those. Okay? She sent the email that same day and I think she said she wasn’t able to open it.

Collette Waddell (18:31) Okay. Yeah. I’ll connect with Nick who sent them over to see if he can just make sure that she can also be on the receiving end of that encrypted file. So.

Tressie Parker (18:46) Okay.

Collette Waddell (18:48) All right. And then.

Collette Waddell (18:54) I, what else? Did you, did you have anything else for? I?

Tressie Parker (19:00) Did Brent wanted me to ask again if you guys had ever spoken with your upper, with your director to see if there was anybody who could do just like the record asc part, if you guys had anybody or had any suggestions of anyone that might be able to, who has experience with the surgery centers?

Collette Waddell (19:24) This is to support the, your accreditation?

Tressie Parker (19:28) No, not that, no, just to do the credentialing part of it?

Collette Waddell (19:33) Okay. So, to do, okay. So like more of like joint commission type of credentialing files. Maybe that is something that we briefly… chatted about. I think a few weeks back, right? About, yeah.

Amy Walsh (19:49) I don’t know Tressie, if you’re referring to the asc, I think something that, with the survey coming up in may?

Tressie Parker (19:57) No, not that, yeah, not the survey, but doing just the normal credentialing.

Amy Walsh (20:04) Okay. So, let’s make sure we’re on this page, so we can’t help with the asc surveys in may, which you understand, right? Tressie. Yes. Okay, great. But yes, we can support the tjc credentialing piece for your, and.

Collette Waddell (20:21) We refer to it as tjc credentialing just because it’s that it’s expanded, you know, kind of that credentialing with the privileging kind of component of it, right? Like the applications, that kind of go beyond just your standard ncqa files, yes.

Tressie Parker (20:36) Yes.

Collette Waddell (20:36) So, we can do that. Okay? I think.

Amy Walsh (20:41) We just needed volumes. I think that’s where we left things last time we spoke like how many files you’re expecting you would need us to do for your provider count?

Collette Waddell (20:50) Okay. So, I think this is a two piece… right? Because Tressie, you need to do credentialing… you need to credential the providers for your own surgery centers. But then additionally… I think then you were also looking for help in doing like the re, appointment applications for the providers at the different hospitals that they have privileges at, right?

Tressie Parker (21:18) Yes, that’s two. Yes. Huh.

Collette Waddell (21:21) Two separate. So, okay. So, and I, that’s the one where I think you had sent us a report of those?

Tressie Parker (21:31) Of the hospitals the?

Collette Waddell (21:33) Affiliations that they have. Yes, that we had some insight into volumes?

Tressie Parker (21:38) Yes. Huh.

Collette Waddell (21:40) So, I think Amy, the second piece that we might not have any data yet on is the volume of this like their surgery center?

Tressie Parker (21:51) Yeah. No, I never sent that. Yeah, nothing like that for that. Yeah, at first, we were just thinking about the joint commissioner. I mean, the survey part?

Collette Waddell (22:02) Yeah.

Amy Walsh (22:04) So do you think that’s something Tressie, you’d be able to collect? Yeah.

Tressie Parker (22:10) Yes, I would have to check with someone because the ones who was here are no longer here. So I have to figure out, yeah, no.

Amy Walsh (22:15) Problems?

Tressie Parker (22:16) How do I, how do I go about doing that? So you need the volume count exactly. Okay? Of the, you want initial and, recoup? Yes.

Collette Waddell (22:30) Okay. Yep.

Tressie Parker (22:32) Okay. Cool. Because, it’s two surgery centers. Okay? Are.

Collette Waddell (22:38) the applications for those surgery centers, are they identical?

Tressie Parker (22:42) We have them in DocuSign, they are identical, but they have separate dops?

Collette Waddell (22:49) Okay.

Tressie Parker (22:50) But, which they’re looking into trying to get one dop for both. Yes, which will make it easier. Yeah. But right now, is they have separate dops? Okay. But,

Collette Waddell (23:01) the application content and what you have to verify for both, there are the same. It’s just really, the privilege form is unique, correct, for two different surgery centers. Yes. Okay.

Tressie Parker (23:13) Yes, that’s.

Collette Waddell (23:14) helpful context and just helpful to know. So, yeah, I think just getting some kind of an, you know, an idea of like how many initials and re, credentialing files would be needed for those would help us. And then we’ll pull Sandia or just, you know, somebody from our implementation team back in just to help us kind of build that out with.

Tressie Parker (23:38) You? Okay. I will let Brent know and that is something that you guys can do, and I will reach out to Susan to see how I can get that volume list for both. And.

Amy Walsh (23:51) Before we wrap real quick, I think I found, the file you’re talking about email you’re talking about this file, right?

Collette Waddell (24:00) Yes.

Tressie Parker (24:01) Yes, the hospitals, huh. Yeah.

Collette Waddell (24:04) The providers that have privileges at other hospitals?

Tressie Parker (24:08) Huh. It just doesn’t include the atrium and in the bump because we already had, did theirs, got it. So that’s why that’s not that’s why it’s not as big as normal.

Amy Walsh (24:16) So, in the, I guess the immediate need would be for us to help with ones in 20 26, right? That have the end in 20 26? Yes. Huh. Okay. Got it. Okay. That’s super helpful. Okay. Yeah, I think we have what we need for this piece then. So, yeah, just a similar file sounds like you’ll put together for the other half of the.

Tressie Parker (24:39) Okay.

Amy Walsh (24:42) Ask, right? Colette, yeah. Yeah. Okay. Great.

Collette Waddell (24:46) And so, I know we have, I just want to take a look at the calendar. Okay? I am out starting Friday and then just all of next week just for the kids spring break. But I am back the following week. We’re not scheduled to meet again until the 20 second, but do you want to bump that up? Tressie, to, maybe the week after next? Yes.

Tressie Parker (25:16) We could do that. Okay?

Collette Waddell (25:18) Same time like that Wednesday time period still works? Yes?

Tressie Parker (25:22) That’s fine. Okay?

Collette Waddell (25:23) And then if you need to change for any reason, you just let me know. I will have limited, I mean, trying to like disconnect during spring break. So, you know, if I can adjust the call, you know, once I’m back and see if you have any and have reached out regarding that. If there’s anything urgent in the meantime, you know, you can reach out to our support team or anybody like that, and then they can try to get, you know, internally for somebody to assist there, just for next week. But, yeah. So just for next week, I’m out, but I’ll move our call to the follow like Wednesday the fifteenth so that we are reconnecting like as soon as I’m back.

Tressie Parker (26:09) Okay. Yep, that will work. That will definitely work all.

Amy Walsh (26:14) Right. And Tressie, I’m also going to be out actually starting this Wednesday through the seventeenth for my honeymoon. So, oh,

Collette Waddell (26:21) congratulations. I’ll also.

Amy Walsh (26:22) Be out. Yeah, thank you. So I’ll also be out for a few weeks, but I think you’ve given us a lot of helpful information today so we can try to get our ducks in a row and maybe we’ll even I’m thinking we might even put Sandia as like our out of office for next week, Tressie, in case you want to hop in any quick calls with her to talk about any of the data imports. She might be a good resource. I don’t know your thoughts, clep, but it might be good just to kind of keep the momentum going on this with us being out next week until you’re back.

Collette Waddell (26:50) Yeah, and Tressie, I know you have a, and we actually, we kind of gave you a lot to a lot of.

Amy Walsh (26:55) We did well.

Collette Waddell (26:56) So, you might have, you have a lot of data that you’re trying to pull together from a lot of different places for us. But, yeah… and… yeah, I think that’s a good call and I’ll reach out to Sandia to see, you know, if she at the very minimum, you know, Tressie, maybe just sending her an email if she can, you know, help support in that way.

Tressie Parker (27:18) But.

Collette Waddell (27:20) I will, I’ll move our call to the fifteenth. I know Amy won’t be back yet, but maybe on Tressie, when you and I meet on the fifteenth that we can, if we need to add a call the following week once Amy’s back, you know, so that we can… kind of iron out any like contractual or just like that kind of information, if we can.

Collette Waddell (27:41) So just to get her caught up, but,

Amy Walsh (27:44) that works.

Collette Waddell (27:45) Okay. All right. Well, thank you, Tressie. I hope you feel better. I hope you feel.

Amy Walsh (27:50) Better. Yeah, feel better. Tressie.

Tressie Parker (27:52) Thanks, ladies.

Amy Walsh (27:53) It’s nice to talk to you. Thanks for all your help.

Tressie Parker (27:56) Thank you, you’re welcome. You’re welcome.

Collette Waddell (27:58) All right. Bye now.

Tressie Parker (27:59) Bye bye.
