Ezra Kuenzi (00:00) hi, if you record your name and reason for calling, I’ll see if this person is available.
Jaz Kemp (00:06) This is jazz following up on an email subject line, eight figure revenue lag, I was hoping to speak with Ezra. And also, this is not an AI bot.
Ezra Kuenzi (00:24) Thanks. Please stay on the line.
Ezra Kuenzi (00:48) Hello, this is Ezra with connect.
Jaz Kemp (00:51) Hey, this is Jasmine medallion. How’s your day going so far?
Ezra Kuenzi (00:55) It’s been good. How are you?
Jaz Kemp (00:56) I’m good. I am following up on an email I sent over. Does medallion ring a bell at all?
Ezra Kuenzi (01:03) I know it does not.
Jaz Kemp (01:05) Okay. No worries. I figured it went straight to spam, but yeah, I’m with medallion, we’re an AI end to end solution. So that impacts all things onboarding, getting providers billable credential licensing and enrollment. So, I was just kind of curious at connect pediatrics, if you guys have looked into optimizing your credentialing right now?
Ezra Kuenzi (01:29) Yeah, we don’t have to do any individual credentialing. So there’s not really any lift with that.
Jaz Kemp (01:35) Okay. So you guys don’t do any credentialing or licensing?
Ezra Kuenzi (01:40) No, we don’t have to for our business. We don’t have to do that. We don’t have like individual licenses for physicians or anything like that, our primary. So we’re doing pediatric home health, which is primarily nurses. They don’t have individual licensing.
Jaz Kemp (01:56) Okay. Got it. Okay. So, everyone’s already credentialed and you guys don’t have to handle any of that?
Ezra Kuenzi (02:01) Yeah, there’s nothing with that.
Jaz Kemp (02:04) Okay. Wow. So you guys don’t even have a credentialing team or anything like that?
Ezra Kuenzi (02:08) No, no one. No one does anything with that because that. Yeah, they’re already licensed and there’s no like upkeep with like it’s different from physicians, right? It’s a completely different type of business.
Jaz Kemp (02:17) Yeah. Wow. Okay. That’s so interesting to know. Well, good for you guys.
Ezra Kuenzi (02:24) Yeah, reaching out.
Jaz Kemp (02:26) Yeah. Well, I’m glad that you guys have a, yeah, a system in place. You guys. Yeah, that’s definitely saved you guys a lot because a lot of companies obviously lose revenue when providers aren’t billable, but you guys don’t have to worry about that. So that’s a win.
Ezra Kuenzi (02:40) Awesome. Well, thank you. Have a good day.
Jaz Kemp (02:41) Thanks, Ezra. Bye bye.
