Connor Morley (00:21) Okay. No worries. I don’t have a ton of updates for today, except I did see that the asc housing providers that got approved. So I need to load those into medallion. And then I think you did fill out the existing appointments. Nothing struck out to me as incorrect. So, I think these should be loaded probably later today. Okay? There were just, there were some missing expiration dates if you have, like, would you know, if you’re you guys have like a standard three year or two year recredentialing for the facilities?
Sheldon Kennedy (01:11) I want to say it’s three. Okay. Three years. I can double check that. Yeah, I think it’s three.

Connor Morley (01:22) Looks like it is three years, so I can use that to kind of work forwards for some of these missing ones. Okay? And then, hey… Vanessa.

Connor Morley (01:53) saw that Lindsay is out today, and I saw you guys finished the payer process scoping. So next Monday, we are going to have, I want us to go through line by line to make sure we have all of the… enrollment pieces written down so that we know, so that our team knows what to do.
Connor Morley (02:17) If you do make a request for one of these payers, it sounds like there’s no non standard enrollments, but I just want to double check and verify that.
Sheldon Kennedy (02:29) Yeah, there isn’t we double checked with Maria the other day, okay?
Vanessa Persha (02:36) And I think that’s what we had talked about initially Sheldon, right? Like you guys are just going to the payor websites following their standard enrollment processes.
Sheldon Kennedy (02:44) Yeah.
Vanessa Persha (02:44) Okay, perfect.
Connor Morley (02:47) So, Vanessa, do we need to have that call to go line by line through or?
Connor Morley (02:55) I.
Vanessa Persha (02:56) don’t think so. I mean, as long as there is a spot in that spreadsheet, right? That asks if there’s any non standard process as long as that says no, all the way down, I think we’re okay. There.
Connor Morley (03:09) Yeah, it does say no, all the way down. Okay? So it looks like we’re all set. We just need to map some of the remaining ones. And then Vanessa, it doesn’t look like we need to create any new payr project plans or sops. I.
Vanessa Persha (03:22) don’t believe so. I think Lindsey’s still working through some of that payr mapping. So, unless she finds a payr name in there that we can’t find in the payr directory, that would be the only thing I would recommend us coming back to the table on to discuss.
Connor Morley (03:39) Okay. Sounds good. All right. Sheldon, any questions for me?
Sheldon Kennedy (03:48) Yeah, I have one, I was looking in my medallion account, and it looks like I can’t see who’s in there unless I’m looking in the wrong spot. So, I was trying to, we have a provider who has two accounts for whatever reason. So, I was trying to eliminate one and keep the one that he wanted. But when I’m looking in my account, I can’t here. Let me show my screen. It might help.
Vanessa Persha (04:16) Two counts.

Sheldon Kennedy (04:24) Okay. Can you show me, can you see my screen? Yeah. So when I go to providers, I don’t see anyone in here. And then when I went to members, same, so I’m not sure if like my permissions changed?
Connor Morley (04:38) Yeah. Did you change your role to team manager? No. I do not know why… you would be a team manager?
Sheldon Kennedy (04:54) Yeah, I don’t know how to do that. All.

Connor Morley (06:23) You can export this too or filter it further. It’ll export to like an excel version, but it’ll send it directly. Yeah, you can choose what to… yeah, and it’ll email it directly to you to your email.
Sheldon Kennedy (06:44) Perfect. Okay. Those are all the questions I had. I was trying to figure that out because I was also trying to get a report together.
Connor Morley (06:54) That’s a weird one. I’m sorry about.
Sheldon Kennedy (06:57) That, yeah, no, it’s okay. The other thing is I’ll be out next Monday… is that the sixth? I’ll be out the sixth and seventh. So I’m not sure if we want to move the Mondays call or just cancel Mondays and keep Wednesdays.
Connor Morley (07:16) I’d like to talk to Gigi about the par analysis for next Monday because we should finalize the payer mapping and everything. And then Wednesday, we can talk about some of the credentialing pieces. Okay? All right.
Sheldon Kennedy (07:35) Sounds good. Well, I will keep you guys posted. I’ll keep the team rolling on updating those profiles, but it sounds like we’re moving in the right direction.
