Connor Morley (00:00) hi. Hey, how’s it going good?
Cindy Craddock (00:03) How are you?
Connor Morley (00:04) Doing good. How was the vacation? It?
Cindy Craddock (00:10) Was good. It was much needed… back at it though. Everything just builds up when you’re gone, you know?
Connor Morley (00:19) Yeah.
Cindy Craddock (00:21) Okay. Front of mind things that… I have questions about or I need fixed up. One of them being whenever I think you told me, I can put the date that they were actually credentialed somewhere on here so that we know like when they’re due again. So like I credentialed this provider on my own or, you know, without you wasn’t working on your platform yet.
Cindy Craddock (00:55) So I did that like on March. So it’s still like in the existing… like it says, it’s ready to move to committee, but I don’t want to move it and have someone sign it. I already, it’s a done deal. I just need to put that. It’s already like done. So, how do I update this? That it was already credentialed… and change and make the date 320?
Connor Morley (01:20) Who are we looking at? We’re looking at? Ganesh? Well.
Cindy Craddock (01:25) All of these, actually, they’re all different dates, but so.
Connor Morley (01:27) Yeah. So for Ganesh, I mean, with this one, you don’t need to necessarily push them through to the committee, right? No, or anything like that. So we can go ahead and archive this. And what we can do instead is we can add them in for credentialing.
Cindy Craddock (01:53) So, it’d be like 319 20 29.
Connor Morley (02:00) When was it? 319?
Cindy Craddock (02:02) Three? It’ll be, yeah, that’ll be when it’s due next for Ganesh?
Connor Morley (02:08) Okay. Give me one second.
Connor Morley (02:26) Three, 1920 29. And with Ganesh in particular, you want to schedule him for a re, cred?
Cindy Craddock (02:44) Right. Yep, 319 20 29.
Connor Morley (02:48) Do you care if we archive this request? No?
Cindy Craddock (02:51) Like I’ve already, I just, he’s already credentialed. So I just, I do want the packet, but the problem is the packet’s not going to have the right date. So if I ever get audited for him, I don’t really know how that’s going to work. I have another question about that because… every date show like on my checklist, I may not get it all done in one day. So if I checked it on three 30, I checked his Dea, and then on four one, I checked his state licenses, I put the exact date that I verified it. And I guess the difference is you have your own people’s names that they did it. So I don’t really know what that means for me if I still need to have to do a checklist or I guess it shows that our medical director is the official approver, I don’t know.
Connor Morley (03:37) But you have that credentialing packet, right? That you did for that provider?
Cindy Craddock (03:44) No, I wanted to use your credentialing packet. I just looked at all this stuff and I didn’t download every single document.
Connor Morley (03:50) Oh, so we can, I mean we can download this document and we can.
Cindy Craddock (03:54) Just go to the verified date is not going to match my credit. I say that I, this patient, this person was credentialed on 320 and it says verified date 324. So they’re automatically going to be like that doesn’t match up well, and it’s your people that are saying they verify, you know what I’m saying? So it’s just, I don’t know how you do this with other people.
Cindy Craddock (04:15) I don’t know if you have any other clients that aren’t using your people to actually do their credentialing, you know what I’m saying?
Connor Morley (04:22) Yeah, I see what you’re saying. This isn’t let me, I might have to take this one back specifically to see if we can change these verification dates… because I think, can you actually do me a favor and go into the application and add a station?
Connor Morley (04:44) Yeah, all of this is pulling in automatically from the verifications. And because this is ready, it timestamps everything. Yeah.
Cindy Craddock (04:54) So,
Connor Morley (04:55) we might have to.
Connor Morley (05:01) I might have to take this back a little bit, but this is Ganesh.
Connor Morley (05:10) Ganesh. And then his re, cred date is 319 20 29. His cred date was.
Cindy Craddock (05:18) 320 26, 20, 20 26. And then I have a bunch of these though. Let me just send you a list because there’s these that you guys have pushed through. There’s a crap ton here that are still not even, you still haven’t pushed them through and they’re already credentialed more. Can all these guys, every single one of them send me? Except for this one, I need to just cancel because he’s not going to do anything anymore. And that’s another thing I’m like, I don’t know how to.
Connor Morley (05:41) Yeah, if you go to the right hand side with those three dots.
Cindy Craddock (05:45) Oh, wait, we’re here. Oh, maybe I can’t check the box first. Yeah, copy link that’s my only option. Nope… maybe I have to do like this.
Connor Morley (06:03) Who’s the, what’s the provider’s name?
Cindy Craddock (06:05) This adadapo, iliomade?
Connor Morley (06:10) Hang on. Are you okay if I just, do you want me to archive the request or delete it?
Cindy Craddock (06:18) Just delete it?
Connor Morley (06:19) Okay.
Cindy Craddock (06:21) But then this Guy’s the only one that’s not ready… and nothing, but the rest of these are already all credentialed plus some of the ones that are ready. So, I’ll just compile a list of all of these and tell you what date I actually… had the medical director sign off on my checklist. So that they’re credentialed. I don’t know if I need to send that to you, if that will help, if that you guys can. Yeah.
Connor Morley (06:48) So send that to me and then.
Cindy Craddock (06:50) We will, and the signed cred checklist too. So.
Connor Morley (06:54) What I’m going to want is essentially the same information that was on the recred dates and we’re going to load those in. So, for, the one that was on the import template. So it is essentially the information I’m going to need provider, name, the initial credentialing date, and then the recred, which?
Cindy Craddock (07:19) Is three years, they’re all the same for these? Because they were all brand new. Perfect. Okay. My other thing is this person here like, I guess they fell through the cracks and didn’t get… where’s the one that was closed. Oh… this person here missed… like it never got sent for… their recred. And so now it’s past the three year mark or whatever. So they just closed it. I’m not sure what happens here.
Connor Morley (07:56) They never signed the agreement. It looks like.
Cindy Craddock (08:00) they never got, it, never was automated. I thought based on the dates we told you, they were credentialed last, your system would automatically initiate recred. And since it didn’t get done, it just got sent to close. I don’t know.
Connor Morley (08:16) Yeah, we can.
Cindy Craddock (08:21) I don’t know if there’s a note there or not, but it was archived. And… yeah, this was what is, which is what I was kind of afraid of on here. Is this, I wanted this to show up because we weren’t we didn’t have this for a long time. And then suddenly it showed up so that we can make sure and I don’t know, can you, I guess this is by date, it looks like, okay. So where you have some coming up or? No? We don’t.
Connor Morley (08:53) can you filter… because this will automatically and let’s look for some that are coming up within the next month, this should pull in automatically within. I think it’s like.
Cindy Craddock (09:09) maybe we don’t have any.
Connor Morley (09:13) Hang on. I’m looking at your recred deadlines. I’m just seeing a lot of 20 sevens, 20 eights. I do not see any 20 20 sixes, okay. The next 20 26, surely?
Cindy Craddock (09:28) I have some in 20 26.
Connor Morley (09:30) Yeah. The next 20 26 or the first one I see is on September 20 first. The next one, October nineteenth.
Cindy Craddock (09:40) Okay. So if I do September thirtieth, why is that not sticking? Oh, sorry, it’s doing it. And then there’s.
Connor Morley (09:52) an August.
Cindy Craddock (09:59) What are they not showing? This will not stick for some reason, April first to the… end of November. There we go. Okay, perfect. So… recredentialing date. May this one’s coming up in may?
Cindy Craddock (10:24) Like they’ll initiate it in may. It sounds like for August, right? Okay. So, yeah, I don’t know. I just happened to find this. So I don’t know.
Connor Morley (10:33) Yeah. And I’m looking at that one specifically, sunjin Lee, right? The recred deadline we have for them that we imported was five 31 20 25.
Cindy Craddock (10:53) oh, wait, five 31 20 25. Yeah.
Connor Morley (10:56) 20 25. Oh,
Cindy Craddock (10:57) that’s weird.
Connor Morley (11:02) I mean, we can certainly change it to start that, but on the data import template, I’m looking at that person and I see five 31 20 25. Interesting.
Connor Morley (11:19) And their initial 11?
Cindy Craddock (11:21) 20 23 is the last cred date. Now, I acquired this because I wasn’t doing this in 1,120 23. That’s the documentation that’s on this. I have like this reappointment sheet that I was given that we’ve kind of kept track on when they were due. And so, last appointed, 1,120 23.
Connor Morley (11:45) Yeah. The, what, while we loaded and what’s on the recred tab is their initial credentialing date was five 31 20 22. And their recredentialing date is five 31 20 25.
Cindy Craddock (12:00) Okay. That makes sense. So I’ll figure that out. I guess, so I,
Connor Morley (12:06) mean, we can certainly request for.
Cindy Craddock (12:08) Yeah, I can do that myself. I guess if I all figure it out and I’ll just go in and request it from start. Okay? So I’ll send you all the dates so we can update those and have those all fall out of the request and the ready tab. I just want them. I want this to just only be the ones that are truly waiting, which I think is only one. I think it’s only this brand new Guy that I don’t even think he’s done anything yet.
Connor Morley (12:31) Yeah. And I think if we look at the committee, I think I fixed the user profile for Daniel Nelson?
Cindy Craddock (12:37) Yeah. Can you turn off? Can you only have him get the notification when it’s ready for him to sign? Because he just texted me and was like, I have one that says it needs moved. It’s ready to move? Is that me and I’m like, no, that’s not you. And so, I don’t want him to get emails for my tasks and think he needs to log in and do it. I want him only to get it when it’s ready for him to sign. So it’s probably like a notification thing.
Connor Morley (12:59) Yeah. Let me adjust his. Yeah… let me adjust his notifications.
Cindy Craddock (13:07) And I don’t know why these are still just even hanging. I don’t know why these aren’t ready yet. I guess… did we not turn on? Did we ever sign the ofac thing or what’s the story with that?
Connor Morley (13:23) We did the ofac has been signed and it’s been turned on. So.
Cindy Craddock (13:29) Like, is this why this, I’m just trying to figure out?
Connor Morley (13:33) What provider is that?
Cindy Craddock (13:36) All of these? I’m like why, what are we waiting on here? So it looks like application ofac, it says doesn’t exist, work history, like what’s the holdup? I guess.
Connor Morley (13:48) Ovac doesn’t exist.
Connor Morley (13:54) Verification does not exist.
Cindy Craddock (13:59) Sorry, always me with the hard questions. I mean, I’ve already credentialed them but I’m kind of like why are they not? Why do you guys not think they’re ready? Like what am I missing here? And one of them, one of them was a good catch because somebody had an MD license uploaded under Dea. And I honestly didn’t catch that because it didn’t really matter the Dea in the capacity we’re using this provider. But anyway, that was a good catch for your team to catch that. So that’s good. But I do feel like there’s robots answering a lot of my requests in here.
Cindy Craddock (14:33) When I click the help button, I got a bunch of emails and it was like kind day and it was like all this stuff and I’m like, what are you really saying? You’re not really saying anything. You’re just basically saying we know you submitted a ticket, but I’m like… there hasn’t been an update on this in two weeks. We’re gonna, I’m like that’s why I’m asking you what’s the update, but they didn’t actually give me an update. So… anyway, hang.
Connor Morley (14:58) On, because I’m double checking some of these credentialing requests.
Cindy Craddock (15:06) Basically, what I’m saying is every single one of these, there should be no reason. The only thing that was left was the whole Coi not matching like our paper says 5,000,000. A lot of these people inputted their own because I was waiting for you to do the bulk. And so that’s what they were saying was the holdup after they were saying that ofac was the holdup. So I went in and manually uploaded every single one of these guys’ or the ones that got pushed through. So I don’t know.
Connor Morley (15:34) But we don’t so the tricky part is we don’t have to do like, we, the issue with doing a bulk upload of the cois is… not necessarily like we can pull the Coi from the group profile that’s fine. It’s maybe.
Cindy Craddock (15:56) If you just tell your team, like again… you… guys are just, I’m using your platform to get this information. I don’t need you to tell me if the Coi is good enough because it’s my Coi that I’m asking for and our company provides coverage. So I am the primary, I know that they have coverage because I’m the one giving it to them. You know what I’m saying? So I don’t want you to block packets based on a Coi that you’re looking for when I’m the one that already knows I have it in their profile.
Connor Morley (16:28) So that’s so that’s a different conversation. We can just remove the limit verification in general. Yes, then not, yeah, we, I mean, I feel like that is, the better solution than, yeah.
Cindy Craddock (16:43) Whatever it needs, whatever your team needs to have. So they don’t block my packets based on that. I have it pre filled on my checklist. So that I don’t have to type it in every time. So on our checklist, we already know our… malpractice coverage that we provide is five mil five mil. So instead of me typing that on each checklist, we’ve already just put it on there. It’s not going to change. It’s the same for every specialist. So, I think that’s what your people are looking at. And then these providers, when we send them a credentialing invite, they have their own personal malpractice insurance that’s either linked through caqh or they’re uploading it. So then you guys think there’s like a discrepancy there, but it doesn’t matter at all for us because I already know we have it. They’re automatically covered once we bring them on, if that makes sense? Yeah.
Connor Morley (17:30) No, it does make sense. And if you tell us like, hey, like they’re already covered when you bring them on, yeah, like they are going to be a part of the group Coi… then we don’t necessarily have to verify that.
Cindy Craddock (17:44) Yeah, you don’t have to verify it. And then furthermore, you don’t have to don’t block a packet based on that. I guess that’s what I’m saying because that’s what the, like all the ones that went through late last night, yeah, they finally all went through because I uploaded the Coi myself that says, you know, so then that pacified them. So then that tells me, okay, that’s why they were blocking it. So, yeah, whatever we have to do on that.
Connor Morley (18:04) So, the one piece is going to be, do you need us to verify claims history?
Cindy Craddock (18:11) Claims history? Yes.
Connor Morley (18:13) Claims history. Okay. Then we would just need an active… and then actually let me take a look.
Cindy Craddock (18:21) At because claims history that’ll well, I mean, we do that through our background check actually or ofac all of that npdb, all that should do should be claims history too, right?
Connor Morley (18:32) Npdb does do a lot of the claims.
Cindy Craddock (18:35) History. Yeah, because what we’re doing is we’re they’re not going to have a claim with us history that I can give you. We’re just like now we’re providing, once they start coverage while they’re with us and.
Connor Morley (18:46) they wouldn’t be there. They wouldn’t be trying to verify any like claims… or any kind of like issues with the malpractice with you, they would be trying to verify past.
Cindy Craddock (18:58) Yeah, no, that’s yeah, that’s great because that past for sure. But, but just know that they’ve every provider we bring on automatically is covered under Arista’s Coi. So they don’t need to worry about trying to hunt that down and make sure that it gets sent. I already have that in their files and I’m and we can upload it as we go forward. If I have to do it on each person, I’ll ask for it and upload it just for, these right here that they’re already done. I want it cleared out. Going forward. It’s not a big deal. I already have the Coi, I’ll upload them one by one, as we bring new ones on and the process is working. What I’m saying is these are already a done deal. I just want my queue cleared out. They’re already credentialed. So, just for.
Connor Morley (19:43) the providers that come on, is there any way, do you have like a just a running roster or some?
Cindy Craddock (19:52) I just reach out to my contact and say, hey, we have three new specialists here’s. Their name mddo, and then they return with the generic Coi that they type their name on. And then that’s what I upload.
Connor Morley (20:03) Okay. So there is that generic? Is it an amendment or an addendum?
Cindy Craddock (20:08) No, they just print off and they just make a new one. I mean, it’s the same one. They just change the name at the bottom. You know what I mean? For whoever I ask, I tell them the name and whether it’s MD or do they type their name on it, add them to the coverage list and it’s done. And I can do that going forward to not block packages that’s fine. Because I’ll be, once this process works, that’s not a big deal. But this process hasn’t worked for months. And so, I’m doing all these workarounds and now I have all of these stuck and we can’t move forward without this. It’s irrelevant. They’re already credentialed like just move them like, you know what I’m saying? I.
Connor Morley (20:42) Don’t know. Yeah. Is there, is… there any concern or any like wish that you’d like us to verify that they have been added to the group Coi? Yeah. Or is it just?
Cindy Craddock (20:54) Like, I, no, I just, I email my person and I tell them to add them and they send back the Coi so that’s literally all there is to do. They’re automatically covered. And if I need a Coi for proof, then I just email my contact at, the… pay the insurance people and they send it back to me so that’s what I did. I just went in and gave them a whole list. I was like add these people, send me their Coi, they sent it and I uploaded it so that’s fine. But other things like I’m just trying to figure out why these haven’t been moved already just to like what’s the story here. And so like this one has an expired license. Okay? So, does that mean, I… mean you can’t credential him because he’s because he doesn’t have one of 300 licenses that’s active, like what did the, having an Illinois license isn’t a prerequisite to be credentialed? So that’s I’m… trying to just understand the logic I guess and make sure that, yeah… Sandhya is like, I’m sorry, no, you’re good. You’ve got.
Connor Morley (21:59) Valid.
Cindy Craddock (22:00) Questions. So like where’s it at it expired, his Utah license expired?
Connor Morley (22:10) Which one are you looking at?
Cindy Craddock (22:11) Muhammad, yeah. I mean, he’s already credentialed with me whatever, but he, why does this matter? Is it just telling me like what’s blocking this from? Saying? His packet’s ready? That’s my question. And the only little yellow things I see are his licensure stuff,
Connor Morley (22:29) That shouldn’t necessarily stop it.
Cindy Craddock (22:31) From exactly being.
Connor Morley (22:34) Ready though. I mean, we still put packets as ready even if they have things like that just because just to flag it for your awareness.
Cindy Craddock (22:46) Yeah, I’m.
Connor Morley (22:47) just looking at a couple of these, I.
Cindy Craddock (22:49) Don’t know. I don’t even know what the problem is. It just says issue, but like… why do you know why this packet’s not moved through that’s? My question, can you look at this and say, why are we still holding this?
Connor Morley (23:03) Yeah, I have a feeling it’s because for some reason the verifications didn’t run. And I think what I can do is I can push the verifications along or at least start… to have these auto verifications done moved.
Cindy Craddock (23:25) Okay. So it would be for every single one of these… guys. And except for this one, this is the only one that we’re waiting on anything for credentialing. Okay? And I’m going to go ahead and send you all their names, and then all of these names and the dates that I credentialed them. And then I guess you can just archive them. But I just wanted to try to identify what’s blocking them. So we don’t keep having packets blocked as we keep onboarding new ones. I just want it to be whatever issue there is to get it lined out ahead of time.
Connor Morley (24:00) So, at this point, we’ve… cleared out the cois, I mean, the ofac and preclusions… should be running and I can go in and actually run the automatic verification or at least kickstart it to get these moving.
Cindy Craddock (24:21) Yeah, some of these still say in progress. So I don’t know why provider application in progress, if.
Connor Morley (24:29) Their provider application is missing. That is. I think we just might not have some information filled out that we need. Yeah, it’s.
Cindy Craddock (24:42) I mean, looked ready to me.
Cindy Craddock (24:50) I just wish there was like a big red box and it was like this is what we need from you because none of it’s adding up like where… would his application be here on? Like where’s the application that’s missing?
Cindy Craddock (25:15) I don’t know what’s missing on it, I guess.
Cindy Craddock (25:25) He signed all this. I don’t know like is it visible to you what the problem is here with him? Am I just like there’s no tasks for him. There’s like, I don’t understand… here’s. A task right here. What’s this… request for updated Coi? Oh, that’s already been done. So, I don’t know what his app. I don’t know where do you see like that? His application is not done?
Connor Morley (25:58) Sorry, if we go back to the credentialing view, Because right now, we’re in verifications, oh, but if we go back to the credentialing view, I mean, the PSV report is the one that called out if we hover over that, it called out the application, but.
Cindy Craddock (26:21) it doesn’t say where in, the application, board, certification, CMS, preclusions, education and training, like what’s wrong with his board certification?
Cindy Craddock (26:34) Sorry, sometimes if you, it’s like you can find the same information in lots of spots. But like I’m just curious for board certification. It’s in progress. Like why it’s been months. Why are we still trying to figure out his, why… is that not? Why can’t we figure why can’t this be done?
Connor Morley (26:54) Yeah. Let me talk with Amie about this on how to, what is blocking these?
Cindy Craddock (27:02) Yeah. Just because even though he’s already credentialed with me. But the, again, if, I don’t want this to be the same issue with someone else in the future that I’m trying to hurry and get credentialed. I want it to be an easy smooth process and have all of these random issues lined out. So, going forward, it’s we’re all on the same page and I can just request it. I know what they want from me. We’re not getting blocked by things that aren’t necessary and we can just… move it along. What did, I had one more?
Cindy Craddock (27:44) I had one more thing I was going to ask about and I can’t remember.
Cindy Craddock (27:56) Oh, so… is there no way like this is our only credentialing platform we use now, right? And so, like we have a provider that we’re trying to use for all these new things and they’re like, does he have a Tennessee license? So I’d like pull him up and I guess this is like where it goes. Like the only information on him is the information I told you about him. Like you guys don’t have a way to link with all the state port, like to pull all the… and I think his caqh is linked too, but like his Tennessee license is missing on here and he has one. So I have no accurate way to find out who has what without like going through zip files that I downloaded from axuall that aren’t up to date?
Connor Morley (28:43) Can you go to the verifications tab… and scroll down? Because sometimes we can pull it in and go to the scroll up, actually go back to the licenses.
Cindy Craddock (28:55) There’s a ton of them missing. So, like is this process not automated? They don’t check every single state.
Connor Morley (29:02) No, they don’t check every single state.
Cindy Craddock (29:08) So, when I request a new credentialing or whatever, you’re not pulling you’re, only asking the provider themselves, what states they have, you’re not pulling, we’re.
Connor Morley (29:18) pulling all the information from their caqh profile. And if their caqh profile is not up to date, then we also ask the provider to fill out the rest.
Cindy Craddock (29:35) That’s not helpful. Unfortunately.
Cindy Craddock (29:41) It.
Connor Morley (29:41) is something that we are working on to do the web crawlers to start pulling from like all of that, but it’s… not something that currently exists.
Cindy Craddock (29:56) I just don’t have a source of truth if they don’t use caqh. I don’t have a source of truth for their active licenses. So, I’m like I had to go to the Tennessee state portal website and look him up and I was like he actually does have one. So that’s like my whole need for this platform. So that’s frustrating.
Cindy Craddock (30:20) Like, I just feel like in that case, we may as well just have had a caqh account and queried it if that’s your only source of truth, you know what I’m saying?
Connor Morley (30:30) Yeah, like.
Cindy Craddock (30:32) I could get the information from caqh as easy as I can get it from you. If that’s where you’re getting your information, and we already have a caqh account. So in that aspect, it’s not helpful.
Connor Morley (30:42) Yeah. I know it’s something that we’re trying to build out, but it doesn’t currently exist got.
Cindy Craddock (30:48) It. Okay. I have to hop on another call… but thank you for that. I’ll send you the list of all those. If we can just like get them out of the queue and they’re already credentialed and just update the date to the date that I tell you, and then whatever information we can get about what theoretically is blocking them from being moved even though they’re already credentialed. But if they weren’t why aren’t they ready? Yeah, like the expired license and the ofac and the application, all that stuff, like, is it just a, they haven’t got to it yet or is something needed from me? Okay? Yeah.
Connor Morley (31:27) Let me, let me double check that.
