Dana Wehrli (00:00) hello?

David Ezeobinwa (00:02) Hey, good morning. Is this Dana with the st Charles health system?

Dana Wehrli (00:05) Yeah, it is.

David Ezeobinwa (00:07) Hey, Dana, this is David Cox from medallion. How are you doing today?

Dana Wehrli (00:11) Good from medallion. I don’t know what medallion is.

David Ezeobinwa (00:14) Yeah, no, no worries. I sent you an email regarding medallion. Actually that’s kind of why I was following up, but I figured you probably get a ton of emails. So no worries there. Essentially, I had noticed, you know, st Charles was kind of adding on providers and medallion is an end to end solution for provider operations. And like medical staff, we essentially help, you know, healthcare organizations at that kind of friction point as they’re adding on a ton of new providers to help reduce a lot of the turnaround time.

Dana Wehrli (00:32) Thank you.

David Ezeobinwa (00:41) To get them parsed out to payers. And just overall, you know, credentialing enrollment times, application submission times, we’re seeing, you know, averages and we commit to those outcomes as well of like one day for credentialing, 54 days for turnaround for payer enrollment overall, across all the 900 payers that we work with across the U. S. So I was just kind of interested to kind of see what that looks like for st Charles at the moment. And then potentially if you’d like to have a discussion about what medallion could look like, you know, within the system kind of thing.

Dana Wehrli (01:13) Yeah, certainly my purview, I do peer review, but I don’t do the hiring and all that kind of stuff. So that’s not my area of expertise. So, but thanks for the call.
