Cheyanne Soltau (00:00) hey, Kyle. How are you? Hey?

Kyle Rice (00:02) Cheyanne, good. Twice in one day. What a pleasure.

Cheyanne Soltau (00:05) Yes, I won’t be on video. I want to take some notes and then is there a way to have this recorded? Yes, you can send it to me.

Kyle Rice (00:13) Yes, this is being recorded right now. As soon as it posts, I will shoot it over for you for your review. Okay? Perfect. Cool. Anywhere specific you wanted to dive into first on the platform? Or do you just want me to do like a general overview?

Cheyanne Soltau (00:27) General overview is fine. I know that Janet and… I have gone over things. So I’ll let you run through it and if I have any questions,

Kyle Rice (00:36) I’ll stop you. Okay. Perfect. Can you see my screen? Okay? Too small, too big.

Cheyanne Soltau (00:41) You can make it a little bit bigger. All right?

Kyle Rice (00:43) Perfect. All right. So, this is the overview section and I hijacked as an admin role. So this will look identical to your view as well. Just let me know. Feel free to stop me if you have any questions. So this is the overview section. You have visibility into all provider tasks here. Excuse me for any requests that we have currently in process. You can specifically break them down by provider or admin tasks. And then this is the expirable section in the in platform. So this is tracking all things with a expiration date that are uploaded. So board certification, we have some liability insurance in here. Excuse me for one second.

Kyle Rice (01:34) Sorry about that. I had a quick cough. My allergies are getting to me a little bit. So this is the board, excuse me, the expirable section. You can filter this by document type or board certification. You also have the ability to filter this by a specific document in here. So like a resume, ecfmg liability insurance, just to name a few. You can also filter by group provider or facility level as well. Over here is the item. So this is a specific document that’s in question and then the expiration over here. And then I did want to note Cheyanne that most of these fields are exportable. If you need to run any reporting for upcoming internal use, you can do that by clicking this download button in the upper right hand corner here. So you can download the filtered list or download a list of all expirables here. And then I did just want to note the email preferences if you need to make any changes. So if you go to email preferences underneath the upper right hand corner here of your profile section. So this will toggle your email preferences for all reporting. So if you need to toggle anything on or off looks like right now we have this enabled for weekly admin reports, license notifications, payer, enrollment, notifications, group, and practice profiles, ongoing monitoring tasks, weekly provider reports. And then you’ll be cc’d on tasks and then par analysis outcome as well. Just jumping into the next section here is the providers tab. So if you need to search by a specific provider profession, state, you can search by specific name, such as like just by inputting in this field, we have Dallas mccorkle as an example. If you need to toggle our search for any specific providers… you can also export this list in entirety as well. So this will give a good view of all providers that are currently in platform. It will give their designated teams. If they’re listed in any teams in medallion, their mpi, their caqh, their license states, their practices, primary specialty, employment type, employee id, employee number. If you have it, their employee status, their start date, and then this will display their sign up in medallion platform. I know we have quite a few providers outstanding. And then this list is also exportable as well. If you need to pull this off in the right hand corner here, what we’ll do is download the filtered list or unfiltered list and send it to your email within probably about 30 seconds of pushing that. This is also the provider supervision tab. So if you need to take a look at any mid level practitioners such as NPS or pas, you can see that their specific supervisor is linked by provider and platform. So we can see Amber yarson who’s a pa, her supervisor is dr Berryman in North Carolina and it’s active all these fields. You can toggle… additional filtering as well. So if you need to serve by a specific state or a specific provider type, you can just toggle any specific criteria that you’re looking for. I think like North Carolina is a pretty big key state for you guys. So that might be applicable here… underneath the group section. So this is the group profile section. So it looks like we have two, the Tryon endoscopy center and Tryon medical partners pllc. It looks like… you can also, you can also complete the group profile if you’re needing anything additional for enrollments. So if you need to see any tasks associated with any enrollments on here, you can do that by entering here or also the overview section. If you need to make any edits to the profile, you can do so by just clicking profile. We have basic, a few sections in here, basic information, financial information, operational info, group officials, external accounts, practice, locations, and documents. And then you can see the specific providers that are linked under this practice, under providers, and then any associated practices under the Tryon group, medical partners, pllc. And then you can see the associated payers list under the groups as well. If you’re needing to take a look at any licenses, license requests and process, these are new license requests and renewals, which I don’t believe. I believe we only have a couple of South Carolina in process right now. So it looks like we have these seven providers that currently have South Carolina license requests. So if you need to take a look at any, you… can see that this one’s currently in intake. It’s a state of South Carolina. This toggle up here kind of gives you good insight into the current request for licensing. And if you’re looking at any notes, you can see it on here. So it’ll give you the kind of the status bar as we process this through the licensor issuance, it’ll show the license request date when this completed intake, when the application was submitted, when all the verifications were submitted, which indicates PSV submitted. And when it was completed, if you have any questions for like licensing or any general account support, you can just click get support. And this will link you directly. This will link the requests directly within our support team. So if you have any questions with anything in process, you can always reach out to me or you can utilize our support team as well.

Kyle Rice (07:35) It’s just going to bot triage. You with a bot just to get you to the correct person. So it might ask some clarifying questions here. And then if you’re looking to view any licenses, any existing licenses that we have loaded in here in terms of renewal, active… license, status, or licenses by provider and state, you can see those in here. So you can see you can filter these by provider, by specific license type, by state, by status, active, inactive, pending or superseded. And then you can also view the renewal information as well. So this will tell you if you want to schedule a renewal. We also have the ability to opt in auto renewal for providers as well on a case by case basis for licensure. Or we can opt in an entirety for all providers. Essentially, what this will do is this will allow our licensing team to pick up the license renewal request as soon as the board opens that renewal window. You can also schedule these renewals by clicking schedule renewal with our team that will put in the renewal request for the provider or specific license that we’re needing to renew.

Kyle Rice (08:49) Just going back to the request section. There’s a couple different ways in which you can request a new license. So you can do it here under the request or request up top, you have the ability to request a new, license, renewal, license, reinstatement, and letter of qualification which I think Janet said is not applicable because most of the providers will not have an active loq or be utilizing the compact. If you’re needing to request any new licenses, just click this blue module in the upper right hand corner, select new license. You guys have the ability to complete these internally or you can have medallion assist with this, just mandate who should complete the request owner section here. It’s going to toggle on the providers that are loaded in the platform. So just use utilizing Sydney Foley. As an example. She’s an NP, so it’s automatically going to default her to NP licensure. If you need to request any RN licensure, or change the profession, you can do that in the license type up here. The specification is always going to default to permanent. And then what it’s going to do, what the system is going to do, it’s going to identify any existing licensure. So it shows that North Carolina is currently blocked because it looks like Sydney already has this in hand. But if you need to request any licensure for like South Carolina or anything additional, just choose the applicable state here. And then for mid level practitioners such as NP and pas, you see some states do not include prescriptive authority as part of the initial license application. If you need prescriptive authority or autonomous registration. You can add that to the license request. In the additional licenses below. All you’d have to do is just toggle South Carolina in this instance here, just for example purposes. And this will add that to the request. You also have the ability to request multiple licensures at once for a particular provider. So you can request like Oklahoma, Oregon, as many as you need for that specific provider or request. And process. You also have the ability to request autonomous registration for any states where it’s offered. Our system will kind of guide you where this is applicable. So you’ll see that like Virginia, like an application is required, South Carolina, it’s not currently offered since I believe it’s a reduced practice state. And then additionally, if you need to add any CSR controlled substance registration, or Dea licenses, you can add that request in with the initial state licensure as well. So I’m just gonna select South Carolina for Dea and CSR here.

Kyle Rice (11:43) And then if any provider has the ability to have a compact license, multi state license for North Carolina or if they’re eligible, it’ll also ask you to select this as well. Since North Carolina is a compact participating state, we can utilize the multi state license as part of their application process. And then all you need to do is hit submit request and this will input the license request into our system. I’m just gonna exit out of this. I’m gonna go to the payers tab. So this is the current payers list of all payers we are processing for you guys. So you can see it looks like we have one in process for BCBS of North Carolina. It looks like we’ve completed two. And this is the kind of enrollment chart that shows where they currently stand, whether it’s requested, whether it’s in process, completed on hold or stopped. So if you need to dive into any of these, you can just click the specific payer and this will take you to, the payer request that we have in process. You can also just go to enrollment requests, and this will take you to all payers in process. So it looks like we have about 19 in process currently for you guys, kind of across the board here. This request tab up here monitors the current process of where each of them are at. So it shows that we have 19 in process. Zero are in requested status for our processing. Two need client attention. 10 are completed. Three are on hold and none are in stop status. You can filter these either by group or specific provider on here. So it’ll kind of break these down a little bit for you. If you need to view any specific tasking or notes associated with each of these requests, you can just scroll to the right here. So it’ll link the group that they’re associated with the practice location. I’m going to show the request status here as completed. Any dependencies will be linked here and any outstanding tasks. And then if you want to take a review of the notes section, this will show all the follow up that our team has completed along with application submission. And then any applicable notes, as our team is working through the follow up status as well. If you need to view any completed enrollments, you can do so in the enrollments tab, under payers, you can search for a particular payer, you can sort by a state par status, effective date, state specific, group level here. We have about 1,406 enrollments for you. So it can kind of help break that down a little bit. If you need to view anything applicable with the enrollments. It’ll link you to the group profile here for any tasking. And then this is also exportable as well if you need to add on a filter or export a specific payer by state. This is the caqh management section in which we’re updating caqh for you guys against the provider’s profile for any providers that have been completed. So it’ll show if it’s queued the last attestation date, when the next attestation date is due by. And this will essentially give you a good status on when the last time the caqh was updated, when it’s due. And then these are any applicable notes in the caqh updated. So you can see that looks like this for this provider, Alicia allman. This was updated on her caqh as of 327. And then there’s a copy of her caqh updates for review if needed. Any questions so far, Cheyanne?

Cheyanne Soltau (15:36) None so far. Thank you. Yeah.

Kyle Rice (15:38) No worries. Feel free to stop me. I know I’m spending not a lot of information here. So if you have anything in particular, just let me know.

Cheyanne Soltau (15:43) No worries. I think this is something I’ll have to go back and watch again and see if I have any questions.

Cheyanne Soltau (15:48) I’ve been in back to back meetings since 11 a. M. So it’s been a pretty busy morning for me so far, so I think, and like I said, Janet had already gone over it with me. I thought that, you know, this would be a great meeting for me to get it from, of course, the SME and see, you know, if there are any questions there aren’t any as of yet, but I know once I go back and review this, I may have a question or two, but so far we’re all good.

Kyle Rice (16:17) Perfect. I will continue on. It looks like we just have about a few more sections to cover here. And then we should be able to wrap up what I wanted just to demo for you. Next was the analytics section and the medallion profile. So if you click analytics, there is a analytics for licensing. And I believe Janet touched on this morning. You guys touched on this morning with the new tasking… overview that’s coming out on the ninth. So if you need to see any licensing summary, this will show like the current analytics for licensing. We have six requests in process. It will link to any pertinent requests in process.

Kyle Rice (16:58) This will display any new licenses completed over the last 12 months, any renewed licenses that have been completed by medallion in the last 12 months. And then this one is super important. This is the upcoming expirations within the next 12 months. So you can see like if you need to complete any renewals or schedule any renewals with us, we can see like Maya fetter has an upcoming expiration for her North Carolina license on 410, and then the next kind of set of expiration dates coming up here by provider, the time statistics, this is the total completion time for tasking. And then below you’ll see the time of this is some historical time. If you need to plan for any go lives or new providers, this is typically how long the state boards are processing once the all verifications have been received at the board. And this is broken down into specific provider types. So you have MD, pa, NP and RN, and then some dieticians and behavioral health licensures down here as well. The payer enrollment analytics section is gonna look very similar to licensing. So you can see that we have five payer requests in process for you. Looks like one is owned externally… by Tryon and we are processing one for you guys. So you can see that we have these five in process for Lindsay haberman, and Myla Chung. And then these are the completed requests, month over month for any new enrollments. So if you need to see those by month over month, you can see that in the completed request section here. And then this is a link to the completed enrollments that we have previously completed for you guys. This is the turnaround time for completed enrollments. So this will show the total calendar of total calendar days for completions from requested to intake request to complete, requested to first step submitted. I just gave some additional details in terms of processing time. And then last but not least is the payer turnaround details, turnaround time details, which shows the current turnaround time for each application that we process for you guys historically. And then these are the total time and calendar days for each payer that we process for you. So it looks like Edna is taking about 77 days, cigna, 95 days. And then this is the state, the payer state for the total days within any associated payers.

Cheyanne Soltau (19:54) This is great.

Kyle Rice (19:56) So,

Cheyanne Soltau (19:57) basically, the plan is for you guys to manage the end to end process for enrollment of all of our providers, I.

Kyle Rice (20:07) Believe. So, yes, we’re just working to get those final invites out for a few of these providers that have not yet been completed yet. And that’s kind of what I’m working with Janet to help finalize. But yeah, I believe that is the end state goal Cheyenne. Okay, perfect. Awesome. The provider summary. So this will just give a kind of demographic report of all providers. So it will give their link to their profile, their provider id, organization id, it’ll show their role if they’re active when they last attested in platform. If there’s a termination date associated with them, if the provider’s leave the credentialing status, which we’re not doing any initial or re credentialing for you guys at this time shows the provider name, some initial demographics including gender, date of birth, email, npi, caqh, medicare number, medicaid, id, medicaid, specific id, and then profession, employment type, and then their specialties as well. And then there’s a few other areas which we’re not capturing right now currently. But this report is like pretty comprehensive. If you need to download this, you can pull this off platform by clicking these three dots and then export. So if you need to search by a specific subset of providers, a specific group of providers, this is a kind of a great summary to help with that. We have two additional reports enabled for you guys, which is the task out task summary. So this shows the outstanding task performance, the outstanding tasks, and then the average task date. So this also gives some action recommended for any pertinent tasks that are still outstanding. And then the historical performance of all tasks as well. So you can see these were previously completed. And then if you need any visibility just to historical task age or task performance, this is kind of a great summary for that. Last but not least is the provider onboarding summary. This will kind of give good information for any providers who have not currently signed up who are pending disclosure questions, if they’re pending a release form, if they’ve completed the invite, and then this will link to their task as well as display some profile completion turnaround times just as soon as the invite goes out. Our system will track how long the provider takes to complete their necessary required information for us to pick up any requests. There is a couple more. I think there’s three more sections after report builder. I wanted to just review with you. So if you want to build any custom reporting, we have this report builder section. You can enable reporting by providers, deactivated providers. If you need to review those license requests and payer, enrollment requests. I’ll just use providers as an example. So if you’re looking to build any custom reporting, all you need to do is select any pertinent fields on this left hand section here and then just move them over to the selected section. So if you put their full name, we’ll just do profession. We’ll do let’s see npi just as an example. What else… what else can we put in here for examples? We’ll just do like the medicare ptans and medicaid id. So if you need to pull any additional fields in for reporting, you can do that here. There is 110 fields in which you can enable some custom reporting for any providers. You can also save this report if you need to. And it will generate on your cadence whether it’s monthly, weekly, whatever the necessity may be. And then this is also exportable as well. Then there are additional reporting for license requests, deactivated providers, and then payer enrollment requests. Then you can review your saved reports up here. So we have this weekly credentialing report created by Janet. So you can see that she’s enabled some of these providers with these custom fields on here. For I believe she does weekly reporting on these that she has to report out on Fridays. So if there’s any additional reporting you need or want to establish, you could do that here, the account information, this is any special requests, Nick is your guys’. Am. So if you need to contact him, his email is here as well as the organization contact information. And then any additional special requests or payer requests on here. This is the usage tab as well. So this will kind of show where you guys currently stand in terms of contract consumption. So we show your start date as of July first with a end date of June thirtieth 20 26. And then this is the consumption by product. So we show caqh management medallion, core and payer enrollments. And then this is the consumption details here. So you can see that these have been consumed and completed by our team. And then we have about the daily active users here, which will display all you guys’ daily users that are in platform. And then any upcoming consumption which will create a new charge for you guys. Just flipping over to there’s just two more sections. I wanted to review with you, the members section and support center integrations. This is where you can enable an API connection. I’m not sure if you’re familiar with what an API is by chance, but it’s essentially an automated product integration, I believe. So if you guys have.

Cheyanne Soltau (26:22) like a different platform that we use exactly got it. So.

Kyle Rice (26:27) We have the ability to enable that here. There’s an API key. So if we need to do, that is kind of a self serve option. But this is the members section here. You have the ability to invite… a new provider which… can be done up here in the member section, just by clicking this blue invite member, you’ll designate the specific role if it’s a new admin. If there’s a specific team viewer that wants to just have visibility into a particular group, but I suspect it would be provider. For the most part. All you need to do is just associate their specific email in here. The clinician’s first name, last name, estimated start date, and then their profession. So if it’s a do MD, NP or pa, we have a whole list of supported clinicians here in terms of inviting a new provider. And then once you populate these five… necessary invite categories, you can select invite member, and that will send an automated email out to the provider with a custom link to sign up for platform. If you want to view any. So under the members category, there’s also three sections. So this is all, so this will enable you to see all providers and admins that have been invited to the platform. If you want to go just to active, you can kind of filter this by name. You can filter this by email. You can filter this by invite status as well. So by invited or invite accepted, then you also have the ability to see who has not been invited or accepted their invite as of yet. If you want to view any deactivated profiles, you can do so here… this is anyone that’s been removed from platform or may have had a role change or no longer working with Cheyanne medical partners. So just that’s some good visibility there. And then team assignments, you have the specific ability to invite clinicians to a particular group. It looks like Janet has enabled one group for the Gi providers. You can edit this team or you can view the team here. If you need to make any additions. So right now, it looks like there is a group manager in here. So what we need to do is just… select any attributes… that you’re looking to add for a specific group. And then it will toggle you to add any specific providers that you’re looking for on this second page here. So if you just click edit team, you can search and add for a provider here or remove anybody in particular, just pertaining to group team edits. And then the last section that I wanted to show here is our support center. There is a lot of automated self help articles on here. So if you need to search for help pertaining to a particular payer, any frequently asked questions, if you have any providers with any login, support, payer, enrollment resources, licensing resources, credentialing resources, or product enhancements. This can be found in our help section here. If you need to get in touch with our support team pertaining to any questions, with any updates and process, you can always reach out to myself. But if you need to do so, you can just ask, say ask a question and then just type your question here. It’s going to triage you just based on the question to get it to you to our support team. And then we’ll link you with a live team member here. You can view any of your messages, your previous messages here. If you need to reference any updates or anything like that. And then the help section here displays all of those self help articles as well.

Cheyanne Soltau (30:38) Perfect. Thank you.

Kyle Rice (30:40) Yeah, no worries. That was about my demo in entirety.

Kyle Rice (30:44) Was there anything specific you wanted to see? I know we’re a little bit over but I’m happy to take any questions or show you anything a little bit more in depth if need.

Cheyanne Soltau (30:51) No, not. At this time, I think I’ll review this once more. And before I call next Tuesday, if I have any further questions, then I’ll ask them at that time, I do have to jump off to get on another call. No worries. Thank you so much. Yeah.

Kyle Rice (31:09) Not a problem. I will shoot you the recording as soon as it posts. And then if there’s anything else in the meantime, just let me know and we’ll get you taken care of.

Cheyanne Soltau (31:17) Okay, perfect. Thank you. Thanks.

Kyle Rice (31:19) Cheyanne have a great rest of your day all.

Cheyanne Soltau (31:21) Right. You as well. Bye bye bye.
