Mallory Smith (00:00) good afternoon, Scott and Neil. We wanted to send this loan back as a follow up to our demo on Monday. We know that there are a few questions regarding the provider experience. If Neil’s team connects the caqh and completes the profile and onboarding experience for the provider, and how they would then log into the platform and what their experience would be. So I’m going to show a visual of that just to go through and set the stage on what we can expect. This is a typical email that they would see that comes from the medallion platform. We have been able to go through and customize this for you. So I’ll show you an example of what that email would look like now. So because you can control the body of the email itself, you’re able to let them know that their caqh has already been linked for their needs. And as an example, we put that email in here. So when you click get started, please select the manual option to review your populated information from there. So then it can take them through the steps. But essentially, they’ll receive this email. You have already connected their caqh. They will select manual from the option that I’ll show you in just a minute. And then they’ll be able to proceed forward and have a normal experience. So they won’t need to have the options to seek caqh resume, scanner, things like that. So when they receive this email, the next process the provider will go through, they’ll have the normal onboarding flow. They’ll have these three options. But the email is going to let them know to manually fill out the profile below. So they’ll select this option. It’s going to take them directly into the profile of what you see here. They’ll be able to review their information, review their disclosure, questions that did come over from caqh, electronically, sign the agreements, and then be complete with the onboarding process. So there is a way to indicate to new providers that they have already linked their caqh. All they need to do is log in and attest on behalf.
