Nic Schisler (00:00) hi, everyone. Good morning.

Elise Vall (00:08) Good morning.

Nic Schisler (00:10) How’s everyone’s week or how did your week go? I should say since we made it to Friday, it’s been a,

Jonas Eddy (00:17) long.

Elise Vall (00:17) One.

Nic Schisler (00:19) Every week is long isn’t it?

Elise Vall (00:22) Yep, feels that way. How about you? How was your week? It?

Nic Schisler (00:26) Was a challenging week, but, you know, we’ve met those challenges and it’s Friday. So looking forward to the weekend.

Elise Vall (00:36) That’s the right attitude to have.

Nic Schisler (00:38) We try to be, try to be positive about things, right? Definitely today’s world you need to be.

Elise Vall (00:46) Definitely.

Nic Schisler (00:47) Sorry, I have not been able to join some of these calls recently, the calendars get a little double booked, but I’ve been kind of keeping a pulse on everything, with Connor on the back end. So, I know we’re kind of continuing to move in a positive direction, which I’m pleased to hear. And I know we have some maybe additional language that we needed to add, to the data legated agreement. So I think the team is in process of working on that as well too.

Elise Vall (01:15) Okay, perfect. Yeah. And that was language that was requested by one of, our health plans so important that we get that in there.

Nic Schisler (01:24) Yep. Nope. Happy to get partners and try and work with you all there. That’s that’s not a problem. We’ll give Connor a minute or two here, to join.

Elise Vall (01:32) Okay, perfect. Sounds good. Okay, cool. I see Jonas is on also. Okay. We’ve got most of our, I think all of our teams on already.

Nic Schisler (01:46) I know.

Nic Schisler (01:57) I know Ray will not be joining us because she is out of office today. Here comes Connor, I think.

Jonas Eddy (02:03) Yeah. Sorry about that, guys. I couldn’t figure out where the heck the mute button was.

Nic Schisler (02:10) Oh, that’s okay morning.

Jonas Eddy (02:11) Morning… hey, Connor. So, perfect. Elise. I don’t know if you mentioned this, but we were, curious because, you know, healthcare is what it is and there’s similar terms for lots of different things. So, when you said we’re ready to send the credentialing files, Connor, what exactly are you talking about?

Connor Morley (02:32) Oh, sorry. Yeah. If you want to send over all we’re ready to start receiving all of the providers to send over from your side to our side.

Jonas Eddy (02:43) Got it. Okay. And we can.

Connor Morley (02:45) Start sending back the credentialing packets our team is, I was just talking with Carla and the credentialing team. They’re anxious to get started.

Hector A (02:55) Okay.

Jonas Eddy (02:56) Just so we’re clear, you know, we’re not seeing anything other than in progress on our side that’s okay. Were we expecting to see something from you? Other than that?

Connor Morley (03:11) Yeah. So right now, we have not sent back any of those tests but I’ve spoken with our credentialing team and they’re confident in the packet so far.

Jonas Eddy (03:28) Okay. Hey, well, listen us too. I mean, you know, obviously, we were kind of holding off just to make sure that everything was going to work well and function properly, but if you guys are ready to take them, believe me, we are ready to send.

Elise Vall (03:43) Them.

Nic Schisler (03:44) hey.

Hector A (03:44) One thing about the status change is, you know, it will be ideal if you can let me know via email, what are going to be the mpis that you’re going to start sending? I just want to make sure that the webhook coming from medallion, we’re getting the data. We are progressing the status on our end because, you know, that’s something that we tested in staging, but we haven’t done that in production.

Connor Morley (04:09) So, yeah, I can talk to Nico about that and he can send you some information on that.

Hector A (04:15) Yep. Okay. Besides that, that’s it.

Connor Morley (04:18) And then the only other thing is about that redline compliance language that was requested?

Connor Morley (04:33) So, Nick… I know we’re still reviewing part of that internally on our side, the new language?

Elise Vall (04:44) Oh, for the credentialing integrity?

Connor Morley (04:47) Yeah.

Jonas Eddy (04:48) Okay. Is.

Connor Morley (04:49) that a blocker?

Elise Vall (04:55) I’m not sure what you mean by a blocker. I don’t know if that’s for me or for Nick does?

Connor Morley (04:59) That, so we have a signed delegated agreement right now, right?

Elise Vall (05:03) We do this language is being requested by one of our health plans. They want to see that in the delegated agreement… that’s really for ncqa purposes for like self auditing?

Connor Morley (05:22) What health plan is it?

Elise Vall (05:24) Aetna? Better health?

Connor Morley (05:26) It’s just for Aetna.

Elise Vall (05:27) They’re the ones requesting it. Yes. Okay. I.

Connor Morley (05:31) mean, I can push to get this reviewed a little bit faster. Okay?

Elise Vall (05:38) And yeah, if there’s any changes or anything like that or any questions, please send them my way.

Jonas Eddy (05:44) Okay. No problem. Thank you.

Jonas Eddy (05:53) Anything else? I guess that’s I guess we’re all ready to go, right?

Connor Morley (05:59) Yep. We are all set to go.

Jonas Eddy (06:02) Awesome. Sandra you, I guess let’s meet right after this and get it going. Okay? Yay.

Nic Schisler (06:13) All.

Elise Vall (06:14) right.

Jonas Eddy (06:15) Very good. Does anybody have anything else? No, Hector you’re good?

Hector A (06:24) No, I’m good. I’m.

Jonas Eddy (06:25) good. Sandra. Yeah. Okay. Sounds like we’re all set. Awesome guys. Well, expect to see some files heading your way today all.

Connor Morley (06:35) Right. Sounds good.

Jonas Eddy (06:37) Awesome. Thank you so much. Thank you.

Nic Schisler (06:39) Awesome. Thanks, everyone take.

Jonas Eddy (06:41) Care. Bye.

Elise Vall (06:42) Bye. Take care, everybody.
