Amy Barfield (00:00) bye. Hey, how are you? Good. How are you?
Jennifer Mohler (00:08) I’m good. Thanks. I.
Amy Barfield (00:10) Switched us to teams.
Jennifer Mohler (00:12) Yes, I see that. Sorry, it’s taking me just a second to, it is for sure. I just had to get myself reoriented.
Amy Barfield (00:21) Yeah. I asked Amber last week because she had a little bit of trouble getting in. I think there’s always a lag with the zoom sure. So I was like, I have, I think I can do teams. So we’re on teams now. So… well, thank you for doing that. It makes it easier. Yeah, no problem. I think she was putting notes in. I don’t see her in the waiting room or anything ticket. I can push, let’s see Oscar enrollment to be updated. I’ll push that with the team. Let me just put something here.
Amy Barfield (01:32) My backyard’s a disaster by the way.
Jennifer Mohler (01:35) Is it, how close are you to having your pool?
Amy Barfield (01:38) Well, the pool is done, but now we’re like rerouting sprinkler systems and I had to put in a French drain. So it’s like where I thought I have a pretty good sized yard and it’s got some pretty wide side yard and I was like, I’m just going to have this one area. No, every bit of my backyard is dug up.
Jennifer Mohler (02:00) Oh, no.
Amy Barfield (02:01) Looks like I’m going to have to call the sod Guy in. Oh, oh, yeah, but fingers crossed. We’re coming into the rainy season, so it’s not like we’ll be swimming anyways, but I’m hoping I can maybe that’ll get my grass to grow a little bit.
Jennifer Mohler (02:18) Right. Yeah, it’ll be good for all the freshly laid sods.
Amy Barfield (02:25) Yeah, that’ll be good. Reduce my water bill a little bit sure.
Jennifer Mohler (02:30) Yes.
Amy Barfield (02:32) Bye Amber.
Jennifer Mohler (02:38) I think she, I know she was, I think she was having trouble with audio. It wasn’t giving her the option to get like a phone call, so.
Amy Barfield (02:47) I’m not sure that’s what we were having. Yeah, we were having issues with that with zoom too.
Amy Barfield (02:57) Give her a second. Unless you had something you want to get started with.
Jennifer Mohler (03:02) I added… I think the note about the Oscar enrollment. I added that, but I haven’t looked to see if there’s anything else on the agenda. Yeah, Amber messaged me on teams and said that she can hear us but she’s not able to speak. She doesn’t have, yeah, so.
Amy Barfield (03:24) She’s listening.
Jennifer Mohler (03:27) chat.
Amy Barfield (03:28) If you want, I’ll open my chat box here so I can see if she adds anything or she’s typing. I did. Yeah, let me look at this real quick and see if they’ve made any movement. Did you check right before our call? I looked a.
Jennifer Mohler (03:47) Couple hours ago. I haven’t seen anything and it’s an old ticket. I just, I was cleaning up emails and I was like, I’m sure this is done. It’s from like February and I was like, actually, I don’t think it is, so.
Amy Barfield (04:03) No, I appreciate you calling that out. They just so I’m hoping some of these will get resolved quicker. They just switched. I don’t know if you got my email about the help. So the email changed. Yeah, the reason why they did that is because now they have the ability to create like separate like email boxes from that email based on the client, so they can start to see those, you know, like instead of having to Fish through or only prioritize, you know, based… on how it comes in. So hopefully that’ll alleviate some of the lag. Yeah. Let me look at this particular provider. I mean, if it wasn’t done by February, then I’m pretty sure it probably isn’t this morning either… and that was for payr.
Jennifer Mohler (04:59) Sundara.
Amy Barfield (05:00) Kumar for… Oscar. Yeah. No.
Amy Barfield (05:09) Okay. Let’s see. When was the last follow up done on it… yesterday? They should have gotten something. Okay. I’ll get that, have that approved today. Okay? We don’t want to see ens going in and messing with statuses. So I’ll have to push it. Sure, no problem. Because before I was like, I’ll just.
Jennifer Mohler (05:32) go in there and do it myself. I’m just going to do it. Yeah.
Amy Barfield (05:34) Yeah. So I think it messes up their flows in reporting. Sure. So I’ll get that pushed and then let me just double check on this bancroft thing. I did get.
Jennifer Mohler (05:49) A response on that, but it didn’t really, I mean, it basically was like he shouldn’t get emails. If he does let us know there wasn’t like an explanation of like why he would have gotten an email when he was already opted out. So I.
Amy Barfield (06:07) yeah, they may have just submitted a text report and they may have just not known the details of how that was resolved, but he hasn’t had any. I.
Jennifer Mohler (06:16) Haven’t heard anything. I haven’t heard anything else. I did have another provider who reached out to me and she has also opted out of emails and she got a notice of credentialing. And she said she keeps getting emails and so I asked her to send them to me so that I can see what she’s actually getting because the email she sent me is from medallion, but she said it was from caqh. So I don’t know if she’s confused or if she’s actually getting medallion emails, but it does seem like opting providers out of all of the email notifications. Does not prevent the notice of credentialing from getting sent to them because this is the second provider who’s gotten it. So I don’t know, I don’t know if there’s another area where we’re supposed to opt them out or if there’s I,
Amy Barfield (07:11) wonder if it’s I’ll ask, but I wonder if it’s like a policy that you have to notify.
Jennifer Mohler (07:19) maybe, yeah, like an,
Amy Barfield (07:21) Ia guideline or something sure, where, regardless you have to notify them of the status of their credentialing, like everything checked. I don’t know. So I’ll check on that. Okay. Yeah, that I’m not sure.
Jennifer Mohler (07:37) It’s dr… Gautam G a UT a M. Okay. And I can forward the email. Yeah, it’s just the notice of credentialing, I can forward it to you if you want it. Okay? Because when she sent it to me, I was like, man, I thought I opted when I went and looked, I was like, yeah, she has opted out. I don’t know. Yeah.
Amy Barfield (08:02) But I would think they would only get the one approval email. They shouldn’t be getting repeated emails.
Jennifer Mohler (08:09) Yeah. And she, so I don’t know if she’s confused or if she’s actually getting email like I’m not sure. So I asked her to forward anything that she had, so that we could look at it. And I haven’t heard back from her since then… but she definitely got the credentialing one.
Amy Barfield (08:26) Okay. So if I’ll ask about credentialing just as a general, and then if they say no, they shouldn’t be getting it, then I’ll flag it to tech support and then for her particularly… but if there’s anything outside of that, like once she sends you a communication, you can just forward that to me and then I can also flag that as well. Okay?
Amy Barfield (08:59) See, and then I’ll get an, I’ll try to get an update on this Oscar for you. Okay? Or just let you know when it’s confirmed really? Okay?
Jennifer Mohler (09:10) Perfect. Thank you.
Amy Barfield (09:11) Anything else? Oh, I don’t see Amber typing?
Jennifer Mohler (09:19) I’ll give.
Amy Barfield (09:20) her a couple seconds. Any good plans for Easter weekend?
Jennifer Mohler (09:27) I’ve got sports with my kiddo tonight and sports with my kiddo tomorrow, and on Sunday, we’re just gonna, I think just, it really is between like basketball, and baseball, like it’s bananas. And then Sunday, I think we’re just gonna try, and hang out, and just relax. So what about you?
Amy Barfield (09:54) I typically have my entire family over, but it’s been so bonkers. Oh, do you, yeah, normally for dinner? So they’re probably all gonna show up and I’m not ready. So tomorrow, I’m like, I think I need to go to the grocery store and get to planning on this. It really just crept up so fast. You know, it did for sure. But yeah, yeah. So I’m sure. We’ll I normally have somebody come lay eggs in my front yard for my daughter and my nephew. Oh, that’s so.
Jennifer Mohler (10:25) Fun. And,
Amy Barfield (10:26) then we do the baskets and have lunch and go to church in the mornings. So, yeah, yeah, nice. Yeah. So, yeah, it will be good. I probably should have taken the day after off, but yeah, it’s gonna be a quick fast weekend, yes.
Jennifer Mohler (10:45) For sure. All right. Well, it doesn’t.
Amy Barfield (10:47) look like Amber has anything, Amber. I hope you have a great Easter weekend as well, even though you can’t respond. So, yeah, next week, I will be out of office on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, but I’ll be on an on site. I’ll just be slow to respond basically. Okay. So, yeah.
Jennifer Mohler (11:10) No problem. So.
Amy Barfield (11:11) But you can still email me if anything comes up.
Jennifer Mohler (11:14) All right. That sounds good.
Amy Barfield (11:15) Thanks, Amy. Have a good one. Bye, bye. Thanks you too. Bye.
