Michael Massey (00:00) hey, how are you?
Scott Peterson (00:09) I am good, Michael. How are you?
Michael Massey (00:11) Doing pretty good. So we’ll kind of jump right into it kind of to go over it. I’m really kind of a glorified verification of, you know, information before I pass you along to our account specialist. I see Ryan is joining as well.
Michael Massey (00:27) Let me let them in. But basically, I’m kind of the information gatherer, then I can pass you along to our payer side. I’m an account specialist just kind of to hop into it. I see you guys submitted 180,000 providers, is that correct?
Scott Peterson (00:46) Yeah. I mean, it’s the number of providers is actually closer to 900,000, but we’re trying to solve a specific problem, Michael, around… verification services for a population set that we need. I think you guys operate in some instances in a more hybrid model where you’re doing verifications and then passing back to payers to, you know, ingest into their systems. And we’re looking to have a conversation about what that looks like and how quickly you could implement something like that. We’ve got a challenging situation… around and Ryan, I don’t know if you know the exact number of providers, but I think it’s around 30,000 providers that we need to quickly do validation on and implement in our systems. Yeah, I don’t have the exact number. Sounds about right close enough.
Scott Peterson (01:44) Okay? So I guess, you know, overall, Michael, what we want to talk to someone about is, you know, like… I said, we know you work with other payers in terms of them passing data to you to credential, and then you passing data back for them to ingest, we’re trying to understand in a hurry what that model looks like. And if it’s a viable option for us to be able to get these providers credentialed, and then back into our existing workflow internally.
Michael Massey (02:15) Gotcha. Yeah, that makes total sense. So what I can do, I mean, kind of laid it out perfectly for me. So what I’m going to do, I’m going to go ahead and I’m going to email you and Ryan as well. Give me about five minutes. I’m going to share some proposed times with one of our account specialists, so we can really knock this out.
Scott Peterson (02:34) Perfect.
Michael Massey (02:35) Awesome. Well, thank you guys for hopping on. I know it’s kind of a short one, but I really appreciate y’all, hopping on, no.
Scott Peterson (02:41) Thank you very much appreciate the time, Michael. No.
Michael Massey (02:43) Problem at all. You guys have a great one.
Scott Peterson (02:45) Yeah. Bye you too.
