James Donachie (00:00) hey James. Hey, Jessica, how are you?

Eveli Flores (00:03) Good. I saw that two of our three scipack holders have been approved and moved on. But the first one I asked about is still kind of stuck.

James Donachie (00:15) Okay. I can get a, let me get a, after this call, I’ll give a nudge to find out what’s going on. It’s classic case of, you know, two step forward, one step back go. Yeah.

Eveli Flores (00:32) One of them, Jessica davis had like sent me an email that it was like not letting her reattest, I don’t know if something happened behind the scenes because then like an hour later her file came through. Yeah.

James Donachie (00:49) I mean, I’ll see, I’ll just do some poking around because like if they changed something one I’d love to know and I’m more than happy to share if it really was just like a fluke, like, you know, like, well.

Eveli Flores (01:00) Yeah, like I was just confused because the stuff kept changing on the first one jock because I put her in the way we used to. Yes. And then I saw that it disappeared. So that’s when I started the help desk ticket in medallion itself. And then it was like a five hour wait or nothing was happening there. So I flagged you. And then it changed that new atpi or atip and I’m like, okay, cool. So we do have like a sipac designation. Now, great. Okay. For the next two. And then can we put their home state? It seems like one defaulted to Alabama because that’s the first name on the list. Yeah, the other one still had her home state. I’m like, I don’t know like just let me know what the process is. And I’m happy to go through and change all of our sipacs because we’ve got a list, okay to make sure that they have the new designation. But yeah, because we’ve seen that happen before when people are going through recreds or stuff like they forget it’s a sipac and they like delete it out or they go to do a license verification on it and stuff gets wonky. So I’m glad there’s a new designation but yeah, yeah, trying to nail down the process.

James Donachie (02:14) Yeah. Let me dig into that because yeah, I also, whatever… I tell you guys, I want it to be the right thing. So I want some agreement. I don’t want you guys to be like six months from now. Like, well, we talked about this, you know, April second and like you told us to do this, and then my ops team was like, well, we changed things that’s like, I mean, any company across the board, we’re getting better and better at updating how… we communicate things. But, you know, sometimes there’s like a team will do like they make like an update. And then you’re like the ripple effects of this like go way further than you expect. The one thing I want to tell you guys just know about like… in the actual platform like that help get support button won’t change and I’ll include it in the email just so like everyone can have it. Medallion is updating and you should get an email like by the end of the week, like a marketing, it’s just going to be help at medallion instead of support at medallion. I don’t know why they’re changing it, but they’re changing, that the email address and so that’s going to be coming live at on the fifteenth. And so like the button won’t change. But there’s just that new email.

Eveli Flores (03:45) New.

James Donachie (03:46) email, it’s live. Now, what I’ve been telling people is if you did have to like submit a support email, I just put both on there. Like that’s what I’ve done. Like, I had to, I had to ask them a question and I’m like, okay, we’re in this in between time like putting it in both anything that’s open on the support email, like it that’s in flight, like is not going to be impacted by it. That was like the first question I asked.

Eveli Flores (04:11) Okay.

James Donachie (04:13) I’m like, I think the burning question by everyone will be who’s going to be, you know, will this impact existing tickets? And they said no, and it also doesn’t impact that like get support button. It’s just an, I don’t know why they’re doing a new email address. There’s got to be a reason? Okay?

Eveli Flores (04:29) Well, I think that’s the only thing on the credentialing end that I needed to flag. Oh, and I guess I forgot to add it on here. I guess it was on last week’s like and honestly let me actually take a look at her before I ask for an update. But nirubakshi about her Montana.

James Donachie (04:48) Just, yeah, what didn’t.

Eveli Flores (04:50) know if things were moving along there or if it needed a nudge?

James Donachie (04:54) I haven’t got an update but that’s one. I can, I mean, I’ll nudge regardless after this. I usually, the way I set up like my internal ops sync, which is probably like helpful for you guys to know is like, I do like client call and then the following like you guys in the afternoon. So in the morning, I’ll like after your guys’ call, then I’ll like sync with the ops leaders just to kind of get like updates on these things. I just figured that’s the way… and Sabrina, I feel like on the… enrollment side, I was going to get you some updates on.

James Donachie (05:31) I saw that there’s nothing new. I owe you an update. I was going to let you know that I was planning on talking to the team tomorrow and should have an update for you.

Sabrina Liu (05:39) Okay. Sounds good. Let me pop the agenda.

Sabrina Liu (05:48) Oh, on the credentialing side, okay? So I emailed you about grace trueblood, and then jess… you’re working on the Stacey lear one?

James Donachie (05:59) With.

Sabrina Liu (06:00) medallion. Yeah, I just saw the team was asking again like RCM?

Eveli Flores (06:05) Oh, yeah. I had put in a ticket on that because it had been marked as complete and then they screenshot it. They showed me the screenshot. I’m like, yeah, that’s from a year prior to us requesting this, like that was her personal enrollment… or an enrollment with another employer? Like did you guys actually make sure she’s linked to our group or, you know, whatever the process was on that and it, I don’t think I’ve gotten any response or.

James Donachie (06:39) Okay. I’ll flag, that.

Sabrina Liu (06:44) And then the Aaron’s story. Is that on our side or medallion… I.

Eveli Flores (06:51) think that’s on our side, I think that predates medallion. Okay.

Sabrina Liu (06:58) Cool. I’ll move it from the agenda. I was just putting the stuff from our agenda onto here to make sure we asked about it? Yeah… cool. So yep, if you could follow up on those, James and then on the payr enrollment side, yeah, it’s just the same things outstanding. Yeah, looking forward to an update on those.

James Donachie (07:21) Yeah, I got that. I know they’re expecting to close them out but I haven’t seen them get closed out yet. So I’m gonna give them a nudge tomorrow… as I like to say, I’m the Guy that goes knocking on all the doors here at medallion for you guys… no, but we’ll make sure that these are getting… handled.

James Donachie (07:44) I’ll give you guys the updates. I love the collaborative agenda… only because we’re on Google. I love that you guys have access to the Google docs because some of my clients don’t and then it’s like we have like conversion like word docs or like it’s like becomes very messy. I’m like because it’s like, hey, this is what we have and then they like put it in an email and then I have to like copy it. So it’s like you’re like all efficiencies are lost. So, no, I really appreciate it. And like I said, I have time scheduled with the team. So I’ll give you guys an update on where everything is at. And then I’m also, yeah, I’m going to find out about that process for the.

James Donachie (08:32) It’s worth documenting but yeah, like those, but I mean, those were really everything on my end. And then I’m also, do you guys ever talk to Steph, your account manager?

Eveli Flores (08:49) Did not know she existed?

James Donachie (08:51) Oh, okay. Well, she does like the contracting and all that fun stuff. I meet with her too weekly. So I always give her like an update on like, the calls as well. I think she does like, I don’t know it’s a different role. I got enough. Yeah, no, anything like consumption related contracting and everything like that. But her. And I also sync, we have like a shared book of business. So just like another person. So all the right people on medallion, I’m making sure are informed to help us… appreciate it. Yeah. Well, I’m happy to give you guys time. Hope your Thursdays don’t look like mine.

Sabrina Liu (09:35) It’s pretty busy over here.

James Donachie (09:37) I started at like eight 30 and like now it’s almost two and I’m like been just like hopping around from zoom to zoom. Yeah.

Sabrina Liu (09:47) Yeah.

Eveli Flores (09:48) This is my meeting heavy day, but this is my last one. So I can actually be productive the rest of the day.

James Donachie (09:53) I have one more after this, and then it’s all the things that I got to do, but it allows for my Friday to have my internal meeting so I could get some updates. Well, I’ll let you guys run and you can start early and hopefully get done like 10 minutes earlier, whatever we saved.

Sabrina Liu (10:15) All right. Thank you, James. Bye.

James Donachie (10:17) Bye.
