Garrison Goodman (00:00) morning. Hey, good morning. Sorry, I’m late. I guess khan’s not here either.
Mike Manson (00:05) Yeah. Let me, let me… ping him classic.
Garrison Goodman (00:14) You may start believing your conspiracy that kills are blocking us… from the calendars.
Mike Manson (00:21) Yeah, yeah.
Mike Manson (00:34) This has been pretty consistent for a year. I had 15 percent of the time he’s on time.
Mike Manson (00:49) Doesn’t make it any less annoying.
Mike Manson (01:06) Did you guys go out to eat last night? Did you cook?
Garrison Goodman (01:09) Yeah, no, we just ate in. We, we kind of realized we’d ate out like three or four nights in a row and just decided to keep it a little bit low key. Got a big meal for Easter coming up, going to Diana’s mom’s house. I don’t know what she’s making but it’ll probably be amazing and I’ll probably eat too much of it.
Mike Manson (01:32) Nice. Yeah, I’m trying to get my clean eating, and workouts in this week because it’ll be the same. Going to my brother’s in Connecticut. My mom makes these delmonico potatoes that I don’t know. I eat like a pound of them. It’s just like cheese and, but, yeah, it’s really good though that.
Garrison Goodman (01:53) Sounds awesome. How long does it take you to get to Connecticut?
Mike Manson (01:56) Take the train. No, I’ll drive down with my sister on Saturday. We’ll probably stay over in, you know, they’ve got like a cool brewery near their house. It’s kind of like hanging with my niece and nephew, and them on Sunday or Saturday afternoon evening. And then we’ll do like an early Ish dinner. My parents are coming down Sunday. That was a long answer to your question, but it’s like 245 to get to my brother’s house, door to door from here, which isn’t bad. He’s still, he’s commuting into dirty rock every day. So, he’s got like an hour to hour… into the city.
Garrison Goodman (02:35) Yeah, he.
Mike Manson (02:36) just says it needs to reschedule. Okay. Okay.
Mike Manson (03:06) I’m not panicking… yet, but it’s a little weird that like we’re at the stage and all of a sudden.
Garrison Goodman (03:20) I think you just asked him like, hey, when is your?
Mike Manson (03:22) That’s what I’m asking like, hey, what time works for you today? And do you have a meeting scheduled with leadership to present pricing?
Mike Manson (03:37) All right. I’ll stay on him.
Garrison Goodman (03:40) Okay. What I’m trying to think, is there anything that’s outstanding from them that we need that would influence their volumes? Like anything that’s still up in the air? I know John and him are going to like sink internally on some things.
Mike Manson (04:00) Yeah. I think the variable is the demographic updates, but I feel pretty solid about the rest of it.
Garrison Goodman (04:08) I feel good on that. I think the variable is maybe still the direct.
Mike Manson (04:10) Enrollments, but yeah, yeah, I mean, that could, I don’t know, I feel like we, John was saying, John seemed to feel confident that like 1,200 was a solid number. So we started up with a 1,000. We went to 12. I think he said 1,250. So I year one, a 1,000, 1,250, and then 1,500. I feel like that’s a pretty good.
Garrison Goodman (04:35) I feel good about that. Let me ask you this. Can they pay for medallion… with just opex reduction? Yes, I think we’re in a good spot.
Garrison Goodman (04:46) It’s like, hey, this is gonna be, this is gonna be better and you’re gonna pay less. It’s not like meaningfully… less. But there is other advantages that should pay for this.
Mike Manson (04:57) Yeah, I agree. And if khan is being weird, I’ll just, you know, I’ll give him today, but like I’ll if I don’t hear from him or we don’t have a solid plan by like this afternoon, I’ll just call John at the end of the day, be like, hey, I got pricing together, like would like to run it by you before we bring it to leadership. Yeah.
Garrison Goodman (05:17) And I think he’d be like, look, I want to make sure you and khan are on the same page and like, you know, and John, I’d rather have a one off with you on this because we’re pricing appropriately to allow for negotiation, you know? Yeah.
Mike Manson (05:35) Yeah, yeah. And,
Garrison Goodman (05:36) I think it’s better you and I have that, you know, we have that conversation without, you know, we have that conversation with someone who represents the finance team versus?
Mike Manson (05:45) Yeah, yeah. Yeah, I like that. Yep. Okay. Cool. Man. All right. The PG, PG? PG.
Garrison Goodman (05:55) Anything else while we’re on?
Mike Manson (05:57) No, should.
Garrison Goodman (06:00) We go rip a shot, rip some dials or what? Yeah.
Mike Manson (06:02) Yeah. I was just reading a post about like there’s this not to be too long winded. But there’s a Guy that I, they’re they like founded the sales inside sales team at rapid seven. They’ve had like various success and like their whole culture is just like smile and dial bullpen. And, you know, he just like reading a nostalgic post that he had about like, the days of the bullpen and the notepad and calculator. And no, you know, sas tools to help you dial. And I’m like, all right, that’s the energy I’m taking into the day today. Let’s just go. Yeah.
Garrison Goodman (06:37) I mean, back in the day, we do whatever it takes to get your aunt.
Mike Manson (06:41) Yeah, yeah.
Garrison Goodman (06:44) Rapid seven had a good run. They’re kind of like on the acquire… companies and, you know, patch things together and see what they can extract from customers. I don’t know if they’re like high growth anymore, but.
Mike Manson (06:57) Yeah. I have a couple of buddies that are there. I mean, they built, they built out a beautiful building right next to the Boston garden, and then covet hit and I think it was empty like they closed, they finished building it and then it was empty for like two years, but I think they’re like steady. I wouldn’t see. I agree. I don’t think they’re high growth mode, but they seem to be steady. Yeah.
Garrison Goodman (07:20) They’ve kind of grown out this platform that like does many things. I don’t know if it’s like the market leader and all of them, but it’s, good company, so.
Mike Manson (07:27) Cool concept has got 12 or between one and two and the internal meeting is on Friday. Well?
Garrison Goodman (07:36) Yeah. We gotta, we gotta chat. I can do any time but one 30 to two 30, I can move any one of these things.
Mike Manson (07:51) Okay. Do you want to just do one that’s one would?
Garrison Goodman (07:55) Be great. Anything? Okay?
Mike Manson (07:58) I’ll do that. All right. Talk to you in a bit.
