Amy Barfield (00:00) hello? Hey.
Amanda (00:02) How’s it going?
Amy Barfield (00:05) Oh, you know, living the dream over here, right?
Amy Barfield (00:12) Let’s see. They’re not here yet. They’ll probably be here in a little bit.
Amanda (00:17) No worries.
Amanda (00:26) Hoping I actually can get somewhere with this today to knock some of these states off of our list.
Amy Barfield (00:31) Yeah. I mean, I sent.
Amanda (00:37) Access, I just, it’s like it’s kind of just explaining them to like Florida like the portals that we have today that I want to review, just explaining like how they’re set up and then confirming if they have access because I have sent, you know, the request. So I’m just waiting like for confirmation, okay?
Amy Barfield (00:59) All right, Latoya is on. And then we just need Carrie. Awesome. Hi, Latoya. Hi. Hey, can you hear me better today?
La Toya Pough (01:11) Yes, way better.
Amy Barfield (01:14) I was like I went to it. I was like help me figure this out. So we did a few things. So hopefully this fixes it permanently.
La Toya Pough (01:22) Oh, great. Yeah. So we won’t be leaning into our computers trying to hear you. Yes, yeah.
Amy Barfield (01:28) Yeah, Amanda, I’ve been like putting my mouth up to the speaker so they can hear me on these teams calls.
Amanda (01:35) Oh, gosh. Yeah, I know. Yeah.
Amy Barfield (01:39) Is Carrie joining us today?
La Toya Pough (01:42) Yes, she should be on here shortly?
Amy Barfield (01:45) Okay. I’m going to ask her a question off topic when she joins. I was emailing Svetlana about it and maybe she can answer the question quickly for me… or maybe, you know, do you know if New Hampshire has the like providers who do the aco reach program in New Hampshire?
La Toya Pough (02:08) I am not sure about that. Okay?
Amy Barfield (02:12) Okay. Because anthem’s coming back where they don’t want to honor a second contract for midwest end because we already have a contract with northeast west and they’re saying just to add all providers to that contract. And I know you guys have it separated because of the aco reach program with CMS. So I just want to make sure because I think one of your states doesn’t have the aco reach. So I just wanted to ensure before I pipe back, to the New… Hampshire anthem that we need that. So. Okay. Yeah.
Amanda (02:57) All right. While we’re waiting for them to join Letoya, do you want to… let me know if you happen to have access? I sent. So Florida medicaid’s portal, they are set up in individual accounts per location. So for Theoria, I sent you access requests for Theoria… to add you as a user. Do you know if you received any of those? I?
La Toya Pough (03:23) Think, so. Hold on a second. Let me take a look.
Amanda (03:30) Should be a total of nine requests.
La Toya Pough (03:33) Nine request, yes.
Amanda (03:35) Per location. Unfortunately, that’s how Florida set up. Okay?
Amanda (03:42) Let me.
La Toya Pough (04:09) Hold on one second.
La Toya Pough (04:23) Would it come directly from you or would it just come from Florida?
Amanda (04:28) It would come from the medicaid website. Okay? Let me look.
La Toya Pough (04:35) Maybe you went to my spam?
Amanda (04:38) They were sent on… let me see.
Amanda (04:58) On March seventeenth.
Amy Barfield (05:00) Okay. One.
La Toya Pough (05:02) Second.
Amanda (05:14) Should be like flmmes or something like that.
La Toya Pough (05:23) Oh, yes. Okay. So.
Amanda (05:26) For Florida, there’s nine locations approved under Theoria. And unfortunately, you have to create an account for each of those locations. So, once you create the account, you’ll have access to all applications within the Florida medicaid portal under Theoria. For complex care. We’re currently awaiting a pin letter from them to be able to set up the accounts… our medicaid rep is working on that actively. So, as soon as I have access to complex care, I will ensure that account admin is assigned to one of you all. And then we create that account, give you access to it. And then we will create users from that main admin account… for Theoria. Unfortunately, we don’t know who the admin is on the account. So we’re going to have to submit a request to change the admin on the account. And then once we make that happen, then we will let you all know when that change has been made. Who do you want the admin to be on basically all the accounts?
La Toya Pough (06:41) Probably Carrie. Yeah.
Amy Barfield (06:43) I would say Carrie or Lori, probably Carrie all.
Amanda (06:49) Right. So, I’ll make Carrie, like the main admin on all the accounts. Yeah. And any of those that you’re.
Amy Barfield (06:55) unsure of the admin, Amanda, it may be Romina Bartel who was here. She… was the manager on this account with medallion.
Amanda (07:08) Gotcha. Regardless even if we want, like even if we knew who the admin was, we would have to have access to her account to be able to actually, I apologize. No, we have to still submit that request to change the admin. So it’s basically going to take care of it anyways for her. When we submit the request, we’ll just change it over to Carrie and it’ll take care of that too. Okay? Florida, at least because you can only have one admin, for the state of Florida’s medicaid accounts.
Amy Barfield (07:43) Right? Let,
Amanda (07:47) me, make sure.
Amy Barfield (07:49) So,
Amanda (07:49) Carrie will be for sure the admin for all accounts, if they have one main admin.
La Toya Pough (07:55) It says I have to reset my password. So one second.
Amanda (07:59) Okay. Let me know whenever you do that.
La Toya Pough (08:02) Okay. One second.
Amanda (08:41) So, I know that you have to create nine accounts, Latoya, but I’m hoping that you can just do the one for right now. And then I don’t expect you to create all nine of them right now. But if you can get to a point where you can create all nine of them, make sure you have access, and then just shoot me an email on that thread, letting me know you’re all set. So that way I can cross you at least off of our list for Florida medicaid access for Theoria.
Carrie Reding (09:07) Hey, guys. Hey.
Amy Barfield (09:09) You’re good?
Carrie Reding (09:12) I was on another call. I was like… what’s going on? You’re? Good.
Amy Barfield (09:18) What happens… for some reason? I might you?
La Toya Pough (09:25) Will need to contact, I might have to call the help… desk, but what I’ll do is follow up with you via email and let you know everything has been said. My apologies. It’s been so much so many emails I’ve been trying to catch up on.
Amanda (09:42) It’s all good. I know I’ve been trying not to like slam you with all these. I can send all these requests for the other states but they’re time sensitive. Sometimes I’ll have to go in and resend them. So I’m kind of just trying to like make sure we work and knock off this before we move on to the next, you know, a couple of states, you know, and then just work it that way instead of sending all these connection requests all at once.
Carrie Reding (10:04) Was that one that I logged into or need to log into? I,
Amanda (10:08) believe, so, Carrie, I believe you had confirmed, okay, wait. No. Okay. Lori, confirmed access. So, Carrie, I need you to confirm access for the state of Florida, for the state of Florida. They’re the ones that they’re the portal set up where they require nine individual logins for each location.
Carrie Reding (10:26) Oh good. So.
Amanda (10:28) I know I had sent those on March, the team’s year away, and unfortunately, I had to create a login for each location. Okay? So that was on March the seventeenth that I had sent those. And I was hoping like I was telling Latoya if you could just find one of those emails, create the login, and then at some point later on create the other additional eight logins and then just shoot me an email, letting me know that you have access to all of them for Theoria?
Amanda (11:00) You.
Carrie Reding (11:00) know, I think if one of us has access, I’m okay with that because, you know, we’re exiting Florida.
Amanda (11:08) It looks like Lori did confirm that she has access to all of the individual logins for Theoria. Okay?
Carrie Reding (11:19) Maybe we can just use hers, Latoya… oh, okay. Because we’re exiting Florida. So, I.
Amy Barfield (11:29) don’t know. Yeah, I think the only thing that.
Carrie Reding (11:31) wasn’t.
Amy Barfield (11:35) yeah. Can you confirm with, I think that was the one payer that she didn’t confirm that needed to be closed for Florida or those states that she mentioned? Oh.
Carrie Reding (11:47) You mean when are we exiting? Well?
Amy Barfield (11:50) I have four one as the exiting date for hold on. I’ve got it on my calendar here… Florida, Virginia, Vermont, Iowa, and Colorado, and we stopped enrollments. Can we stop enrollments for at this time? So, I have it on my calendar to confirm if we can stop for medicare and medicaid at that time.
Carrie Reding (12:13) Yeah, because she asked us to de, emphasize that and.
Amy Barfield (12:17) Yeah, we stopped all the commercial plans, but I think those were the two that we were leaving open at the time this?
Carrie Reding (12:23) Says exiting Florida on three 31 26?
Amy Barfield (12:27) Okay. Which is yesterday. Okay? Yeah. So.
Carrie Reding (12:30) I don’t yeah. Sorry, I guess I probably should have said something on that, but yeah, if Lori has access, I think we’re okay with that. If that’s okay with you guys?
Amanda (12:38) Okay. Yeah, that’s better we.
Carrie Reding (12:42) Can take that off the table.
Amy Barfield (12:44) Right.
Amanda (12:45) I love it. Okay. So, Lori did confirm through email on the 20 third of March that she has access. So if she doesn’t and this is just for Theoria, are we still moving forward with complex care in Florida? No, so.
Carrie Reding (12:59) No, my understanding is we’re like leaving Florida, like exiting?
Amy Barfield (13:02) Yeah. All complex care should be stopped, it’s just Theoria, that should be open for Florida for like Ar, okay?
Carrie Reding (13:10) But she did say on this email, can we just now de, emphasize Florida complex care instead of canceling all the enrollments? So she didn’t want them stopped, but it’s not priority. So maybe we just need to revisit that on our call Friday.
Amy Barfield (13:29) Yeah. Okay. Yeah.
Amanda (13:32) We can get off. I will continue then creating those portals since we do have active enrollments and there is an approved… enrollment for complex care.
Amanda (13:42) And just that way we have it set up in case we need to do anything if that’s okay? Is that okay? Amy, Carrie? Yeah.
Amy Barfield (13:54) I mean, until I get clarification, yeah. All right.
Amanda (13:57) Yeah. So I’ll just continue to do what we’re doing with that for complex care. So Florida, we are good. Then let’s knock that off our list. And like I said, if Lori needs anything with any of the locations, just let me know.
Amy Barfield (14:08) Okay. All.
Amanda (14:09) Right. And the next one is Ohio, Lori did confirm that she has access to medicaid, Ohio. Okay. And they are the admin as well. We set up the mfa under your phone and email on our last on a meeting with them. So that one was taken care of. And Carrie is the official admin and has the Ohio access for that. And then Latoya, it looks like you do as well. We confirmed an email that you were good to go on March eighteenth for Theoria because.
Carrie Reding (14:45) I feel like I logged into this the other day. I get them confused because they’re all starting to look alike.
Amanda (14:49) They really do, they really do.
Carrie Reding (14:52) There’s a few of them like, okay, I may have been thinking of. I didn’t recognize your username or password. Oh, come on. Thank you very much.
Carrie Reding (15:11) Thanks so much.
Carrie Reding (15:17) I’m now saying we, because we didn’t create a new login, did we, this?
Amanda (15:23) Is the one where you did have to create a login? You gave me your id, which was credding 19.
Carrie Reding (15:30) Yeah. And now it’s saying we don’t recognize your username or password that’s so weird.
Carrie Reding (15:41) Let me just reset my password.
Amanda (15:44) While you’re doing that, I just wanted to kind of explain the setup on that one too. So Theoria and complexcare are all under the same login as well as all the locations. So you would just use this login for everything. Thank goodness. It’s not like the Florida setup. So, once you have access, you’ll have access to both organizations as well as all locations. Once they’re approved.
Carrie Reding (16:05) It’s sending me a pin.
Carrie Reding (16:13) I was like, I know I just set this up before I went on vacation, so.
Carrie Reding (16:23) Of this in my email… thank you.
Carrie Reding (17:19) Well, it’s telling me that my password must be X amount along, and then it just stops like, it doesn’t give me a link to reset it’s. Really weird.
Carrie Reding (17:34) Does that mean?
Carrie Reding (17:42) Emailing it to me?
Carrie Reding (17:55) Okay. We can keep going. I don’t know what’s why it’s like paused. Okay?
Amanda (18:01) So, as long as like right now, I mean, I’m sure it’s obviously, I know you’re going to want access, but as of right now, as it stands, Lori and Latoya do have access to the Ohio medicaid. So, just you and Brittany, if you can’t figure it out, let me know on our email thread, if you don’t mind, and I can try to figure out something on my end as far as getting that password reset.
Carrie Reding (18:30) Well, they, it’s weird because they are… can see where it’s asking for like my phone number. Let’s try this.
Carrie Reding (18:50) And it says your password must be at least so many characters long, but it doesn’t allow you to type anything. So, do I just go back to the login and just try to redo it?
Amanda (19:01) Do you want to try to share a screen real quick? Yeah.
Amanda (19:08) I don’t know if I have an answer, but I sure will try.
Carrie Reding (19:12) So, here’s what it sent. They sent me a login and then it says your password must be at least 12 characters long. Dah, but then it doesn’t there’s nothing else.
Carrie Reding (19:30) So, do I just go back here and type in a new password?
Amanda (19:37) Absolutely.
Carrie Reding (19:38) Right. Yeah.
Amanda (19:41) Let’s see what happens.
Carrie Reding (19:43) No.
Amanda (19:45) Can you start the, can you do forgot password again? Let me see what?
Carrie Reding (19:49) Yeah, let me close out of that other screen that popped up because this is what pops up when you do forgot password, but let me just close out of it so you can do this and it pops up, forgot my password. Let me put my login…
Amanda (20:09) I don’t know if it does matter, but you have a capital C for your login too. I don’t know if that.
Carrie Reding (20:15) It shouldn’t because it asks you how you want it sent and I said text message. Okay?
Amanda (20:26) I mean, as far as when you’re trying to log in, maybe that’s why it’s saying the wrong password. I don’t know if the username is case sensitive or not.
Carrie Reding (20:34) But it wouldn’t pull in my phone number if it was, right?
Amanda (20:39) In the login part?
Carrie Reding (20:41) Yeah, because see when I go to verify, it just says this.
Amanda (20:45) Click on where you log in… not there. The other yeah.
Amanda (21:01) Right here, see how it says lowercase C. Can you try to change it to a capital R, I’m sorry, capital C. I don’t know if that’ll matter, but that’s how you sent the login to me was with the capital C?
Carrie Reding (21:13) Oh, it’s probably just how I saved it, but.
Amanda (21:16) Gotcha. Okay. No. All right. Yeah. So, but,
Carrie Reding (21:22) it’s kind of like it just stops like right here.
Amanda (21:25) I know… I would suggest maybe contacting the support desk on that or maybe trying from a different browser.
Amanda (21:39) Isn’t that weird though? Yeah, we.
Carrie Reding (21:42) Went through the whole rigor and more to tell you nothing.
Amanda (21:45) Yeah, it’s like where do you want me to enter the password? Yeah. Okay. I’ll work.
Carrie Reding (21:52) On that, but I know the user id is right. And I was in here at one point. So I’m not sure what happened.
Amanda (21:59) Okay. Let’s see. So, Ohio, we took care of Florida. The next one would be Texas.
Amanda (22:15) So, we do have access to Theoria in all locations under one and it is one login for all locations. The app is still pending for complex care, but… you can see it in the Texas portal as pending. And once it’s approved, you will be able to submit applications and add providers through that. So thankfully, it’s the same like Ohio one portal for both organizations. All locations, I did need usernames in order to add you. So that is what I’m waiting on for Texas.
Carrie Reding (22:48) For medicaid?
Amanda (22:50) Yes, Texas medicaid? Okay?
Carrie Reding (22:57) Did you send that one last week?
Amanda (23:00) This was on the seventeenth. I’m going to send in our chat, the link address. I don’t know if you guys want to try to create your logins now?
Carrie Reding (23:08) That’s what I was going to do.
Amanda (23:10) Okay. Here it is. And I know you were having, I don’t know if it was you or Lori was having an issue with creating an account. Looks like Lori and Carrie, I created the account sometime back. You said I created the account sometime back for complexcare. And it is user id. You gave me the user id and it says Theoria medical and can you use that one?
Carrie Reding (23:39) Oh, yeah. Let me, so there was a let’s… see here. I just,
Amanda (23:50) so, you know, I, it’s up to you whatever you want to use. I can send a request to that one and then you would end up having access for all the organizations?
Carrie Reding (24:02) Yeah. So let me share my screen.
Carrie Reding (24:11) So, this was… the one that was created. It’s I think it has my user id here. So maybe we just use this one. Let’s see writing this one.
Amanda (24:27) Yes, that’s for Texas, right? Yeah. Okay. So let me get into my account. I’m going to try to add that real quick.
Amanda (25:27) Okay. I just got to get the… here, it is… npi.
Amanda (25:48) All right. And that username is, what was the username?
Carrie Reding (25:55) It’s my email C ready at the order.
Amanda (25:58) That’s the username is Theoria medical, right? No.
Carrie Reding (26:03) Yeah. Sorry. Yeah, Theoria medical, thank you.
Amanda (26:16) All right, perfect. I’m doing provider administrator… and I have linked to use as link user. It’s going?
Amanda (26:39) Okay. All right. So, you have been linked to the Theoria, npi. So you should have access to that now. Let me check.
Amanda (26:55) This one.
Carrie Reding (27:00) Okay. Everything’s… going to be.
Carrie Reding (27:14) It’s been a while since I’ve set these up obviously.
Carrie Reding (27:21) Now they’re wanting all of our passwords to be safe.
Carrie Reding (28:02) I got an email saying that I have the new access, but now I just need to… we’re saying it was configured as a provider admin.
Carrie Reding (28:16) But that’s only just waiting for the reset instructions.
Carrie Reding (29:00) That is the email.
Amanda (29:03) Latoya, did you want me to add you as a user as well?
La Toya Pough (29:15) Yes, please. I’m sorry, I’m trying to get off mute. No.
Amanda (29:19) Worries, did you create a username?
La Toya Pough (29:22) For Texas that’s what I’m working on now?
Amanda (29:26) Okay, perfect.
Carrie Reding (29:32) Oh, my gosh. We have like snail mail. Sometimes it drives me nuts.
Carrie Reding (30:01) Okay. It… hasn’t come through.
Carrie Reding (30:08) I don’t know how long that takes for it to come through. But your updates that you made came through.
Amanda (30:15) That’s good. At least we have that down. Do you just want to work on that one and shoot me an email once you’re able to figure it out, yeah.
La Toya Pough (30:28) I can do that. Here’s. Mine. I’m putting it in the chat.
Carrie Reding (30:32) One second.
Carrie Reding (30:59) Is this one linked up too? I don’t know where this one came from.
Amanda (31:05) I don’t have anything associated with that one.
Amanda (31:18) We have two.
Carrie Reding (31:20) Possibly?
Carrie Reding (31:26) What the heck is going on with passwords?
La Toya Pough (31:32) Were you able to get my username?
Amanda (31:35) Yes, I.
Carrie Reding (31:36) just.
Amanda (31:36) copied it. I’m going to add you now, be on the lookout for that.
Carrie Reding (31:44) Am I on the right? This is the right let.
La Toya Pough (31:46) Me, log on now.
Amanda (31:49) All right. I just sent the request your way.
Carrie Reding (31:58) Oh… maybe I’m at the wrong or?
Carrie Reding (32:07) That’s why?
Carrie Reding (32:14) Hold on guys. I’m in the wrong.
Carrie Reding (32:21) Which one do we go to? Oh, I guess it already logged me in… under that log in.
Carrie Reding (32:38) Cray, Theoria medical. This is the one you updated.
Amanda (32:42) Hold on one second. I’m getting too spinning. Oh, no, that’s not where I go. So, did you get an email I?
Carrie Reding (32:52) Did I did get an email? What?
Amanda (32:55) Did it say to you? I got.
Carrie Reding (32:59) Two emails. Actually, I got this one saying this has been configured for the provider administrator account. And then I got oops, I just got another one for… the new… administrator on tmhp, it’s pulling up. This one just came in.
Amanda (33:22) I think that’s the one I sent Latoya. Yeah. So it’s going to give you a notice because you’re an administrator too.
La Toya Pough (33:29) I got both of the emails as well. And.
Carrie Reding (33:32) I got this one provider administrator, strict access for the provider identifier. So I got this too. So let me log off.
Amanda (33:45) Okay. Right here. Click on my, yeah, see where it says my account. Welcome to Texas medicaid providers. Click on my, well, that works. Click sign.
Carrie Reding (33:56) It just jumped in there go.
Amanda (33:58) Back to how you were… click on the blue, my account, where it says my account blue. Oh, right here. Now, click in, sign in?
Amanda (34:16) It looks like your password may not be set up.
Amanda (34:28) It’s to the right?
Amanda (34:34) There we go. Okay, you have access now. Yes. All right. So, you have access?
Carrie Reding (34:49) And this did you say this was for Theoria?
Amanda (34:52) It’s for Theoria, and it’s for complex care.
Carrie Reding (34:58) Which complex… care?
Amanda (35:04) It’s going to be for complex… care one?
Carrie Reding (35:10) Moment I.
Amanda (35:12) believe complex care midwest M.
Carrie Reding (35:26) Okay. So it’s the same again?
Amanda (35:39) And then once you’re in… if you click on provider management, that’s where you would do all your enrollments and whatnot there?
Amanda (36:08) And.
Amanda (36:15) okay. Latoya, were you able to get in there?
La Toya Pough (36:25) Hold on one second. I think I was able to get in there because I’ve done Texas before, so.
Amanda (36:43) Also, you had a question about adding because on our email thread, Carrie or Laura, I don’t know if it was Laura or Carrie. You had asked if it was Laura, can you add users? You always have ecw and Theoria, RCM users, you can add users to that portal as well.
La Toya Pough (37:04) Oh, yes, I have access.
Carrie Reding (37:06) Okay, perfect. Both.
Amanda (37:09) Of you, yep, invite user, add user and then let’s see. So that one I’m going to mark, we have Carrie, you have confirmed access, yep and Latoya, and then once complex care is approved, I will touch base with you on that to let you know next steps for complex care, but it should be all under the same login.
Amanda (37:36) Okay. Cool. Okay. And Latoya mark that one off?
Amanda (37:50) Just make this green?
Amanda (37:58) All right. And then the last one is medicaid Vermont.
Carrie Reding (38:05) I think I was working on that. I can’t remember, I need to log in?
La Toya Pough (38:11) Did I not send my username for medicaid Vermont?
Amanda (38:16) That one, actually, I sent a request to you through the portal. So you should have received an invite.
La Toya Pough (38:24) Carrie, you?
Amanda (38:25) And I were chatting back and forth. I sent it on the sixteenth as well as on the 30 first.
Carrie Reding (38:30) Yeah. With the.
Amanda (38:32) correct name because that was the one where I accidentally put your.
Carrie Reding (38:35) first.
Amanda (38:35) Last name causing more problems for you. Sorry about that. That’s okay. I.
Carrie Reding (38:40) haven’t registered. I will look it up. Okay?
Amanda (38:43) Yes. And then Latoya, I sent the one on the seventeenth for you. I’m not sure if you were able to get in, but while you guys are checking for that, I just want to explain the setup for this one as well. Thankfully, it’s like the Ohio and Texas. We have access under one portal for all locations for Theoria. And for complex care, the only thing is it is separate portal. So you’ll have one for Theoria, you’ll have one for complex care. We are waiting for the account to be created for complex care. So, as soon as that is created, I will let you know we’re waiting on a letter or slash email from them with the information to create the portal. So I will follow up with you on that as far as complex care. I can’t talk complex care goes, but Theoria, we should be able to get in today for that one.
Amanda (39:36) Say that again, it was cut now.
Carrie Reding (39:38) Does this matter? Oh, hold.
Amanda (39:40) on, let me get to your screen. I was trying to log in. Oh, you’re good. Then you’re in, oh, wait, you’re creating your password? Okay? Perfect.
Carrie Reding (40:09) So, registration provider, but they… don’t know.
Carrie Reding (40:22) Oh, do you have to check… availability? Oh, username can be used?
Amanda (40:28) Okay. All right. Now, try and see what happens… clicking next. Yeah.
La Toya Pough (40:34) Carrie, when you’re done, can I show my screen user?
Carrie Reding (40:37) Registration invitation id is a required field?
Amanda (40:42) Doesn’t have a name?
Carrie Reding (40:46) What’s your registration id? Yeah… I don’t know… it’s my last name, verify identity?
Amanda (41:00) Is this the new email I sent you on the first. It is. I’m sorry, the 30 first.
Carrie Reding (41:07) Yeah, it is.
Amanda (41:20) Oh, here… there was… a space after the M, click on that… and remove the space. After M. Com, there’s a space after there. Yeah, click backspace. Oh, okay. Is that it?
Amanda (41:57) Is it going? Well? Click… next? Again? What’s… it saying? It’s… not saying anything, okay?
La Toya Pough (42:16) Amanda, I got in and it says profile name, Amanda?
Carrie Reding (42:22) Can.
Amanda (42:24) you, yeah, share screen? Let’s see what’s going on with that one. Okay?
Carrie Reding (42:31) Hold on. So, is this me? I’m.
La Toya Pough (42:35) not sure my screen?
La Toya Pough (42:51) Can you guys see this not?
Amanda (42:53) Yet. Yes… we don’t want that. Well, that’s okay. Yes, because it’s saying that’s the profile because this theory of medical is under my profile name now. Okay. So that’s okay. Okay.
La Toya Pough (43:11) Well, great. I mean, you’re.
Amanda (43:13) in then. So if you want to click switch… to provider and see what happens.
La Toya Pough (43:24) I think it just wants me to, and then.
Amanda (43:27) click submit and then you should be able to go into the account now for Theoria?
La Toya Pough (43:32) Okay. Yeah, great.
Amanda (43:35) Okay, awesome. You’re good to go. Not.
Carrie Reding (43:41) Really sure what’s happening with mine? I can see it.
Amanda (43:46) Yours looked weird just now before we switched over.
Amy Barfield (43:54) We are over on time and I have a hard stop in two minutes.
Amanda (43:58) Okay.
Amanda (44:04) I’m down to stay on if you have to, if you want to just get through that, Carrie. I think she hung up.
Amy Barfield (44:12) She’s back. Okay?
Carrie Reding (44:14) That was so weird.
Amy Barfield (44:15) Hopefully it doesn’t drop you guys since I’m the host. So if it does, I.
Carrie Reding (44:20) Apologize. Okay. We’ll pick up next week. Yeah, we can just follow.
Amanda (44:24) up through email if you want to. It looks like, is this your screen, Carrie? It is?
Carrie Reding (44:31) I.
Amanda (44:31) would say, are you in? Yeah, you’re in, but,
Carrie Reding (44:35) it says.
La Toya Pough (44:35) You’re.
Amanda (44:37) not in. Okay. I wouldn’t log in. I would go to that email where, unless you already have an account, I would go to that email that you were registering from. I think that might be the case because you were going to the website, clicking, create a user. I think you need to go through that link in the email that I sent that was sent to you. I’ll pull that up… but just a heads up. I don’t know if you were on the call. Amy does have a hard stop in a minute.
Carrie Reding (45:06) So, if it hangs up then.
Amanda (45:09) We can communicate, you know, through email or jump back on the call or whatever you want to do. Okay?
Carrie Reding (45:15) Well, we can probably just take that unless Latoya, you need something like ASAP. Okay?
Amy Barfield (45:25) Yeah, we can communicate through email or if we need to set up an ad hoc for you guys, Amanda can send you an invite if you need to continue, but yes, I do have to hop.
Carrie Reding (45:36) Yeah, I’ve got to calm for two minutes too. Okay?
Amy Barfield (45:39) Okay. Thank.
Carrie Reding (45:40) You everyone? Bye.
Carrie Reding (45:46) Perfect. I didn’t know you there, Carrie. I am okay.
Amanda (45:51) I don’t know if you want to just revisit it and message me through email.
Carrie Reding (45:58) Yeah, I’m going to.
Amanda (46:01) I know you said you had another call. I don’t know if that was Latoya or you, but I’m here to help. Okay. Yeah.
Carrie Reding (46:08) Wednesdays are always like my super busy days.
Amanda (46:10) No worries at all. I totally get it.
Carrie Reding (46:13) I’m just going to try it this way, but see.
Amanda (46:16) that’s the thing I think you have to go through the invite email unless you already have an account.
Carrie Reding (46:21) Well, and I think that’s what it’s saying is that I have one, which is why, let me get there. Okay? So let me… try this again with the one you sent me, which is what I thought I just did.
Carrie Reding (46:46) I recently invited.
Amanda (46:50) Okay.
Carrie Reding (47:05) Okay. So this is the one. So when I click on register, they.
Amanda (47:09) Don’t make this easy.
Carrie Reding (47:16) Let me try this. Again. The invitation is the one you sent me on the 30 first, okay?
Amanda (47:22) That’s where it’s in the invitation code. I think that’s what was happening before… unless you did submit that?
Carrie Reding (47:30) Well, that’s the one I used just a minute ago.
Amanda (47:33) That’s so weird. Pop off that.
Carrie Reding (47:36) That’s.
Amanda (47:36) the same, see there’s a space after that, M, you see how there’s a space, remove that, there you go, keep removing. Yeah.
Carrie Reding (47:45) So, let me go to the next page. And then it’s asking me to create a display name. I guess it doesn’t matter.
Amanda (47:52) Yeah, I would do something different that you haven’t already used.
Carrie Reding (47:58) And a four digit pin?
Carrie Reding (48:06) Oh, that was my internet being really slow. You said try a different user id. Yeah.
Amanda (48:15) I wouldn’t use the same one that you just unless you, yeah, I would do something like just different because you’ve tried creating it several times. I hope it didn’t mess it up for you and,
Carrie Reding (48:24) it says username can be used. So writing and then.
Amy Barfield (48:28) I’m adding a password.
Carrie Reding (48:30) Perfect. Fingers crossed. Okay. And let me write this down. So I don’t forget… that would… be dumb. It’s not one I use, okay… secret pin just in case. All right. So now, I’m going to next… and it’s saying, okay, acknowledge, yes, do I need to scroll through this? Does it matter? Type this for me?
Carrie Reding (49:18) User registration. What the hell invitation id? I bet my id, my invitation expired.
Amanda (49:26) Can you show me the email real quick?
Amanda (49:33) Let’s see, is there a thing on here that says it? Oh, gosh. Yes, it does say that to register your account. It says, no, this invitation code will be expired. You want me to send you one real quick? Yeah, let’s do.
Carrie Reding (49:45) That.
Amanda (49:47) Okay. It was Vermont. Let me get in here real quick.
Carrie Reding (49:58) That’s what it is.
Amanda (50:01) Well, that will fix that problem for us. All right? Give me one second. I’m waiting for my verification code. We have snail mail too. So.
Carrie Reding (50:10) Well, I have outlook on my desktop because I hate Gmail.
Amanda (50:15) Yes, and.
Carrie Reding (50:17) Because it’s just so messy and I’m like I already have a personal Gmail account. I don’t want to work on Gmail.
Amanda (50:25) I’m honestly against all of it. Okay? At this point.
Carrie Reding (50:29) Yeah.
Amanda (50:30) Don’t give me anything.
Amanda (50:44) And of course, the email for the codes just have to go beyond slow.
Amanda (50:58) But I’m happy that we knocked a couple states off our list. Okay? I’m logging in.
Amanda (51:16) Managed delegates, add unregistered delegate, last name. Let me make sure I do this, right? REDING first name, Carrie, C a RRIG… email… there, phone number… there, English, active delegate administrator. All right. I submitted again for you. So you should receive the email. Maybe we’ll take that one.
Carrie Reding (52:05) Well, that came through fast.
Carrie Reding (52:25) And there was something you said about Vermont. What was it? Do you remember?
Amanda (52:33) Vermont? Let’s see how it was set up. It will be one portal for all of Theoria and complex care. I’m sorry, separate portals. So we… have no account created Mandy. Okay. So for Vermont, we’ll have one login for Theoria, one for complex care. Once that account is created for complex care, I will get you all added. Just like we did for Theoria.
Carrie Reding (53:01) Okay. I just want to make sure we’re keeping track of this too.
Amanda (53:06) Oh, I got it all tracked on my end. If you have any questions, do, let me know. I am like we’re like all over the place. I’m like listen, I need to start seeing some movement on these states. So my goal is to continue doing this every time we meet to get through all of the, all of them. I’m still researching a lot of the portals. Unfortunately, I just stepped into the group. So a lot of this is new to me. So I’m still researching, but I plan on like tackling four states each time we meet like we did today, if that’s okay with you, and then just confirming you have access, explaining how they’re set up ensuring that you do have access and then crossing it off our list. And then hopefully eventually we’ll be good to go. This is going to work. Love it.
Carrie Reding (54:05) Okay. So now I should be vlogging.
Amanda (54:36) I hate these codes that they make us, do. I?
Carrie Reding (54:39) Know everything is going to this everything every.
Amanda (54:43) Single thing. It’s just, you can’t get away from it and work and personal life. At this point, I’m like take my identity. I don’t even care like go for it for… personal life. I.
Carrie Reding (54:59) Actually have my account. Somebody got a hold of one of my cards.
Amanda (55:03) My God and.
Carrie Reding (55:04) they tried to push through a charge for like 329 dollars. And luckily, my bank called me and they caught it. But… anyways, do I need to select both of these or do anything?
Amanda (55:20) No, you’re good to go. So you have access, it shows profile name there because the account is that you’re linked to is under my name.
Amanda (55:33) There’s only two enrolled locations for Vermont, which are these two locations. So you have access under each location for Theoria. So you are good to go. And I don’t know why I said that we have an issue processing your last request, please, blah blah blah, you have access to the enrollments. Okay, see how you’re doing switch provider, you click submit, yeah, switch provider profiles, and then this is all the information and.
Carrie Reding (56:03) Then it’s all the providers. Okay? So… I can look at them. Yep and.
Amanda (56:11) then, you, if you have any questions, let me know. I’m not the best with this, but I will find out answers for you as I can. Yeah, I think we made some progress today. So I’m excited for that. Now… we have like about 13 other states to go that’s… it. But hey, there’s a positive to it. You know, we’re almost there. It’s getting.
Carrie Reding (56:38) There. Yeah. Well, and it’s this has been a long time coming honestly, you know, so… you know, we, I think it’s nice that we’re all getting on the same page itself. Yes, I.
Amanda (56:51) do I do appreciate it? I like the working meetings versus going back and forth through email? Just a heads up, you know? Because we, I have these off for a list, just a recap before you hop off the call. So you can just communicate with Lori and Brittany because they’re not on the call. Same process goes for them. I don’t know if you’re able to walk them through that. For Florida, we’re going to just utilize Lori’s account. We’re going to discontinue access or trying to gain access for Theoria and complex care, but we’re still going to create the complex care accounts for Florida since we have active enrollments processing and the group is approved. So I’m going to continue that I’m going to.
Carrie Reding (57:34) Type for a minute. So Florida medicaid, we will use Lori’s access since she, okay.
Amanda (57:43) That’s all. And, there is nine locations. So nine logins for that one. Yes. Okay. And it’s only for Theoria. We’re still working on gaining access to complex care and creating that. Once I do, I’ll let you know and then we can establish if Lori wants to have access to that or if you do whoever, and we’ll take care of that when the time comes, yeah.
Carrie Reding (58:08) Probably it would, it’s going to be Latoya and online, but because of the Theoria stuff that she’s going to need, we shouldn’t be having that many more Theoria logins. So gotcha. I’m going to put, okay?
Amanda (58:22) Awesome. And then the other one was medicaid, Ohio. You, Lori has access and Latoya?
Amanda (58:35) Didn’t we try to do yours? Yeah, that’s right. You’re gonna try to reset your login for that one because you created an account for some reason, it wasn’t working for you. Yes. And then you’ll follow up with me on our email thread. Yep for that one. And then once you figure out the information, just let me know and I’ll get you access to that, it’s one account for Theoria, and it uses the same account for complex care. So once you have access to medicaid, Ohio, both of the groups will pop up there as well as all the locations. Okay? And Latoya also has confirmed that she has access. So Lori and Latoya, okay. We’re pending you and Brittany. Okay? And then we have medicaid Texas. You are good to go with that one as well as Latoya, and it’s one login for all locations for Theoria. And it uses the same login for Theoria, but I can’t add complex care yet until the group is approved. So once it’s approved, then I’ll add complex care and then it will fall under yours as well.
Amanda (59:43) And then the last one was Vermont. Latoya has access and you… now have access to Vermont. For Theoria. It is separate logins. So we’ll have to create a separate login for complex… care, but we’re pending the registration information… to do that. Once it’s created, we would go the same process for complex care… but both you and Latoya are all set for Vermont.
Carrie Reding (60:32) I know I just pinged everybody like five times, but that’s okay. Hey.
Amanda (60:36) It’s all good… other than that, those were the four states we tackled today. If you… have any issues as far as getting Cary… and I’m sorry, not Cary. Good lord. Yes, thank you access. Just let me know. But since you are on the accounts, you can do the same exact thing that I just did for both you and Latoya, if you need help with it, let me know. Should I mark them off of my list or do you want me to wait? I.
Carrie Reding (61:13) would wait, let’s confirm because they all need it. So.
Amanda (61:17) Okay, perfect. So I will keep that on my radar. But for.
Carrie Reding (61:22) I’ll do another call. So no worries. It’s okay. Thank you for all your help. I appreciate you so much.
Amanda (61:29) Absolutely. I will talk to you later. All right. Bye bye, Cary.
