Jennifer Mikel (00:00) hi, everyone. Hi.

James Donachie (00:05) How’s everyone doing?

Erica Dale (00:09) I’m pretty good. How are you?

James Donachie (00:11) Good, Jen. How was your cheer competition?

Jennifer Mikel (00:17) Exhausting?

James Donachie (00:21) It.

Jennifer Mikel (00:21) was so exhausting? Did?

James Donachie (00:25) Anyone else do anything fun this weekend for this group?

Erica Dale (00:31) I don’t think anyone can beat that.

James Donachie (00:34) I know I had to ask Jen if she competed… I pretended like.

Jennifer Mikel (00:39) I did like, I was on one of those international teams. My daughter does it.

Erica Dale (00:47) That’s so fun there.

Jennifer Mikel (00:49) Was 1,800 teams there?

James Donachie (00:53) That’s crazy that’s a lot of energy that’s in a confined space, yeah.

Erica Dale (01:03) I.

James Donachie (01:03) went to a murder mystery dinner this weekend. I highly recommend it.

Jennifer Mikel (01:09) I’ve done it before they’re fun. They’re.

James Donachie (01:12) so much fun. I went with my parents. They wanted to go to one and it was like in, a castle here outside of Denver and it was an Irish wake themed. I highly recommend going to it. The actors were great and it was, I don’t know the time like flew by. I didn’t know what to do. My parents really wanted to go to it. And so, they have them like a few times a year, I guess at this place and there’s all these different themes and it was some people showed up in real cost like full on like funeral attire for it. And I didn’t realize you’re supposed to do that… but yeah, it was quite the interesting because we have no snow here in Colorado. It’s just spring. It’s just, we’re approaching summer. It’s like 85 and sunny. Yeah, the weather is nuts.

Jennifer Mikel (02:12) Yeah.

James Donachie (02:12) It’s crazy, but is there anyone else from? I feel like we have everyone here from the Iris side, I think so. I see Kira’s on.

Jennifer Mikel (02:25) Kira, are you waiting on anyone else? No?

James Donachie (02:27) Not waiting on anyone.

Erica Dale (02:29) Else. Oh.

James Donachie (02:30) Okay. We got to Annie as a guest.

Jennifer Mikel (02:34) Ooh. Annie, what’s up? You’re holding there a little fluffy butt.

Erica Dale (02:40) I like to join the meetings and then go sit by the window and watch the birdies.

James Donachie (02:46) Nice. Well, hopefully we can keep this meeting quick to give you guys a little bit more time back. I went and shortened it to 45 minutes. I figured we could cover everything Kira this goes to try to be more effective with our time. So I figured we’ll start with 15 minutes and then we can as we get better and better at these, maybe we can shorten down to a half hour just to kind of reduce the meeting minutes that everyone is involved with. So my goal is to give you guys a little bit time back, but we’ll still go over our topics. We’ll just do it in a little bit quicker. And the first question I had for you, I was, so I was working with the team on that support ticket and the one thing they, so they’re looking at the team manager thing. They just wanted me to ask you if Janine had mentioned like a ticket number to you, or anything because they saw like it in our like product feedback, but they weren’t sure if there was like a ticket where they should be like tracking it or if, they wanted me to open up like a new one tied to Iris. And I just wanted to know just did you have a number? It’s a long shot but I figured I would ask before I went and recreated it.

Erica Dale (04:07) Just about the support.

James Donachie (04:10) Yeah.

Erica Dale (04:11) Portal. No, not that I’m aware of.

James Donachie (04:13) Okay. I can, it… probably she probably put it in like the product channel but not like a official ticket. So I’ll just like our processes are changing all the time, but I was like, well, let me just double check on that, but, that was one. And then the other one was that, I know there was the sops for escalation that you guys were reviewing. And I just wanted to see, how that was coming along if there was any feedback or if we want to talk about it next week, just wanted to kind of just quickly judge or gauge where you guys are at just so I know.

Erica Dale (04:57) Yes, we’re reviewing that with Jill and one of our other ops directors on Thursday morning. So perfect. We’ll bring that back next Monday.

James Donachie (05:07) Okay, great. And if you guys, I mean, after the meeting, if you guys also just want to like send over some thoughts and then that way I have some time to connect with the team, but that makes sense. I know there’s a 1,000,000 different things going on throughout the week. So no worries on that one. And then, Jen, I don’t was there, did you have anything for the group? I know we kind of connected and everything seemed to be working well on your end. But anything that stood out to you?

Jennifer Mikel (05:38) No, I don’t have anything today.

James Donachie (05:41) Okay. Any Iris… team? Is there anything that sticks out? No, I don’t have anything. Okay? We.

Erica Dale (05:58) Have a couple of things on the general, I think. Okay?

Erica Dale (06:10) But you said you don’t have anything, Jill road? Yes?

Kira Fleshman (06:20) Welcome to drop off then if you’d like, I… mean, unless you want to listen in, it’s totally fine. And you’re on mute, so we can’t hear you.

Kira Fleshman (06:37) You’re still on mute, but.

James Donachie (06:38) All right. We’ll never know like final words looks.

Kira Fleshman (06:43) Like she took us up on that.

Erica Dale (06:50) So, just a few things. Is it possible to run a report of the providers who don’t have their 20 26, 20 27 cois and their malpractice insurance sections… that’d be possible just since our product team’s been working on importing them and trying to see if I.

James Donachie (07:14) can, let me, I know the people to ask. So, let me find out if it’s possible. I could get an update to you guys after the meeting awesome.

Erica Dale (07:25) And.

James Donachie (07:27) are they using the API, to import that just for like my own education as I’m learning more about you guys? Yeah.

Erica Dale (07:33) I believe so. Okay.

James Donachie (07:35) Yeah. Let me, let me see. What if there’s a, if there’s a report available for that sounds?

Erica Dale (07:42) Good.

Erica Dale (07:47) And then, Jen, I sent you that specialty form a couple weeks ago, and you said you were going to send it to the epd team to map? Is there any update on that? Yes?

Jennifer Mikel (07:59) It’ll be done by the end of this week… awesome.

Erica Dale (08:16) Then I had a question from one of our medical group leaders. Let me share my screen whenever… we get these credentialing… files ready for review emails. It doesn’t show the provider name or anything like that. It’s just blank. I was wondering if there’s any way for that to be fixed on your end. Just so when they get it, they know what provider they need to search for in… the section. Let.

James Donachie (08:53) Me, let me follow up that. That doesn’t that seems like something’s broken. I feel like the name should be there Annie?

Jennifer Mikel (09:03) Has it ever come across with the provider’s name on it?

Erica Dale (09:08) I don’t think so. Okay, because.

Jennifer Mikel (09:11) I know other departments like when they get emails, usually, it, I feel like it has the provider’s name on it. But yeah, I’m with James. I think that definitely should be something that should be on the emails. Yeah.

James Donachie (09:29) Okay. Thank you for sanity checking me, Jen. I was like, I feel like the name was there at one point and if it wasn’t then let me follow up with the technical team to find out. I think there’s probably just some logic broken, on the email side. Okay?

Erica Dale (09:48) And then you said for the tickets portal that you’re gonna have to open any ticket, yeah.

James Donachie (09:55) They, they were aware of it. They’re still trying, they’re working on like our teams and like at admin, like overhaul, which is kind of like with that update, I sent, I, there wasn’t just something like linked specifically, to Iris on it. So, I just want to be able to track. So that way basically I say update and improve it. But then although they’ll know to come back to me like… and I was just going to make sure it didn’t have Janine on there. Some of the stuff I’m finding as we like switch accounts around just like the old contacts are on there. And then people are like trying to ping other people within the organization. So I’ll just start fresh, and let them know that link it back so that it’s on there sounds?

Erica Dale (10:45) Good. That’s… all I had on the agenda today. Kira. Did you have anything additional or Emily or Erica?

Kira Fleshman (10:58) I don’t.

James Donachie (11:05) okay. Well, Emily… or Erica? Nothing for me? I’m.

Jennifer Mikel (11:15) all good too. Okay.

James Donachie (11:17) And if anything comes up, I know it’s only Monday, so we don’t need to wait a week. You guys can, you could email me? I’m happy to work on them like async in between just so we could get the ball rolling on anything that like pops up like during the week but any, I can… I’ll follow up on, that reporting capability and then that the email as I kind of just dig in and do some investigating on my end.

Jennifer Mikel (11:49) And I am out of the office most of next week. So just fyi, I will be checking my emails and the intercoms and the support tickets, but it’ll be like first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening. So, if you need anything, Michelle will be in so you can CC her if you need a quicker response, but I’ll be out of the country. So just fyi.

Erica Dale (12:18) That’s fun if we need like an entity added or anything for a request, will Michelle be able to do that? No?

Jennifer Mikel (12:27) James, do you know how to do that? I?

James Donachie (12:31) Don’t but I can learn, I.

Jennifer Mikel (12:33) Can show you.

James Donachie (12:33) Yeah, we’ll make sure it’s covered. Yeah.

Jennifer Mikel (12:37) I can show him. I can show him how to do it while I’m out. Okay? But again, like I said, I’ll be checking everything first thing in the morning and in the evening, there’s no time difference. I’ll be in Mexico, so the time difference isn’t anything significant. So that’s good. But like I said, I’ll be checking in, I’ll be laying by the pool, just checking emails. I just need like, you know, some R, R. Yes.

Erica Dale (13:10) Yes, hope you enjoy your trip. Sounds like fun hopefully.

Jennifer Mikel (13:14) I don’t get kidnapped, just kidding. Just kidding. There’s nothing going on where I’m going… but I did want to let you know that I would be out of the office during that time. So if I’m slow to respond, that’s why.

James Donachie (13:28) Sounds good.

Erica Dale (13:29) Appreciate the heads up.

James Donachie (13:33) Awesome. Well, that’s everything we can end shortly. It looks like Kira just dropped… and we can, I’ll follow up on those things. We’ll have. Jen will have to tell us how her trip goes when she comes back next after next week. Hopefully you guys, are you guys closed at all for the holidays coming up next week? I know some offices are closed on Fridays.

Erica Dale (14:04) No, we’re not. Oh yeah.

Jennifer Mikel (14:05) Good Friday is coming up.

James Donachie (14:06) Yeah. Okay. You guys are?

Erica Dale (14:08) We’re not closed, but I actually am taking Monday off. So might… check… with Kira to see if we should move the Monday sync to another day that week or maybe I’ll just hop on for that one meeting. So I’ll keep you posted.

James Donachie (14:25) Yeah, that on our end, that’s it like that’s something we can chat over email, but happy to just move it to like a Tuesday or Wednesday… especially if you guys are looking at the sops and you want to be on if that’s the day, that might make sense for us to move so, really flexible on that.

Erica Dale (14:44) Okay. I will let you know.

James Donachie (14:47) All right. I,

Jennifer Mikel (14:49) am in on Friday like, so I’m out on Monday of next week, but I am back on Friday. So, if y’all, want to move it to Friday, that works for me.

Erica Dale (14:58) Okay, perfect.

James Donachie (15:01) All right. Well, enjoy… the rest of your Monday. Hopefully, it’s not too hectic. Hopefully your calendars don’t look like mine… or I’m bouncing back to back and just trying to grab some coffee in between.

Jennifer Mikel (15:18) Well, use this.

Erica Dale (15:19) Time to go grab some coffee.

Jennifer Mikel (15:21) Oh,

James Donachie (15:21) yeah.

Jennifer Mikel (15:23) Awesome. Talk to y’all later.

Erica Dale (15:25) Thank you.

James Donachie (15:25) Bye.
