And then she has one for Massachusetts. CE is needed and review of application by 426, Haley Rafferty rxauth for South Carolina. She, we need board logins for her. And expiration is four 30 there, Sharae, James lcmhc New Hampshire CE is needed by 425, Tiffany conyers, lcsw, New Hampshire, the New Hampshire survey and review of application by 425, crystal Morgan, RN, Florida. We need a review of application by four 30 Jamie cornejo, rxauth, Texas board processing, Kimisha, fontenet, rxtexas… board processing, Maria breseno, RN, Florida board processing, Nadia ruggia, nprxauth included for Florida needs attention. So renewal of mandatory questionnaire, Jessica Mcneil, cnm rxauth included for Florida, CE is needed along with the mandatory questionnaire there, Laura Mckay, nprxauth… included for Florida, we need a review of application by four 30 Haley Rafferty NP, South Carolina needs state board logins by four 30. Tasheen, leckie cnm plus rxauth included Missouri. We need her to confirm enotify account is current, Tanisha edwards RX off Texas board processing. So we’re pending a transcript there expiring four four, Rebecca Willis. We also need a form B for her expiring four nine, Stacey Callum, that one’s board processing expiring 414. And then we just have two board certs that are expiring Nicole Nguyen, her American heart is expiring three 31.

Sarahfeldman (05:13) Yes, I’ll start. I have three newer Ish providers who I need to make sure that they are flagged marked high priority. The first one and I see that her licenses have not been picked up yet. By the intake team. I need to get those kicked off. Her name is Amy pops. I’m going to butcher her last name. It’s P a PSZ y CK. I… so I need her licenses marked as priority and her stuff was requested on 327. So I need her stuff, you know, moved over and picked up so that it can begin getting work done. Second provider is Holly cross. Holly does have her stuff that’s being worked on by medallion, but she’s a high priority provider for us. And then the last provider is Theresa mcdevitt. She’s also a high priority provider for us… and medallion, the intake team did start picking up her stuff, but I have a question because they flagged that she needs her BSN diploma or her transcripts for BSN. How, how necessary… is that? Because she has her MSN transcripts and she does not have a copy of her diploma or her transcripts for BSN. So, how much of that is a blocker for licensing?
Niccole Russell (06:56) I will check on that.

Niccole Russell (06:59) Because.
Sarahfeldman (06:59) That’s basically going to be holding up all her tasks and if the state boards don’t need the BSN transcripts or the diploma, can we kick those licenses? Like obviously, if there are states that do require it, you know, we can’t move those over, but I think every license is flagged for that right now. So I want to just make sure that like any states that can be moving forward are getting moved forward.
Niccole Russell (07:25) Okay. And she’s not currently in intake, right?
Sarahfeldman (07:28) She is in intake? No?
Niccole Russell (07:30) She isn’t okay.
Sarahfeldman (07:31) All of her, all of her stuff. Yeah, all of her stuff is flagged pending client attention.
Niccole Russell (07:39) Okay. Yeah, I’ll get with intake on that and see, I’ll ask licensing to see if it’s a requirement and then tag intake if it’s not and have it pushed forward.
Sarahfeldman (07:49) Okay. Thank you.
Niccole Russell (07:50) But any that were in a requested status, I did ask intake to go ahead and push those through. I know they have three days to do it and they were requested on the 20 seventh. So I did get an on it emoji. So, they’re working on it this morning.
Sarahfeldman (08:05) Okay. Yeah. I think Amy was the only one that was still in a requested status. Okay, had not been picked up, but Holly and Teresa are both have been picked up by medallion. Okay, perfect. Oh, you know what? Actually, while I have you here for Holly cross, I made the mistake of requesting a Oklahoma RX license while I was requesting her Oklahoma ones. Can we cancel the RX request for Holly for Oklahoma? Okay. So… okay, I’ll put that in for you because we have the issues right now, just with capacity for our collaborating physicians. Okay?
Niccole Russell (08:54) Yeah, not a problem. All right. I’ve got that. Anything else?

Jacqueline Fournier (09:09) I have a request when it comes to our Mississippi license applications for our advanced practice nurses. So I do see that on these applications, there is a section for practice sites, but it doesn’t look like it’s a section that gets filled out by the team. I wanted to ask if we can always have this filled out for our providers to put like our like pomelo care address, whatever it needs. And if they want, they can make that an admin task. If they like don’t know what to fill in. Because in this section, like whenever they get a license issued, then we’re like going in and adding like our Mississippi practice location. So, if we can have that just be a part of like the initial license application. Since it does allow for it, we would prefer to do that.

Jacqueline Fournier (10:00) I don’t know if it’s possible to make it just like a blanket request, you know, put pomelo PC, put this, you know, Mississippi address, you can use, you know, this phone number, you know, xyz or if they need to make it like a task every single time to like say, like what do we need to put in for here?
Jacqueline Fournier (10:15) Or share the practice address? That kind of thing? If they do need to make a task, then I would ask if they can make it an admin task.
Niccole Russell (10:21) Okay. So, what is the standard address that you would like on that?

Niccole Russell (10:36) So, if they can do that, I would prefer them do that. Then you just get additional tasks?
