James Donachie (00:00) hello?

Ashley Griffiths (00:01) Hello? How is?

James Donachie (00:05) Everyone? Good, good… Ashley, G, I think I have some good news for you. There are ready files in… the so the,

Ashley Griffiths (00:23) I think I got them. I think there were 10.

James Donachie (00:27) Because that’s the letters that we got back from. I was… going to send Cynthia a note after today to figure out what the process is. Yeah, I feel like we didn’t.

Ashley Griffiths (00:46) land on that. Like what is the go forward?

James Donachie (00:49) Well, she said she was going to check in with her team and do this in the interim for us.

Ashley Griffiths (00:53) Oh, right. Right.

James Donachie (00:53) Yeah. So, I just wanted to see like what her team said, but I can’t imagine anyone wants to be… the letter person. No, as I call it. Yeah. Did you guys have your call because?

Ashley Griffiths (01:08) They have like an automated way to do it?

James Donachie (01:09) Yeah, or, yeah… because it’s like, I, yeah, I had that larger list of ones that I could send over. I just didn’t want to, I didn’t want her to ignore us.

Ashley Griffiths (01:23) Yeah, I agree. All right. We’ll check in with her and see what she says.

James Donachie (01:27) Okay. Did you guys have your mpdb call?

Ashley Griffiths (01:31) Oh, we were rejected again. No way. Yeah. Did they get recent it’s still in it’s? Still in the works? Though? We got a lot more information this time than we got with our rejections last time. Like we didn’t get really any information last time until it was escalated this time. They said it was because the peer review process didn’t show.

James Donachie (01:53) Non.

Ashley Griffiths (01:56) triggered audit workflows. So, just continuous audits that don’t have to do with like an adverse action or something like that. So, our clinical excellence team is working on it, and we are trying to resubmit by the end of this week.

James Donachie (02:13) Okay. There’s nothing that medallion can do that’s just the peer review. It’s.

Ashley Griffiths (02:19) just the peer review. Yeah.

James Donachie (02:21) Well, that sounds hopeful still. So that’s like second best case, I guess. Yeah.

Ashley Griffiths (02:28) I think so. I mean, last time I called, and the first reason was, well, you don’t have any medical doctors. So, at least they couldn’t tell us that this time we have two, two physicians on staff. So, and,

James Donachie (02:40) you guys will, and you guys also revamped in preparation for this though. You’re like committee charter. And yeah.

Ashley Griffiths (02:47) We have a QA Qi committee, so that’s part of like the process that was put together. And then we’ll continue to see more development over 26 and 27. With our new chief medical officer. He has like a really detailed program that he wants to roll out to consider QA and Qi like two separate things. It sounds like, you know, in like a year and a half, we’ll be in a much different place anyway with quality here. So, we’re just a little bit ahead of where he wants to be. Okay, just trying to get through those doors.

James Donachie (03:25) Well, if there is anything that we can help with… just let us know if there’s, any questions because I know that they’re all it’s all connected even though they’re technically different buckets. Yeah, I appreciate that. It’s not really true with provider onboarding in general, right? It’s like it spans so many different things. Yeah.

Ashley Griffiths (03:49) Agree. But I’ll keep you posted. Yeah, it’s just so frustrating. I wish that the process was just what it used to be and we just had to attest, but here we are.

James Donachie (04:00) Well, yeah… I will, if there’s any, like I said, if there’s anything, and then I also shared the keystone delegation. The, I looked over those. So hopefully that’s helpful.

Ashley Griffiths (04:13) Yeah, that is helpful. I’m waiting to hear back from them. Okay, no word yet, cause.

James Donachie (04:18) That will be a big win cause delegation… that unlocks. Cause I think once you guys get one, I think the next ones that you go to, they’re gonna, they like ask you and then it’s like it’s not supposed to be any easier, but I found that once you get one or two, then they’re like, okay, like other people basically vouch for them.

Ashley Griffiths (04:40) Yeah, hopefully we’ll see.

James Donachie (04:44) But Ashley moore, I saw, your email. I wrote back to you. I don’t have any updates yet only because it’s gonna take Justin a little bit of time but they are in his hands, and he’s gonna be working through them. And as I get updates from him, I will continue to share with the team but I hope we’re it feels like we’re closer which.

Ashley Moore (05:05) Is good. Yeah, yeah, really excited. Thank you, James.

James Donachie (05:08) Yeah, absolutely. Were there any other, cred, things going on right now? I know that this is what this call is scheduled for. I.

Ashley Moore (05:23) Did receive back Ashley, I was just emailing you. I just got it back the employment verification for Jenny Lee… and… said that can be taken care of.

James Donachie (05:36) Okay. Well, I didn’t have anything other than I wanted just to make sure that I’ll just connect with Cynthia, to figure that one out for the hartford. That was like my big agenda because I want to make sure that we’re getting those in there for you guys.

Ashley Moore (05:57) Was there any sorry ash go ahead? We, a few weeks ago, we had received just like a manual spreadsheet of some of the tasks. I think that Amy’s team had said they were real tasks, we should be able to work. I didn’t know where we were on the cleanup for the tasking for like onboarding credentialing?

James Donachie (06:21) I think they’re still working like working through it. I can get an update from Amy to cook on that. Would it be, would it be helpful if I get like an April… like from her in the interim? Like, sure. Yeah, April first is tomorrow.

Ashley Moore (06:41) Yeah. Just so we’re not, I mean, you know, like I feel like I’ve said it so many times. It’s just kind of hard to work in there. And the volume it’s just for the enrollment piece, it’s just the credentialing leaders. And so it’s so many tasks. And so, yeah, if there’s any, we don’t have to pay attention to don’t have to manually review it’s. Super helpful.

James Donachie (07:01) Yeah. Let me follow up with her. It might take her like a couple of days to pull together, but I think it’ll be great for April. So then we can like start chipping away at it and I know her team is too.

Ashley Moore (07:11) Yeah. And it’s like I feel like we’re getting down to like or we’re going to get down to the point where we have, you know, these provider tasks and hopefully they’ll dwindle down and dwindle down. But just to get to some kind of like end point for this initial load.

James Donachie (07:26) Yes. Yeah. I also, I know it’s like a very it’s an inbox with a high volume and not a lot of filtering options. It’s like it’s like very basic email… but I’m also glad it’s not going to your guys’ email because, that would be insane too. So yeah, let me get with Amy to cook and see what we could do on that.

Ashley Moore (07:51) Thanks James. Yeah… I.

Lindsay Prior (07:55) have a question. It is kind of rides the line between the tasking question and provider enrollment. Did anybody else have a question about like credentialing or something else first? I?

Kim Jackson (08:09) Can ask this. I do real quick. Okay, James, have you had a chance to update the iv Rehab project plan in the Google docs yet?

James Donachie (08:18) The, I have it. I have to like, I haven’t linked all the docs that I’ve downloaded into. And then I have to add the new one that Lindsey sent today. It’s my afternoon tasks.

Kim Jackson (08:33) Okay. Awesome. We have.

Lindsay Prior (08:34) Like that?

Kim Jackson (08:39) Project plan that shows items on hold and that are not started completed, just so we’re all on the same page. We want to keep an eye on that just so we know what’s going on and being worked as well. We were just talking about that as a team. So I just wanted to bring it up and see if you had a chance to get any of that updated as well.

James Donachie (09:00) No, I’ve been a bad steward of the document only because we’ve been focused on this hartford. And then as we’ve been kind of going through, the reporting, I could go in, I can go in and back and update that. That’s overdue that’s on me.

Kim Jackson (09:19) Awesome. We would appreciate it.

James Donachie (09:21) Yes. Yeah. Sorry about, that.

Ashley Griffiths (09:22) Would be helpful James, because there are some items on there too that are outstanding with like merit and Amy and that team. Like we still don’t have an update on where the archive files are in the process. And I think we’ve been waiting for like two months on a response on that one.

James Donachie (09:35) Yeah. I’ll bring that up because, I know Nick. I think he’s going to bring that up to you guys on the executive call. So, but I’ll also just update the doc. I know he’s been like working on all those things.

Ashley Moore (09:50) As.

James Donachie (09:51) well, but, let me go back in, update that.

James Donachie (09:57) And Nick is, he’s got a sick one, a sick kid today, so, he’s on dad duty right now, but… I know he’s going to connect with you guys on Thursday and I think he’s going to be on our call tomorrow so I can, I could do that. And then the PE project plans. Yes, I’m in the process of finalizing the, I got to upload them to Google docs. And then I like, I leave, nothing to anyone else. So it just takes me a little bit of time to put the hyperlinks in there. So, yeah.

Lindsay Prior (10:28) That’s okay. Yeah.

James Donachie (10:30) But that was really it on my end.

Lindsay Prior (10:36) I just have a question since now all of us have our own specialists that are working in PE. So like rollout in terms of the, all of us is, you know, kind of a pretty cool milestone. And this one question keeps coming up now about this linking to the group. And I was wondering if you had heard anything about it. So I can give you a provider example. Okay. The last name is U.

Kim Jackson (11:13) M.

Lindsay Prior (11:13) As in Mary EN, as in Nancy H, and that’s probably showing up by now, it’s a pretty unique last name.

Ashley Moore (11:23) Bailey.

James Donachie (11:24) Okay. Let’s see what we got going on here.

Lindsay Prior (11:27) So, if you look at the note like if you go to overview and you look, I’m sorry, not the note, the task… the wording’s a bit like hard to understand, right?

James Donachie (11:42) Okay. Let’s see.

Lindsay Prior (11:44) But the provider is linked to locations and the locations are linked to the group. And if you go to the payers tab and you look at the enrollment requests, the… requests are linked to a group. I’m not sure if she completed this task or not, but I don’t think it’s not possible to link them to locations without linking them to the group. So.

James Donachie (12:10) Okay. I see this now. So, and there’s a group on here. And I now, I didn’t even have to click into the note yet?

James Donachie (12:29) Bye. This is so weird. Thank you. I don’t understand why. I don’t understand why. I don’t understand the, why here.

Lindsay Prior (12:58) Right. Am I only like it happened a few times. I know you had escalated it. Yeah, and we’re working it, but my concern is now, this one came up today, so something funky is going on. I don’t want it to hold up these really basic requests.

James Donachie (13:19) Yeah. Let me, let me ping Alex after we hop off on this one. Okay. B, a… of course, it’s taking forever to pull… up the enrollment request.

James Donachie (13:46) Because it looks like everything. Yeah. Okay.

James Donachie (13:58) One step forward, two steps back… well.

Lindsay Prior (14:04) And I definitely, yeah, I mean, we’ll talk about it again tomorrow. If it’s possible for Alex to get us some answers, then we can talk about the solution tomorrow. That would be great. I know you probably can’t get an answer right this second, but, yeah.

James Donachie (14:17) I can try to get one for tomorrow though. This is actually good. So, okay… just to kind of like chat through. Yeah, yeah, I guess just for like this group because I keep you guys informed on all things new at medallion starting with our, with the new coo, but one of the things that they’re working on across the board, one of the initiatives that… like the head of my department brought. So like it’s not just you guys with notes in general, like a thematic thing is that there’s confusion and so like both on like these weekly calls support tickets, like a lot of them are generated around. Like what does this mean? Like?

Lindsay Prior (15:02) That.

James Donachie (15:04) so as we embark on our second quarter here, I, and that has been identified to as like an area where it’s not a product like we’re not dependent on engineers or any like it’s training resources. So, I know there’s going to be an emphasis on that. So my hope is that not only for you guys but also for me because then I don’t have to field these questions is they become a lot more clear and so that’s just going to help with processes. But I was told on my team meeting on Monday, but that’s going to be a big theme for across all products. So as well. So I’ll just kind of reinforce with this, but this kind of goes into that improve like an area that like we could do better without needing a roadmap or anything else?

Lindsay Prior (16:00) Sounds great.

James Donachie (16:04) All right. Well, I’m happy to give people 12 minutes back here. I’m going to grab some lunch before my next meeting.

Lindsay Prior (16:14) All right. Thanks for everything, James all.

James Donachie (16:17) Right. Talk to you tomorrow. Thanks James bye.
