LCSW Sarah Doyle (00:00) hey, Kyle. How are you? Hey, Sarah?

Kyle Rice (00:02) Happy Monday. How’s everything going?

LCSW Sarah Doyle (00:04) It’s going. It’s a Monday.

Kyle Rice (00:07) I know. I hear that it’s a little bit of a Monday est of Mondays, especially after a holiday weekend too.

LCSW Sarah Doyle (00:15) A Monday est of all the Mondays. I’m also, I’m in the process of packing to move in a couple of weeks. And so I spent the whole weekend packing and then like logged in this morning and went wait. I have a whole other job like I, it’s not just about moving like I need to actually focus on something else.

Kyle Rice (00:34) Yes, exactly. Exactly. So the Monday est of Mondays for sure. Monday?

LCSW Sarah Doyle (00:38) Est of Mondays. So, well, Kathy very wisely took a holiday weekend and is out today, so she will not be joining us and I don’t know that I have anything for you today. Do you have anything for me today? I?

Kyle Rice (00:52) Did not. I did not have anything urgent to flag, just wanted to check and see how things were going with medallion and then see if there’s any status updates that you’re looking for or anything strategically that I can help you guys out with.

LCSW Sarah Doyle (01:03) I don’t think I have anything pending. I feel, did Aaron or Kathy send you something last week or was that, am I making that up?

Kyle Rice (01:17) Kathy did send me something on. I believe it was James walker and beacon health. Yes. Okay. So I’m just waiting for the team to confirm if we should proceed with a revalidation or new enrollment. I flagged that to them early last week. So I’m just waiting for some turnaround on that there. Okay? And then we’ll get you guys in the process for, okay. Okay.

LCSW Sarah Doyle (01:40) All right. Perfect. I think that was the only thing that I was aware of. Certainly, if anybody, you know, brings anything else to me. I’m just scanning through all of my unread emails to make sure there’s nothing here real quick. Yeah. But if anybody brings anything to me, certainly, I know how to get a hold of you. So I don’t see anything else. It looks like that was the only thing I remembered that Kathy had an email out, but that was the only thing I was aware of. Awesome.

Kyle Rice (02:14) Yeah. I will get you guys some confirmation there. And then if there’s anything else in the meantime, I’m happy to help and get you guys supported with whatever you need all.

LCSW Sarah Doyle (02:21) Right. Awesome. Kyle. Thanks so much. I appreciate you doing the check in on the Monday est of all Mondays. No worries. And if something comes up, I will definitely reach out via email.

Kyle Rice (02:31) Awesome. Well, have a great rest of your Monday. I hope the move transition goes smoothly for you. I’ll.

LCSW Sarah Doyle (02:37) tell you today, it was the phone call with xfinity for the WI fi that I had scheduled to move for the 20 fourth and they canceled it on Saturday.

Kyle Rice (02:47) Gotta love it. I got.

LCSW Sarah Doyle (02:49) them to turn it back on and they put it on as a new contract and tried to bill me an installation fee.

Kyle Rice (02:54) You gotta love xfinity for all those reasons. And then they’ll cut your cable and they’re.

LCSW Sarah Doyle (02:59) the only provider that’s an option. It’s my only.

Kyle Rice (03:01) choice.

LCSW Sarah Doyle (03:02) In that area because it’s kind of a, I mean, it’s not rural but it’s like kind of outside of the main part of town. It’s sort of in a wooded, you know, area which is lovely except for things like this. So, so that was today’s adventure in moving. So I’m hoping that’s the last of it. We’ll we’ll see if I get there and I don’t have electricity. I’ll know that was not the last thing, so.

Kyle Rice (03:26) There you go. I know, I have many complaints with xfinity. So they are, they’re absolutely horrific sometimes.

LCSW Sarah Doyle (03:33) They’re the worst, where are you based out of?

Kyle Rice (03:35) I’m in southern New Jersey actually, right? Just about 20 minutes outside of Philadelphia and I’m local to their headquarters and we still have all kinds of xfinity problems on a weekly and daily basis. So I feel where you’re coming from?

LCSW Sarah Doyle (03:49) Yeah, I get it. I’m familiar with that area though. So, you’re not far from us at all here in Connecticut. So… it’s you’re.

Kyle Rice (04:02) you’re feeling that?

LCSW Sarah Doyle (04:03) Like Tri state, yeah, so well, enjoy the rest of your.

Kyle Rice (04:07) Afternoon. Yeah, it makes us in good company there.

LCSW Sarah Doyle (04:09) Yeah, exactly. Exactly. But it’s also nice to not have a time zone crunch. I will say when we’re meeting with people, sometimes the time zone piece can get a little confusing with national companies. So it’s always nice when we have somebody who’s in the same time zone, we don’t have to schedule around it. So.

Kyle Rice (04:28) It makes, it makes it easy. I know those, pacific coast folks make that three hour time change a little bit difficult from time.

LCSW Sarah Doyle (04:35) To time? Yes, they do. They do not as difficult as I make it for them though when I schedule meetings at, you know, 10 a M and forget that it’s seven o’clock their time.

LCSW Sarah Doyle (04:43) So, it’s usually my fault when there’s a problem, absolutely. Absolutely. All right. Well, have a good one. Kyle. Thank you so much. I appreciate it.

Kyle Rice (04:53) Yeah, no worries. Talk to you later. Thank you so much all.

LCSW Sarah Doyle (04:55) Right. Take care bye.
