Mccoy Nelson (00:00) this is my boy.

Michael Massey (00:04) Hey, Mccoy, this is Michael cohen from medallion. How you been?

Mccoy Nelson (00:04) I love you.

Mccoy Nelson (00:09) Doing all right. How can I help you Michael?

Michael Massey (00:12) Doing pretty good myself. Thanks for asking. I was reaching out. I know I’m kind of calling you out of the blue. I’m calling from medallion. Are you familiar with medallion by chance?

Mccoy Nelson (00:21) I am not.

Michael Massey (00:24) Gotcha. I’ll keep it brief then basically, we are a national cvo and I was researching cultivate and I’ve seen you guys have grown pretty substantially. I’m seeing roughly more than 10 percent growth, but we’re able to reduce your guys enrollment timeline.

Mccoy Nelson (00:37) Yeah.

Michael Massey (00:40) We can get you guys providers enrolled typically around 57 to 60 days. It’s a pretty big acceleration of revenue. So I was kind of reaching out seeing that you’re the director of strategic development to see if that might be something of interest.

Mccoy Nelson (00:55) Yeah. I know we currently do all of our credentialing in house. We have a credentialing team. I think that that’s about the timeline we’re seeing on getting all of our credentials or all of our providers credentialed right now. We’re looking at between 60 and 90 days, I believe. But yeah, I know that that’s as we’re growing and getting into new markets and stuff that’s always.

Michael Massey (01:19) I mean.

Mccoy Nelson (01:24) A hot issue.

Michael Massey (01:26) Yeah. I mean, if you guys are seeing, so you’re saying you guys typically see not between 60 and 90 days if I could get you guys down to like a concrete like 57 to 60 days. Would that be worth your guys’ time?

Mccoy Nelson (01:34) Yeah.

Mccoy Nelson (01:40) It might, but I would need to get some information I think, and I may have seen it. I try to look at my spam folder every once in a while because I do miss a lot. Have you sent me anything to my email?

Michael Massey (01:56) Yes, I’ve had, but I can shoot you over if it helps. I can shoot over something more specific. Would you say it’s especially as you guys go towards new markets? Like is it really enrollment timeline that matters most to you guys or is it just, you know, we have?

Mccoy Nelson (02:10) It’s it’s kind of a, I mean, it definitely helps, but, you know, that’s one of the barriers that we have seen is just how quickly can I get a new address to our credentialing team? And, you know, when we get to a lease execution, that almost puts me behind the eight ball on getting people credentialed in time. So, you know, it’s kind of, you know, and it really just depends on which market we’re in because I know that we’re.

Mccoy Nelson (02:42) You know, some markets are a lot quicker turnaround than other ones and definitely medicaid versus commercial payers is a big difference as well.

Michael Massey (02:55) Yeah, of course, you know, it sounds like this might be something of interest. Would you be all right, instead of me sending an email, maybe sending up like 10 minutes on your calendar, see if it might be something that’s even.

Michael Massey (03:08) Worth it?

Mccoy Nelson (03:09) I would like that, but however, I need to be able to present the information beforehand to, I can send it over to our director of credentialing right now and have her take a look at it.

Mccoy Nelson (03:24) And then I can get a meeting set up with the three of us to see because she’d be able to answer more questions on that side than.

Michael Massey (03:28) Yeah.

Mccoy Nelson (03:33) I would, my knowledge on that is pretty basic. I just pass it all to her and I’m alright, let me know when we’re good to launch, let me know when we’re good to go. So, you know, I would love to be able to share some information with her and just be like, hey, I had a good phone call because let’s check in to see if there’s any way that we can collaborate or get or help out. So if you could send me like a little one pager or whatever you have, just kind of what you guys like kind of specific to what we do and I’ll give it over to her and then I’ll reply to that email and try to get a call set up with us.

Michael Massey (04:14) Yeah, that would be great. I’ll shoot something over to you, heads up.

Mccoy Nelson (04:17) Okay.

Michael Massey (04:18) Sometimes it does go into spam, give me like five, 10 minutes. I’ll shoot something your way, but it’ll be coming from Michael Massey at medallion co. So give me five minutes and I’ll shoot it your way.

Mccoy Nelson (04:23) Okay.

Mccoy Nelson (04:28) Okay. I will, if it’s not in my inbox, I will go and search for medallion and search for you. But no, I appreciate you reaching out. I miss so much when it gets to the spam call and like, if people or if people from LinkedIn or whatever try to find me, I miss so much and I honestly don’t even hardly check my messages on LinkedIn anymore because it’s just so much stuff in there.

Michael Massey (04:53) Oh, I’m sure. I, I’m sure you guys, I always feel bad because it’s a mixture. I get that stuff too, even in sales, you know, we get people reaching out. So, I imagine you’re missing stuff, it’s just so it’s so hard to keep up with. So, I totally get it.

Mccoy Nelson (05:04) Oh, yeah. I know, I need to, I think this just tells me I need an assistant. I need someone that can field that stuff for me. But no, I appreciate you reaching out. It’s good to connect and.

Michael Massey (05:13) Yeah.

Mccoy Nelson (05:21) Yeah. Let’s once I get that over, I will get this over to Amber and we will, I’ll talk it through with her and then I can get a call set up, for the three of us.

Michael Massey (05:31) All right. That sounds great. I really appreciate that and I’ll shoot it over. Yeah, about five, 10 minutes. I’ll send it over to you.

Mccoy Nelson (05:37) All right. Thank you very much.

Michael Massey (05:39) No problem. You have a great one.

Mccoy Nelson (05:41) All right. Bye.
