Amy Barfield (00:00) hi, Sheena.
Amy Barfield (00:22) Hey, Kristen. Hi.
Sheena (00:24) Everyone. Jeanette’s not going to be joining today. She’s swamped right now. So, she just asked me to take notes. Okay?
Amy Barfield (00:35) I have no doubt. She’s swamped.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (00:38) Yeah.
Amy Barfield (00:39) Yes, we all.
Sheena (00:40) Are I think though?
Amy Barfield (00:43) Yes. Okay. What did you have for me today? Sheena?
Sheena (00:52) Can we look at Sarah Berman’s, horizon enrollment?
Amy Barfield (00:59) Yes, let me pull it up and then I’ll share my screen… goodbye.
Amy Barfield (01:36) Maybe I’m spelling her name wrong? Horizon?
Amy Barfield (02:01) Yep, horizon… looks like it was resubmitted today.
Amy Barfield (02:20) Withdrawn because agreements were not submitted correctly?
Amy Barfield (02:29) Which I don’t know what that means due to agreements are not submitted correctly. It’s not agreements. It’s applications.
Amy Barfield (02:45) So, it was in process, but now they’re saying it needed to be resubmitted.
Amy Barfield (02:54) When do we start this… September?
Amy Barfield (03:12) The process takes 90 days. The application is still in process.
Amy Barfield (03:22) Required resubmission in January, submitted through portal applications sent via email, not received or processed, please resubmit, resubmission, and what’s this address corrected no longer able to email applications. Okay?
Amy Barfield (03:48) So, they did it through the portal?
Amy Barfield (03:54) Was received being processed?
Amy Barfield (04:00) Received application. It’s still under… process, needs more wait time. And then it was withdrawn due to agreements are not submitted correctly. So, I don’t have to get clarification what they mean by agreements not submitted correctly? Because if it was just an agreement that it makes it sound like there’s an agreement that I need to be signed and it expired or something was missing on it, but I don’t understand why you’d have to do a full resubmission. So.
Sheena (04:38) Right. And then same person, can we look at her MVP enrollment?
Amy Barfield (04:45) And.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (04:47) Sheena, can we look at her optum? Enrollment?
Sheena (04:50) Yeah. Let’s just look at all of them.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (04:54) Optum is far more important to me than any of these others. We have a couple of lcsws that are pending. I just want to see where they’re at, so.
Sheena (05:03) The only reason why I ask about MVP is because Jen’s provider demographic update is pending for locations. So I don’t know if Jen’s demographic update is causing… a hold on other enrollments. I.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (05:21) Got you. And the.
Sheena (05:24) only way I caught that was going through Sarah’s MVP. So I just want Amy to take a look at what… that means.
Amy Barfield (05:33) So, it’s on hold due… to Jennifer weber. Hers is pending dependency on.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (05:47) But she shouldn’t be dependent on anyone. She’s an lcsw.
Amy Barfield (05:52) Right. She’s not dependent on anyone she’s dependent. It looks like she’s dependent on herself for a location.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (06:01) Is it because she doesn’t have a medicaid number?
Amy Barfield (06:07) Demographic update was already in progress. The Crus was submitted for the incorrect location, additional locations… hold on.
Amy Barfield (06:29) For whoever this is just a demographic update.
Amy Barfield (06:43) Okay. Let me ask. We… shouldn’t hold on a demographic update, just an initial enrollment, I think… but let me, I’ll double check here that’s for MVP pending… on a demo for Jennifer weber.
Amy Barfield (07:24) Okay. And then optum… actually, I think I can see her. So it’s in QC. So they’re verifying the correctness of the application so that we have a clean submission. First time. Let me see how long it’s been sitting here. Maybe I could push it. So it went into QC. It was dependent by another request. Those were met on 326. They prepared the application. It’s been in QC since today, so it should go out. I would say probably in the next 24 hours… for optum?
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (08:18) So, can we can,
Sheena (08:20) we, I’m gonna drop these names? Can we check? You checked, Sarah’s right? There’s a few more if you could just check and make sure they’re moving along.
Amy Barfield (08:30) Okay. Let me pull up optum altogether?
Sheena (08:33) I think, Angela, I,
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (08:35) think Angela, was live as of the 20 fifth, but please check, yeah.
Sheena (08:40) I don’t see that in medallion. Okay.
Amy Barfield (08:47) Okay. Which provider, Angela hefner, So I have for New… Jersey. She is processing. Let me just.
Amy Barfield (09:05) We’ll all hear that.
Amy Barfield (09:13) Yeah. So, it looks like New… York, Florida… and New Jersey are processing.
Sheena (09:25) Where did you get the effective date Janet the last time we spoke?
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (09:34) For optum, I don’t think we have optum Florida?
Amy Barfield (09:42) It’s requested?
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (09:45) Where’s optum, New York?
Amy Barfield (09:49) This one right here?
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (09:52) What is the status?
Amy Barfield (09:58) On the 30 first discussed review as per the call with the rep, the application is currently in process and takes 30 to 45 calendar days. Let me see when it was submitted… still processing… to your requested info? Bye… resubmitted on two… two.
Amy Barfield (10:42) So, March nineteenth, we should have an approval by now. So I’ll flag that one. Okay?
Amy Barfield (10:54) Angela and optum… really?
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (10:58) Only concern right now about New York, sure.
Amy Barfield (11:02) I can filter those.
Amy Barfield (11:25) Okay. Oh, let’s see. So New York, is this the right one? Am I still? Nope, I’m in the directory?
Sheena (11:43) So, I have 10 people optum credentialed through medallion. The names that I dropped are not credentialed. Oh, sorry, I have nine, nine are credentialed and the names I dropped are not credentialed.
Amy Barfield (12:01) That you want to look over?
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (12:03) Or do you want me to, just if you?
Sheena (12:05) Want to pull the whole list that’s fine, but I think we should go through individually and see what’s the holdup. Okay. I dropped the names in the chat, if it’s easy for you. I got it.
Amy Barfield (12:19) I’m just going to separate them so I can make notes on each.
Amy Barfield (12:29) We did, Sarah Berman, didn’t we, yeah, we looked at hers.
Amy Barfield (12:54) I’m looking at your view. I’m not used to it. It takes me a minute to find where I’m at. Okay. So, optum New York holding pending dependency on her medicaid?
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (13:10) We don’t have optum medicaid.
Amy Barfield (13:17) Okay. Let’s look at this. So, managed medicaid is checked on here. Do you not want, you only want commercial?
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (13:33) The carillon. I know what we had from carillon, right? I don’t know how that translates to optum?
Kristen Hanly (13:42) I don’t think that it’s the same thing Janet.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (13:45) Right. So, if the medicaid is going to hold her up, can we do two separate lines? One for commercial and one for medicaid?
Kristen Hanly (13:54) I’m going to ask the team about, I’m going to ask Jeanette because I’m going to take notes for Jeanette and ask her about that. Janet.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (14:02) I have 200 and some odd people I got to get, I got to get treatment… and Jamie right now has six of them and they’re all ghi, commercial or they, you know, they’re the New York City employees?
Amy Barfield (14:21) Yeah, that just transferred. Okay. So, yeah, this is returned by QC. So it’s gone through. So they would be submitting medicaid in the next 24 hours on her. She did the.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (14:41) Application, it came back… there was something missing. What happened to that application? Let’s see.
Amy Barfield (15:08) She said the application was rejected because an old version was used need to use the 1,125 version. Please redo the application ASAP. That’s what Jeanette had posted. So they’re resubmitting.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (15:34) So, if I do not put her in for medicaid, can you just put her in for commercial, please? Would that help accelerate things? And then when she gets the medicaid number, we can go back and do it again.
Amy Barfield (15:49) Yeah. Let me see.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (15:54) It’s not a group contract. Anyway, it’s just an individual.
Amy Barfield (15:57) Right. Let me see. I was trying to see. I can’t do it from this end. Let me really see if I can remove that medicaid.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (16:08) Right. And I wonder if that’s what’s holding Sarah up as well. And some of the other ones.
Amy Barfield (16:15) Sarah’s is held up by.
Amy Barfield (16:21) Medicaid’s completed? Okay. Let’s see that was Jamie. Yeah, I wasn’t going to try to spell it.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (16:35) No, I keep spelling it.
Amy Barfield (16:37) Wrong.
Sheena (16:39) Wait, Sarah’s medicaid is completed but not her commercial.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (16:44) Her medicaid application is completed, but she doesn’t have a New York state medicaid number yet. She probably won’t for three months. Wait, Sarah.
Amy Barfield (16:54) Berman. Yeah… Sarah.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (16:59) She didn’t have a medicaid number when she came here. So, if she doesn’t have a New York state medicaid number right now, then I would like to take that off of the opt in as well. If she’s applied that’s great. We won’t know for three more months. If she, even if it’s even our experience, is it takes way longer? Oh.
Sheena (17:21) Lord, hold on. I thought Sarah had one. I don’t think so.
Sheena (17:31) Sarah Berman wool has a medicaid number? Okay?
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (17:35) Then you can leave medicaid on her opt in link… but they made her complete a medicaid application.
Sheena (17:43) I don’t know why.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (17:45) I swear, I said.
Sheena (17:46) This.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (17:47) last.
Sheena (17:47) week, she has a number. I think I’m going to lose. I feel like I’m.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (17:50) delusional here. They.
Amy Barfield (17:54) Are submitting based on the request. So, if there was an initial request rather than a demographic update just to link her to the group. Then that’s why they submitted it, but I can, if she has a medicaid number… let me put in here. Let me just make note on her first. And then I’ll… I know I,
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (18:21) saw something that she said, I completed my medicaid application… and that… happened to me and I got my medicaid number all messed up when y’all, made me resubmit something. Okay?
Amy Barfield (18:37) Okay.
Amy Barfield (18:57) Sarah Berman? Yeah.
Kristen Hanly (19:11) Yeah. It looks like the request was completed on 325 for her medicaid.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (19:18) But she has a medicaid number.
Amy Barfield (19:22) Yeah. She has a medicaid number because it’s completed in medallion, right? Medicaid’s not an issue. Sarah Berman’s, held up with optum for other reasons.
Amy Barfield (19:48) So, I, her optum is in QC. It’s being processed. So nothing’s going on with Sarah. Everything’s moving along.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (19:59) The other one is… Jessica williams.
Amy Barfield (20:22) I’ll see swi soon. Yeah.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (20:27) She doesn’t have a medicaid number yet, but she applied.
Amy Barfield (20:36) New York optum. Why do we have so many, oh, stopped pending? Probably medicaid… yep.
Amy Barfield (20:59) Provider is not enrolled in medicaid New York, and not affiliated with groups. I need to allow some time for this enrollment… two follow ups?
Amy Barfield (21:19) Let’s just make sure they received it because I don’t have confirmation they received it.
Amy Barfield (22:03) It doesn’t seem it’s been sent. It is the tracking, right? Oh, no. We sure got all the numbers here. It’s leaving off that nine.
Amy Barfield (22:25) There we go… delivered on… March 28. So they just received it.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (22:35) Okay. So, let’s take medicaid off of her line and just leave her for commercial please. Okay?
Amy Barfield (22:42) Let me make a note on her stuff here. Same as.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (22:45) Jamie just commercial for now.
Amy Barfield (22:48) Yes, I added that to Jamie’s. Thank you… this Autumn.
Amy Barfield (23:00) I just want to make a note.
Amy Barfield (23:17) It’s not letting me. Oh, okay. I’ll make a note. I’ll have the team make a note. I don’t know why it’s blocking me from doing that. Jessica williams… medicaid proof of delivery, March 28 to medicaid line… remove dependency for medicaid line of… business.
Amy Barfield (23:53) So, will you go in and make, I just want to make sure that we have a separate request for, so it doesn’t get forgotten. And then we come back and go. Why didn’t you get enrolled for medicaid. So just make sure on these that we’re doing them for that. You make requests for medicaid lines of business?
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (24:11) Much appreciated? No.
Amy Barfield (24:13) Problem. Okay. Jennifer… or Jessica? Sorry, Jessica, look at her.
Amy Barfield (24:41) And then… app submitted it’s in QC required.
Amy Barfield (25:00) She came over. My client test has been created for DocuSign. Did we get that soon? Three three?
Amy Barfield (25:22) Your contract has been sent to the provider request for signing contract rules. So as emailed to Jessica, please sign the contract and print copy for your records and return the individual agreement via Adobe sign ASAP. This shows not started. So, it doesn’t look like she’s signed it yet. But when I look, does that?
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (25:48) Come from medallion like an email or that’s from optum, the email?
Amy Barfield (25:52) It will come from optum. Okay? The requests for signed contract will be sent in a separate transaction at the provider’s email address listed on the application. So it’ll go to her yahoo account.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (26:07) Oh, what? Yeah.
Amy Barfield (26:09) Because that’s the email we have on file for her… right here. User email.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (26:17) That’s what email she gave on the application?
Amy Barfield (26:21) That’s what email she provided in her profile for her medallion profile for us to send notifications.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (26:27) Oh, can I change that? She probably did that before she was given a PM email?
Amy Barfield (26:33) Oh, maybe let’s see Jessica at yahoo. Yeah, if you ever let’s see just.
Amy Barfield (26:50) Now, this is her login right now. If you change it, she’ll need to know that it’s changed, but you can come in here and change email. Okay? It’s.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (27:03) going to kick me off. I’ll give her the heads up, yeah.
Amy Barfield (27:05) If you go into members, look up her name and then click change email on those three dots. To the side, you can update her email. Okay?
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (27:14) And last, but not least, Josephine pimentel.
Amy Barfield (27:18) Yep. Let me make note on her real quick.
Sheena (27:37) So, just to close the loop on Jessica, I can take care of this.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (27:41) I can update, give her the heads up. Yeah.
Sheena (27:44) I’ll need to ping her and let her know that it’s switching to PM, right? But,
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (27:49) she needs to look at that yahoo. She’s probably not looking for an applicant. Yeah a contract in that yahoo? Yep.
Amy Barfield (27:56) Yeah. Just have her do a comb over maybe for the next few weeks just to make sure nothing comes from payers in her yahoo account. Okay? Josephine is pending dependency on medicaid. That looks like there’s a client request.
Amy Barfield (28:21) And… needs client attention for provider signature, so.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (28:30) She got a contract. She just needs to sign it. No.
Amy Barfield (28:33) This is for the application. I think service locations have been initiated and the email’s been sent to her email, please review and sign accordingly… or maybe she did get a contract. She.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (28:47) Has a medicaid member? Okay?
Amy Barfield (28:50) Then this must be for… as per rep, this is an Eton issue submitted with date 20 25 and we need to submit for 20 26 status task created provider signature to add location request. This is just to add locations. So it is showing she’s approved. I think we can, this… is for medicaid. Yeah. So I think we can release anything… pending… to medicaid provider is approved with medicaid, just pending locations? Okay?
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (29:39) So, she’s okay. For optum, we have to add the locations. Is that it? No?
Amy Barfield (29:44) The locations are being added to her medicaid enrollment. And so it was pending her optum enrollment. So I’m asking since she’s already enrolled, but I think the confusion is because let me go back to her. It is a initial enrollment. And so it pins on an initial enrollment, but it shouldn’t pin on any demographic updates, but because it was requested as an initial and not a demographic update to add the locations, it pinned that line. So I’ll just ask the team to release that and they should be able to submit for both lines of business for optum.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (30:22) So, she hasn’t even been submitted yet?
Amy Barfield (30:25) For optum, no for.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (30:26) Optum. Okay? Because.
Amy Barfield (30:28) It’s been pending that medicaid. Okay. Yeah, traditional medicaid. So release, let me make a quick note release provider. She is active with medicaid and only pending location ads. Let’s see with all?
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (30:57) Right. Sheena. Can you finish up? I have to go to my next, thank.
Amy Barfield (31:02) You. Yeah, I have a hard stop too. Do you have some extra items that you want to maybe shoot me? No, yeah.
Janet Kahn-Scolaro (31:08) No. Optum is really everything. It’s 100 percent of everything. So, thank you. Yeah.
Amy Barfield (31:14) No problem. Amy.
Sheena (31:16) I can’t actually change Jessica’s email. Can you just do it while you’re in there? Yeah. Let me see. I already pinged her… numbers… and now that the contract she did receive it looks like it’s expired, what happens next?
Amy Barfield (31:39) Is… she… able to request a new link?
Amy Barfield (31:56) Usually it’ll say this is expired and it’ll send a new link.
Amy Barfield (32:19) All right. Hold on. Okay. It’s been updated. Let me know if she’s unable to request a new link via email, and then I’ll flag our team.
Amy Barfield (32:48) I do have to hop though.
Sheena (32:53) Thanks, Amy. I’ll see you next week.
Amy Barfield (32:55) No problem. We’ll see you next week. Bye bye.
