Mansi A. (00:00) hi. If you record your name and reason for calling, I’ll see if this person is available.
Seth Weidle (00:06) Seth from medallion calling out credentialing and payer enrollment timelines.
Mansi A. (00:14) Thanks, please stay on the line.
Mansi A. (00:31) Data, at least give me and he sent a couple things to crystal, but it’s still, we still have things, yes.
Seth Weidle (00:35) Hello? Hi. Is this Monty? Hi, this is Seth calling from medallion. I don’t think we’ve spoken before. How are you doing today? Hey, I know I’m calling out of the blue, so I’ll keep it super brief. The reason I’m calling is I noticed that holy name has added 20 plus providers through practice acquisitions, and each one probably needs enrollment across 30 plus payers before they’re billing. So from the revenue cycle, that enrollment timeline can be a drag on cash flow. I was wondering how you guys might be tracking that today?
Mansi A. (00:39) This is it.
Mansi A. (00:45) I’m good.
Mansi A. (01:06) Yeah, you know, I’m so sorry.
Mansi A. (01:10) Yeah, I’m actually, I was, in a call right now. We have our own department that handles it. Maybe not a good time to talk right now, maybe later time, please, thank you.
Seth Weidle (01:20) Yeah. Is there a specific time that would be better for me to reach out?
Mansi A. (01:24) You know, not. I’m going out of country for the next two weeks, so, you know?
Seth Weidle (01:29) Okay. Is there a better contact that I should reach out to perhaps?
Mansi A. (01:35) You know, can I call back because I’m in the middle of a meeting right now? I just took this call because it came on my cell phone. All right.
Seth Weidle (01:41) Yeah, of course. You can give me a call back whenever, and I did send an email as well with the subject line upstream enrollment process. So if it’s easier to talk that way, that works too.
Mansi A. (01:53) Okay. All right. Thank you. Yeah.
Seth Weidle (01:54) All right. Manasi. Sorry to interrupt. Have a great day.
Mansi A. (01:58) Yeah.
