Cole Proctor (00:00) hey, Cole. Oh, my computer’s on me. Oh, hey, Jason. How’s it going? Hey, sorry about that. I just completely lost track of time there.

Jason Zednick (00:15) No worries at all, man. Do it all the time. Do it all the time?

Cole Proctor (00:21) Here. Let me pull up medallion. I gotta be honest too. I don’t really have like a ton to go over. I saw here. Hang on. I saw that you had a question about the medicaid Georgia or the primary service location?

Jason Zednick (00:41) Yeah, yeah.

Jason Zednick (00:47) Let me see here.

Cole Proctor (01:03) Yeah, I saw that they kept asking about the location address on file, but I don’t know what it would be if it’s not one of the ones we’ve provided, whether it be, I think our.

Cole Proctor (01:20) location we use, and then I listed a couple of the service locations. It was at like 300 hawthorne Lane or 270 hawthorne Lane, which was the old one and sometimes gets confused because it was right next to it. Yeah, but I don’t know what other, I guess what other address could possibly be the main one on file? If it’s not one of the three I just mentioned.

Jason Zednick (01:45) Yeah. So they checked on those and until, you know, it came up shorthanded… and I’m pretty sure if I recall, right, that they called as well, like they called Georgia to ask, but Georgia wouldn’t like divulge to us as like a third party. So that’s why they were wondering if you were able to call and ask and find out and confirm what is on file.

Cole Proctor (02:14) Yeah, I can try to reach back out to them, but I did find out too. We actually have our medicaid portal like a panel closed right now for new patients in Georgia. So it’s not, it’s honestly not the end of the world if we can’t get it.

Jason Zednick (02:31) Okay. Yeah.

Cole Proctor (02:33) Something else too I wanted to bring up is here I’m going to share my screen real quick. Let me see if I can figure this out. This is the one other big question I have or I keep noticing this in here. I keep getting these tasks pop up for these providers for blue cross blue shield South Carolina. But we went ahead and I’ve even replied back to your like the agent or whoever’s been helping us here… is my okay. I’m sharing… for these, yeah, for blue cross blue shield South Carolina. And there was, I think it’s under a couple providers Jay Bruce and then dr John Sloan and dr Joseph grand. But for this blue cross blue shield, South Carolina, we actually went ahead and submitted and I think it’s all up to date in blue cross blue shield South Carolina system. Now that it’s because, we were… we went ahead and went through the process of getting a new contract with them under our, a different like our new tax id, our Athens family medicine, tax id. And we actually like we’re going back and forth with our contracting team and to get a rate increase for the different, a couple of the different lines of business out there for the commercial lines of business. So, I don’t know how to, I don’t know if you could tell your team to mark that these are just completed. But any like any additional, I guess credentialing or work that they were would were like might have been assigned to do a while back. It has like, I think it’s completed on their end because I had to, I actually had to because it was an urgent matter just went into the portal and, got that stuff uploaded.

Jason Zednick (04:23) Yeah. Let me take a look here real quick.

Cole Proctor (04:27) But I noticed like, yeah, and even there was like a couple of our providers out there received more they received like documents or things to sign, but I think all of it’s been taken care of. So I just don’t want you guys doing duplicate work if we’ve yeah, we had to do it like at the same time.

Jason Zednick (04:44) Yeah. Well, let me ask you a question. So, so have you gotten like?

Jason Zednick (04:52) Like effective information for those requests.

Cole Proctor (04:57) Yeah, I’ll have to upload it. I did receive, I’ll have to, I can drop it in.

Jason Zednick (05:03) Well, here, let me do this for you. Let me… let’s… do a couple things. Let’s do a couple things. So… I have… let me share.

Jason Zednick (05:34) So, I have looks like… three non stop requests for… BCBS South Carolina… Darren, Sloan and Bruce. Actually Sloan’s actually completed already. So really just these two. So what I can do is I can turn these over to you as the owner and then you can just complete the lines with whatever.

Cole Proctor (06:09) Yeah, that would probably be beneficial. Yeah.

Jason Zednick (06:13) Let’s do that. Okay. Let me see if I can do this, yeah.

Cole Proctor (06:19) Just cause like again, yeah, I don’t need, I don’t want them working on it. If it might be a do like there might be, yeah, duplicate could work in there, I.

Jason Zednick (06:28) Gotta do this manually over here, all right?

Jason Zednick (06:45) So, I’m just gonna flip these and then when you get a chance, you can just come in, complete it, record the details that’ll make it show up in the enrollments, and then that’s it that’s the end of it.

Cole Proctor (06:58) Okay… perfect. Okay. And then that was really the one big task I noticed that just kept popping up.

Cole Proctor (07:10) I’ve been trying to stay on top of these as much as I can, but we’ve been, I’ve been running around with like a chicken with my head cut off lately, yeah.

Jason Zednick (07:19) No, I feel that. I mean, honestly, you’re doing a great job like, you don’t have that many open tasks. Yeah.

Cole Proctor (07:25) I don’t want to jinx it, but we’ve actually, it has been a fairly like manageable period of like we haven’t had a ton of provider turnover and I noticed the past couple years, it seems to be more so in the summer maybe like, you know, providers and they don’t have kids in school. They’re more willing to make changes and stuff. And they seem to be like last year during the summer, we had a lot of like, you know, providers coming in and out and just, you know, it makes it a lot about because like you got a credential mall and like, I don’t know it just makes it a lot more work on the credentialing side when that’s going on. But it’s been pretty calm lately, so, that helps too. Yeah.

Jason Zednick (08:04) Yeah. I mean, fingers crossed, that holds throughout as much of the summer as possible. You know, like, yeah, yeah.

Cole Proctor (08:13) So, that’s what I’m hoping for… because it definitely helps us internally when we don’t have, you know, providers leaving or a ton of providers coming on. Yeah. And then I guess, yeah, the only other thing and I know I joined way late.

Cole Proctor (08:28) I don’t know if maybe she was on before is I have to tell Stephanie. I know I’m supposed to meet with her later this week to go over some contractual stuff, but I might have to bump that to next week.

Jason Zednick (08:39) She was not here earlier. I do know that… Steph is out next week, so I would shoot her an email, if.

Cole Proctor (08:52) you need to. Okay. Yeah, I’ll shoot her an email. I had something pop up and I’m gonna have to. Yeah, I gotta get, I gotta leave the office on Thursday and be on the road. So it might be a better, yeah, to resurface a recircle around that little like, I know we still have some like quite a bit of time but… yeah, yeah.

Jason Zednick (09:14) I’ll let her know and, you reach?

Cole Proctor (09:16) Out. Yeah, I’ll actually while it’s on my mind, I’ll shoot her an email, right after this call, just because I don’t want to completely forget. But… outside of that, did you have anything else to go over or notice anything else?

Jason Zednick (09:29) No, no, like that’s. That’s really, it’s just the one major thing. The only other thing I think is worth letting you know is, and I don’t know how often you do this, but if, you reach out to our support team starting on, the email to do that will be different.

Cole Proctor (09:52) Okay. So.

Jason Zednick (09:53) That new email, is help at medallion co, help at medallion co. Okay? But that’s it that’s the only other like major thing, that I need to make sure you’re aware of.

Cole Proctor (10:11) Okay. That’s good to know. Yeah.

Jason Zednick (10:13) And you can start using that now. It’s set up already. It’s just the other one is turned off on the fifteenth. So, gotcha.

Cole Proctor (10:22) Okay. Yeah. Sounds good. All right. That’s it. But, okay, cool. Yeah, that’s all I had to. So I guess I’ll save you a few minutes. And again, my apology for joining so late. No.

Jason Zednick (10:38) No worries at all. Well, thanks. Thanks for your time. Cole. Appreciate it. And yeah, I’ll talk to you more soon all.

Cole Proctor (10:47) Right. Sounds good. Have a good one. Jason. All right.

Jason Zednick (10:48) You too. Bye.
