Molly Dwyer (00:00) hey, josh. Good morning.

Josh Deitch (00:02) How are you doing, Molly?

Molly Dwyer (00:04) I’m good. How are you?

Josh Deitch (00:06) Doing all right. Lots going on but Mary B is now out officially out on her mat leave.

Molly Dwyer (00:12) Nice. Amazing.

Josh Deitch (00:14) And we got some changes on our side of the house with Kim Chen is taking over for Hannah, okay, which is part of the reason why we’re having this discussion and wanting to just do a formal introduction and just set up time to chat with you and Derek around just like how things are going and just look at the progress and some of the work we’re thinking about for medallion as a source of truth, et cetera.

Molly Dwyer (00:39) Okay. Yeah, no, I appreciate hopping on because I do want to just make sure we’re aligned and like Derek, I’m sure, I know he loved to chat, but I don’t know if he’s like the best person just based off of like what you’re trying to get out of the conversation.

Molly Dwyer (00:54) So, I just want to make sure we have good alignment. Like is it more just like a meet and greet? And you want some executive time with him and kind of to introduce him to medallion?

Josh Deitch (01:06) Yes, that is the primary piece. I think there’s some portion of like and it’s like some like brief partnership assessment. We’re not like trying to like workshop anything on the medallion. Sot like that’s. Definitely not for Derek. We understand that it’s like, and I think like the other day like our slas have been great, like we’ve been managing the responsiveness. I think there’s a lot of different components of how the partnership’s been going there. We have our goals is really just to make sure we’re driving like accuracy in the system, accuracy of licensure and credentialing, and then like transition to the source of truth that we’ve talked about a little bit around making sure everything’s in medallion and then like validating our internal emr driving state records to like match what’s in medallion.

Molly Dwyer (01:46) Yeah. How are you? Like envisioning like the goals of the partnership? So, is this something that you are going to be? And I think you mentioned like you’re planning on kind of updating the medallion team on?

Josh Deitch (02:00) This is, I mean, this is what I have as of now. I think you’ve already gotten us some of the other items that are on the document, but let me just share this view screen wise, like this is what I have here.

Josh Deitch (02:19) But I think there’s other conversations to have to make sure that we’re just like all aligned towards this, but, this should hopefully feel… reasonable and right on your end.

Molly Dwyer (02:33) Yeah. If you wanted to, I think there’s a little bit more detail there if you wanted to send that over. I.

Josh Deitch (02:39) Can’t actually share the document with you based off of our document policies, but I can.

Molly Dwyer (02:43) Okay. Or just throw it in the chat?

Josh Deitch (02:45) I’ll send this part to you just directly in an email?

Molly Dwyer (02:47) Okay. Thank you. Okay. I… think we probably only need like 30 minutes then, that’s.

Josh Deitch (02:58) very reasonable.

Molly Dwyer (03:00) And I guess where I just want to make sure that like I’m preparing our team and if it’s Derek, it may also just be not just be, but it may also include like our new chief operating officer who’s going to be much more closely overseeing the operations department obviously. And these types of, you know, strategic relationships. So, let me kind of noodle on that. I think where I want to make sure that we’re just, you know, setting everyone looks good and setting this up for success is like, are there going to be questions that, like what are the questions that Kim is going to be asking our executive team or going to want to know? Like we want to make sure that they’re prepared to answer that, going into any call?

Josh Deitch (03:44) Cool. So, I mean, if you want to set this up for?

Josh Deitch (03:51) Like, I don’t have a one on one with Kim or Hannah until the sixteenth. But if we want to set that up for like the week of the twentieth, I… will give you some sense of like, hey, like we will talk about that as a pre read prior to like what we’re so I can give you a little more context then. Okay. But then getting on the books feels like a right next step.

Molly Dwyer (04:19) Yeah, I think let’s schedule, I’m actually out that week. So maybe the week after, if that’s okay. And we can get that on the book. And if you want to, just, did you put that in the chat already?

Josh Deitch (04:30) I put it in your email.

Molly Dwyer (04:32) Okay, perfect. What does, like the expiration reminders mean? So now, I’m like looking into this like, I think.

Josh Deitch (04:47) That like we’ve gotten some context around like the, in… order for our providers to like, we make sure they know they need to do this like they probably are aware, but we also want to make sure we’re giving them proactive reminders of like we right now do nine days, 60 days, 40, nine days, 40, five days, 30 days, like whatever 15. And like more like closely, I only think you guys do 14 days is my current understanding, like, but I actually, I don’t have a full context in the reminder cadence there for like for licensure renewal.

Molly Dwyer (05:23) We can definitely provide like further clarification on what that is. And it’s also included let’s… see and a partnership reset deck has. So… it’s the… I’m.

Josh Deitch (05:45) in the dock now, but it’s 27 slides. So it’s a little hard to.

Molly Dwyer (06:02) So slide, I’m just finding this like so where we can like help point and just pull content josh like that’s just what I’m kind of just trying to noodle through is like what are we actually presenting to people based off of these topics? I’m not.

Josh Deitch (06:15) Sure. Like, I mean, I think like the question is like, I think it is, some of it is meet and greet. I’m not sure we, I think we can have like one or two slides. Okay? I don’t think we need to have a whole baked out presentation here.

Molly Dwyer (06:26) Okay. And.

Josh Deitch (06:28) If they like they want that, like we can come back and do a separate meeting down the line, but I think that I will also check with them on this as we go. Okay? But yeah, I think actually slide eight is the place where that plays out okay? As my tech cadence feels like my, the spot I’m looking at.

Molly Dwyer (06:46) Sweet. Okay. I actually, we might be able to meet like April twentieth or 20 first. I leave the 20 second. I’m now just looking at my calendar, so I will check our availability and I know you shared over availability in your first email, so we’ll cross.

Josh Deitch (07:00) Reference, I also dislike, but I mean, I don’t think we actually both shared the, yeah…

Josh Deitch (07:13) Oh, wow. Erica.

Josh Deitch (07:34) Yeah. Our schedules are crazy because like next week, Kim is out of office, then Steph’s out for a couple days, then Hannah’s out for a couple days. So the 20 week and the 20 seventh might be the right week.

Molly Dwyer (07:45) Okay. Let’s just look for that then.

Josh Deitch (07:49) And, let… yeah, let me know if you want dates during some of those timeframes, let’s… see. So.

Molly Dwyer (08:06) Your first email, you did include, oh, up until the fifteenth, I’ll shoot you over our availability. And then if you want to just let us know which option it?

Josh Deitch (08:15) Is okay. Cool.

Molly Dwyer (08:19) All right. Well, thank you for getting on this and aligning. I just want to make sure everyone looks good when all the executives are on there. And I am some bittersweet news. I am going to be introducing you to new account manager, Christy, who is, who’s going to be taking over, but I’ll.

Josh Deitch (08:39) be, are you leaving medallion or are you just stepping into the role?

Molly Dwyer (08:42) I’m moving. I’m still at medallion, just stepping into like a new account territory. And so, Christy is, I actually worked with her at modern health for five years. I brought her to medallion. She’s amazing.

Josh Deitch (08:55) Well, it may make sense actually for her to join that call too. I mean, we may have a pre injury call, but just like this, there’s a lot of new people in the room.

Josh Deitch (09:01) So it makes sense to, yes, make people feel like, right? This is the right call to have this meeting now.

Molly Dwyer (09:06) Exactly. And she’ll actually be on next week’s, ebr with you and I, so you can get to meet her there. But that is the plan. Like I can help her set up this meeting and she’ll be attending that, the exec meeting for the 20 seventh week of the 20 seventh. Cool. All right. Well, I will get the intro out to you, but thank you so much. Josh really appreciate aligning on this and apologies for all the questions, but just wanted to make sure we had everything.

Josh Deitch (09:33) In a good place, the right call you’re doing it all the right way. So, I appreciate it, and we’ll get this on the books.

Molly Dwyer (09:39) Awesome. Thank you.

Josh Deitch (09:40) Cool. Thanks bye.
