Connor Morley (00:00) hey, everyone.

Connor Morley (00:14) Good afternoon.

Kari Simonsen (00:19) Hey, Connor. How’s it going?

Connor Morley (00:21) Good. How are you guys doing?

Kari Simonsen (00:23) Good. Another busy day. Yeah.

Connor Morley (00:28) No kidding. Yes. Alright. Carrie, I think I have all the ncqa certs took me a second to get them into like a good format. But it’s about it’s a lot. Yeah.

Kari Simonsen (00:48) Yeah. So, I’m.

Connor Morley (00:50) gonna, I’m gonna send them over to you right now.

Kari Simonsen (00:55) Appreciate that.

Connor Morley (01:02) I also saw that we have, you guys submitted a new delegated roster, so we’re keeping track of that. I did not see an update… on the.

Connor Morley (01:26) I did not see an update on the delegated roster template generation with the contract, but I think Jack and Evan are working through that.

Kari Simonsen (01:37) Yeah, they’re working on that. There is supposed to be a meeting today. I’m not sure what time it was or is, but we should have an update. Hopefully, hopefully by the end of the day, okay? I.

Connor Morley (01:48) did also get some feedback from Jack. Yes, last night that not all the providers that caqh management checked. So, I did go through and change that. And just to make sure I selected all of them because it looks like you guys have 200 caqh management and you have 186 providers. So, if there are any that should not have caqh management, just let me know and I can remove that.

Kari Simonsen (02:22) Okay. Yeah, all of our providers should. So… okay, is there a place for me to see where… if.

Connor Morley (02:32) you go into the provider directory, you should be able to see.

Kari Simonsen (02:40) You scroll?

Connor Morley (02:43) All the way to the right? You should be able to see… caqh management, and if it’s checked or not.

Connor Morley (02:58) Is this a new one?

Kari Simonsen (03:01) Let me.

Connor Morley (03:02) see Alana. Jones?

Ali (03:05) Yeah, I just added her, okay?

Connor Morley (03:09) Ali, can you confirm if you can see caqh management from your screen? Is there, do you have an option to enable that?

Ali (03:20) Let me check real quick.

Ali (03:29) Yeah, I am perfect.

Connor Morley (03:34) Okay. So you, so if you add a new provider, Carrie, it sounds like all of them should have caqh management enabled?

Kari Simonsen (03:44) Yeah.

Connor Morley (03:46) Okay. We,

Kari Simonsen (03:47) just need to make sure we check that box, yep, can do perfect. Cool. And then Ali, did you have running? Any issues adding? Alana?

Ali (03:57) No, nothing so far? It was pretty smooth. Cool.

Kari Simonsen (04:00) So, once that provider creates their login, we have to go in and do request credentialing.

Connor Morley (04:14) Okay… to get them ncqa credentialed, right? That’s what you want to do. Yep.

Kari Simonsen (04:22) Exactly. Yep.

Connor Morley (04:23) So, you can either do it on the provider profile or you can go into credentialing right here… and it sounds like they would be initial credentialing because they are new, yep, right? Yep. And then just Alana jones… you can start this process and you can submit this request now. Okay? We just can’t move it to ready until that provider signs their agreement, and we have all their information because it looks like we’re seeing a little bit npi and caqh are missing…

Kari Simonsen (05:08) Yeah, I think she was just added. So, yeah.

Connor Morley (05:13) Oh, that, yep. Okay. I was about to say I’m a little, I was a little confused why they had everything checked. But then I remembered we turned on service based profile requirements. So it’s up to you. I… think what would be helpful is requesting the credentialing to start. So the required fields will open up and they’ll start to populate.

Kari Simonsen (05:41) That makes sense. Yep. Yeah, we can just do that at the same time as we invite them into the system.

Connor Morley (05:47) Yep. Yeah… cool. And then I know that you guys primarily use delegated rosters. Yeah. Are there any payers that you have either direct enrollment with or non delegated rosters?

Kari Simonsen (06:05) We do, it’s just providence right now since we signed with kaiser.

Connor Morley (06:13) So.

Kari Simonsen (06:13) Once we have a new provider who’s ready to start credentialing with providence, then we go in and do a request under.

Connor Morley (06:23) Let.

Kari Simonsen (06:24) Me make sure I, yep.

Connor Morley (06:26) So,

Kari Simonsen (06:27) payers.

Connor Morley (06:28) Yep, payers medallion, and then I… don’t know who the provider would be. Yeah.

Kari Simonsen (06:36) There’d probably be a lot of, but you can select, we have a couple of other newer ones too, that might be able to do those orders.

Connor Morley (06:44) Gotcha. So, let’s just say I’m just gonna use Alana jones as an example. You can add her to one of the groups. And then, oh, no license states. She doesn’t have any licenses in there right now that’s why… you said providence?

Kari Simonsen (07:05) Yeah.

Connor Morley (07:06) For what state?

Kari Simonsen (07:09) For Oregon? Okay?

Connor Morley (07:18) And then there are a couple different, I think it would be. Is it, it’s not workers comp, is it? No, yep. Then we just select the line of business, associate… her with a practice and a group and our team will start filling out the enrollment… application and submit that.

Kari Simonsen (07:43) Perfect. Cool. And now we do have a handful, well, few… providers that we need to, that have came on board since we did our initial load that we need to add.

Kari Simonsen (08:02) But that shouldn’t impact.

Kari Simonsen (08:08) Any of our current ones. Let me make sure. I think there was like 16 new ones that we need to get added in here and we would just so we, they don’t need to go through initial credentialing, we’re just adding them into the system because we did the initials already. So how would that workflow look like? Just add them to the system? And we just don’t request initial credentialing, no.

Connor Morley (08:33) Yeah. You would not have to request additional credentialing if you have those providers, you have a list of their recred, their start, cred dates and their recred dates.

Connor Morley (08:45) We can load those in for you. Okay, perfect. Once the providers, it’s just the providers do have to be in the system for us to create the recred… deadline and then the initial credentialing date. Perfect.

Kari Simonsen (09:05) Allie and Austin, I will get you those names, and then if we can send out the invites to them between the two of you, we can hammer those out there’s. Not too many. So… and we can get, we’ll be all up to date… and then going forward, any new hires we’ll be going through you guys. So.

Connor Morley (09:27) Okay.

Kari Simonsen (09:28) Perfect. Yeah.

Connor Morley (09:30) Do you have any issues or concerns with the credentialing committee workflow so far?

Kari Simonsen (09:36) No, I haven’t had any issues. It’s been, seems to be working just fine. So, okay. I mean, we haven’t had any that have needed a full review yet from committee board. So, yeah, but I mean, as far as I can tell like the functionality should work fine. So, yeah.

Connor Morley (09:54) If there is a provider who not only it’s not just a like needs attention. This is like some adverse information that we found. We do also alert… the admin through an admin task that this is incredibly that this is serious. And then you can tell us if you do want to keep it moving through the committee or if you’d like us to kind of pause, stop this. Yeah, exactly.

Kari Simonsen (10:29) Got it. Makes sense.

Connor Morley (10:31) Okay.

Kari Simonsen (10:33) Yeah, I think that’s all… the, let me just make sure I’m not missing anything. Yeah, that’s all the questions that I had, Allie, Austin, you guys have anything?

Kari Simonsen (10:53) Nothing right now?

Connor Morley (10:54) Yeah, I don’t either.

Kari Simonsen (10:56) Cool. All right. So this will be my last meeting for a while. So, Claire’s going to be hopping… on. She’s going to cover for me while I’m out. But, yeah. All right. Well.

Connor Morley (11:13) It’s been great working with you, Carrie and congratulations.

Kari Simonsen (11:17) I’ll be back as long as everything goes well… thank you… all.

Connor Morley (11:25) Right. Well, thank you, everybody. Thank.

Kari Simonsen (11:29) You, you take care. All.

Connor Morley (11:31) Right. Appreciate it. Bye now.

Kari Simonsen (11:32) All right, bye.
