Jaz Kemp (01:01) No worries. I figured I’d give you a call because I know so many emails go to spam anyways. We are an end to end solution that impacts all things like onboarding, getting providers billable credentialing licensing enrollment. So I just wanted to reach out. I was curious if you guys have like looked into optimizing your credentialing process to be more efficient.

Angela Stewart (01:24) Okay. No, I did not get that. Do you have it where you can send me some information via email and I can kind of look over it?

Jaz Kemp (01:33) Yeah, absolutely. What is your email? Let’s get that first?

Jaz Kemp (02:08) Okay. Yeah. Do you guys know, like do you guys currently have an in house team or how are you guys managing it?

Angela Stewart (02:16) Managing our onboarding?

Jaz Kemp (02:18) Yeah, you’re onboarding?

Angela Stewart (02:20) Yeah, we do have a system, but we actually have employees that handle that part of it and I can send the information directly to them.

Jaz Kemp (02:31) Okay. Got it. So you guys have an in house team, do you guys know if you’re like, you know, leveraging any softwares or able to automate it because I know it is such a manual process.

Angela Stewart (02:43) Yeah, they would have to actually answer that. I’m not really, you know, on that end of it, but yeah, they could probably tell you more in detail.

Jaz Kemp (02:54) Okay. Yeah, I was just the reason I reached out to you is like, typically, we speak to leaders just because we’re able to get someone credentialed within one day because we have like a bi directional relationship with caqh. So we’re the only people that can do that. And so we’re able to get those fast turnaround times which obviously leaders love because then you guys, you know, time to revenue is way faster.

Jaz Kemp (03:17) If, you know, providers are available and onboarded and able to work. So, I was curious like would you be open to just learning more and having like a quick 15 minute conversation? We can kind of see like if it would make sense.

Angela Stewart (03:29) Sure. Just send me the information and I’ll go ahead and look at it.

So, I know like the firewalls too with healthcare companies are pretty strong. So I’ll send that over.
