Naomi Denson (00:00) hello, morning.

Naomi Denson (00:10) Let me let them in Tracy, Vicki, Heather, Sandy?

Naomi Denson (00:20) Hi, everyone.

Tracy Sanders (00:22) Hey, good morning.

13406900810 (00:23) Hello?

Tracy Sanders (00:24) Good.

Naomi Denson (00:24) Morning. How’s everyone doing today?

13406900810 (00:29) Good. How are you?

Naomi Denson (00:31) Doing good… Sandy?

Naomi Denson (00:43) Okay. Let’s jump right in here. Just want to check in on Vicki, that SRS peer references, bumped up… the email today from Adalee with corrections needed for us to get that imported. Have you had a chance to look at that yet?

13406900810 (01:00) I sent an email back already to you. Okay?

Naomi Denson (01:03) I’ve been in a call for the last hour, so I haven’t seen my email. Adalee. Did you see that there it is. Let’s see.

13406900810 (01:14) Basically, I don’t have any of that information. So, is there any way we can just upload what we have?

13406900810 (01:31) Adalee, and then we can have the doctors fill in the rest when they get in there.

Adalee Arreola (01:39) Unfortunately, we do have like a hard requirement on these. Is there like any information that you can add like profession?

Adalee Arreola (01:53) I mean, the more information that you can give the like better… so that we can try and start getting some of these in. But yeah, we do have, I.

13406900810 (02:03) Mean, I can look again, but I think, I mean… right now, I’m just going into each one’s account and adding them in there is.

Tracy Sanders (02:16) This for the SRS guys. Yeah, correct. I’ve actually had a meeting with the SRS team and we’re trying to pull some other people in as well. That may have additional information. So more to come. I’ve got a big meeting with that team again in the morning and we’ll know a little bit more… and hopefully get some more hands on it too.

Naomi Denson (02:44) Yeah, just let us know. And then we’d be happy to import that. But like Adalee said, we do have hard requirements for the import to work. Yeah. So we will keep an eye on that, and then wanted to check in on the, speaking of the SRS providers. Have we identified those providers or that we’re going to enable for caqh management? I believe it was just the SRS providers that we’re doing that for?

Tracy Sanders (03:15) Yeah. And that’s part of the project that we’re working on between today and tomorrow?

Naomi Denson (03:20) Okay. I.

Tracy Sanders (03:21) think we’ll be going in and checking those boxes for those guys as we move along.

Naomi Denson (03:26) Okay. So, okay. So you guys will own that? Yep.

Naomi Denson (03:34) Perfect. And then just wanted to touch on submitting… requests. Your first request for either reappointments or initial appointments? Do we have a timeline on that? I know I had asked in a previous email if you guys could give us at least a choice? Yeah.

13406900810 (03:50) I already, I sent you guys an email saying because I added you as a user or Daniel, what’s… his name, friend, Daniel, friend and the email to put you on, put him on as a user for all the reappointments at uf health. He should have gotten those invitations today. Okay? And I’m going in there and I requested one so far and I’m working on the list but I requested, I hope I did it, right? Dr… Alvarez?

Naomi Denson (04:33) Yes, I see it in here for reappointment at uf health, flagler, hospital. Okay? So I did it, right? Yes, the appointment request is in there. So we are officially live with hospital applications with our first request in there. I will look for the email regarding… that and make sure to flag it to our team so that we can make sure that the user you said user assigned. Okay. All right. I will make sure that our team is aware that you are officially starting to submit requests. There. Any other questions about the submission process?

13406900810 (05:14) I have submitted four other requests for licenses. Not sure if you got those.

Naomi Denson (05:20) Yes. I looked this morning and I saw that there were nine requested, four on medallion processing, one that needs client attention. And then I saw the note on the.

Naomi Denson (05:37) The questions log tracker about the task being tasked to the provider. I did flag that to our intake team and licensing teams to make sure that they’re tasking to you all only. But I do see the licensing requests that are in here. Looks like there are still nine sitting in requested. I’m not sure if these… were generated with the auto renewal or… medallion processing. These are the four that… provider profiles are complete enough to begin work and have been assigned for submission.

13406900810 (06:25) What does it mean? There’s like on some of my providers, there’s a little triangle there. See next to dr Boz?

Naomi Denson (06:34) Yes, that means that there is a task?

13406900810 (06:37) But I go in there and I don’t understand what the task is.

Naomi Denson (06:44) They need the continuing education, how?

13406900810 (06:48) Did you click on that to see that? Oh.

Naomi Denson (06:52) Yes. So if you click on the red triangle?

13406900810 (06:59) Yeah. Here. Well, OK, I clicked on the red triangle and then nothing happened.

Naomi Denson (07:06) And then it says,

13406900810 (07:08) do I have to click on the outstanding task part?

Naomi Denson (07:11) Yes. So you hover over, click one task outstanding and then it will take you to the provider’s profile in their overview tab here and you see all of their tasks here. Anything in ready is something that is still pending a response from you all. So it’ll give you an explanation.

13406900810 (07:28) And how did you open that? How did you just open that? I?

Naomi Denson (07:31) Just clicked in? You can click anywhere in the body of the task. Okay. So anywhere on this line will open it up.

13406900810 (07:39) Huh. And.

Naomi Denson (07:41) Then this, it has the explanation of what the task is for what we’re still needing?

13406900810 (07:46) Okay. But those are in there… he’s got six, what is it? It’s 60 hours every two years. 30 must be real neural cycle beginning. He has that information in there.

Naomi Denson (08:09) Let’s see. So you have this in here, right? Which?

13406900810 (08:16) Proves that he’s completed. So why would I get that task? Let’s see or he’d get that task? I should say he got it.

Naomi Denson (08:24) So, this was updated. April sixth. The task was set, April sixth. So it looks like it was added the same day. So I don’t know if this task was created before that information was added, but you just need to mark it as complete so that our team knows that they can go back in and look for that information there. So you can see in the provider’s profiles, just let’s see… Adalee.

Naomi Denson (09:00) So if you go into the provider’s profiles on any of these, you see a task that was created on a certain day and you’re looking at the record of what they’re asking for. You have this link here that shows when the last change was made. So you can see there was a change made the same day the task was set. So it likely was done in passing with each other. So just make sure that it’s.

13406900810 (09:22) okay. Can you check dr Alvarez?

13406900810 (09:33) There’s seven different tasks in there and I’m like what… Is all that?

Naomi Denson (09:43) Yeah. So certain states when you, when a request is made for a certain like certain states that we have… automated tasks for. So as soon as you request that state license type, etc, it will automatically create tasks for you. So it’s looking through the profile there’s print scan required for North Carolina. Let’s see… which request does he have? Yeah. So each task is related to a different state.

13406900810 (10:20) Oh, lord. So I have to click on each one of them to find out what is needed.

Naomi Denson (10:27) No. So when you’re looking at the provider’s profile under license requests, you can see the Georgia license. If you click this collapse button, it’ll show you which ones are tied to that request.

13406900810 (10:39) Now, he already also has his cmes in there, I believe.

Naomi Denson (10:54) Yeah. So it looks like those were also added on April six.

13406900810 (11:02) And that was dated for 14 though. Oh, that’s the due date. Oh, oh, okay. Yeah.

Naomi Denson (11:13) So this is just different tasks for things that, so these are requirements for that are not provided in their profile. That will be a requirement on the licensing application. Okay?

13406900810 (11:28) But you don’t have it required in the profile? So… technically, the profile isn’t done because if these are stuff that’s required for a license, it should be required.

13406900810 (11:48) I think, let me see when uploading cme. I just feel like we have to keep going back in there and adding things after we’ve asked the doctor to complete it, thinking it’s completed. Now, we’re going to have to go back and ask them for a site. Wait. I’ve never had to do that before… when uploading the cmes. How far back do you want? Do you just want two years worth or?

Naomi Denson (12:11) Yeah. So it’ll tell you in the task. So it just needs to be the current cmes within every two years meeting the requirements for the state. And if you hover over when you make a, let me see when you make a licensing request or are going to or even on the existing licenses… if you hover over the state, it’ll show you the cme requirements for. Okay, it doesn’t do it for, let’s see why isn’t this?

Naomi Denson (12:52) Okay. It shows it on the existing license. So it’ll show you the description and the cme and the requirements for the license type. Yeah, we just need the current cmes that are applicable to that request. So if it’s done within the last two years, then yes, we just need that. We don’t need all historical cme requirements… completions.

13406900810 (13:24) Can you look at dr goudy’s? South Carolina license is?

Naomi Denson (13:29) It a request that’s in process?

13406900810 (13:32) No, it’s one that I changed the date of the expiring date and it was changed. And then for some reason, it was changed back by some sort of upgrade… like verification. But then I tried to go in and change it and it says it already exists. So if you go down to that South Carolina one that’s expired, it’s really not expired. And if you look at the history of.

Naomi Denson (14:20) This one shows six 30 25… yeah, but it shows that this verification was pulled on March 20 fourth.

13406900810 (14:33) And when did I change it?

Naomi Denson (14:42) South Carolina? It’s like March 20 fourth. You updated it to 20 27.

13406900810 (14:53) Which, and I just verified it again today on my other system and it’s active to the 20 to six 30 27. And that’s what I changed it to. And then it has an MD when it should have a do as the license type. So, I went in there and I try to edit and it’s saying, it won’t accept it because there’s already an active license in there. So, first of all, why did it get changed? Second of all?

13522744714 (15:25) Like let’s,

Naomi Denson (15:27) see, is this the correct number? Yes.

Naomi Denson (15:52) Do you have a copy of the verification from the board that… Can you send that over to me and I can look into it? So you tried to change it from this way you went to edit?

13406900810 (16:06) Yeah, And I changed it. I changed it to odo, I changed the inactive to active and I changed the date to seven… 20 27.

Naomi Denson (16:25) And then do you upload a file?

13406900810 (16:28) No, no. And then I try to say save and it’s telling me that it won’t save because there’s already an existing one. If you go to how to say save.

13522744714 (16:43) Does it?

13406900810 (16:47) Say that for you? I tried it at least five times.

Naomi Denson (16:54) Yeah. If you, if you come across issues like that, send it over to our.

13406900810 (17:00) Support team. Well, I was going to, but then I figured that we’re having our meeting today, yeah.

Naomi Denson (17:04) Yeah, the sooner, yeah, I don’t know why it was having that issue. But usually, if like you send it over to me or to support team, we can try to recreate the.

13406900810 (17:15) Error. No. If you try to run that verification… again?

Naomi Denson (17:24) It should run. Let’s.

13406900810 (17:26) see, can you run a manual? No?

Naomi Denson (17:33) That’s another question. It’s pending right now. So it should.

13522744714 (17:38) Did.

13406900810 (17:38) it automatically do that when you changed it or did, do you have to request that?

Naomi Denson (17:42) No, I didn’t trigger anything. I just refreshed my screen.

13406900810 (17:47) Okay. But if we wanted to like verify something, can we auto verify by manual process like… huh? Oh, verify manually there it is.

Naomi Denson (18:01) Yeah, that’s usually it’s.

13406900810 (18:06) not available on Twitter.

Naomi Denson (18:07) Yeah, I or auto, it would verify automatically if it’s manually, it’s going to flag to our teams to do the verification. So, yep… so there it is. Now, it’s verified.

13406900810 (18:25) So, that was kind of weird too like why it reverted back.

Naomi Denson (18:31) Yeah, I’m not.

13406900810 (18:32) Sure. On the same exact day, everything seems to be on the same exact day that I do this.

Naomi Denson (18:38) Yeah. If you see any issues like that again, just let us know we can try to recreate it or see if there’s any kind of bug but, or you can, you know, show us exactly what you’re doing, so we can try to figure out what the issue is, but it’s worked now.

13522744714 (18:55) All right. Thank you. Can you go back to licenses?

13522744714 (19:10) The system is very slow.

13406900810 (19:15) Always so.

13522744714 (19:16) All of these like edelstein, rodriguez and Tuttle. They all have the red circle, but they’ve all told me they have completed sign off. They’re.

Naomi Denson (19:29) still missing some disclosure questions, answers?

13406900810 (19:31) It’s missing other things. It’s not necessarily just the signature, the signing of the agreement.

13522744714 (19:39) If you go into edelstein, it says he’s missed dr. Edelstein says he’s missing a disclosure question. But when you look at those questions, they all seem to be answered.

Naomi Denson (19:56) For the universal. So there are state specific questions for certain states. So you have to toggle between the two.

13406900810 (20:03) Oh, I never saw that. Oh, okay.

Naomi Denson (20:11) Yeah, any states that have state specific questions will have a separate tab.

13406900810 (20:16) Okay. Now, I didn’t have that on mine. I have therefore, if they have a Georgia license or… a Georgia Dea, or, what is the disclosures for? Yeah, it’s for.

Naomi Denson (20:29) Yeah. If they have a state specific license for Georgia or I think Colorado has them?

13406900810 (20:36) So, it might be for just the Dea. Does he have a Dea, Georgia Dea or something here’s?

13522744714 (20:42) My question with this, it’s the license that is to be renewed, is North Carolina, but you’re saying he has to answer the Georgia questions for that to trigger the North Carolina license renewal. I see… or will that automatically? No?

Naomi Denson (21:04) Yeah. So this was just requested today. Looks like it was just requested today. So our intake team will pick it up. So if it’s North Carolina, they shouldn’t need to answer anything here. It’s over 99 percent complete. So, if they look at this and see that it’s a Georgia question, they’re not, they’ll still, the intake team will still pick it up and review. And if it is something that’s missing that we need, they’ll task out for it. But if it’s a Georgia question for a North Carolina license, they’re not going to make him answer that to process the North Carolina request. Now, this one riser is only at 68 percent.

Naomi Denson (21:42) So it’s going to sit and request it until it’s at least 85 percent before our intake team will pick it up.

13406900810 (21:49) But,

Naomi Denson (21:50) these should get picked up and reviewed by our intake team. Like this one is being flagged for Ohio login, but it’s for a North Carolina license. So we’re not going to require this to be provided for us to process this.

Naomi Denson (22:17) Any other questions there?

17276927774 (22:22) Well, there’s still the caqh agreement. It’s like they’re forced to agree to it.

Naomi Denson (22:30) They’re not, so I explained to deb and I don’t know who that was. That was speaking. So it’s in their profile.

Naomi Denson (22:43) But you can see this provider did not sign it. They skipped it. So they are not forced to sign it.

17276927774 (22:52) Oh, so you could save it and not sign it? Okay? Yep. So.

Naomi Denson (22:56) This one’s showing it’s complete, but there’s no signature on this one. It is, it is optional… but like I mentioned earlier.

17276927774 (23:05) A couple, a couple of mine that went on, I guess they said, well, there’s no word that says don’t and so they clicked on it. So how do you go in now and say not to do caqh? Yeah.

Naomi Denson (23:19) So, I mentioned in my email this morning that even if they sign that agreement, unless this box is checked, we’re not touching their caqh… there will be no requests to our caqh team to work it. Okay? So it doesn’t matter if they accidentally.

17276927774 (23:37) Signed… and clicked agree on that. It’s okay?

Naomi Denson (23:42) Yeah. We’re not going to do anything unless you’ve enabled this here.

13406900810 (23:47) Perfect because it.

Naomi Denson (23:48) Generates a request in here. If it’s been enrolled. So, these are the ones that accidentally got enabled that I stopped. There, is this one that looks like it’s set up to do? Is this an issue or an error?

13406900810 (24:00) That’s an error. Okay?

Naomi Denson (24:03) I’ll cancel that one.

13406900810 (24:08) Okay. Thank you. Yeah.

Naomi Denson (24:10) I’ll cancel that one. But unless they are checked off for that box, our caqh team will not see it. They’re not going to work it just because they signed that agreement.

13406900810 (24:22) Deb, is Malcolm Williamson, one of yours?

Naomi Denson (24:26) Yes, that’s.

13406900810 (24:27) a caq management request as well. It.

Naomi Denson (24:31) Stopped it stopped it.

13406900810 (24:34) No. Okay. Now, where is that? Where’s? That little box? I don’t see those little boxes in the.

Naomi Denson (24:42) Provider, the providers tab under directory, all the way to the right?

13406900810 (24:48) I have, I’m in the directory. I’m all the way over to the right check.

Naomi Denson (24:55) Your settings and make sure you don’t hide.

13406900810 (24:57) It, oh, God, it’s the very last one. Okay. Yeah, it’s all.

Naomi Denson (24:58) The way to the right, the very last box.

13406900810 (25:01) Oh, all right. Okay.

Naomi Denson (25:10) I did see. So as of this morning, there were 141 providers that invited 109 had accepted their invitation and 42 of them have no profile action required. Meaning they have no tasks and they, their profiles are complete. So, even if a provider’s profile is 100 percent complete, they’re not going to show no profile action required. If there’s a task, I just wanted to show you how you can look at that here. So you can filter in the provider directory, so you can filter by 100 percent complete, but it’ll still show you providers that might have tasks. So 100 percent complete. These are all 100 percent complete here, but there’s still a disclosure question missing. Oh, that just updated. This one has a task. So you can see 100 percent complete profile action required. Why didn’t I filter that out? Why is it doing that?

Naomi Denson (26:25) There we go. It did not save me. It didn’t save me. Hold on.

Naomi Denson (26:41) Well, he doesn’t like me. Yeah. So you can see all of the providers here that still have profile action needed. So signing the agreements looks to be a majority.

Naomi Denson (27:00) So, you guys are doing good though, getting all of your active providers invited, see if there’s anybody that has not been invited yet. So, there’s 45 providers in here that have not yet been invited. So just keep that on your radar. I know you guys are slowly working through these but made good progress. So far there… we’ve got our first request in.

13406900810 (27:25) Deb. It looks like all yours seem to have a caq caqh management request.

Naomi Denson (27:35) What was that? Deb?

13406900810 (27:38) When I go kind of go down like just providers, I see caqh… management on a lot of ocala docs. Those were all asked to be taken off. So I’m not sure why you’re seeing them. I’m still seeing Williamson on that page. How long does it take to remove that request?

Naomi Denson (28:03) I have to do it on the back end. So I haven’t done it yet because I’m hijacked as an admin user. So it won’t, let me do it until I release this.

13406900810 (28:12) Oh, so it doesn’t automatically remove it once you request it to.

Naomi Denson (28:17) Stop… it will here.

Naomi Denson (28:26) Let me see.

13522744714 (28:30) So, where are you seeing that Vicki? So I can double check all these because I should have.

13406900810 (28:36) I’m on the provider tab. I didn’t put anybody’s name in search and I’m just kind of scrolling down.

13522744714 (28:44) Okay. But I don’t oh, I got to go way the heck over here.

13406900810 (28:51) I’m looking under requests if that’s the right section. I’m supposed to be looking yeah.

Naomi Denson (28:57) So even I think I’d explained once before, even if I’ve disabled. So under requests, if there were caqh management requests made, it’s still going to show here even though it’s not turned on in the checkbox over.

13406900810 (29:16) Here, but if.

Naomi Denson (29:17) you refresh now, so I filtered by devs, the ocala providers, I turned off Alexis’s so none of these providers are checked, it still says it because they were at one point, but they’re turned off.

13522744714 (29:34) So, there’s no way to get rid of the.

13406900810 (29:37) Caqh management box.

13522744714 (29:39) So, nobody gets confused.

Naomi Denson (29:43) Unfortunately, no, it will stay there because there was a request made at some point, but you can see here that they were all stopped. So we didn’t touch any of them. So.

13522744714 (29:55) Vicki that’s incorrect information on there then?

13406900810 (29:59) Okay. Sorry, I just thought since it was there, it meant that it was requested. It’s there, yeah.

13522744714 (30:06) Well, that’s when I thought I was doing it right? And wasn’t but if you go all the way over to caqh management, you.

13406900810 (30:16) Can see the box is clearly.

13522744714 (30:18) Not marked and.

Naomi Denson (30:21) If you all are worried about accidentally enabling that, what I’m going to recommend, if you know that you’re not going to be turning any of your providers on in your view, click the settings here and hide that button so you can’t accidentally click it. So now it’s gone and you can’t enable it.

13406900810 (30:40) Yeah. But then we can’t see whether it’s checked or it’s unchecked. You got to bring it back if somebody had requested it, but that’s not really true.

Naomi Denson (30:49) We’ll still be able to see it in the request tab if it says caqh management. And then you can release that. But just to prevent future providers from being enabled, that shouldn’t be and having to stop them and catch them, I would just hide that column so you can’t access it because it’s not going to check that box. You shouldn’t have to check that box like review it to.

13406900810 (31:10) See if it’s marked or not, right? And then when you went back into the provider… where did you see all the individual provider requests?

Naomi Denson (31:19) Under payers, caqh… management, oh, payers, oh, okay. Gotcha.

Naomi Denson (31:37) Right. And then I’m meeting with Heather this afternoon for payer enrollment, but Heather, do you have any questions right now?

13522744714 (31:47) No, ma’am, I’ll hit you up this afternoon.

Naomi Denson (31:49) All right. Perfect. Any other questions we’ve gotten live with hospital applications. I’ll be looking for those emails that you sent over for the delegate user access and sharing that out, flagging that to the team, let them know that you are up and running. Do we have an idea of how many more requests we have to submit for hospital applications or reappointments currently?

13406900810 (32:16) What do you mean? Can you show me how I gave you the list? I gave you the list of providers that I requested for.

13522744714 (32:26) In the email. Yep. Okay.

Naomi Denson (32:27) I haven’t seen the email yet. So I just wanted to, I just meant not like as a whole for everyone if we have, you know… and.

13406900810 (32:36) Then I also gave you an invite. You guys, I asked your team who wanted to be on a meeting for two new hospitals that we’re credentialing, yeah.

Naomi Denson (32:50) And I forwarded that to our privileging team. I’m waiting to hear back on them to see if that’s something that we need to take part in.

13522744714 (33:00) Can you show me how you request an application like that?

Naomi Denson (33:05) For the appointment? Yeah.

13406900810 (33:21) Hey, deb, are you doing doctors in the car? Is he part of your, is he considered okala?

13522744714 (33:30) He’s an imi doctor, but.

13406900810 (33:33) he’s like, yeah, I know, but is he considered under okala? Did you send him an invite?

13522744714 (33:41) He doesn’t really, he falls under okala, but I don’t do his stuff. So he does his own. He just got pulled in because he’s on our roster, I believe.

13406900810 (33:59) Right. So, are you, who’s going to work his profile? His?

13522744714 (34:06) Profile should be done. If not, I’ll go with him.

13406900810 (34:10) Yeah, it’s only at 62, okay?

13522744714 (34:13) But he’s one that’s not really going to use medallion because he is like out there on his own. He’s not critical at any hospital. He does his own license, does everything on his own including insurance and everything.

Naomi Denson (34:35) Okay. To request an appointment. So, from the privileging tab, you have this request button, initial appointment or reappointment, so, if it’s an initial appointment, you’ll select the provider… select the entity that they need an appointment at. If it’s you’re requesting an initial appointment, it will gray out any existing appointments that they already have… check if it’s a parent entity, you’ll select the child, any additional notes. And then on the privileges. So we don’t have dop forms for them. Mapped. So you won’t select them here. We’ll provide the privileges in their application that they’ll select from there. And then you hit submit.

13406900810 (35:26) So, these won’t automatically queue up for your team. No, we.

Naomi Denson (35:31) turned that off because you asked us not to initiate any reappointments on your behalf until you’ve requested them from us. So we turned off the automatic reappointment requests.

13406900810 (35:45) I requested mine and when I first put in, I changed the dates because this renewals like in August or something, right?

13406900810 (35:54) And when I went in and I didn’t think it took because when I put in, I changed the dates because it gave it like August first or something like that for the, you know, effective date and expiration date, I changed it and at first it reverted back, but I was, and then when I went in again, I noticed it did take it, but it didn’t take it at first, it didn’t look like it took it.

Naomi Denson (36:27) Which provider was that for?

13406900810 (36:30) Alvarez, the only one that’s requested, okay?

13406900810 (36:41) Al a LVE?

13406900810 (37:01) Yeah. The in progress one. So I… requested it… and I had changed, the dates of like when you go in to request a new one, you know, it gives an automatic date of like, yeah… those two dates I had to enter in manually because it gave it two other dates. Like it gave a start date of like eight something and a due date, but it’s due by may 20 first. And the deadline said something like 820 or something. I don’t know what it said. So I changed it. And when I tried to change, it kept wanting to revert back to like the 820 and I said save and it looked like it didn’t save or whatever. And then when I went back into the request, I said, OK, it is in there.

Naomi Denson (38:07) Yeah.

13406900810 (38:10) So it gave me some issues trying to change those two dates.

Naomi Denson (38:16) Yeah. So the reappointment start date. So based off of the, let me see like.

13406900810 (38:25) I wanted them to know that they could start today and it has to be done by may 20 first?

Naomi Denson (38:31) Yeah. So the way the system works, is it, so when you, when we imported your entities… is that dis, or do you know which it’s Daytona?

Naomi Denson (38:59) See. So it doesn’t have the appointment link or delegated in here.

13406900810 (39:06) Okay. That’s because they send us it and then they tell us when it is due, we don’t know that.

Naomi Denson (39:13) Yeah. So typically on.

13406900810 (39:15) The email that we get it tells us when it’s due by.

Naomi Denson (39:20) Yeah. So typically with appointments.

Naomi Denson (39:22) So what I’ve seen with hospitals, they have a specific appointment length, whether it’s two years, three years. So you put in the original effective date… it’s this. And then it’s a three year appointment. And then when it, if it were to auto request, it’s going to auto request us to start that 90 days ahead of time. I.

13406900810 (39:44) Believe, no, it wasn’t an auto. So when I’m saying.

Naomi Denson (39:48) that our system is set up. So, when you requested, it automatically plugged in the time frames from us on when it would have to be started in order to be completed by the next reappointment date, which technically would… be nine one. So, if it requested it like this is when it’s the deadline is to have it submitted, which?

13406900810 (40:13) Is something like eight something as the deadline, which that’s not 90 days?

13406900810 (40:26) Eight, something, it defaulted to something like eight, eight, one and 820 or something like that?

Naomi Denson (40:33) All right. Let me, let me do some digging in to see what the reappointment deadlines start in for reappointment, but.

13406900810 (40:42) I’m going to do another one right now for dr zeidenberg, the same exact thing for dr. Zeidenberg. I’m going to go in and do it if you want to try to do it on that one, you’re more than welcome to.

Naomi Denson (40:55) Yeah. Let me know when you’ve submitted that request and don’t change anything. So I can take a look at it first.

13406900810 (41:03) Okay. Unless you want to do it right now?

Naomi Denson (41:06) Yeah, that’s fine. He says zidenberg. ZI.

13406900810 (41:09) Yep. Z, IE… I mean, ZE, IZE, IZEI.

Naomi Denson (41:24) Which one are you requesting it to uf? Flagler?

13406900810 (41:27) Yep. Okay.

Naomi Denson (41:30) So, his date’s here, expiration. Eight one. Okay. So let me know when you’ve requested it.

13406900810 (41:44) Oh, you want me to do it right now?

Naomi Denson (41:47) Do you want to share your screen? Me? Yeah, as you’re making the request and we can walk through it together.

13406900810 (41:56) Sure. Let me, I don’t know why I do that. Let’s see where is it? Where’s the little thing where it says?

Naomi Denson (42:08) There’s a little arrow at the bottom of your zoom screen that says share.

13522744714 (42:13) Points.

Naomi Denson (42:13) Up, it’s like an up arrow and then you choose the screen that you want to share on your end?

13406900810 (42:23) All right. Can you see my screen? I can, okay. So we are this stupid thing’s in the way. Okay? Provider, oh, looks like you guys, why does it say that? Sometimes?

Naomi Denson (42:45) Looks like it says ZEI.

13406900810 (42:48) Helps if I spell his name, right?

Naomi Denson (42:58) So you can just go to the existing appointment tab. If you go back, hit, cancel, oh,

13406900810 (43:04) why do I need to do that? When, I,

Naomi Denson (43:07) just, it’s just another way that you can do it. So you don’t have to make all these selections. You would just find the existing appointment and request off of that specific one. But.

13406900810 (43:16) that’s not what I wanted. I was gonna, can we put a note in after?

Naomi Denson (43:22) I believe so. Yes.

13406900810 (43:30) Automatically put in this date which is not 90 days for the renewal date by.

Naomi Denson (43:38) Default privileges were pulled in from the existing appointments but can be edited. Reappointment process will begin on a start date and must be completed by the deadline. Yeah. So it’s automatically going to pull those in for that one. Let’s.

13406900810 (43:51) see, it looks like it’s only like 30 days or something. Okay?

Naomi Denson (43:55) Yeah, because that’s what, the contracted SLA is for you all. So it defaults to 30 days ahead of time, giving us 30 days to process the application.

13406900810 (44:11) See when I put, submit, see how it changed it right back. So, I thought it didn’t stay. Let’s see what it’s doing.

Naomi Denson (44:22) Yes, I saw it. Yeah, I saw it change it back.

13406900810 (44:27) So, then where do I go to, for privileges to know that it’s requested?

Naomi Denson (44:33) It shows it right there requested.

13406900810 (44:35) Oh, okay. What date does it give? See? It is the date that I put in, but it didn’t look like it, because when I put, submit it defaulted back to the entry date. So then I was like crap, it won’t stay.

Naomi Denson (44:51) Okay. So it didn’t change it on the actual request. It just looked like it changed it while you were making the request after you updated it. It.

13406900810 (44:59) Defaulted back. It shouldn’t.

Naomi Denson (45:02) Yeah, I don’t know why it does that. But as long as it’s.

13406900810 (45:07) displaying correctly. Yeah. But then you’ve got to check to make sure it did it like you shouldn’t have to worry that it didn’t change it. It should keep those dates in there when you say submit.

Naomi Denson (45:16) I can flag that to our product team just to let.

13406900810 (45:20) Her, know. Yeah, that would be good because that scares me. And then if I don’t remember to go like look back in that I, you know. So where would I put the note now?

Naomi Denson (45:34) So, click in notes right there. You see the notes column right there above your mouse to the left a little bit, it says you’re yeah, click right there. And then at the bottom, you can just say, add note.

13406900810 (45:49) Okay. Everything, does this little spinny thing? Okay?

13522744714 (45:58) So, if we have a hospital though that we do not get an email saying it’s time for you to renew, can we go in and just automatically set that for medallion to do? Because like governor Juan Lewis, they don’t send us anything. They told us. It’s on us to keep.

13406900810 (46:21) Track of that. Yeah, that’s.

Naomi Denson (46:24) typical.

13406900810 (46:27) Before we go in and set that.

13406900810 (46:34) There is a way.

Naomi Denson (46:43) Let me see. I saw it a minute ago.

Naomi Denson (46:52) Oh, I thought I saw it a minute ago. So, right now, I have all of your entities set to not auto request appointments. If you want any specific entity to auto request appointments, I can enable that on the back end. So you just let me know… which entities you do need us to auto, you know, initiate for. But based off of previous emails, you guys do not want us outreaching to any of your hospitals to initiate these processes. So, is that changing with certain entities where you don’t get a notification when it’s due?

13522744714 (47:40) Well, I believe the only one I know of is governor Juan Luis, and they also request that you provide the reappointment information like months ahead of time.

Naomi Denson (47:55) Yeah. So this would be helpful for us like context for us to have like in.

13406900810 (47:58) The, how many months do you think they should have her auto, do it like four months, three months? You only can do it three months, I think can’t do it more than three months?

13522744714 (48:09) I’ll reach out to her and get because.

13406900810 (48:11) I remember you doing one. You did one earlier quicker than three months and then you had to go back and redo it because she said that it just sits there. They don’t work it before three months. That would that.

13522744714 (48:23) Was Snyder, but I’ll reach out.

13406900810 (48:26) Oh, okay.

13522744714 (48:27) And I’ll let you know, yeah.

Naomi Denson (48:31) Let us know. And then this is where like the sops or processes that you have for certain entities would come in handy if you have nuances like that, where, you know, we can initiate these on our own, without having to, you know, await for you guys to give us the access or the instruction per entity? So, if you have anything documented as far as an sop or process for a specific hospital?

Naomi Denson (49:06) You’ll let us know that.

Naomi Denson (49:16) Any other questions in the last couple of minutes that I can help with?

13406900810 (49:26) So… just got two more tasks… I guess that little bell up on the top means I have a task.

13406900810 (49:48) If I review this, just looking at this, how would I know like the first task, who it belongs to without… clicking in it?

Naomi Denson (50:04) Let me see. So you’re looking in the overview tasks?

13406900810 (50:09) I see that little bell up on the top with the number three. If I click on there, it just says like how would I know who that belongs to or what that even means? Yeah.

Naomi Denson (50:23) This isn’t going to tell you without clicking into it. So I would just make sure you’re monitoring your tasks from the overview tab, so you can see the provider name… in this list. This is the notifications. But, I would just, I would monitor, make sure you’re monitoring tasks either through the overview tab or through the task summary in the analytics.

13406900810 (50:43) Now, it says some of them were assigned to the doctor. When did you change? Didn’t you just say when you opened, you said that we weren’t assigning to the provider, or are we assigning stuff to the provider?

Naomi Denson (50:58) Yeah, no. So they’re working on updating all of them. Looks like this one was just created. Yeah, it was just created. So let me flag them and tell them alert… them. I.

13406900810 (51:11) Only had one task in there a minute ago, and now I have three and I don’t to me, they look like all duplicates. I can’t distinguish what is, what? I’m my eyes aren’t accustomed to this viewing and it’s kind of like I’m getting very overwhelmed with this task stuff already and it’s only one provider. I have one, two or two providers there. I got like 10 tasks for one provider. I’m like I don’t even nine tasks for one provider and I’m like God, yeah, am I going to have like 20 tasks a day for people. So it.

Naomi Denson (51:54) Depends on the state and the request type. So like for licensing requests, you can see like.

13406900810 (52:02) For site licensing. But why does it say? What is demographics for CDC? What does that even mean this?

Naomi Denson (52:09) Is where we’re they’re asking for the… provider’s, demographic information. I’m not sure what CBC means?

13522744714 (52:21) Are they asking that on a renewal because I’ve never had to supply that for any state license. I.

13406900810 (52:32) Know they’re saying this is for what Georgia… no for?

13522744714 (52:39) A renewal? I don’t think so. Maybe if an initial on their fingerprints, but not for any renewal, so.

13406900810 (52:50) Even the review renewal application. Does that mean I have to review an application? Yeah, so.

Naomi Denson (53:00) The way that our licensing system works is our team completes the application. Typically, they would task it back to the provider to review the application before we submit it to the board. So we need, yeah, so renewal application review, take a look at the attached renewal application, confirm that it’s ready for submission. So we don’t submit anything to the board until the provider has signed off on the application itself. So.

13406900810 (53:30) If you click on that application, did you just click on it and it opens? What am I reviewing?

Naomi Denson (53:38) Here, it’s just being reviewed for accuracy… to make sure that nothing is changed and that everything is correct. Sometimes providers, you.

13406900810 (53:47) Know, might.

Naomi Denson (53:49) Update their profile or haven’t, updated their profile to be current. So we’re just making sure that everything in the application is signed off and attested by the provider before we submit to the board. Okay? So.

13406900810 (54:02) And if it’s not correct, where do I then go to say, right there? I say, can you change such and such?

Naomi Denson (54:12) So you, in the task you would select request application revision or you can ask a question or approve application?

13406900810 (54:20) Okay.

13406900810 (54:26) So, I.

13522744714 (54:27) have on my little bell up there, three, but those are all Vicki’s physicians. Yeah. So.

Naomi Denson (54:35) They don’t task to specific admins. It’s going to be, all admin tasks are going to be specified as org admin. They’re not, they can’t be tasked to a specific admin user. It’s just org admins. And then it identifies the provider. So if they’re not applicable to you, then obviously just Vicki would do those. But these notifications are, if any admin task is made and any admin user would get that notification.

13406900810 (55:05) So, now, how come I have two, what happened to the third?

Naomi Denson (55:08) You might have clicked on it or I might, I think I might have clicked on it. There. It is, it’s coming up. Now, you can see all here.

13406900810 (55:22) My eyes are not.

13406900810 (55:30) So,

13522744714 (55:33) you have a task here to verify all active and expired licenses are in medallion and report… any license in process.

Naomi Denson (55:49) Because that’s… part of the licensing skew. So it’s just saying review your licenses, make sure that because for our licensing product, we require all existing and current licenses… and inactive licenses be reported to us because I’m not sure. I don’t know the licensing. I don’t know the world very well, but that’s just one of our requirements to make sure that providers provide us information on all current and past licensure? Yes.

13406900810 (56:23) But why?

13522744714 (56:24) Would you even put that there? Unless, you know that there’s something missing? Wouldn’t that be there for every single physician then? Because I mean, it just seems a little odd that once we put that information now, you’re wanting us to verify it?

17276927774 (56:44) No, she’s just saying that’s just giving you a reminder to make sure you add all licenses current and past.

17276927774 (56:56) Just like a footnote.

Naomi Denson (57:05) Yeah, it’s just having you review and confirm. Sometimes this flag can come up.

13406900810 (57:12) And if we don’t have them in here, deb, we will have qgenda to go back in and make sure we didn’t miss any. It will just be as is.

Naomi Denson (57:26) Yeah. The tasks for licensing are meant to make sure that everything is being submitted correctly. So, we ask for a lot of, you know, review from usually the providers to make sure that we are compliant with the licensing board requirements before we submit any applications.

13522744714 (57:48) Okay. I just wondered why we’re having to go back and double check stuff. But, okay, thank you.

Naomi Denson (57:55) No problem.

Naomi Denson (57:56) All right. I do need to hop for another call. Any last minute comments or anything… for me before we drop?

13522744714 (58:13) Thanks, Naomi. Nope.

Naomi Denson (58:14) I just need.

13406900810 (58:15) to know if you guys want to be on that meeting because that meeting is going to be this week either tomorrow or the next day. Okay? And it is credentialing related and it has to do with their sop and everything… like that. So you guys will be responsible for doing all the new applications, I believe. And that’ll be like 60 of them.

Naomi Denson (58:40) Okay. Let me just check and see if anyone’s responded to me yet on availability for them to join that call and I will respond to your email.

13406900810 (58:51) Okay. I’ll put the times as well as what we’re thinking of.

13522744714 (58:58) Okay. There’s.

17276927774 (58:59) a meeting tomorrow?

13522744714 (59:03) Huh. There’s.

17276927774 (59:05) a meeting tomorrow?

13406900810 (59:06) Not for you, Sandy. Okay. Thank you. Alright?

Naomi Denson (59:11) You guys.

13406900810 (59:11) Have a good day. Unless you want to be on another meeting.

17276927774 (59:15) Bye. Thank you.

13406900810 (59:16) Thank.

Naomi Denson (59:17) you. Thanks everyone.

13406900810 (59:19) Okay. Thank you. Bye.

17276927774 (59:21) Bye bye.
