Jason R. Hough (00:26) I’m all right. How are you guys? Lisa’s not here today, so we can probably just start okay?
Rheta Larson (00:34) Yeah. We actually wanted to give you all the floor aside from the email I saw from Lisa. She had sent us an email regarding y’all’s outstanding invoice specifically for the fee that’s tied to caqh and she kind of elaborated on that y’all should not be incurring that fee, which we also align with. So I’m trying to work with accounting and finance here to determine next steps. I don’t have an update for you, but the team is working on it and someone from finance will be responding to you all directly.
Jason R. Hough (01:13) Okay. Yeah. That’s really, that… is the only topic I had. Our new start work file has not gone out yet. So I don’t have any new data to go over. So I just wanted to check on the invoice situation. So if when Lisa gets back, she asks, I can give her a heads up.
Rheta Larson (01:41) Yep. Yeah. I think we should have an answer for you very soon. I know one of our accounting specialists is out of office. So we’re trying to see if someone can just hop in and help. But just for additional context, we’ll close the loop via email and make sure that the caqa, caqh rostering is not affecting magellan providers. And if it is what we’ll do to kind of rectify the situation. Okay? That is on the back end working. I know you said you have no new data going out yet. So the only other thing I just wanted to ask is there any other questions, concerns from the corrective action plan we put in place? Anything you all want to flag there that need in any of the files that need attention?
Jason R. Hough (02:30) No, not right now. I think our next start work file goes out on Monday. So I’ll be eager to see what our data looks like. And then obviously, we’ll get your report, you know, the following Friday and then we’ll have a much better idea of where the cleanup is. And if there’s any outstanding files that I’ll have questions on.
Rheta Larson (02:54) Okay, great. Yeah. When that file goes out, Nick, if you, if we have any questions, we’ll definitely be reaching out and then vice versa. If you all have anything you want to flag to us, please just send us an email and we can try and dig into it prior to our next sync. Yep. All right. We’ll keep this relatively short then if you had nothing else, but as always, if there is something, just shoot us an email and we can also schedule something ad hoc if necessary.
