Dan Leamon (00:00) hey, Dan. Oh, hi. Good morning. How are you? Ah? Doing good, Tuesday. It’s going to rain though in our world, just saying, yeah, it’s raining coming up.
Rae Tompkins (00:18) We are in the high seventies today with lots of sun. Yeah.
Dan Leamon (00:22) Good for you.
Rae Tompkins (00:24) Sensing sunshine away, yeah.
Dan Leamon (00:29) It’s finally spring, which is nice. Our.
Rae Tompkins (00:33) Weather here has been so inconsistent. It’s been like forties in the morning, but tomorrow is high eighties. It can just not make up its mind.
Dan Leamon (00:41) Hey, you’re down south? Where are you again?
Rae Tompkins (00:43) South Carolina?
Dan Leamon (00:44) Okay. And we’re in South Carolina, charleston. Oh, that’s where my buddy Tom’s from? Yeah, charleston’s a nice place. It’s of course, getting more and more crowded, more and more expensive.
Rae Tompkins (00:58) It is definitely true, right? Very crowded.
Dan Leamon (01:03) Too crowded expensive. Yeah. I know… you ever walk across the rebinal, whatever it’s called bridge?
Rae Tompkins (01:16) I have not, I drove over. It never walked it.
Dan Leamon (01:20) Well, it’s pretty, of course, you know, it’s a walk. It’s a hike?
Rae Tompkins (01:24) It is a hike.
Dan Leamon (01:27) Nicole, you haven’t been to charleston, have you?
Rae Tompkins (01:29) I have not, they?
Dan Leamon (01:30) Got this bridge that’s like the biggest bridge. I mean, that’s not the biggest bridge I’ve ever seen but it is like, it is massive and you can walk across, jog across and whatnot, but probably take you 45 minutes to walk across it. One way. I don’t know. I’m making up a number.
Rae Tompkins (01:46) Yeah. And it’s all fun and games when you walk across it, but then you have to realize you have to walk back to get back to your car. So, yeah.
Dan Leamon (01:53) It’s all a.
Rae Tompkins (01:53) Shame, that’s always been my hesitation but they have this big last weekend, they had the Cooper river bridge run, which people like people from all over the country come do like a five K across it. So it’s not my cup of tea, but I’m all for it and supporting those people.
Dan Leamon (02:09) Do they close the Lane or do they walk across the.
Rae Tompkins (02:12) Yeah, they close the whole bridge.
Dan Leamon (02:13) Oh, okay. I see. Yeah, yeah, it’s and the bridge is like, it’s lots of traffic. It’s it’s intense. Closing it down is a form of, anyway, so agenda, I know I sent you a few emails. Yes. So, is there attention to send like six warnings or 10 warnings? No.
Rae Tompkins (02:38) No, and I think, our engineering team identified what was happening and I think they’ve fixed that solution. I’m still waiting on confirmation, but moving forward, you’d only receive one notification. But what happened was npvb identified six separate events which caused six emails, but I think they are working on limiting that. So you don’t receive obviously multiple requests for the same provider, but just the one.
Dan Leamon (03:01) Yeah, it makes sense. It’s probably that’s probably the easiest fix they’ll do all day. I mean, so I probably just need some code that says just if you, if, yeah, just if you see it once, leave it once.
Rae Tompkins (03:12) Absolutely. So.
Dan Leamon (03:14) I don’t know what else I,
Rae Tompkins (03:18) have confirmed with the team that the voting has been resolved where you can select multiple. If you have any additional issues, let me know they tried with other orgs because whenever I sent them the link to test for valor, the files had already been moved. So we weren’t able to replicate the error based on the screenshots I provided them. But if you have any issues moving forward, selecting multiple at a time and moving into your bucket, just let me know.
Dan Leamon (03:45) I did it the other day or yesterday and… it seemed a lot smoother. I mean, you know, I would just select three at a time, which I’m okay with three at a time. Well, that’s what I was trying to do before. Yeah, and it was just, you know, just move and I hit 30 again and just move and I hit 30 again and move. So I was like, so as far as I can tell, you know, it was seamless. It wasn’t like I would send 30 and then I would like die and then I’d do it again. And then I’d die again. So, yeah. So I think it’s resolved which is good. I mean, it’s a slick system and it’s working. So, yeah.
Rae Tompkins (04:20) If you have any, if you see again in a couple of weeks, it happens, just let me know. I’ll continue to flag it, but hopefully for now that’s resolved.
Dan Leamon (04:28) Yeah. Hopefully I have to kind of fix for everyone. I imagine if this happened with me, it’s happened with others. Yes. So those are, I think just a couple things on my list. So thanks for taking care of those for me.
Rae Tompkins (04:38) Appreciate that. And then Nicole, I have asked the team to expedite Louis and Alex, those two files team confirmed they’re working on those and we’ll get them pushed through as soon as possible. And then as soon as the other name escapes me as soon as that one expires I’ll push it to them to get it processed. But you’re exactly right? What happened is it missed the recred deadline so it failed out to archive. So if that ever happens again, we’ll just reprocess it that way the dates catch up so they don’t fall out of that bucket. That does happen again. I just need to resubmit them. And yeah, exactly. Yeah, if they expire, if you’ll just initiate it the same way you did shoot me over an email and then I can ask the team to expedite OK?
Dan Leamon (05:25) And it doesn’t happen too often but we’ve right? We’re running into some pickups here and there and… that’ll be that’s good. There’s a solution moving forward to that too.
Rae Tompkins (05:35) Absolutely. Yeah… perfect. I think that was all I had.
Dan Leamon (05:42) Yeah. Well, we appreciate your support. I mean, we’ll say if you didn’t exist and obviously there’s a cost and there’s effort to have you on these calls, you know, all these little issues would become big issues and the system would be unwieldy in that work. So, so you’re moving things through from a kind of a problem to a solution and it keeps us moving and productive. So, yeah. So thank you. Thank you for doing that. Happy.
Rae Tompkins (06:12) To help anytime anything comes up that is obviously not as expected, just flag it to me and I’ll research it to make sure one, is it expected or two? If we can find a fix, still working with our team on the suggestion you had flagged Dan on our last call, the filtering on the ready tab where you can filter your clean files. You had sent a screenshot last week. So, yeah, still working with the team on that one, but did you?
Dan Leamon (06:37) And you probably saw it though. Did you see my kind of alternative solution? Like, yeah, yeah, yeah, because it’s if you mirrored like the approach on the ready, you would you’d do a filter that way? Exactly? Yeah, because one time this is and this is like I was actually with a test. I don’t know if it was with you or somebody else. I’m like here, let me show you how things before… you. They’re like here, I’m having some trouble moving things over kind of like the same situation. Yeah. Like here, I’ll click all and I’ll send it over and I’m like, no, I sent everything over to credential. I.
Rae Tompkins (07:15) Think that’s when I first started?
Dan Leamon (07:18) Yeah. I was like, I was like, my God, what did I just do? And so now I know what I did, right? And I wasn’t doing anything wrong. It was, I was just the system is the way it is, you know, exactly?
Rae Tompkins (07:30) Yeah, no, I’ll continue to flag all the ideas, yeah.
Dan Leamon (07:32) Yeah. So hopefully you can, it may have a little more of an enhancement as opposed to like a, yeah, a break, but that’d be nice to kind of have that, that’s.
Nicole Lasick (07:44) right. I do have, I do have one question. Those files that I found that were Dan had in a committee and they expired, I didn’t receive emails that they were like archived because they say they’re expired and I would have never found them had I not ran our prevention report and noticed that they were like were out of compliance with them because they were recreds. So how do I?
Rae Tompkins (08:19) Let me confirm with the team because I know we, we’ve established prior to archiving a notice should be sent. I want to confirm if those are automatically archived after that date. Therefore, our team doesn’t have any manual intervention or if that’s something that we do manually on our end and something that we can notify you before we do it, but I can definitely clarify that and let.
Nicole Lasick (08:43) You know, not listed as archived. They’re not in the archive. I don’t think, I don’t know that they are, they’re listed is just expired.
Rae Tompkins (08:53) Expired, let me pull up. Well, we just reinitiated those two. Yeah. Let me whenever you go to or when that one file expires, you’ll ping me and we can see what happens. But I’ll definitely confirm and shoot over an email if that’s manually or if someone does it on our end? Okay?
Nicole Lasick (09:12) I think that one expires today, okay?
Rae Tompkins (09:16) I thought it was under closed, and then the reason was just archived because when I was looking at it, I couldn’t identify why it was expired and archived, but I can definitely take a look once that one expires maybe.
Nicole Lasick (09:29) It is, I looked all over for it, and then I finally found it in the directory and I didn’t realize you can kind of scroll over and see that they’re in what folders they’re in, look real quick.
Nicole Lasick (09:47) The archived… they’re not in there. They’re.
Rae Tompkins (09:52) not okay. Who… was the one provider one was?
Nicole Lasick (09:58) Christopher Lewis? I think that was one of the names was.
Rae Tompkins (10:03) Katz, one of them. K a TZ. He.
Nicole Lasick (10:06) Is the one that I is about to expire, I believe today or tomorrow? He’s.
Rae Tompkins (10:14) in committee. Now, it looks like he said to expire. Three?
Nicole Lasick (10:18) 31. Is that the recredentialing deadline or was that four one,, four… one? So?
Rae Tompkins (10:25) Tomorrow? So, yeah. Okay. Yeah, I’ll keep an eye on it. I’ll confirm with the team. What that expectation is, if it’s automatically. Once it hits that recred deadline, it moves to closed under archived or if it just expires out under the directory, I would think because it’s in the credentialing tab whenever they close it out, it should move to closed and archived, but I’ll write this one down and I’ll double check first thing tomorrow morning before you reinitiate it to see where it ends up.
Rae Tompkins (10:52) But I’ll confirm with the team if that’s something that we, if we do or automated because then if it’s something we do, obviously, we can notify you, hey, Brian Katz file expired moving to archive?
Rae Tompkins (11:07) Awesome. Yeah, thank you. I will definitely circle back on that. And then just a heads up. I’ll be out of the office Thursday, Friday and Monday, but support will be available for anything that comes up. I just wanted to flag that just in case. Okay?
Dan Leamon (11:27) Sounds.
Nicole Lasick (11:28) good. Yeah.
Dan Leamon (11:29) We’re good. Enjoy your time away awesome.
Rae Tompkins (11:32) Thank you. All right. Well, thank you guys so much, Nicole. I’ll be in touch whenever those files are pushed forward. And then I’ll kind of research internally to see what the expectation is for expiring files. Okay?
