Michael Massey (00:15) Good. How are you doing good? So we’ll jump right into it. I’ll kind of just cover it. This is really kind of brief information gathering before I push you over to our account specialist just to make sure we have a better conversation.
Michael Massey (00:28) So I’ll just jump right into it. So I see you submitted, you guys have 250 providers currently, is that correct?
Shaun Urbanozo (00:39) Yes.
Michael Massey (00:40) Gotcha. And is that number, would you say in like the next six to 12 months? Is that staying pretty consistent or are you guys growing past that?
Shaun Urbanozo (00:49) We’re probably going to be closer to 300 in the next 12 months.
Michael Massey (00:54) Gotcha. Closer to 300 in the next 12 months. And then how many payers do you guys work with currently?
Shaun Urbanozo (01:06) About 20 different payers, 20.
Michael Massey (01:09) Different payers. And are you guys growing on that side of it too, or are you guys staying pretty consistent around 20?
Shaun Urbanozo (01:16) We’re staying consistent right now, most, I would say most of our business, we’re heavy medicaid. Yeah. So we’re probably sticking around to 20.
Michael Massey (01:29) Gotcha. Okay. And then kind of to go over it. Like the main thing for us is like, what are you guys doing for credentialing right now? Are you guys using a software spreadsheet? Like how does that process look right now?
Shaun Urbanozo (01:42) Yes, we’re currently using a software.
Michael Massey (01:44) And what software are you guys using by chance? Medtrainer? Gotcha. Okay. I’m very familiar with them. I actually used to work for them. Okay? What’s got you moving away from medtrainer?
Shaun Urbanozo (01:57) Well, we’re actually just looking. We’re… challenged by, well, we were asked by our CEO to look at different products and how AI can make… our department more efficient. So, I’m just trying to look at different softwares and see what, how do you guys utilize AI with your product?
Michael Massey (02:24) Gotcha. And with medtrainer, I’m assuming you guys are just using the software side of it, not like their fully managed side.
Shaun Urbanozo (02:32) Yeah, just the software.
Michael Massey (02:33) Just software. Gotcha. All right. Well, I’ve got, I mean, I’ve got everything I need on my side of it. It really is kind of just a brief one before I push you over to an account specialist. So, what I’m going to do, give me about five minutes. I’m going to shoot over some proposed times and introduce your account specialist, so we can kind of dive into it deeper, but I’ve got everything I need on my side of it. Any questions that I can cover for you?
Shaun Urbanozo (03:00) No, I don’t think so. I do want to point out we’re more our organization, we’re more dental and vision focused, so.
Michael Massey (03:10) Gotcha. More dental and vision. That’s that’s perfect. We work with several dental organizations and vision specifically. So that’s perfect.
