Nneka-Shay Grant (00:16) Oh, hi, Carla. Hi, this is Anika, I’m giving you a quick call. I noticed that you had attended our mgma state of credentialing and pay enrollment session. I was hoping medallion still rings the bell for you.
Carla Peveto (00:29) Well, medallion we use through, I think it’s southwest health or health resource, southwest, we’re meeting with them tomorrow.
Nneka-Shay Grant (00:38) Oh, you’re meeting with medallion tomorrow?
Carla Peveto (00:40) No, we’re meeting with southwest health resources tomorrow.
Nneka-Shay Grant (00:44) Oh, okay.
Carla Peveto (00:45) And I think medallion goes through them. So I’m hoping to get some more information on that anyway. I’ll know more tomorrow. No, I lied, it’s Thursday morning. Hold on… all I’ve done.

Nneka-Shay Grant (01:11) Okay. So you guys are meeting with southwest? Okay. So they are probably using medallion and I’m assuming you guys have a relationship with them where you could possibly use medallion as well?
Carla Peveto (01:24) Yes, under them, but they’re meeting with us about all of the stuff Thursday?
Nneka-Shay Grant (01:30) Oh, okay. Okay. Makes sense. Just wanted to reach out here to see if it would make sense maybe after your meeting on Thursday, just to get an introduction of medallion for yourselves and to see how it would work with.
Carla Peveto (01:42) Well, I think we have a credentialing department. So I got a, you know, it’s a long lengthy process to get anything started.
Carla Peveto (01:53) and you do credentialing correct?
Nneka-Shay Grant (01:56) Yep. We automate the credentialing and enrollment process for your payers. So, anything from psvs credentialing, privileging enrollment medallion covers all of that.
Carla Peveto (02:08) Okay. I think I remember that from the conversation. I did remember that surprise. I’m surprised anyway, you… have my email, right?
Nneka-Shay Grant (02:26) Yes, I have your email.
Carla Peveto (02:28) Okay. Do me a favor because I’m like meeting that’s all I do, if you will email me, I promise not to forget you how’s that.

I know you’re always in meetings. So hopefully another one maybe in 20 minutes won’t hurt, but I’ll send over that email with a few times as well.
