Rheta Larson (00:02) hello? Hi, happy Monday. You… how’s everyone doing today? Doing, good to hear?

Bitnerworkman (00:16) Kaleb’s here. I’m just on with bittner.

Rheta Larson (00:19) Hello. Always nice when y’all are working in the same area. It’s pretty hard when you’re remote.

Bitnerworkman (00:25) Definitely makes it a lot easier… cool.

Rheta Larson (00:29) Well, I’m not sure if we’re waiting on anyone’s end for renew. I know I sent an email last week, but I wasn’t sure if anyone has reviewed that yet to see if we can schedule time for the second sync. I just sent y’all, some available time slots for me this week. So, feel free to coordinate? I think Sheri, Durant, bittner, and Kristen, if y’all, want to select a time that’s available for everyone.

Rheta Larson (01:01) And then I can get that on the calendar and schedule. I know it’s hard to sync everyone at the same time, but I’ll pause there. Do you have any preferences now or do you want to get back to me via email?

Bitnerworkman (01:18) I just can’t do Wednesday this week, but I could do Thursday… probably Thursday would be best for me, but Thursday.

Rheta Larson (01:29) Okay. Let me share my screen. I have the agenda here. So for now, I can put a like a hold for Thursday on some of those available times, just let me know if any of these fit your schedule better than the others. And then we can just put the hold on the calendar. If we have to reschedule, we can do that. But I definitely wanted to get time in with y’all to do any of the platform overview and training that y’all needed?

Bitnerworkman (01:55) Yeah… yeah, maybe like 12 30 Central Time on Thursday. Okay. Does that work for everyone else? 10 30 pacific? Alright?

Rheta Larson (02:13) We can shoot for 12 to one that should fit my schedule as well. Let me just double check. I won’t.

Connor (02:20) Make it, but can you, would it be recorded for those people that can’t make it?

Rheta Larson (02:26) I can record it. Yeah, if that’s something that would be helpful for y’all.

Bitnerworkman (02:32) Would another time on Thursday work for you? Durant?

Connor (02:35) No.

Steele Blue (02:36) Okay.

Connor (02:38) I’ll be out of town on Thursday, so.

Rheta Larson (02:40) Sorry, I’m so sorry, I have, so 12 30 is my last, I have a conflict from 12 30 to one 30. So I can do 11… 30 to 12 or 12 to 12 30. Does that work for anyone?

Bitnerworkman (02:58) Yeah, let’s just 1,212 would work? Great.

Rheta Larson (03:01) Okay. Gotcha. We’ll do noon then… and I’ll shoot that out to you all… perfect. Okay. So we have that on the books and I’ll get that hold scheduled. I saw an email come in. I think from seal for Scott McBride. I sent this over to support. Anytime the providers are having issues logging in, feel free to send that to support and they can pretty quickly unblock them versus Jen and myself. But yeah, feel free to have the provider’s contact support. They’ll unblock them. They’re taking a look at this one and they’re going to resend the invite to this email tied to the profile. Is that the correct email?

Steele Blue (03:45) That’s correct. Yeah. And then for future reference, I wouldn’t have known that they were blocked or would have needed that specific help. I tried to resend the invite. It didn’t give me any sort of notification that it was not going to work or that he was blocked? Is there a way for us to know kind of how to handle?

Rheta Larson (04:07) I actually am not sure why he’s blocked. Yeah, it does show that the invite was sent. It just shows that he hasn’t accepted it. So my suggestion here would be there won’t be any type of indicator other than if they did not accept the invite. So that’s a good rule of thumb. If you check the org members here and then look at the invite status, you can see essentially who has been invited who has accepted the invite. So like Nick harris has accepted the invite, but some of these providers are just in the invited status so you can filter for that and just take a look at anyone who’s been invited but has not yet accepted.

Rheta Larson (04:42) That might be a good starting point. I would encourage them to check their spam, just make sure it’s not getting filtered to like another inbox. But if they are claiming they’re not receiving it, then that’s where I would need to work with support team to see like what is going on. If there is something that is truly like blocking them from accepting the invite. Other than that, if they’re using like multiple emails, that might be a reason, but I don’t know if many of them have that issue. Does that answer your question Steele?

Steele Blue (05:19) Yeah, I think so. I think my biggest concern was the fact that I re invited him and I wouldn’t have known that he did not receive it unless I had followed up like I did. So I don’t know just to know that they’ve received. I guess I just have to follow up with them.

Rheta Larson (05:42) Yeah, madaket. Oh, sorry. Go ahead. No. I was just going to say I would point to here. So if you see anyone that’s been invited, so these 150 providers have not yet accepted the invite. So if you pull his name here.

Bitnerworkman (05:59) Sorry.

Rheta Larson (06:00) What was his spelling of his last name? Well?

Steele Blue (06:05) It’s going to show that he was invited, right? But if he didn’t get the email, there’s no way for me to know that. Yeah.

Rheta Larson (06:11) That’s where I would just want to explore further to make sure it is something that’s truly like an issue either like with medallion’s end or it might be the provider’s like settings in his email or Gmail. So I would encourage him to check like spam, just make sure he’s checking the folders that maybe it got filtered to somewhere else and then loop in support and they can pretty quickly investigate that for you.

Steele Blue (06:35) Gotcha. Thank you.

Rheta Larson (06:36) Yeah, of course. Sorry. He’s experiencing issues if he still did not get the invite after the sync, let me know and then I can have support try and jump on with him. All right. Any questions for Scott McBride? Okay. And then Sheri, I think we had a question from last week. I was looking into the email preferences for administrators to see if there was a way that you can view the provider’s email preferences in mass. And currently, there is no easy way to determine that without like individually going to the provider’s profiles and then clicking on their email preferences at the top of their… logins here. So that just might be a good feedback for the providers that you’re working with. I don’t know how frequently you all meet with them, but just letting them know email preferences you all suggest to keep them active, so you can see those active tasks that are coming in from the medallion team, so they can action them promptly. But yeah, once we kind of have some filters in place, I can give that feedback to product support and see if it’s something we can include. So it’s easy for you all to see. Do you have any questions on the email preferences?

Sheri Ryan (07:56) No, but I do hope that product support is working on that. Yeah.

Rheta Larson (08:04) I’ll put in the requirements.

Sheri Ryan (08:05) Our ability to help make sure people are getting information, yeah.

Rheta Larson (08:11) I totally agree. And I will definitely make sure that request is in, as far as a timeline is concerned, I can’t guarantee that it will be worked into any of our short term, short term, product maps, but I can definitely see if they can provide a timeline and eta on that. Great. So, those are some of the action items I had. I will now give you all the floor for anything in the medallion profile, any of the requests, anything you would like to go through together?

Bitnerworkman (08:49) I have a, one… of the requests that I would love to go through. I’ve gotten a few different times and each time I ask the provider to check their email to see if they’ve gotten it. And maybe I’m just reading it, understanding it a little bit wrong. But if you go down to Ibrahim darwish, five days ago, there’s one, four days ago. But if you go to his five days ago… task, it was right up there. It wasn’t too far down. They’re like four spaces away from each other.

Rheta Larson (09:28) This provider, yes. Okay. Yeah.

Bitnerworkman (09:32) So, not the Coi, because we’ll get that one in, but there’s one that said, let me pull this up. It’s asking us for the initial appointment request.

Bitnerworkman (09:57) It’s asking for an application portal link that they received from southern hills hospital, and then have them send it to privileging at medallion co. None of the providers, yeah, that one right there, none of the providers have gotten this email. Like, are you guys reaching out to paralon to get that sent out? Or?

Rheta Larson (10:23) Do you know who their emails are tied with at? Do you know what the previous emails are tied with? Because it might be going to those emails, which, but we do need permission in order to get the proper access,

Bitnerworkman (10:42) I would… assume it’s just the one that they have, on their medallion account, but he, and this, this provider’s pretty responsive and he’s he hasn’t gotten anything, from… that email. And I asked if it takes a couple days, which is fine, if it does. I just, they wanted to make sure that they’re doing it correctly, and they want to make sure that, they’re… not just waiting around when there’s something that they can do for it.

Rheta Larson (11:19) Okay. Let me flag this one just to see if there’s any issues with the portal. And then, I can have the team get back to you all today. On this one. This one should be a pretty easy fix. It shouldn’t take several days, but I know they mentioned here, it can take several days for the application request approval. I personally have not seen that in the past. So, I’ll double check for southern hills, if that might be the case. Yeah.

Bitnerworkman (11:42) Well, the other thing I was, on the same subject, Peter wang is another provider that had this email, or this request, and then he got, his is all finished, his, he already did all of his, but he got, another… assignment that had like the username on there already… like username and password, see?

Rheta Larson (12:19) I see he has all tasks completed, but.

Bitnerworkman (12:24) Yeah. So, I think it’s, the first.

Rheta Larson (12:27) Yeah, so.

Bitnerworkman (12:28) This was the second part of, that… we’re wanting to get that username… and password for Abraham. Darwish. We just can’t figure out how that’s done.

Rheta Larson (12:43) Okay. Yeah. I, to us. So, is, darwish is just can’t log in? Is that the issue here? Or he just, he’s already started the authorization process to request the necessary information and he just haven’t received an email link. Is that, yeah. Okay. Gotcha. I’ll explore that one further with the team and just make sure, we revisit in the task and then try and get an update for you back here today. Just what the next steps are for southern hills. Okay?

Bitnerworkman (13:13) Awesome. Thank you. Of course.

Rheta Larson (13:17) But yeah, I mean, I think that definitely should come through. The only other suggestion I would have is if he cannot, then he just needs to hop on the phone and contact the help support. They’re usually pretty quick to like unblock and then push things along. We just can’t do it as a third party until they give us the proper access.

Bitnerworkman (13:37) Gotcha. Okay, perfect. Thank you.

Rheta Larson (13:42) Yep, I’ll take that one. Let’s see… anything else for darwish, any of his open tasks you want to go over?

Bitnerworkman (13:55) No, I think we’re just, we’re waiting on his Coi too, and we’ll get that in as soon as we get it.

Rheta Larson (14:06) And, that’s coming from Renu, like y’all, are going to have his Coi, tied to the group. Yeah. Okay.

Bitnerworkman (14:14) Perfect. All right.

Rheta Larson (14:17) I will make note of that as well. Anything else with any of the open tasks?

Rheta Larson (14:27) It looks like some of these are just incomplete profiles. So, as soon as they go in there and finish up some of those items, we’ll be in good business, but, yeah, just based off of what’s currently in the ready queue, there’s 76. And then I always suggest again, just knocking out anything that’s older to try and push those requests along. If y’all have a timeline for any of those, and that would be our ongoing conversation. So, if you have priority states, priority pairs, anything that needs to be marked as priority for the team that’s where I’ll work with our pair enrollment team to make sure we get that, kind of streamlined?

Rheta Larson (15:09) Okay. Anyone else, anything else you want to go through or any other emails that you’ve all flagged that have not been responded to yet?

Rheta Larson (15:22) Everyone’s moving,

Steele Blue (15:23) Yes, actually, thanks, dr. Kane Lai. He’s I guess emailed a couple of times… sorry, with a K… with an E at the end.

Rheta Larson (15:43) There he is. He’s.

Steele Blue (15:47) credentialed in springfield. We’re trying to get him credentialed at parkview in Colorado. And I think just initiating that with parkview is what we need to see and make sure it has happened.

Rheta Larson (16:08) Parkview. And he let,

Steele Blue (16:12) me go back real quick. I say.

Connor (16:15) Steel, I can confirm he’s been presented to parkview. Okay?

Steele Blue (16:18) Because I think what was happening was, after he was presented, they emailed him needing all of these documents that he had already uploaded into medallion. So he’s wondering just like, if medallion was going to get them those documents, or what?

Steele Blue (16:35) Connor, do you know anything about that? I?

Connor (16:37) Don’t, I’m looking at it right now.

Steele Blue (16:40) Okay. I guess he emailed Jody and was like, hey, you know, they asked me for all these documents that I uploaded to medallion already. Are you guys going to present those or did you need me to send those again or whatever? Something like that? I?

Connor (16:54) Would say Jody and Jennifer both copied on all these emails?

Rheta Larson (16:56) Regarding.

Steele Blue (16:58) him? Yep, I.

Rheta Larson (17:00) just pulled up the request for uc health, parkview? And I see here that we did update the copies, sent them back to the contact. So they should have the appropriate items that were necessary. So, now, it’s yeah, now, it’s with committee. So, I think we just need a partner… processing. It looks like we’re waiting on some votes here.

Steele Blue (17:25) Okay. Thank you so much.

Rheta Larson (17:26) Yeah, of course. And if you ever need to.

Steele Blue (17:27) Check for an update. Yeah, if you.

Rheta Larson (17:30) Ever need to check what the last actions were on any of the requests, feel free to pop into the notes as well. And you should be able to hopefully decipher what the team kind of worked through and they’ll usually put their attachments as well and then just list any action items that they’ve taken. Of course, if there’s anything that y’all are missing or y’all receive from these entities, let me know, flag it. And then we can make sure we can cross reference what we’ve done and then what’s still outstanding. Gotcha. Cool. So that one seems to be moving anything else with Kane. Nope. Yeah, feel free to let him know. So just disregard, and if we do need any action, we’ll definitely task it.

Rheta Larson (18:16) All right. So, we went through Kane. I think from this takeaway, I’ll make sure I get that hold on the calendar for us for Thursday at noon Central Time, and then we can go over some of the platform request, training, kind of an overview section of that… email preferences. Sheri, I’ll make sure to get that on the product roadmap just to ensure we have something in place so it’s easily accessible for y’all’s, view. And then I’ll send the notice out to the team for Abraham darwish, for his creds on that open task, and see if they can help push that along from the entity. Anything I’m missing, any other action items?

Rheta Larson (19:01) All right. If there are any emails that are outstanding, I’ll make sure we just hit those back and close the loop there. So, Steele, it sounds like there might be one outstanding for Kane. I can have the team respond and feel free to CC me on those as well. If y’all are sending them siloed, to anyone within medallion, so we can get just all on the same page with closing those emails out as well.

Steele Blue (19:25) Great. Thank you. Yep.

Rheta Larson (19:27) I will let you know when the invite is resent for Scott, if he’s still experiencing issues, please let me know also. But let me see if the team actually nothing… yet. So I’ll keep an eye out for that in the next few minutes and they should be able to unblock that for him. All right. Well, I appreciate y’all’s time today. If you do need anything as always, feel free to send an email or reach out to support and we should get back within the 24 hour timeframe.

Steele Blue (20:00) awesome. Thank you. Y.

Rheta Larson (20:02) ‘all enjoy the rest of your day.

Steele Blue (20:04) Bye you too.
