Mitchell Thompson (00:00) hello? Hi there. How are you? How’s it going? It’s going okay? That’s good. I’m doing alright as well.
Jane Edwards (00:11) There’s a lot of light shining on me?
Mitchell Thompson (00:14) You’re glowing. I,
Jane Edwards (00:16) know, I am glowing.
Mitchell Thompson (00:17) That’s normal. I’m assuming.
Jane Edwards (00:20) Oh, yeah. I glow all the time. I’m sitting in front of a window. Huh. Good lighting. So, the sun’s coming in. Yeah, that’s nice.
Mitchell Thompson (00:32) Keeps you alert during the day. Yeah.
Jane Edwards (00:36) I can watch the kids like go to school, come home from school. That’s nice.
Mitchell Thompson (00:42) I.
Jane Edwards (00:43) watch the kids go to school, come home from school. I watch the fedex drivers, you know, deliver stuff.
Mitchell Thompson (00:51) Little people watching Someone.
Jane Edwards (00:55) Orders chick fil a, about three days a week because they park outside my window.
Mitchell Thompson (01:03) There you go. So that’s it’s not chick fil a for me, but I’m sure. One of my neighbors probably says that about me as well that.
Jane Edwards (01:11) He’s ordered.
Mitchell Thompson (01:14) A lot of food, the cooking by yourself, you know?
Jane Edwards (01:18) Yeah, I understand. What do you order?
Mitchell Thompson (01:21) Just whatever’s around here depends typically some sort of like rice bowl.
Jane Edwards (01:28) I don’t order food, but I do go get the food, but I don’t order for delivery a lot where.
Mitchell Thompson (01:34) I’m at, I don’t have a car where I live, so, it’s like I just take all the money I would have paid for the car and put it into delivery.
Jane Edwards (01:43) Oh, okay. Yeah. So, how do y’all, get around? Do y’all, get around with a, where are you at Philadelphia?
Mitchell Thompson (01:50) I’m in Philadelphia. So, it’s my neighborhood’s super walkable. Like I have grocery stores and everything within five minutes. And then if I need to go further, I’ll either take the train or Uber. Yeah. So, it’s pretty easy. Okay. Well, that’s good. Yeah, are we still waiting for Susan? Do we know if she’s joining today?
Jane Edwards (02:10) She’s supposed to be, she was on the last meeting. Hang on. Let me.
Jane Edwards (02:19) Finner, note.
Jane Edwards (02:25) I went to Boston several years ago and, you know, you take the train a lot there, huh, although they called it a tram or something, huh. But it looked like a train for me. Yeah. But you’d have to walk down, to the state, you know, to where you caught it, and then get on. And there was a Guy who would ride with us, you know, he wasn’t part of our party. He just got, took the same train.
Mitchell Thompson (02:54) And every.
Jane Edwards (02:56) day he would ask us because my niece was going to college there and he would ask us where were we planning on going? And we would tell him and he would tell us places to eat or something else to look at around in that area or something, you know? And my, the one who was going to college, she said, quit talking to everybody and I said, well, but, they’re giving us good information.
Mitchell Thompson (03:24) I lived in Boston for like 10 years before I moved here. And yeah, that was always, whenever like my parents would come visit, it’s like guys, I’s here, we’re not talking to strangers on the plane here or on the train here. It’s it’s a little bit of a change, same thing as when I go back home, like, it takes me a little bit to kind of get back into.
Jane Edwards (03:45) Like the, and where are you from?
Mitchell Thompson (03:46) I’m from Nebraska originally. Oh, okay. Okay. Yeah. But it takes me a little bit to get back into like the, everyone says, hello. Everyone asks how you’re doing? Huh. Like they’re not mean out here. They’re just going about their life. And it takes me like two days to get back into the okay. I’m supposed to, I’m supposed to talk to people.
Jane Edwards (04:04) Not talk. Yeah. We went to the well, she’s been out of college for several years, but we went to the family meeting, you know, because it was family week, you know?
Jane Edwards (04:17) And there was a couple behind us and we were sitting at the school. And the woman, I sent her a note. I don’t know where she’s at. She’s on the phone. She’s in a meeting. Anyway, and they said… they were asking something and the woman said, where are you from? And I said I’m from Texas and she said, do you ever go to the silos in magnolia? And I said, yeah, as a matter of fact, I have been to the, you know, the fixer upper show. Huh. I said, yeah, as a matter of fact, I have been to the silos, she said, is it wonderful? I said, yeah, as a matter of fact, it’s pretty interesting. Well, we’re waiting for Susan. I’m going to talk to you about something else. Okay. I’m just not camera ready today. I’m sorry. Oh, okay. Okay.
Mitchell Thompson (05:12) Hi, Susan. Hey go.
Jane Edwards (05:14) Ahead, Jane. Well, humana. You know, you have to send in the roster on the fifth. Okay? And they finally did… the roster for Sinha that we were looking for. Yeah.
Mitchell Thompson (05:31) They.
Jane Edwards (05:31) placed those on hold until the fifth. Okay. So I have another Guy, Jason finkelstein, okay? And his is on hold. Okay? Because the fifth was Easter Sunday. Okay? But here it is the seventh now, I would anticipate, and maybe I’m anticipating incorrectly that because the fifth was on the weekend, they would send in the roster on the sixth. They have not done. So. Okay, I have sent it to support telling them, I want that roster sent in and not to wait for a whole month to send in that roster. Yeah. And I will bring it up on my meeting with.
Mitchell Thompson (06:17) Yeah, yeah, definitely. Bring it up with Lee. We gave the feedback to the product team on this humana one just to like maybe double enforce those, that fifth and make sure that the product is working correctly for that situation. And then, yeah, Lee is working with the team on that as well to work around it during while we work that out. I.
Jane Edwards (06:38) Think the on haul part throws them off because there were two for Sinha, there was one for Sinha, one for magdalene Oza, and they did hers, but they didn’t do his and he was listed as on hold and she wasn’t yeah, I think that on hold is making them not look at it at all. But anyway,
Mitchell Thompson (06:59) yeah, finkelstein, it’s not the on hold. We’ll double check on the finkelstein one. What’s happening is essentially that like it does go on hold with the follow up time of the fifth for that to like. And so when that comes up, it pops up on their list of things to do.
Mitchell Thompson (07:13) I think on sing, in particular, there was maybe a transfer in like ownership of that. And so the follow up date did not get addressed. And so we’re working on like building up that to reinforce that time. So it doesn’t miss because, yeah, I totally agree with you. We can’t wait a month if we miss that. So everything has to get pushed through on the month, but yeah, we’ll work with Leigh on that one. Okay. I’m done. Okay. I talked to Leigh. The other one that Susan you sent me about was the provider who came back, Pedro Alvarez? Yeah, right.
Jane Edwards (07:49) It.
Mitchell Thompson (07:49) sounds like did you, are we all on the same page in terms of how we’re going to handle that?
Susan Matthews (07:54) No, because Elise tried to delete the ones that were there. It won’t, let her. Yeah. So not sure what the path forward is there? Okay?
Mitchell Thompson (08:05) So, did we export that list because you want the dates? I’m assuming that they had worked previously or do you not care about that?
Susan Matthews (08:13) I really am not going to care about that. I mean we can well, somewhere over here, we should have that in a report if we ever needed it, but I just right now I’m going to need new effective dates for him.
Mitchell Thompson (08:25) Yeah, I’m with you. Okay. So what I would, I can probably do it from my end and I’ll talk to Lee about this, but are there any other providers like this or is this kind of a rare? No, I.
Susan Matthews (08:35) Mean, you know, sometimes this happens because village does rehire, you know, people from the past. This is the first one we’ve had in a while. So I think that’s why it’s new, you know? Yep all.
Mitchell Thompson (08:47) Right. So what I’ll do I’m going to export this for now? All?
Susan Matthews (08:51) Right. Just.
Mitchell Thompson (08:53) So that we have the data, essentially, we added that new like billing status inactive versus active like the ended date and all of that should eventually roll into the new request. So that if it’s inactive, you know, you can request a new one?
Susan Matthews (09:08) Oh, okay.
Mitchell Thompson (09:09) That’s sort of like the first step, I just don’t know that they finished that yet. And so that’s what the product team is working on. And so what we should do right now is like let’s export this just so that we have the data so that when it is ready, we can potentially put it back.
Susan Matthews (09:25) Yeah. Okay.
Mitchell Thompson (09:26) And then I will delete them and I’ll do a test.
Mitchell Thompson (09:31) I’ll delete one. I’ll do a test to make sure that we can re, request. Okay? And then if that’s the case and we’re all good then I will, I’ll delete all of them and let you know that you guys are awesome. Okay. That sound okay? Sounds great. All right. I’ll do that after this call. Okay? And get that going. And then we can go from there. Okay. Awesome. Just to let you know. I have a call on Friday with Carolyn and Christy.
Susan Matthews (10:04) Yeah. Okay.
Mitchell Thompson (10:05) Just to kind of hash out all the contract and the location issues, but just wanted to keep you up to date on that. I don’t think we need anything from you yet, but we’ll all keep posted. Okay? I,
Susan Matthews (10:18) have kind of been asked to leave Arizona providers in there until the last few enrollments finish. Okay? So we’ve got to do that. And then hopefully, by the end of April, they’ll all be done. Okay? And then if they’re not, then I’m going to start terming… people that don’t have anything pending. Yeah, just leave the ones that have things pending there.
Mitchell Thompson (10:47) Okay. Because.
Susan Matthews (10:48) It’s kind of messing up my re cred request also. So, anyway… those.
Mitchell Thompson (10:54) are coming up for re, cred right now?
Susan Matthews (10:56) There’s a few because, you know, Lee sent me an email while I was off about 428, you know, cred requests… yes. And I said, yeah, I know. So a lot of them are specialists, but some of them are Arizona specialists. So I’m kind of going through the request now and seeing, you know, who I need to reach out to, who I can kind of get rid of? And a lot of Arizona ones are ones… I can get rid of. Hold on. I think there’s about 30 of them. Okay?
Mitchell Thompson (11:37) And let me, is there a way that we can get rid of those? Just the they.
Susan Matthews (11:42) could have to term the people. I mean, I don’t I,
Mitchell Thompson (11:46) don’t know. Let me see here. Yeah, I think that we can maybe get rid of them. Have they, do you know, they’ve already been requested? Yeah.
Susan Matthews (12:00) Because they’re sitting here in, they’re in requests, it’s Daniel Ramos, Lou Lloyd rogers Haynes all,
Mitchell Thompson (12:11) right. Can you do me a favor?
Susan Matthews (12:13) There’s about nine there’s, nine Arizona re, creds that we will not need to process. We’re.
Mitchell Thompson (12:20) looking at license states, is that how you’re sorting by? Yes. Okay.
Mitchell Thompson (12:32) Yeah. I mean, we can just turn those off. That’s no big deal. And June thirtieth, yeah, these have these, the April, I don’t think these have even been worked yet. So.
Susan Matthews (12:44) No, because they, you know, we term that tsa, February 28. So anybody due for re, cred after that time, we don’t have to work, and,
Mitchell Thompson (12:57) then the scheduled, if you’ve got a scheduled… are you on? Are you on there right now? I?
Susan Matthews (13:04) Can be, hold on. Okay. So… really, anybody scheduled for re, cred, Arizona can be removed. That’s.
Mitchell Thompson (13:14) what I was wondering if we could, but there’s some that like telehealth, there’s some that have multiple states. So, I’m a little hesitant to do it in bold, but I’m wondering, if, yeah, anybody if.
Susan Matthews (13:23) they’ve got multiple states. Let me look at it first because.
Mitchell Thompson (13:26) Yeah.
Susan Matthews (13:27) Amy Lloyd is one, she’s a virtual provider, but she did leave and go with the Arizona team. So she’s a legit. We can remove her. Yeah.
Mitchell Thompson (13:36) That makes me a little. So, let me see here. If you go, are you on the scheduled request right now? I’m in.
Susan Matthews (13:41) Scheduled regrets, yeah, if.
Mitchell Thompson (13:43) you move over, the three dots on the right hand side of those. Does it give you the option to delete?
Susan Matthews (13:53) No, it says copy link that’s all it says.
Mitchell Thompson (13:56) That’s all you have? Okay. All right, then, yeah, I think potentially what I can do is, let me export this.
Mitchell Thompson (14:06) We don’t need to do all of them, but I’m wondering if it makes sense to just do like anything in 20 26, which I think there’s four more that are scheduled that have not come up that are in Arizona, okay?
Susan Matthews (14:18) Jan.
Mitchell Thompson (14:19) Ford Peterson. Okay. Is that someone? Do you know that hold?
Susan Matthews (14:24) On, okay. Yeah.
Mitchell Thompson (14:26) Since there’s four, we can maybe do it right now if that’s okay?
Susan Matthews (14:35) I’m not even getting anybody. Peterson, you said, yep, Dan, is the first name?
Mitchell Thompson (14:42) Jan? Oh,
Susan Matthews (14:43) Jan? Oh, okay. No wonder.
Susan Matthews (14:56) Oh, yeah. You can stop her. Okay?
Mitchell Thompson (15:05) How about Katarina? Schneidman?
Susan Matthews (15:10) Yeah, you can stop that one. Yeah. Okay.
Mitchell Thompson (15:14) All right. Let me make sure this is gonna work for me while we.
Susan Matthews (15:18) Okay.
Mitchell Thompson (15:19) Yeah. That one is gone. The Katarina one is also gone. How about… I think Mary Crowell might have multiple licenses, but let me double check here.
Mitchell Thompson (15:40) Yeah, Mary Crowell is the last one.
Susan Matthews (15:44) CR o WELL.
Mitchell Thompson (15:47) CR o WELLCR o WELL. Yeah, she can go. Yeah, you can stop her. All right, cool. Yeah, that’s the other one, the last one’s Millicent cadner, but has multiple licenses. Looks like maybe telehealth.
Susan Matthews (16:00) I think she is telehealth. I got to check with Tina on her.
Mitchell Thompson (16:04) Okay. That’s all. And she, that Millicent is not even due until November. So, I don’t think we’ll run out of time there. Oh, okay. Okay. So, I got rid of all the Arizona ones that are due this year. So we shouldn’t have any more of that one. And then I’ll have I’ll see what we can do about the Arizona ones, that are requested but not yet worked? Okay? It looks like actually, can you confirm for me really quick? Christine, minch. She’s got four New York, Massachusetts, California, Arizona, would that be telehealth?
Susan Matthews (16:37) Spell the last name? Am I what?
Mitchell Thompson (16:41) Minch. M, INCH.
Susan Matthews (16:51) Hold on. Oh, yeah. She went, she’s got a revere, yeah, you can stop her? Okay?
Mitchell Thompson (17:05) I can stop her.
Susan Matthews (17:06) You can, oh, okay. She’s got a revere email address, so that means she went over to revere, so I don’t have to do anything else with her.
Mitchell Thompson (17:14) Okay. Revere, Massachusetts or revere, Arizona?
Susan Matthews (17:19) Revere, Arizona, revere, is, who bought Arizona market?
Mitchell Thompson (17:22) Got it. Okay. So, she had a Massachusetts license. Okay? So, I will request or archive these now then. Okay, we’re not.
Mitchell Thompson (17:37) Working those anymore.
Mitchell Thompson (17:53) And then I think we solved that problem. I think those are all good. You can leave like they don’t need to be removed from the platform with the provider profiles, but they won’t have any more requests?
Susan Matthews (18:02) Okay. All right. So, a lot of the other ones are specialists that have not done what they’re supposed to. Okay? So, we’ll be reaching out to those groups saying, you know, look, if you don’t do something with this, I’m going to close it out and you’re going to have to start over.
Mitchell Thompson (18:19) Right? So.
Susan Matthews (18:22) We’ll see what kind of response we get from that. So, okay, I’m working on those.
Mitchell Thompson (18:31) That sounds good. Anything else you need from me? We’ll keep you posted. The only.
Susan Matthews (18:35) thing I was going to look at and see what is any enrollments that are like over 90 days? And what the problem is about getting them across the finish line? Because I just feel like in my gut somewhere that there’s some of those that are not client owned, all right. So I was just gonna look at those and see, yeah.
Mitchell Thompson (18:58) Let me connect with Lee on those. Is she walking through aging requests with you on the calls or no?
Susan Matthews (19:04) No, we haven’t talked about that lately. So we’re gonna talk about it since it’s the end of the first quarter. Yeah.
Mitchell Thompson (19:09) Let’s let’s get that, let’s get a review set up and I can help her with that, and then we can go. Okay. But the goal here should be that she is leading the charge on like on.
Susan Matthews (19:20) That, okay?
Mitchell Thompson (19:20) Like what’s happening? So you shouldn’t have to keep track of it. We’ll let you know if, okay.
Susan Matthews (19:25) And then I think in that email when I talked about, the Texas Guy, and then did I put senha on there? And like this is an example of what’s gonna cost us money? Yeah, I did. Okay. Yeah.
Mitchell Thompson (19:38) We just talked about that with Jane. Yeah. And.
Susan Matthews (19:40) that’s fine. I just couldn’t remember if I threw that piece in there, you know?
Mitchell Thompson (19:44) You did? Yeah, four days.
Susan Matthews (19:45) So,
Mitchell Thompson (19:47) yeah, I hear you. Okay, we can chat about that too. I could, but, well, we’ve requested to update on the product to make sure that doesn’t happen and then leave, yeah.
Susan Matthews (19:57) Okay.
Mitchell Thompson (19:58) So, we’ll okay on that one. Okay? All right, guys?
Susan Matthews (20:04) I don’t think I had… that. Was that Pedro Guy was the biggest thing for Texas and I told Elise I talked to you about that. So, okay, that’s.
Mitchell Thompson (20:14) it, yeah, I’ll follow up with that here in a bit after I delete that one and then we’ll go from there. Okay. All right. Sounds good. All right, guys. Good to see you both. You too. Have a good week. We’ll talk to you later. Actually. I do have one more, no. Okay. That’s okay. Let me, let me just double check. I am out of the office on the.
Susan Matthews (20:38) So,
Mitchell Thompson (20:38) can we, could, I move that back a week? And if anything comes up, you can let me know. Yeah. Okay. I’ll have my email and everything if you need me, but, okay, it won’t be available for calls. Okay? That’s fine. Okay. I’ll change that too, and then we’ll meet in three weeks. If anything, you let me know. You can adjust if there’s emergencies, but hopefully done hopefully.
Susan Matthews (21:03) Done. Okay. All right. Take care.
Mitchell Thompson (21:04) All right. Thank you. Bye.
Susan Matthews (21:06) Bye bye.
