Amy Barfield (00:00) morning, it is morning, right? Yeah, 11 30.

Brittany Dees (00:04) Well, it’s nine 30 for me. So it’s still morning?

Amy Barfield (00:06) Yeah, it’s still morning. It is for me too. It’s 11 30.

Amy Barfield (00:17) I think most people probably forgot we’re meeting today.

Brittany Dees (00:26) Well, yeah, because this is not normal time for us, no.

Brittany Dees (00:40) I’m working through emails.

Amy Barfield (00:42) From you guys last week? Pushing some agenda items from last week because we met like Thursday, Friday, not today. I meet with the team today… so I should don’t have updates from last week, but I’m pushing them today.

Brittany Dees (01:02) Did you? Okay, and then for the turn providers with those open enrollments that just can be closed? Have you reviewed that? Have you gotten a chance to review that?

Brittany Dees (01:19) I sent you the list. I can’t I, these weeks, I don’t know if, it.

Amy Barfield (01:23) Wouldn’t give me access. So I’ll just need access.

Brittany Dees (01:27) Okay. I’ll give you access.

Amy Barfield (01:28) And I can push that today.

Brittany Dees (01:30) Okay, perfect.

Brittany Dees (01:41) Oh, okay. Here’s, one, dr winbush. Nicole winbush. She’s a turn provider. She hasn’t worked with us since 20 25, but for some reason, she is still receiving medallion notifications. And, I don’t know how to stop that. She’s still receiving like as if she’s getting new enrollments or new enrollments are being completed on her behalf.

Amy Barfield (02:13) Okay. Let me see.

Amy Barfield (02:24) You said winbush? Yes. Well, she’s still in the system as an… activator.

Brittany Dees (02:35) Okay. Yeah.

Amy Barfield (02:37) So, she’s not deactivated probably because you have open. Ar. I do see all of her… emails are turned off.

Brittany Dees (02:47) Okay. So, all of her emails are turned off?

Amy Barfield (02:50) They are turned off. So, let me flag that to tech support and find out what’s going on there. So she’s receiving.

Brittany Dees (03:13) Okay. And then let’s see. I will, let me slack everyone else to see if anyone else is joining. Okay… you?

Amy Barfield (03:26) Know. She mentioned she was like, we have a meeting on Monday. I’ll be out tomorrow through Thursday. That’s what we scheduled today?

Brittany Dees (03:52) Oh, there they go.

Amy Barfield (03:54) All right. There she is.

Svetlana Vinokur (04:04) It didn’t pop on my.

Svetlana Vinokur (04:10) Yes.

Brittany Dees (04:12) Of course.

Svetlana Vinokur (04:17) Amy, I just got a call, from the person from clear health. Spring. They are in Illinois, Georgia all confused because our medallion folks probably confused themselves as well. So, can you put this client owned? I, will, we’ll just work directly with him on getting rosters and everything. I also noticed that for some reason, we do have it for Theoria, but not for complex cares. And they’re not going to do retro. So it’s kind of useless to do it for Theoria. So, I’m just going to do it for the right complex care entities.

Amy Barfield (05:08) Okay. So.

Svetlana Vinokur (05:09) Maybe just close, maybe we should just close the Theoria once because we should, we will not be doing it and just say that client is working internally, to get complex cares enrolled. Okay?

Amy Barfield (05:31) And you said clearhealthspring, do you mean cignahealthspring?

Svetlana Vinokur (05:34) Yeah, it’s clearhealthspring. They’re in Illinois and Georgia and Colorado, apparently, but we have enrollments outstanding for Illinois and Georgia for Theoria. Okay?

Amy Barfield (05:45) So, only Illinois and Georgia. Oh, okay. Spring. Okay. Springhealth. Clearspringhealth, but.

Svetlana Vinokur (05:52) But we don’t have anything for complex care, which is interesting.

Svetlana Vinokur (06:02) Carrie is, in the waiting room, apparently. Oh, I.

Amy Barfield (06:07) don’t see her in the waiting room. Yeah.

Svetlana Vinokur (06:10) That’s what? I don’t see her either. So.

Amy Barfield (06:15) Yeah, I only see. So, I see one, two, three four, like seven providers with.

Svetlana Vinokur (06:25) Clearspringhealth. Yeah. So I think that the whole thing is kind of weird because there is no complex cares either enrollment, right?

Amy Barfield (06:35) Yeah. So, you want me to stop all these, that are?

Svetlana Vinokur (06:37) I think so because we, I’m not going to waste my time on Theoria. They are not retroing. So we’ll just do the complex cares and I will, we’ll just do it ourselves. Okay? Because he sent me an email already, so he sent me the rosters so we’ll get it all kind of done.

Svetlana Vinokur (06:59) Okay. Gary, I’m talking about this clear health springs that I texted you guys.

Svetlana Vinokur (07:05) So I don’t know if they’re on our master pair list or not, but we don’t have complex care enrollments in them.

Amy Barfield (07:14) What, what?

Brittany Dees (07:15) State?

Svetlana Vinokur (07:16) Illinois and Georgia, let me look here real quick.

Svetlana Vinokur (07:24) Okay. Spring, I don’t know what you talked about.

Svetlana Vinokur (07:35) Okay. Nothing for Georgia and I don’t.

Amy Barfield (07:42) have it on Illinois either.

Svetlana Vinokur (07:44) Okay. I think we should just put it in and get it done since we have a contract contact person there. So I’ll send the email to you guys on that.

Amy Barfield (07:55) Okay. And we’re going to make it client owned, you said?

Svetlana Vinokur (07:59) Yeah. Okay. Because the Medellin team was confused because they first got the, that… they want a new contract. And then clearspring says, well, we don’t give new contracts. And then they said, well, we need the then to change the tax ids. But then he was like, we don’t have a contract. So they were all confused. So he called me. Okay. So, yeah, so we’re just going to do, I told him we’re going to do three contracts midwest, M, midwest H and south southeast H. So.

Amy Barfield (08:40) Now, I just want to clarify clearspring’s health is not the same thing as cigna. Healthspring.

Svetlana Vinokur (08:45) No, no, no, I was confused.

Amy Barfield (08:46) Too, because I said.

Svetlana Vinokur (08:48) You cigna, he was like, no, no, I was like, so, and, you know, it was a random call and I decided to pick it up and I was like, and then they get all skeptical and he says it was like, who are you? Really? What do you want? Anyway? So, Amy, medicaid Georgia, what the heck is happening there?

Amy Barfield (09:09) Yeah. So I, when they were saying it’s terminated, they were talking about the one or terminated. It was closed, the one back in December, but she was calling about the atn that we had submitted in January and he couldn’t find it. So I think that was escalated. And so, I have the team calling on it this morning after I responded to you and I don’t have a response yet. Okay. But they are calling on it today. So I hope to have a status on that for you by the end of the day, but that was submitted back in January. So that one should be processing fine?

Svetlana Vinokur (09:52) Okay. And, and they also looking into all of those retros, right? That kind of now we’re dealing with?

Amy Barfield (09:59) Yeah, I’ll make sure that they are, but I’m pretty sure they are okay.

Svetlana Vinokur (10:09) Okay. So Derek sent me a response, but no response really?

Svetlana Vinokur (10:21) Like I, and I will respond to him, I cannot, the issue is the new providers we’re only enrolling them with complex care, so I can’t build them under Theoria. And even if I enroll them under Theoria, that means I need to enroll medicare and everything else, right? So, so basically, what I raised two months ago, we’re going to do double work, right? Kind of, and it’s like a race, yeah, to whatever the finish, right? So we really need to get the medicaid med, blue cross blue shield for complex care is done. Yeah.

Amy Barfield (10:56) I have my team lead or account specialist, one of them that is calling this morning to confirm like where everything sits as far as the groups go. At least, I do know certain lines of businesses are only approved under the individual provider. So you won’t see that on the group contract, there’s a medicare ppo that is approved for those providers that don’t the medicare ppo doesn’t fall under the group but falls under the individual providers. So that line of business that medicare ppo, you can bill for those providers who are approved, it’s the BCN that is pending. And there’s another that medicare plus that you really need is under that, that’s pending. So, and then I think I believe the BCN is approved for Theoria. So you should be able to bill for those and knock that down on your Ar as long as it’s under the providers. Yeah.

Svetlana Vinokur (11:57) We need to start looking kind of at the, like, why is it not? So, we need to kind of have a working sessions like all of those, all of those providers, what’s happening with them?

Amy Barfield (12:09) Right. So, I’ll I have an internal call with the team today and I’ll see if we can get someone, to look over those as a whole to get those moving.

Svetlana Vinokur (12:21) Yeah. Okay.

Svetlana Vinokur (12:28) Yeah. Because like we need to, we have to get Michigan, the Michigan midwest, M… Amy, like all the enrollments for all the… need… to be, need to be priority because that’s where we’re going to have right now, the most new providers coming in?

Amy Barfield (12:53) No agreed. She did confirm that all three are enrolled with the commercial, it’s the BCN that we’re trying to confirm and then confirming that the providers who are linked to those group contracts have those additional lines of business as well. Yeah.

Svetlana Vinokur (13:12) So, but I need someone also to like follow up on all the other. I actually noticed paramount Michigan. It still says client owned even though I’m not working on it… like Ohio, yes, but I don’t even know if there’s a paramount Michigan.

Amy Barfield (13:34) I want to… see, I don’t even see paramount on our master pair list, but, well.

Svetlana Vinokur (13:44) That’s what I was that’s what?

Amy Barfield (14:03) It says, it’s based in Ohio, but operates in parts of Michigan, especially southeast Michigan.

Amy Barfield (14:19) Paramount care of Michigan.

La Toya Pough (14:23) This is the muscogee paramedic based in Ohio.

Svetlana Vinokur (14:29) Paramount.

La Toya Pough (14:30) Advantages smaller local agencies.

Amy Barfield (14:34) So, it’s regional, it’s not statewide very.

La Toya Pough (14:38) Common.

Svetlana Vinokur (14:41) Okay. So, I think Lori, can you check if we have any paramount in Michigan? Because we might just not do it now until we.

Lori Durkin (14:53) Yep, one second here.

Lori Durkin (15:00) I’m too. Sorry. While I’m pulling this up. Okay, vcn, I heard, sorry, I came in at the very end there. I was on another call, said Theoria was done. I’m pretty sure we still have like a decent Ar over there. I’m going to, well.

Svetlana Vinokur (15:17) That’s what Lori now, they need to make sure the providers.

Lori Durkin (15:21) Oh, okay. Okay.

Svetlana Vinokur (15:23) So, Amy, right? That’s what you guys because we have half a 1,000,000 dollars in this, whatever that the prefixes?

Lori Durkin (15:34) Yeah, correct. So, is it the medicare advantage plan or that bluecare network or all the same? I don’t think they’re the same.

Amy Barfield (15:45) So they should be approved. As I was telling Svetlana, the lines of business for medicare ppo is under the individual providers only, not the group contract, they can only be enrolled as individual for that line of business. So, if they’re enrolled, if the provider’s enrolled, they’re already enrolled with medicare ppo, but the plus plan?

Svetlana Vinokur (16:10) Is.

Amy Barfield (16:12) under BCN, I believe is what it was those other medicare networks that you’re needing are under the BCN. So the BCN’s approved for the group, we just have to ensure that each provider is also enrolled under the BCN.

Lori Durkin (16:30) Okay. I’m going to have Julie here, and I look at.

Svetlana Vinokur (16:34) The table is BCN. Is that a blue complete, it’s not blue complete, right?

Lori Durkin (16:38) It’s blue care network?

Svetlana Vinokur (16:40) I believe. Okay. So it’s blue care network because there is also blue cross blue shield complete, something kind of that is dependent on blue cross blue shield, right?

Lori Durkin (16:48) Right. And I thought that’s where I’m kind of confused because I thought the BCN was the Henry ford hold on. Let me keep myself honest here. I thought that was the Henry ford network, Henry ford hospital there in Michigan… but I think it’s like tied to that. But there may be other, you know, expansions there. Keep myself honest here at any rate. I don’t want to take up the call but just know I’m going to be in touch on that. Okay.

Svetlana Vinokur (17:19) So, let’s just let just, can you Larry confirm that?

Lori Durkin (17:25) I got a paramount here. I got 53 K, in open a, are right now almost 54?

Svetlana Vinokur (17:33) On Michigan?

Lori Durkin (17:34) Oh, that I can’t see these facilities on here. Give me, give me one second that’s Ohio. Let me run a report, Svetlana because I got a spot.

Svetlana Vinokur (17:44) Check. Yeah, I need Michigan, not Ohio.

Lori Durkin (17:46) Right. I got you. I got you. Okay.

Svetlana Vinokur (17:47) And.

La Toya Pough (17:48) then, Amy?

Svetlana Vinokur (17:49) Was someone assigned to priority house, Michigan that rosters to make sure, can we update that in medallion to know what’s pending I gave?

Amy Barfield (18:05) It to the team I’ll confirm today, who is assigned to it and like an eta when that’ll be.

Svetlana Vinokur (18:11) Updated. Okay. Because that would be important because if we’re missing something we need to like go back ASAP, right?

Svetlana Vinokur (18:25) Okay.

La Toya Pough (18:33) And.

Amy Barfield (18:34) the paramount only had one in Michigan that was client owned, and I switched that to medallion. All the others were medallion.

Svetlana Vinokur (18:42) Okay. So maybe we’ll stop it, but kind of right. Give.

Lori Durkin (18:45) me one second. Okay?

Lori Durkin (18:56) Well, don’t hold up the call. I’ll get it to you. I’m just saying it’s running. Okay. So, Amy?

Svetlana Vinokur (19:03) I think Latoya has a couple of outstanding requests for access… if we can get.

Amy Barfield (19:12) Those I emailed.

La Toya Pough (19:13) You this morning and then we corresponded back and forth about Georgia and what’s.

Amy Barfield (19:21) it was it Illinois, Georgia and… Massachusetts?

La Toya Pough (19:29) Massachusetts?

Svetlana Vinokur (19:30) Yeah. I sent an email to Massachusetts person that I have to ask her kind of what, how to get the portal access and all of that. So, hopefully she also responds to me, okay?

Amy Barfield (19:41) Yeah. The link you shared me was like a self service, so you can check like status, but I understand what you’re saying now is you need portal access to see what’s processing and how?

Svetlana Vinokur (19:51) It’s yeah, yeah, yeah, exactly. Exactly. So I want to get.

Amy Barfield (19:56) I sent it to Amanda Latoya who was on our call. Well, Carrie, were you on the call? I’m these weeks are merging together last week on our portal call. Yes, Amanda, that was on the call. I forwarded it to her so that she can work on getting that for you.

Svetlana Vinokur (20:11) Okay. And,

La Toya Pough (20:12) did I need another state for Michigan? But, I mean, excuse me for medicaid… but I need to figure out, which is the other, another access that I need? Okay, right away?

Amy Barfield (20:28) Yep. Just send me an email and I’ll… send that to Amina.

La Toya Pough (20:33) Okay. Amy.

Carrie Reding (20:35) I sent an email this morning. I’m a little concerned, dr hodgie Matthews and Islam, it looks like dr Islam and hodgie. They’re.

Carrie Reding (20:53) what does it say here? Their application got stopped?

Amy Barfield (21:00) For which payment blue?

Carrie Reding (21:02) Cross blue shield? Yeah.

Amy Barfield (21:05) Which state?

Carrie Reding (21:07) Illinois? Okay? Illinois, blue cross, these have been pending since like April and may and they’ve been resubmitted. And now there’s a note that says, regarding the reason they’re emailing the payer regarding the reason for closure on dr Matthews. So I’m not sure why they closed it, but I mean, these are kind of like, I don’t even know what to do. They’re kind of a big deal.

Amy Barfield (21:32) Yeah. And it didn’t specify the reason for closure?

Carrie Reding (21:36) They said follow up in two weeks, but I kind of really need these to like move like a little bit quicker than that. Okay? Because we have, I mean, honestly, all of the Illinois, I don’t think any of our Illinois providers are enrolled with blue cross blue shield.

Svetlana Vinokur (21:57) Well, they should, because our group is right?

Carrie Reding (22:02) For Theoria, well.

Svetlana Vinokur (22:05) I know for complex care is for sure. Yeah.

Carrie Reding (22:08) No, this is still for Theoria. We’re still having issues with that. Yeah, I think haji is, but he’s pinning the lines of business and they also put a note on there. We’ll follow up in two weeks and they didn’t close it out just to get his lines of business. But the other ones, it looks like they closed out the whole entire request.

Svetlana Vinokur (22:31) Well, I mean, that goes back to that goes back to kind of, I think we need to have… kind of a process of them closing denied. So there needs to be, right? Because like this, the whole hop thing as well in Michigan. Oh, no.

Carrie Reding (22:47) This is the payer that closed the request that’s even more concerning. Yeah, the payer closed it, which I’m really more concerned with… because if we have to start over again, I mean, it’s this is well.

Svetlana Vinokur (23:01) We’re not going to start over with Theoria. Yeah. But can you see if, are they enrolled under complex care?

Carrie Reding (23:12) It’s pinning the group enrollment, I believe.

Svetlana Vinokur (23:16) The groups should be done.

Carrie Reding (23:19) Yeah, but I don’t think the providers are, hang on. Let me pull up.

Svetlana Vinokur (23:23) Illinois am, at least should be done.

Amy Barfield (23:28) Complex care for Islam.

Amy Barfield (23:34) Currently showing in progress for additional training?

Carrie Reding (23:39) Yeah, the group may be done, but the group’s been done for Theoria hadn’t it for a while though, too, and they’re still not enrolled.

Svetlana Vinokur (23:46) No, it just happened recently. Okay?

Carrie Reding (23:50) Yeah. Their complex care is still enrolled and processed. Dr haji. Let me look at his. I think they’re still in process.

Carrie Reding (24:05) Yeah, they’re it’s still in process?

Amy Barfield (24:12) So, you’re saying, okay, so if the application is closed by blue cross blue shield of Illinois, you still want us to proceed? I?

Svetlana Vinokur (24:20) Want to understand what’s happening first, kind of like, right? Like, so, like, but we need to get at least one group enrolled.

Amy Barfield (24:28) You.

Svetlana Vinokur (24:29) know for them and midwesth,

Carrie Reding (24:33) is still pinning the group for Illinois? It looks like for dr haji. So.

Svetlana Vinokur (24:40) Yeah, M is done, but H is not, but it’s also done what’s haji’s, last name?

Carrie Reding (24:45) That’s his last name? Isn’t it? Haji, H a DJI.

Amy Barfield (24:50) okay.

Carrie Reding (24:51) It’s narahan haji. But,

Svetlana Vinokur (24:55) but Amy, even the M is not done with all the L o L o B’s.

Amy Barfield (25:02) lines of business. Yeah. On the group. Yeah.

Svetlana Vinokur (25:07) Yeah. So… but,

Carrie Reding (25:11) I’ve been following up on these every week on our pod calls. And like I said, then I saw that they went the applications closed and I’m like it’s not good. So, okay.

Amy Barfield (25:22) I’ll look into that. Okay. Thank you.

Svetlana Vinokur (25:26) Any update… on the hap thing that was denied?

Amy Barfield (25:33) The hap, H a P.

Amy Barfield (25:37) No, I’ll get you an update today though. Okay. Okay.

Svetlana Vinokur (25:58) And is there a way, so blue cross blue shield, North Carolina, I… do have confirmation that the groups are done. I think I forwarded that to you guys, but is there a way to pull the rosters? Give me one second here. Just give me one second.

Lori Durkin (27:28) Do you have some Michigan for paramount here? Just one facility, but,

Svetlana Vinokur (27:41) okay. So,

Lori Durkin (27:45) we got, you know, what? Let me throw in the provider. So we know who we’re dealing with here. Give me one second and we got 346 claims and 26 and 79 patients already with this paramount in Michigan.

Svetlana Vinokur (27:59) Okay. So we need them to.

Amy Barfield (28:02) It looks like, yeah.

Lori Durkin (28:03) Just one, it’s just hickory ridge of temperance. Seems to be the only one we have at the moment, Sean mercer, Tracy, Perry and Vanita yesko, here. I’ll get you guys a screenshot.

Svetlana Vinokur (28:19) No, no, not the.

Lori Durkin (28:20) Wrong one. Sorry, scratch that. Looking at the wrong thing, I’ll get it to you.

Svetlana Vinokur (28:26) Okay. Maybe if, you know, get it to me, let’s see because maybe I can go to that paramount Ohio person and ask her. Yeah, cool. Okay.

Svetlana Vinokur (28:41) So, my question was so on blue cross, blue shield, North Carolina. Is there a way for us to pull rosters who is enrolled? Because I know that the groups are, but I don’t know whether they added the providers or not for Theoria. No, no, no. For complex cares.

Amy Barfield (29:00) I’m not seeing that they’re enrolled. They.

Svetlana Vinokur (29:04) Are Amy, I personally worked on it? Oh, okay. Yeah. And I actually forwarded the email to, I think everyone.

Amy Barfield (29:17) Yeah. Let me make a note of that. Yeah.

Svetlana Vinokur (29:20) So, I sent an email on the second I copied you, but I also sent it to help at medallion.

Svetlana Vinokur (29:33) So, I know groups are enrolled. I just don’t know if there’s a way to pull the rosters. I sent her an email back asking her how to get the roster but I don’t know, would it be in the evalid or not the roster? I?

Amy Barfield (29:51) Don’t know some states do, and then some don’t so I’ll have.

Svetlana Vinokur (29:57) That Gary, do you have access to evalid to see? I do. Okay. So, can you pull like complex… cares for North Carolina and see the rosters?

Amy Barfield (30:09) Mid atlantic… and midwestern? Yeah.

Svetlana Vinokur (30:14) So, because we need to, since we have all the contracts, I got to see medicare contracts as well.

Svetlana Vinokur (30:23) And that’s the one that also, we need to get Latoya, right? Healthy blues. You’re going to call today to get the medicaid going?

Amy Barfield (30:35) Are you telling me or no?

Svetlana Vinokur (30:38) Latoya? Okay. We’re just going to do it ourselves. Okay?

Amy Barfield (30:44) Now, what rosters for North Carolina? You said?

Svetlana Vinokur (30:48) For complex care?

Amy Barfield (30:52) Mid atlantic and midwestern, mid.

Svetlana Vinokur (30:54) Atlantic or midwestern? Okay. You know, that email I sent out on four two. Yeah. So we have both commercial and blue medicare contract for midwestern and the same for mid atlantic age.

Svetlana Vinokur (31:31) Okay. So, Kansas, we’re still working kind of, we need to get all the providers credential before they give us contract. I think we have three left. So we’re working… on that.

Svetlana Vinokur (31:54) So, and Amy, we really need to get medicaid’s like this, Missouri, Kentucky.

Svetlana Vinokur (32:03) Illinois and Georgia, right? That’s the kind of the big ones.

Amy Barfield (32:08) That we still?

Svetlana Vinokur (32:15) And Latoya, did you get access to Indiana medicaid?

Svetlana Vinokur (32:24) You’re on mute? I cannot hear you on mute.

Amy Barfield (32:33) Latoya, you’re on mute? Can you repeat your question? I’m sorry, I went to the restroom.

Svetlana Vinokur (32:40) The Indiana medicaid, do you have access… those?

Lori Durkin (32:46) Are the ones that go by each physical address?

Amy Barfield (32:52) I don’t.

Amy Barfield (33:09) no, I do not have access to it.

Svetlana Vinokur (33:14) Jamie, she needs access to medicaid, Indiana for complex cares.

Svetlana Vinokur (33:24) And then Latoya was asking kind of you’re going to call healthy blues, North Carolina to start the application today, right? For midwest air and atlantic age.

Amy Barfield (33:35) It’s on my own to do it. Okay?

Amy Barfield (33:47) Added it to your list. Latoya. Thank you. Okay?

Svetlana Vinokur (33:53) On medicaid, Wisconsin, Carrie, do we need anything from? No?

Amy Barfield (33:59) They’ve already picked up the request to add the NP groups. So, I have some time this afternoon. I’m going to work on it, getting the pin letters set up for complex care. The one that we’ve got completed. Okay?

Svetlana Vinokur (34:15) Okay. Well, it sounds good. So, Amy, like it’s really, I don’t know, I can emphasize enough. We need to figure out blue cross blue shield of Michigan. Yeah, for both Theoria and complex cares, right? And then medicaid and blue cross blue shields for complex cares. Like we really need to get more of that done. Okay?

Amy Barfield (34:44) I will tell them that as priority this week. Okay. All right. Sounds good. Any sales from anyone? No, I just want to clarify real quick. I have a North Carolina roster. So, are you needing something else?

Svetlana Vinokur (35:03) No, Carrie, I need to know whether, who is right now enrolled? Okay. Right? Thanks. So we don’t know we don’t know, but you were able.

Amy Barfield (35:14) To pull that from availability… Carrie, you were able to pull that from availability? No, no, no. I had a roster that I ran from health team advantage a while back. So, yeah, no, but.

Svetlana Vinokur (35:25) But the first, I need, we need to know who is enrolled and then compare it to who should be, and then make sure who is missing. Okay. Me, see, because I know I got group enrolled. Now we need to work on the providers and Amy in medallion. Is it medallion owned or?

Amy Barfield (35:48) For North Carolina? Yeah, right now, it’s on hold rather than the, so it’s still medallion old. So we’ll just pull it off so which?

Svetlana Vinokur (35:57) Is fine. You can keep it medallion updated but the groups are done, right? And now we just need to make sure all the providers are, yep.

Amy Barfield (36:04) For sure. Okay. Yeah, I’ll see if I can pull it. Yeah.

Svetlana Vinokur (36:09) I was just wondering if you can pull it to make it easier. Yeah.

Amy Barfield (36:14) For availability, do you know who was processing the providers in availability? Because we’ve had to build and process them in availability. It was incomplete. That’s what I’m trying to tell you.

Svetlana Vinokur (36:32) For North Carolina?

Amy Barfield (36:35) Yes, for the group, oh.

Svetlana Vinokur (36:39) I don’t know. So here’s what happened, medallion was working on blue cross blue shield, North Carolina. The payer had a question reached out to me. I worked with her directly to get the contracts done. Okay? So maybe medallion needs to look at what they were doing, Amy and the validity for that group?

Amy Barfield (37:01) Yeah, that was probably prior to you taking it over. Okay?

Svetlana Vinokur (37:09) So, is that, do we need to do something on the validity now?

Amy Barfield (37:14) I don’t know. No, no, it’s been completed. That was something that I started.

Amy Barfield (37:30) Okay.

Svetlana Vinokur (37:31) So, you’re going to, we need to move those, we need to move those from whole to complete and then see, we need to find out on the providers. Yep, we can do that.

Amy Barfield (37:45) Clear on that. Okay?

Svetlana Vinokur (37:47) Thank you. Everyone. Okay. Yeah.

Amy Barfield (37:48) Have a good one. All right. Thank you. Take care.
