Naomi Denson (00:00) hey, Nicole. Hey, Naomi. How are you? Oh, excuse me. Good. How are you? Good. Okay, Melanie’s here?
Naomi Denson (00:19) Hi, Melanie. Hello. How are you?
Melanie Cannon (00:25) Good. Feel free to stay off camera if you want. I’m eating. So I’m not going to subject you to watching me eat my lunch.
Naomi Denson (00:33) All right.
Melanie Cannon (00:35) Back to back all morning. So like finally eating.
Naomi Denson (00:40) You’re going to do it when you can?
Melanie Cannon (00:42) That’s right? Happy Friday. Everybody.
Naomi Denson (00:45) Happy Friday.
Melanie Cannon (00:46) Yes, we need it. I didn’t realize you sent me in a new template, so I will get that filled out this afternoon in a.
Naomi Denson (00:53) Couple minutes. Yeah, we just updated our internal processes to make sure that we’re fully scoping every possible angle. So we just want to make sure that we’re extra thorough with you guys, especially since we have additional time with the pushback of the go live date. But yeah, yeah. So just get that over when you can. And then the group… and practice profile additions and updates that you sent over. Those are imported and updated. So you’ll want to go in and review the practice profiles and group profiles to make sure that you guys are getting those completed before we go live with any enrollments… yes?
Melanie Cannon (01:37) The.
Naomi Denson (01:38) existing enrollment template is in process with Nick and I don’t know Nick, if you have any initial feedback or questions?
Nick Vander Velden (01:47) Yeah. I think there.
Nick Vander Velden (01:55) Are some groups that we might need to add. Let me just look at my notes here.
Melanie Cannon (02:12) What do you mean that groups we might need to add?
Nick Vander Velden (02:17) Like there were groups listed in the enrollments that I hadn’t seen listed in other… imports yet.
Naomi Denson (02:28) They don’t have a group profile to match them to.
Melanie Cannon (02:32) Oh, gotcha. Okay. Yeah, I had cleaned a bunch of data after Richard left and it’s… possible that I separated some of that data out differently than we had before. So just, Nick, just let me know what I need to do on my side to get that to go the right way for you.
Nick Vander Velden (02:52) Yeah, I’ll get, I have them highlighted in the group enrollments… but I’ll I can like pull those out and just have them separate. So it’s easier to look at.
Melanie Cannon (03:04) Yeah. If you could do that. I’m happy to then do whatever other finagling you need me to do to get that to happen. Sorry, this has been a little bit of a mess lately. No.
Nick Vander Velden (03:14) You’re good. And then on the provider enrollments, I haven’t started… going through that because it looked like there was some like maybe you or someone else was still working on them. I just,
Naomi Denson (03:28) yeah, I don’t think the provider enrollments were ready yet.
Nick Vander Velden (03:31) Okay, cool. I still.
Melanie Cannon (03:32) Need four email addresses that no one is giving me at the moment. So, I’ll do some of them, but I don’t have half of them to even start a profile perfect.
Nick Vander Velden (03:43) Well, I’ll let that.
Melanie Cannon (03:44) Sit.
Nick Vander Velden (03:46) for now, then, but yeah, it looks like just a few groups, so should be fine.
Melanie Cannon (03:54) Okay, cool. All.
Naomi Denson (03:58) Right. And then any updates on the pdqs? Any responses from her? I didn’t see anything.
Melanie Cannon (04:08) I’m just getting a runaround that’s very frustrating at the moment. They don’t think they did anything wrong?
Naomi Denson (04:16) Yeah. All I need her to do is tell me what the organization name is when she logs in like in the top right corner where it would say the provider’s name or the organization’s name. I just need to know what they’re registered as so that we can look for the correct name on the access. Have you asked?
Melanie Cannon (04:30) That like seven times. Yes, I.
Naomi Denson (04:33) even asked her directly and she said that she had to check with them. I was like, I just need you to tell me what it says in your profile. I.
Melanie Cannon (04:41) Will try to ping one of them today and see if they can either try to get like 15 minutes with them to just actually screen share with me or send me a screenshot?
Naomi Denson (04:50) Yeah, that’s what I asked her to do. I was like, can you just send me like a screenshot? Or I?
Melanie Cannon (04:55) Know you’ve asked multiple times. They’ve been stonewalling us on this a bit and I’m sorry that you’re getting a little bit of the brunt of that.
Naomi Denson (05:01) Oh, no, that’s fine. I mean, it is what it is as long as we can get that confirmed. I mean, we can start moving forward with, you know, importing provider data and starting… to complete their profiles, and then moving into, you know, inviting providers to start completing profiles etc.
Melanie Cannon (05:21) Okay. I’ll make that clear again when I contact them today to say we need this to happen. You know, we needed this to happen months ago really so that we’re not asking people to provide information that we can pull out of cqh. Yes, exactly like providers hated that, right? It’s like, well, can’t you just scrape caqh and we couldn’t that’s a company that I worked at, so manual and it was awful. So.
Naomi Denson (05:47) And now we can’t yeah. And I mean, we can do it without the pdqs setup. But like we had talked about initially when we started digging into this was because the pass through fees for caqh went up to like, I think it’s like eight dollars per provider, if we run it through ours versus if we run it through your organization, it’s much cheaper because you don’t have the medallion pass through fees for our profile. So it’s like 299 or something. Yeah.
Melanie Cannon (06:14) And the providers don’t have to enter all those.
Naomi Denson (06:16) Trying to save you a little bit of money,
Melanie Cannon (06:19) It’ll be nice all.
Naomi Denson (06:21) Right. So, yeah, once we get that set up, we can start importing and then work on a plan for inviting the providers. I did, we’re still here, right? The initial go live need for payer enrollment is just the uhc, individual enrollments for the providers. Once the group contract is finalized, has there been any other? No?
Melanie Cannon (06:47) So that also is going to be separate of the sipa group that’s just going to be like another group that we also work on credentialing. I think it’s only going to be like one or two providers. It’s one group. Yeah. Right.
Naomi Denson (06:58) Yeah. So it’s just the one group that you guys are waiting on, but you don’t have any enrollment needs for any of the other groups that we have profiles for or other providers?
Melanie Cannon (07:06) There’s going to be re, credentialing needs. And that’s what I’m still trying to figure out because I will be able to figure that out a lot. I think once I have the caqh numbers and I, I’m pushing to get emails and caqh numbers so we can start talking to these providers. And I have the contracts. But as you know, with health plans, right? Like contract effectivity is still different than a credentialing date, it doesn’t always happen, right? That you’re credentialed on the first day of a, right?
Naomi Denson (07:32) Yeah. So the revalidations for the payers?
Melanie Cannon (07:38) So, how do we basically just get like everybody in, the uhc thing is it’s moving forward? It is going to happen. I think they were aiming for like may start or June which is still aligning with what we’re doing and that person can operate under their existing fee for service contracts while we figure out the aledade stuff, which is good. Yeah, I will make a note to go follow up on that again.
Naomi Denson (08:09) Okay. I’ve not heard.
Melanie Cannon (08:11) A lot about that, and we have some other potential… contracts in the mix right now that may be coming out soon, which is exciting. So there’ll be more providers to put in seats in medallion, which I’m excited about. I’ve just, this has been moving slower than we thought. Okay, unfortunately,
Naomi Denson (08:32) Have you heard from Noelle on the delegation agreement?
Melanie Cannon (08:36) It just got signed actually?
Naomi Denson (08:39) Oh, it got signed. And then she’s going to send that to us, correct to Merritt?
Melanie Cannon (08:43) Yes, I’ll I’m meeting with her later this afternoon. So I’ll check it. I think it just got signed this morning. So I’ll check in with her about sending that over.
Naomi Denson (08:58) Perfect. And then credentialing policies and procedures. Those are still in review with our credentialing team. And then just keeping the credentialing committee needs. So, who’s going to be the voting members, et cetera, and medallion that we would need to set up? I know credentialing we said from the very beginning is not the priority until npdb can be sorted out. Do you guys have any updates on npdb? Are you still, are you working on that? Or just?
Melanie Cannon (09:25) That is a Noel question. And I will ask her this afternoon and let you know, okay?
Naomi Denson (09:32) Any other questions for me?
Melanie Cannon (09:39) I don’t think so. My big question for you is just the, exactly what you needed from the group that’s we’re trying to do the pdqs stuff. But you said you really just need a screenshot or something that shows like what the name is, so you can keep looking, yeah.
Naomi Denson (09:53) I just need to know, what or what their organization, is named under. And let me, hold on. Let me see something really quick.
Naomi Denson (10:11) You had sent me something?
Naomi Denson (10:18) You had sent me that the caqh, the authorization form, yes, and it just says, sipa on there, we’re not seeing any requests coming through for sipa, so.
Melanie Cannon (10:33) Anything, can you check for mag? Like magazine M, a G, all capitals if that’s coming through potentially, what are the options?
Naomi Denson (10:44) Okay. I’ll have her, I’ll have her look for that.
Melanie Cannon (10:48) That’s like their legal name. I think the dba name is sipa. I can check the contract.
Naomi Denson (10:55) Okay. Yeah. Any, anything that we could look for? Because we looked under aledade and sipa and nothing came up. But, okay, I wonder if the doid would help. It’s very frustrating. It’s all right. We’ll figure it out.
Melanie Cannon (11:16) I know, but I don’t like that answer. I’m a doer and a fixer. So I hate when stuff gets stuck or stupid things like this that I can’t control.
Naomi Denson (11:26) I understand. Yeah, if you hear anything from her, I’ll have the team check again for sipa. I don’t know if maybe the poid that’s on this form would help locate it or not if they put that in the email, but I doubt it… but we’ll look at mag… just making one more note.
Naomi Denson (12:07) Thing. I needed… anything else for me.
Melanie Cannon (12:22) No, I was making notes a bit after what we were just talking about. So I don’t forget. Oh.
Naomi Denson (12:27) Okay. All right. Well, if you get any updates or if we’re able to locate mag, I’ll let you know we do. I think we do still need the pdqs credentials, but let me check our internal inbox to see if we received those.
Naomi Denson (12:45) Okay directly yet. Sometimes they’ll send them to our like it contact. Okay? So I’ll check to see if we have those too. Awesome.
Melanie Cannon (12:53) All right. Awesome. And then, yeah, Nick, just keep me posted on any of those group profile slides. I can work through those. And then, yes, I will this afternoon before the end of the day, I’ll send back that template, the payr template in the right template. Okay, perfect. Sounds good. Guys. Thank you so much. Have a great weekend. Thank.
Naomi Denson (13:11) You. Happy Easter. Happy?
Melanie Cannon (13:13) Easter and Passover? Yes. Bye guys.
