Kyle Rice (00:05) doing well. It’s a little chilly here today but we are, well, I got two I’m on spring break, but we’re in, the swing of things for this week.
Dimi Barot (00:12) Good to hear.
Kyle Rice (00:14) Are you, are you traveling this week to Dallas?
Dimi Barot (00:17) That was last week, got back on Sunday and then headed to Raleigh later this week.
Kyle Rice (00:23) You’re a busy Guy, dr. Burrow?
Dimi Barot (00:26) Busy, but we’re all busy, I appreciate that.
Kyle Rice (00:32) Wonderful. Well, glad, the travels went well for you. I did get confirmation from the team that the Puerto Rico application was delivered, I believe as of yesterday.
Kyle Rice (00:42) So the team is working on their, I asked them just to resend the license verifications and any outdated PSV just to make sure we’re on top of things. And then I did have the team reach out to PR, to Puerto Rico for any additional confirmations as well, but we’re continuing to push hard on the application, for review, and that should be moved over to our PSV team this morning as well.
Dimi Barot (01:02) Good. And we went, we had this experience before where we knew the application had been delivered, but then we heard nothing and then we got those unexpected… pieces of mail back from them to my home address. So, are we going to take a little bit of a different approach this time to make sure that stuff doesn’t continue to get bounced back?
Kyle Rice (01:24) Yeah, yeah, I’m going to ask, I’m going to ask Cassidy to see if she can follow up with an additional phone call today as well. I know that Puerto Rico’s been challenging to get a hold of, but we’re going to continue to push and do it to get any advanced communications from the Puerto Rico board ahead of schedule. So, we’re going to push from our end and do what we can, to get that moving for you.
Dimi Barot (01:44) Okay. Sounds great. Ah.
Kyle Rice (01:47) Perfect. And then dr. Barot, I only had two additional items for you this morning. Do you have an updated Coi by chance? It looks like the one we have on file expired as of the beginning of this month. Yep. And then it looks like your puerto, excuse me here. I got Puerto Rico top of mind for you always? It looks like your Louisiana renewal application is ready for review for you as well. Perfect.
Dimi Barot (02:11) I’ll log in, review the Louisiana application and we’ll get the new Coi and send it to you guys.
Kyle Rice (02:18) Okay. Perfect. Yeah, we just want to send the tweet. Is that, is that applicable for dr savani, dr gangol as well? Oh, everybody.
Dimi Barot (02:24) Yeah, same policy. Perfect.
Kyle Rice (02:26) Yeah, I can do an upload there and then make sure that policy is captured for dr savani and dr gangol across the platform for them as soon as I get that.
Dimi Barot (02:34) Do you need every provider’s name listed on the policy or is it okay to have the policy under the entities?
Kyle Rice (02:42) If it’s under the entity, that should work?
Dimi Barot (02:44) Okay. I will get that to you by the end of the day, no.
Kyle Rice (02:48) Worries. I know sometimes the, some of these malpractice brokers get kind of funky with sending the documents and they’ll send it with like the entity and then they’ll list it and break it down on the granular level for Kalisha as well. So, whatever you have, we can upload for you and get that complete.

Dimi Barot (03:06) No, just looking forward to seeing how we can continue to move Puerto Rico along and I will send you that information later today and I will log in and review the Louisiana application.
