Jordan Tantleff (00:00) good morning, Sean.
Shaun Urbanozo (00:03) Morning, Jordan.
Jordan Tantleff (00:04) Nice to meet you.
Shaun Urbanozo (00:05) Nice to meet you.
Jordan Tantleff (00:07) I like the background very fitting with the launch that just took place.
Shaun Urbanozo (00:12) Yeah.
Jordan Tantleff (00:15) I appreciate you taking the time to hop on here. My name is Jordan. By the way, I’m one of the executives. I’ll be the kind of point person responding to the RFP and kind of be the main point of contact moving forward. I know we had initially set up time for the eighth to meet and then this RFP kind of came out later that night after you spoke with Mike, just want to kind of align on what the expectations are for the RFP like the use case per SE, just make sure our response is buttoned up and as applicable as possible.
Jordan Tantleff (00:51) I listened to the call that you had with Mike. It sounds like there’s roughly 250 providers today onboarding about 50 providers in network with maybe 20 health plans each for each provider, just responding to the RFP. I know there’s areas asking about like pricing and what kind of services. So, I just want to make sure we’re you know, adding… what’s actually necessary here. So, I guess a few questions I had were, does hero practice services have any like delegated agreements in place with payers today?
Shaun Urbanozo (01:29) We do, yes.
Jordan Tantleff (01:30) Okay. And then, so you guys are doing like the actual producing like an ncqa compliant cred file? Is that correct? Yes. Okay. And I guess like what are the annual like volumes for the actual cred file piece?
Shaun Urbanozo (01:52) We.
Shaun Urbanozo (01:56) we do about, I would say 100 a year? Okay? Yeah.
Jordan Tantleff (02:04) 100 cred files per year… and then I’d imagine there’s some payers that you don’t have delegated agreements in place? You’re actually doing the enrollment application piece?
Shaun Urbanozo (02:17) That is correct. Yes, do.
Jordan Tantleff (02:19) You have a rough estimate of what that looks like annually?
Shaun Urbanozo (02:26) So right now, we’re probably delegated with half of our payers. Okay?
Jordan Tantleff (02:38) Okay. That, that’s actually helpful. So, let’s say you’re onboarding, you know, 50 that might be like 10 enrollment applications for each provider that’s being onboarded.
Jordan Tantleff (02:47) Okay. That’s very helpful. And then, this RFP does ask for, obviously pricing and things along that line. Like, we would typically get NDA in place before. Yeah, that’s fine, kind of sharing this type of information. Yeah. Is it okay if I send you like our mutual NDA, template? And then we can kind of pass that along and make sure we get that executed before submitting this on the seventh? I think the due date was, yeah.
Shaun Urbanozo (03:15) Not a problem. Okay?
Jordan Tantleff (03:16) Perfect. So I can do that. And then like overall, I guess like out of a partner that you’re looking for, I’d imagine there’s an internal team that’s doing a lot of this work today. Are you guys looking for just the kind of software only component or more of like an end to end, you know, vendor or partner in this kind of equation here?
Shaun Urbanozo (03:39) We’re looking more just for the software. And I would just say if you could in the RFP, if you could highlight any type of AI that would assist us in making streamlining the process, making us more efficient, that would be, that is kind of what we’re looking for.
Jordan Tantleff (03:59) Got it. Yeah, I do just want to be a little transparent here as well. So, so medallion, we used to offer kind of like the software only type solution, allow teams to kind of, you know, self service themselves and their own workflows out of the software. Our business model has moved to more of an end to end partner. So we would kind of take on like we would do the enrollment applications for say, you know, complete the ncqa cred files and then send it to, you know, your committee for review on final approval, what that would look like? So I just want to make sure we’re aligned. So if we respond, yeah.
Shaun Urbanozo (04:34) That’s fine. We’ll definitely consider we’ll look at that and consider that as well. Okay?
Jordan Tantleff (04:38) Okay. Just want to make sure that there’s no surprises kind of in the response that we put together here. Okay. Okay. That’s really all I had just want to make sure we’re kind of level set on all of that here. I’m not sure if you have any questions for me before we kind of meet again on the eighth year?
Shaun Urbanozo (04:55) No, not at this time? Cool.
Jordan Tantleff (04:57) Is the eighth? Sorry? Is the eighth more of a, I’m guessing you want to see like a demo of the platform. It would be the expectation. Okay. Cool. We can prep for that as well and make sure it’s tailored based on the kind of RFP needs and everything listed here. But I’ll work on the RFP I’ll send over that NDA, and then once we get that executed, we’ll sync back up on the eighth.
Shaun Urbanozo (05:18) Okay. Thanks Jordan. Thank.
Jordan Tantleff (05:19) you for your time, Sean. Have a good weekend. You too. Take care. Bye bye.
