Nneka-Shay Grant (00:15) I’m doing pretty well myself. I appreciate you picking up the call. I know I’m reaching out of the blue, but I was hoping to take a second to explain while I was reaching out, I sent over an email about medallion a few days back.
Craig Jones (00:28) Okay.
Nneka-Shay Grant (00:29) Yeah, just to give you some context, I saw that you’re overseeing payor contracting in the central business office. So, just curious if you had any initiatives around reducing the time it takes to get your providers credentialed and enrolled as you guys are growing.
Craig Jones (00:40) Correct.
Craig Jones (00:49) Yes, and to help on that, we’ve just installed mdstaff with our medical staff services department and it’s up and running, and we’re very excited about being able to use that and reducing the time it takes plus making it more convenient on the providers to submit their paperwork for credentialing.
Nneka-Shay Grant (00:54) Okay.
Nneka-Shay Grant (01:09) Yeah. Okay. Perfect. That makes sense. Glad to hear you guys found a solution. We are aware of mdstaff. We know typically that they still require some manual effort, and medallion reduces that significantly. So, if you guys are ever on the lookout again for credentialing solutions, I’m happy to reconnect, but it seems like you guys have a good process in place right now.
