Rae Tompkins (00:00) hi, how are you?
Andrea Aculco (00:01) Very good. Thank you.
Kristina Rombal (00:08) Good morning.
Rae Tompkins (00:09) Hi, Christina. Good.
Kristina Rombal (00:11) Morning, Christina. Good morning. I think Maribel will probably join. I don’t know if she’s out to lunch or not. Let me see.
Andrea Aculco (00:21) I think she’s on another appointment meeting.
Kristina Rombal (00:26) Let me see because I’m showing her green.
Kristina Rombal (01:12) Please… I mean, we could get started, right? It’s not, I.
Rae Tompkins (01:26) Know, we’ve been in communication for a while regarding, you know, different items and renewals and auto renews. So I don’t have much to review today. Christina. I did see that you were chatting with the support bot about the practice locations. I reached out directly to the licensing team and shared that spreadsheet with them. So I’ll keep you updated if we have any questions there, but hopefully you can kind of avoid sending it to multiple places and I can get that updated for you.
Kristina Rombal (01:54) Okay.
Andrea Aculco (01:55) Perfect. I don’t.
Kristina Rombal (01:57) really have anything other than like just… wanting to see if there’s anything that we need to that needs our attention. Not at this time, I see Gwendolyn Starkey on there, yeah.
Rae Tompkins (02:09) I wanted to provide Mirabelle an update. She actually just emailed me about this provider. I reached out to our licensing team to confirm and it looks like there hasn’t been any movement on her California license request since 20 24. So there was an open admin task regarding her RN license. But if we need to pursue this license, just a new request will need to be resubmitted for California, yes, for California RN license. And I’m happy to send this to you the RN or?
Kristina Rombal (02:38) NP.
Rae Tompkins (02:41) it looks like they were clarifying. There was a task submitted for the admin on April 20 24 asking to confirm if the RN application was received and no response was received from an admin. So I think it’s in regards to her California RN license.
Kristina Rombal (02:57) Okay. But her NP license is okay and good standing or she needs her NP as well.
Rae Tompkins (03:03) Let me pull her up in platform… and I can provide all this information directly to Mirabelle because we were emailing about it before the call. Let me pull her up just to confirm.
Rae Tompkins (03:31) Thank you. Existing licenses?
Rae Tompkins (03:41) I don’t see she’s licensed in California at all. So, I think there was a request submitted for California, but we didn’t receive hers, right? And that was two years ago. So I don’t think it’s anything that’s preventing anything for moving forward. I think it was just a request that was never followed through. Okay. Yeah, she has, you know, I’m not seeing anything jumping out at me. Looking at her existing licenses. Everything looks like it’s.
Kristina Rombal (04:06) okay. I think she, because I’m messaging her right now, she’s saying that it was for Michigan for Gwen Starkey, not California.
Rae Tompkins (04:15) I see renewal requested for Michigan set to expire April or may 20 26 doesn’t look like there’s any admin task associated with that. So I think there was just some confusion on the response she received. I’m not seeing anything needed on our end directly to get.
Kristina Rombal (04:32) That, am I the only one that’s having issues?
Andrea Aculco (04:35) No, I can hear Ray. I think Maribel’s issue with that was okay?
Kristina Rombal (04:43) I’m getting a new computer, so that’s.
Rae Tompkins (04:50) so, sorry?
Andrea Aculco (04:51) For, can you hear me Ray? Yeah.
Rae Tompkins (04:54) I can hear you fine. Okay.
Andrea Aculco (04:55) So, I think Maribel was questioning was asking in regards to the Michigan license for Starkey and she sent a message and I guess like the, your guys’s bot… and they said we would like to inform you there are pending tasks in the file. Once these tasks are completed, the update will be forwarded for further processing. We’ll continue to monitor closely. So, Maribel’s question is on the request for Michigan. It doesn’t it just says that the license was requested. There’s no task. So she’s kind of confused why would they reply back? Saying that there’s tasks pending tasks, but there’s nothing, an actual renewal license request, absolutely.
Rae Tompkins (05:50) Yeah, I think, I appreciate that context. I think I was confused and I also in turn, there was an open task associated with that California license. So I bet whenever the bot responded, it was saying there are tasks associated not pulling it directly to Michigan, but I’ll take a look directly at the Michigan request. I can see now there’s one for an RN in an NP license requested 316 20 26. I don’t see any open task associated with this specific. Let’s see here. Perfect. So it looks like we outreached to Gwendolyn to obtain cmes and.
Rae Tompkins (06:33) Let me see if I can. It doesn’t look like these have been worked. So, let me reach out to Mirabelle and I can tell her exactly what’s pending in order to make those, but that California admin task has been closed. So there shouldn’t be any more confusion there, but I could reach out to her directly. Okay?
Andrea Aculco (06:47) Yeah. And, if there’s something pending, why isn’t it in the license renewal request in the notes? It… just says requested like I don’t.
Rae Tompkins (06:57) think it’s been picked up by our team yet, but I’ll double, I’ll confirm with the team to see where it is. Yeah, because.
Andrea Aculco (07:03) How is Starkey, Gwendolyn supposed to know what tasks that cmes are needed? If it doesn’t state that anywhere? Medallion? Yeah.
Rae Tompkins (07:10) Absolutely. I understand. And I’ll follow up to make sure. Okay?
Andrea Aculco (07:17) And I do have a question. I have another provider, Robin holtman, I believe we had mentioned that she is retiring like in the next few days and I put, no, I set her auto renews to no. So that medallion won’t be working on anything because she’s going to be retiring and doesn’t need any license renewal. So, is… that picked up by medallion? Like not to work on anything? Because I see stuff requested.
Rae Tompkins (07:54) See here… this one’s showing completed. We have inactive completed needs client attention. So, I don’t see anything actively being worked by our team as far as a request. I see some that are pending an admin response, but that obviously will sit until the licenses expire we can confirm, but I’ll go back to the team just to reiterate that no requests need to be made for Robin holtman.
Rae Tompkins (08:22) We believe I already circled back with him to let them know that she’ll be retiring. So, I don’t think anything is in progress, but I’ll just reconfirm that.
Kristina Rombal (08:29) Way. Okay.
Andrea Aculco (08:31) And then we… had, I know Christina, remember that report we were working on the other day that you got from medallion that we were going over with Cindy and Nicole. So I noticed on that report, there is a provider that’s no longer working with us, Kelly Gershon.
Kristina Rombal (08:52) Okay.
Andrea Aculco (08:56) So, I think that’s probably a Darvin issue, right? To turn the provider in medallion. Okay? Yeah.
Kristina Rombal (09:03) Ray, I have a question in regards to that, how quickly when Darvin terms on our end a provider, does it term in the medallion portal? Does it do it instantly or is it something that takes a few days weeks… that?
Rae Tompkins (09:18) I don’t have direct visibility into only because it’s not being handled directly in the platform by us. But if you let me know whenever you inform Darvin, I can keep an eye on, to see how fast it archives on our end. Well?
Kristina Rombal (09:30) Darvin’s, notified of our terms like a week after they’re termed, so.
Rae Tompkins (09:38) I’m.
Kristina Rombal (09:39) not sure because he told me at least from what he’s told me, he has his team work on those right away, but I just don’t know how long it takes the medallion platform to like actually be updated with that information. So I don’t know if it’s like an instant, like as soon as it does, it instantly does it or if it’s like a process that goes through medallion as well in order for that to be termed. I’m not sure the full process there.
Rae Tompkins (10:05) Is darving locking into the platform to turn them directly? I?
Kristina Rombal (10:08) Have no idea. I.
Rae Tompkins (10:10) Just know because I know whenever I never, whenever we on our end terminate a provider, it’s instant goes immediately to members and deactivated. So there shouldn’t be a lag whenever Darvin’s in the platform, turning them. Okay?
Kristina Rombal (10:24) I’ll come from with him and ask him, okay?
Rae Tompkins (10:27) Yeah, and keep me updated. I’m happy to kind of look into that myself. Thanks.
Andrea Aculco (10:34) That was all I had too. Okay.
Kristina Rombal (10:37) Did you have any other questions about that spreadsheet that we were looking at?
Andrea Aculco (10:41) No, I think, I… don’t know if Cindy Nicole sent you. I told them to work up to April thirtieth, I don’t know if they sent you the sheet yet, no?
Kristina Rombal (10:56) I haven’t gotten any emails from them yet.
Andrea Aculco (10:58) You haven’t okay. Well, yeah, I don’t I’ll have to ask them if they finish that. Okay? All.
Kristina Rombal (11:08) Righty. And then in regards to that spreadsheet you sent Ray, those are all the ones that are being worked currently for the renewals, right? Correct? Okay. All… right. Yeah. Because when we went in, we noticed that some were already renewed or?
Andrea Aculco (11:23) Had been renewed.
Rae Tompkins (11:26) Right. So, if they’re requested in you, I say filtered out, those are any things that are being currently renewed by the medallion team?
Andrea Aculco (11:37) Okay. So there is a chance that some of them could already be renewed by the time we’re looking at it, correct?
Rae Tompkins (11:44) And I can here, let me share my screen super fast just so I can show you exactly where I pulled that information. So sometimes by the time you’re reviewing a spreadsheet, some information may be outdated because things are constantly being updated in platform. But.
Andrea Aculco (11:59) If.
Rae Tompkins (12:00) you’re here under request… this medallion processing, this is everything that medallion is currently using as source of truth. So, there are a couple of files labeled in a, as team. A quick way to identify if that’s your team or the care more team is just to scroll over and see who requested the license. Okay?
Kristina Rombal (12:23) And I know Diana, but… there was a land I don’t even know how to pronounce her last name.
Kristina Rombal (12:34) She’s an lcsw for New Jersey. It was just showing up as like the top, she’s palliative care and that’s actually going to be an urgent request for New Jersey. So if we can get hers expedited, yeah.
Rae Tompkins (12:48) If you don’t mind sending me that via email, yeah, that way I can send it over to the licensing team. Sorry, I don’t know why my computer. I think it’s because this box here, it’s not letting me scroll over, but medallion processing, this is everyone that has been renewed in renewal reinstatement that we’re currently working on other requested queue. This is a way to just see anyone that has been requested that our team is currently working through the intake process. You can filter out these teams obviously with the understanding that eventually the care more providers will be migrated out. So the only provider showing in here will be yours, hoping that’s resolved in the next couple of weeks. But I’ll continue to keep you updated. But using the platform is really the best source of truth to figure out where providers are in process, what’s being worked? And kind of a quick glance. So, for.
Kristina Rombal (13:37) that requested that 214. I see that it is renewals and new requests. But is it like with a 30 day requested or is it like a 60 day? Like how far out is that requested for like the renewal aspect?
Rae Tompkins (13:53) Let me see if I can stop sharing and I’ll scroll over.
Rae Tompkins (14:10) So, these were requested, it looks like the first one Georgia neary or Diana landstratus that’s the one that you were just speaking of the lcsw, it’s requested. You can scroll all the way over. You can see the request date and then the license expiration. So, this is a new license. There’s no expiration date. So our team will start processing it as soon as possible. And like I said, I’ll flag that one to the team as soon as you, I’m.
Kristina Rombal (14:37) referring to the renewals, like the ones that are actually in the request for renewals, how far back does it go before it’s in the requested bracket? Like, is it a 30 day renewal? Is it a 60 day, like how far back in the renewal before it’s populated there? Yeah?
Rae Tompkins (14:55) Let me confirm with the licensing team. I’m not sure what the date is set to, but I can definitely circle back and confirm. Okay.
Kristina Rombal (15:05) All right.
Kristina Rombal (15:05) Yeah, because I’ve never really referenced that section, but I’ll start to do it now that I know that it’s there, but I just want to confirm the timelines on the renewals.
Rae Tompkins (15:14) So, absolutely. Yeah, I can get that information to you. Okay?
Kristina Rombal (15:19) All right. Well, that’s it for me. I don’t have any other questions I’ll send you an email right now about the lcsw?
Rae Tompkins (15:25) Perfect. Yep. And I’ll circle back with Mirabelle on Gwendolyn and then Andrea, I’ll make sure the team is aware of holtman, and not to process any additional licenses. I don’t see any in requests but just to reiterate since she’s retiring, right? Yeah. And no renewal.
Kristina Rombal (15:44) Perfect. Okay. All right. Thank you.
Rae Tompkins (15:47) You’re welcome. Have a good one. Okay?
Kristina Rombal (15:49) Bye.
