Jason Zednick (02:40) Yeah. And there’s tasks for, I think all those that say task, so we can just go in and update those… and then I can ask the team to push it along once we’ve done that. So.
DeWayne Hiebert (02:57) Dawn and Tanisha, can I ask the two of you to handle the requests if they’re needed the caqh credentials and the Coi?

Jason Zednick (03:09) That caqh, login, Diana, we have credentials on file, but they’re not good. So you might need to reach out and ask her… to check that.

Jason Zednick (03:42) And then I’m working on this tricare thing.
Jason Zednick (03:50) There’s a group demo update to add the location there’s a task to clarify the location, but it’s a New Jersey. It’s just a New Jersey thing like they’re asking, is this address or the other address? And they’re the same. They’re different, but they’re the same. So I was like, can we just use the one that works in the tricare system? It is the address and that will open up all of those to the thing of bees.
DeWayne Hiebert (04:20) So, it’s the practice address? Yeah.
Jason Zednick (04:25) I think the address on file in medallion is not accepted by the system, but they mentioned another address that was good and they were asking which to use. They are the same address. It’s that thing where one name, but a different name works. But it’s the same thing like if you put it in Google maps, it’s the same.
DeWayne Hiebert (04:48) Okay. So, I.
Jason Zednick (04:49) asked them to just use whichever one worked. And, okay. And if I get pushback on that, I’ll circle up with you and I’ll do whatever we have to do to get it moving. Yeah. Okay.
DeWayne Hiebert (05:14) All right. That was, that was the… priority thing on my list because I need to send the care center an update today, so this will allow me to do that.
DeWayne Hiebert (05:37) The other thing I just wanted to mention Jason in terms of horizon, I think we’re probably going to have to try and get some time with Bethany next week. I just, I was looking at all of the horizon holds last night and… I think there’s probably another… 12 or so we need her to complete as a priority, which I want her to do first because there are effective dates before June… first. Huh. I don’t know why I didn’t have them in my initial list, but I… would like her to do those first.
Jason Zednick (06:24) Yeah, that works. So, my team is pretty keen on meeting her. I’m not sure about like availability. Yeah.
DeWayne Hiebert (06:36) I was, she usually like, I can check with her, but she usually starts working.
DeWayne Hiebert (06:41) I think around four. I don’t know, Don, Tanisha, that. Yeah. So, I… guess, you know, that would probably be the best time like four o’clock eastern?
Jason Zednick (06:54) Like right around four. Okay. Let me check my team’s schedules. Let me ask if they’re… available or if they could move something and let me send you some options for that. One thing, it might be nice to try if you have like a later start date, for one or two that… my team can like trial after they talk like that might be nice, but definitely, don’t like put anything that’s soon at risk. I wouldn’t want to do that.

Jason Zednick (08:32) I, back to pediatric health briefly. I’m working on like… building out what I need to record the enrollments for those that are already done, for your grid. I think I have questions, but, I’m still working on it. So, I’m not there yet. So I’ll come back to this Friday or Monday or whatever it is. I just wanted to say that out loud. Yeah. Hey, what else? DeWayne Hiebert (09:36) The only other thing, how are we doing on the medicare ones?
Jason Zednick (09:43) So, I’ve confirmed that… the locations, the… location update that was blocking some of the providers, that has cleared. So, those were approved, that’s recorded. All of those that we can process. We will, I think there are a few like outstanding… locations that have been submitted that might have like a mini version of that effect. I’m, going to try to figure that out on my end. A… lot of these locations, like there was even yesterday, I saw a task that I actually closed for you where there was a request to add a location that was actually already on file. It was already in, the agent luckily, like just checked the medicare id report and was like, oh, this is here. And so I told them to just like, yeah, okay. It’s there, use it, close it because it matched. I… think you have a lot more on file, than… you think you do. And I’m, working, on that report, but it’s just taking me, it’s just taking me more time than I… thought. So to answer your actual question though, yeah, it’s moving along better than it was. I think there’s still a little bit of slowdown, but, we can work through it, okay?

Tanisha Roebuck (11:31) I did have one question. Are you guys having any issues with the pa or Delaware medicaid portals? Were you able to get in? I know we asked about that, but I don’t know if I ever got, you know, like a definitive answer?
Jason Zednick (11:45) I’ve not heard of, any problems like, they haven’t flagged it to me, at all. So, and they would, if they were, so, I think we’re good. Okay. But if not, you know, I’ll be sure, to reach out, okay?
