Connor Morley (00:00) hey, good morning. Good honor. Hello?
Connor Morley (00:15) Okay. I… think we’re just waiting on a few more people, I see Sheldon.
Sheldon Kennedy (00:30) Hey, Connor.
Connor Morley (00:32) Hey, Sheldon. How’s it going?
Sheldon Kennedy (00:34) Good. And you?
Connor Morley (00:36) Doing good. Okay. So just looking at the data import template, jijo, I sent out the kind of update with the missing records on that. Yeah, just let us know what you want us to do with those missing records. If we need to import them into medallion, or delete them from the data import template, just let us know what you’d like to do.
Jijo.Mattamana (01:04) Yeah, Sheldon and I will review that later today. Okay?
Connor Morley (01:07) Sounds good. And then Sheldon as well. The existing appointments for those asc housing providers should get loaded by the end of this week. I can kind of walk you through little tips and tricks, but the providers themselves, the provider profiles have been entered into medallion, so you can see them in medallion right now. They will be the ones most likely with some minimal information on them. And I think I can pull up an example for you. One second. I just want to know. I’m picking the right one.
Sheldon Kennedy (01:53) These are the asc providers, correct? Correct?
Connor Morley (01:57) Okay.
Connor Morley (02:03) Yeah. The other question is, so… for example, I just pulled up the first one on the list. They’re in medallion… right now. The question is, do you want to invite them into medallion? I thought the answer was going to be no, because they’re not going to be filling out any information, correct? Okay. That’s fine. So if we take this provider, they’ll have some pretty minimal information on their profile, but you will be able to look at the ongoing monitoring for that provider, as long as we have the minimum… information order, run those checks. So you’ll be able to see Sam… clean ofac, clean, medicaid, exclusions, clean, medicare, opt out. Clean. We verify the mpi, things like that.
Sheldon Kennedy (03:05) Okay. And where are they housed again?
Connor Morley (03:08) Sorry, what’s that, where?
Sheldon Kennedy (03:09) Are they housed again? I know we wanted to put them somewhere different.
Connor Morley (03:14) Yeah. So right now, they are in the provider’s directory. So if you want to, I think we talked about team assignments. If you want to house them in this asc housing provider, so you can filter and sort them on that provider. We are going to need to be able to, we’re going to need to add them to this asc housing provider. There’s not a way for us to do that via flat file or data import right now though.
Sheldon Kennedy (03:46) How do we, how do we do it?
Connor Morley (03:48) It would have to be right now, it’s a manual process of going in. We’d edit the team and we’d have to add each provider in one by one.
Sheldon Kennedy (04:00) And we had what 200 something there were a.
Connor Morley (04:03) Lot. Yeah. And I know this is not the easiest way to do things. I do have a feedback request in order to get us able to kind of associate teams with providers via the data import, but I don’t know if it’s going to get picked up by our engineering department in the next… in this quarter.
Sheldon Kennedy (04:33) Okay. So we need to manually look into that. Then I’ll talk to Maribel about that one. Otherwise they’re going to be mixed in with everything else. I think that’s going to cause an issue at some point. Yeah, the.
Connor Morley (04:49) Other piece of that is going to be for those asc housing, you would also be once we load those existing appointments in the privileging tab, and remember, this is for your ascs, the privileging tab is for your ascs. Once we load in their existing appointments, you will be able to see all of those asc housing providers right here. The entity that they’re associated with. So, the asc that they’re associated with and any dates that you gave us?
Connor Morley (05:25) Okay. So you would be able to see them in here as well?
Sheldon Kennedy (05:36) Looks good. So, okay, we’ll have a little bit of a lift. So I’ll work that into our current timeline with the rest of uploading all the other profiles… and things like that. And Gigi, I can give you an update on that when we meet later today as well.
Connor Morley (05:52) Okay, cool. Yep. And that would be like the group profile, the practice location profiles? Yeah.
Sheldon Kennedy (06:02) I want to say the majority are sitting somewhere in the 80… to 90 something percent. There’s a lot of the, as far as the group and provider, but the practice ones, they’re going to take a minute… let’s see 41 for auburn. Some are coming along quicker than others.
Sheldon Kennedy (06:34) And Connor to,
Jijo.Mattamana (06:35) remind me, I think, we chatted about this last on Monday.
Sheldon Kennedy (06:39) So the main, the,
Jijo.Mattamana (06:41) main points that we need to make sure we get completed to basically be up and running 100 percent are we need to make sure group profiles are completed practice profiles are completed. And then all the provider like profiles have been like they went in and signed and attested and have the necessary information, right? Are those the three big things that we should be thinking about right now?
Connor Morley (07:03) Those are the three biggest things that you should be thinking about because those will allow us to submit applications for new pay or enrollment? Okay? And.
Jijo.Mattamana (07:14) is there an order like?
Sheldon Kennedy (07:17) Of.
Jijo.Mattamana (07:17) magnitude or like what order should we try to target these? If we’re trying to, obviously, we need to get them all done? But should we start with group, then move to practice, then move to provider or the inverse? What do you recommend?
Connor Morley (07:29) It depends on what information is easiest for you to gather. I would say sometimes group can be a little bit easier or practice can be a little bit easier. Like the group profile information is a lot of like tax information. The practice information is a lot of operational info. Like what are the hours are they telehealth? Are they brick and mortar? What are the ages of the patients being seen? Kind of things like that? So, I guess it really depends on what is the easiest information on your side to gather. I would knock that out and focus on maybe like groups and practices, first, the provider profiles themselves. If you submit a request based on a specific provider, and they are not at 100 percent. We’ll also turn on profile reminders and tasks and they will get tasks. The providers themselves will get tasks to complete their profile. So that might help out your team a little bit in completing the provider profiles.
Jijo.Mattamana (08:33) Gotcha. For providers that haven’t completed. I think we looked at the list on Monday. It was still probably what like 80 percent of them still need to do a lot of the work. Is it worth turning on those reminders now, Sheldon, or do you want to wait another week to follow up with all of these folks?
Sheldon Kennedy (08:58) No, I think we can turn them on. We’ve been kind of pounding them at this point, but we’re not getting a lot of feedback back. So I think that works. Okay?
Jijo.Mattamana (09:09) Connor, is that something we’re able to turn on? So like if their profile isn’t complete, they’ll get like weekly emails or something like that?
Connor Morley (09:18) They’ll get daily reminders right now, and I can turn it on right now if you’d like.
Jijo.Mattamana (09:26) Okay. Is my only worry is daily too much like are we able to change the cadence or is that just the standard I?
Connor Morley (09:34) Could check to see if we can change the cadence. I don’t know if that’s something that we can do.
Connor Morley (09:45) But let me check that… so I can hold off on turning on those profile reminders until I get an answer for that.
Jijo.Mattamana (09:54) Okay, cool. I was just thinking, I don’t want them to then get inundated with them when they only check their inbox like once a week or something. They’re like, what is this? 40 emails from medallion? I’m not doing this or whatever. Just we’re checking, we can touch base on Monday then. And if we are able to, great, if we’re not, we probably still turn it on. Let’s say, come Monday. Okay?
Connor Morley (10:15) Yep. That sounds good. Sorry, I’m just making a note to check the provider reminder dates. Okay?
Connor Morley (10:33) In addition, jijo, one thing I will say about those profile completion pieces right now, I think you have about 200 providers who, we know their profiles are going to be pretty low because those are the asc housing providers, right? So, all of these that we recently added… it might be worth it to kind of play around with the profile completion info and then the, also, whether or not they’ve been invited and… whether or not they’ve joined too.
Jijo.Mattamana (11:10) Okay. When we send out the reminders, the asc housing providers won’t, get those reminders, right?
Connor Morley (11:18) They will not, since they have not gotten any invites.
Jijo.Mattamana (11:22) Okay, cool. Just want to make sure. Bye bye.
Connor Morley (11:29) Yeah. So, if we look at by date invited, we’re… looking at, you know, a lot better than those asc housing providers. Yeah, for some of them, it’s just a handful of things.
Jijo.Mattamana (11:44) Good. At least they’re getting there’s some movement on some of these. Yep. Okay. Once we turn on those, I assume that’ll help speed this up. Yeah. Okay. Or,
Jijo.Mattamana (12:03) so, from my perspective, then obviously, big three things, group profiles, practice, profiles, provider profiles. And then Sheldon will review this one tab that Connor showed us on Monday, Connor, do you mind pulling that up real quick? And just,
Connor Morley (12:19) sorry if you have.
Jijo.Mattamana (12:20) It, if you have it handy, if not, I can run through it with Sheldon,
Sheldon Kennedy (12:23) Later today, I was, and just want to confirm, so we’re going group practice provider, because I think I have the team working provider practice.
Jijo.Mattamana (12:31) Group, we can chat about that, this afternoon. Okay.
Connor Morley (12:38) Yeah. So, we found, these provider emails, mpis, and practices either in the provider practice groups tab or the par analysis and we wanted to know what to do with them because they, none of the practices and none of the providers have been loaded into medallion.
Jijo.Mattamana (13:03) Sheldon, we can review this when we chat.
Sheldon Kennedy (13:09) So, these… are they just no longer with us or?
Jijo.Mattamana (13:19) I think some of these like this doc, like line number one, I think she should actually be associated with that, one group in port instead of eye care associates. Okay.
Connor Morley (13:37) And then,
Jijo.Mattamana (13:37) like I see albany on here, but then I didn’t see albany as a practice name in our, list of practices. So, not sure if we’re supposed to have albany or not. We can look at that because I know we have a location in albany, but I don’t know if that’s like a reporting thing like it’s under the license or something else or if we need to add that practice, got it. Okay. But we can run through this in the chat later today. Okay? Yep. And then ultimately.
Connor Morley (14:12) Just let… us know what you want us to do with these, this information, we can load it into medallion. We can delete them and disregard them. It’s up to you.
Jijo.Mattamana (14:28) Take a look and I’ll be, we know line number seven, we can’t delete.
Connor Morley (14:38) like this provider or this practice?
Jijo.Mattamana (14:41) All of it. Yeah, provider and practice. Okay. All right.
Jijo.Mattamana (15:00) Cool. And then we’ll follow up on our notes. Okay?
Connor Morley (15:05) All right. Thank you for that. And… I’ll get you an answer on the profile reminders. Sounds like we’re still working on the groups… practices.
Connor Morley (15:30) Other than that, I believe I sent out some documentation on your cred policies and how it relates to our workflow. Did you have a chance to look at either the Tj, the sop for the surgery centers?
Sheldon Kennedy (15:51) Can you resend that to me? I don’t I can’t remember if I got that yep.
Connor Morley (15:56) I can definitely send that to you.
Connor Morley (16:07) Ultimately, we just want to know if there is, do we need to change anything? Does this make sense? We’ve broken it out by each. I’ll send you all of them, but there’s an sop for each facility. So, for asc of Tucson… eye surgery center of North Carolina and Lynn valley, Lynn, new vision, et cetera. So I can send you all.
Jijo.Mattamana (16:42) Of those. Okay? All right.
Jijo.Mattamana (16:54) That’s all I.
Connor Morley (16:56) Had for today?
Jijo.Mattamana (17:03) Any questions? No, I just had, sorry.
Lyndsey Farmer (17:07) I just had one thing quickly for you. G, Joe, are you, I just need to confirm that there are no group contracts. We’re trying to work through what… we had discussed the other day about getting the providers under your groups. So, just to make sure just to confirm, you do not have any group contracts with any payer?
Jijo.Mattamana (17:33) Yes, that’s what I understand. So let me correct that, by the way, correct? Okay.
Lyndsey Farmer (17:40) Perfect. Thank you so much.
Connor Morley (17:47) And then we are following up on that question of.
Jijo.Mattamana (17:52) When you.
Connor Morley (17:54) Do have a like net new hire provider, how to get them enrolled, and how to choose those different enrollments essentially in a group by selecting. So we’re trying to figure that out right now on the best practice.
Jijo.Mattamana (18:15) Sheldon to give you like both of you, like Connor and I chatted on Monday. And right now, if you add a new provider, you basically have to go in and search for each individual plan and then add that to the request. Instead. I was wondering if we already know which are the main plans that each practice, can we just select? Okay, all relevant plans for this practice and just add it to that request. So Connor is looking into that. So appreciate that, Connor? Yeah.
Sheldon Kennedy (18:40) I think that’d be easier yep.
Connor Morley (18:45) No problem. All right. Thanks, everybody.
Jijo.Mattamana (18:51) Thanks guys.
