Kyle Rice (00:10) Was good, a little fast this one but we’re doing it again on Monday, you know?
Sam Glandorf (00:15) I know when I saw Monday when I woke up today, I’m like it’s a Monday. Here we go.
Kyle Rice (00:21) Exactly exactly what’s new in the current health world this week. I.
Sam Glandorf (00:26) Am just catching up on. I had some issues with Oregon’s website, so my task shows expired, but I finally got in, I got a hold of Oregon today this morning, so I was able to do my ceu. So I should have that one completed. I think I only have like one or two outstanding tasks from there. One, I’m waiting on New York to send me the pin, which takes a little while. And then Kayla davis, she actually extended… her leave until April. So I updated the medallion like the agents there, but she won’t be completing her task because I have no communication with her. I did let the HR representative know. So hopefully she’ll go in there and look at it, but she is out on leave right now until the fourteenth of April. And then Mike and Nancy, they should be completing theirs. I sent them a friendly reminder. So those are the only outstanding tasks. No issues or concerns. I think it’s going well with the advanced like month so that we could complete those. But yeah, I think it’s going good on our end with that. Glad.
Kyle Rice (01:43) To hear, glad to hear. I just pulled Kayla davis open. It looks like we don’t have a, or we do have a renewal for her Illinois license expiring on may 30 first. Okay. It looks like the application and CE attestation are out to her for review. So we got a little bit of a lead time there to, for her to complete. And then I did see that we were in good shape for renewals. It looks like we only had three pending for April. I know you said Michael miller for his Florida and I saw that you bumped him. And then I had your Minnesota which I saw you completed the ces today. And the Oregon, the Payne CE was in process. I think it was the last note we got from them. So those are the only three outstanding for April. And then it looks like we’re in good shape. And then I asked our intake team to move a bunch into process for may as well. There’s about 20 sitting in requested status that just opened up. So there should be some renewal tasking coming down the line here for them. Okay?
Sam Glandorf (02:34) For may. Okay, perfect. Yep. That’s all I had on my end. I think it’s going smoothly with that, a little advancement for those that are out on, you know, leave or pto. So it’s working well on our end. And then I’ll finish up my task by today, so that will all be completed.
