Dorothy O’Keeffe (00:00) hi, Jason. Hey.

Jason Zednick (00:01) Good afternoon, hello?

Dorothy O’Keeffe (00:04) How are you? I’m.

Jason Zednick (00:05) doing okay. How are y’all,

Julie McCann (00:09) okay. Not too shabby.

Jason Zednick (00:13) Okay. I feel like we can work with that.

Julie McCann (00:17) We can.

Dorothy O’Keeffe (00:19) Work. Yeah, at least.

Jason Zednick (00:22) Well, yeah, yeah, we’ll figure something out. We did have a,

Julie McCann (00:30) couple of things for you.

Jason Zednick (00:33) Yeah. Let’s talk.

Julie McCann (00:34) So, we’re getting ready to update our policies and procedures. We usually do that in may and we don’t have any from medallion. It looks like they were last done in March of 20 25. Do you have a current copy of the annual review of the policies?

Jason Zednick (00:54) Hold on. I apologize. One moment.

Jason Zednick (01:13) Okay. I’m sorry, can you ask me that again?

Julie McCann (01:16) Yeah. So medallion’s credentialing program, cvo policies and procedures where it looks like their last updated March fourteenth, I think of 20 25 and we’re wondering if we could get a copy of the current one that shows that they were annually reviewed?

Jason Zednick (01:35) Yeah, I could go pull whatever we have on file and get that to you, yes.

Julie McCann (01:43) Okay. And then in the same kind of area because we’re going through audits as well. Delegation oversight audits, is the credentialing information, integrity audit is from, was done in 20 25, but it’s data from 20 24. So, I’m wondering if that new integrity audit is ready. The results are ready, that would show 20 25 data results. Yeah.

Jason Zednick (02:13) That’s a great question. I don’t know when the 26 audit is happening, but let me find out and I’ll… let you know. Okay, thanks.

Julie McCann (02:29) We have one audit that’s happening that I’m sure they’re going to ask if there’s a current one. Yeah. And then we have another potential payer that will be delegating to us that probably within the next week or two. We’ll have to send deliverables. And so we want to make sure we have the most current documents for that.

Jason Zednick (02:52) Yeah, definitely. I can find out and then let,

Julie McCann (02:57) you know, okay, Dorothy or Danielle, did either one of you have anything for Jason? I was.

Dorothy O’Keeffe (03:04) Just wondering if there was an update on the two approvals that you were looking at for us.

Jason Zednick (03:11) Oh, man. This has been like shockingly… one of the hardest things for me to get done in the last. No, I don’t have an update. I actually had a team talking about it today. It’s I don’t want to bore you with the internal details. But like… my technical resources that would have to do it are like convinced that they can’t which I’m taking to be understood… as like are not like physically able to. But I’m like, no, it’s been done before and I have my cred lead being like, yeah, no, it’s okay if we have it documented like it can be done. And I’ve sort of been circling that conversation for several weeks. Okay. So, so, yeah, no, I’m sorry, I don’t have an update. I am still working. We are still talking about it though. I’m trying to, it’s… just moving in one day. It’s just no.

Dorothy O’Keeffe (04:12) Problem. I appreciate it. Yeah… that’s all I had. I didn’t have anything else.

Jason Zednick (04:19) Yeah, I didn’t have anything for Jason either. I did have one thing I wanted to ask just, you know, Evan was asking about the… cred, what was it? The credentialing committee status via the API. I had shot him an email. You know, my team was wondering if they could just get an example of the data from the call he’s making to the API so that they could just see what he’s seeing. I have not heard back. I mean, I only asked this yesterday so it’s still totally reasonable, but I just wanted to put it out there that we were asking to see that.

Dorothy O’Keeffe (05:08) Okay. He might, he might be working with our engineering team to get that information because I think on his end, he’s just not seeing the data come through. So I don’t think he’s seeing like what’s happening on the back end in terms of requesting that data or having it, you know, pull from the API. So he might be working with our engineering team, but if you need us to let me know I can follow up with him.

Jason Zednick (05:33) Yeah, absolutely. I’ll give him another couple days and I’ll follow up with you if I don’t hear back. And, if they can just give us, you know, an example of the data returned through the API, that would be helpful candidly between us. I actually don’t think it’s an API issue. I think it’s an issue with… the data populating correctly in like the medallion database. And so, when the API is looking at it, it’s correctly returning blank because I don’t think that the database is populating correctly, but I just have to sort of lay that out for my team and be like, no, no look see. Okay. But we are looking into it and if you can get that, that’d be helpful.

Julie McCann (06:16) Dorothy, is that the one where the RDS are trying to schedule? And then foodsmart for dieticians which is part of the API is saying they don’t have updated information in medallion?

Dorothy O’Keeffe (06:27) That might be related. I know that’s been a longer term issue that’s been for the past couple of weeks, but Evan was saying that, yeah, we’ve been getting a few of those… more recently. Evan was saying that when they pull from the API, it’s coming back with no credential dates. So making the provider appear as they’re not credentialed. I don’t know if that’s what’s causing the error in foodsmart for dieticians. Well.

Julie McCann (06:58) I think so because they can’t it.

Dorothy O’Keeffe (07:00) Would make sense.

Julie McCann (07:01) Yeah, they can’t schedule if they haven’t been credentialed.

Dorothy O’Keeffe (07:03) Yeah. Well, the, yeah, yeah, exactly. So it probably is related, but I think, yeah, he didn’t come out and say specifically that’s that same issue, but it would make sense.

Jason Zednick (07:15) Yeah, I think it is. I think it is.

Dorothy O’Keeffe (07:19) Yeah. And I showed him I’m like on the front end, I see, you know, there’s credential dates in there. The credentialing decision is listed on the file itself. So I’m like, I don’t know.

Jason Zednick (07:29) Yeah, it’s like the field that they are looking at to confirm credentialing… is, although I just used the word current, you know, like that, they are currently credentialed… when the files are being approved… for whatever reason, it’s not updating that field. When it like to me, it’s like, yeah, this clearly should be and there is a file and it is current, but it’s not updating that field. And so that’s why I think it’s not actually an API issue. It’s actually a bug on the other side. So, so, yeah.

Julie McCann (08:10) Interesting. Okay.

Julie McCann (08:15) Did you have?

Dorothy O’Keeffe (08:17) Anything else? Did?

Julie McCann (08:18) You want us to have Evan reach out to you, Jason, or?

Jason Zednick (08:24) No, no. You know, I just emailed him yesterday and asked for it. So like he’s still, you know, like, well, within reason of not having got back. I just wanted to flag it since I had time with y’all today. I just wanted to follow up. So, okay. Was.

Julie McCann (08:41) That the only thing you had for us?

Jason Zednick (08:43) Oh, one other thing. Okay. The support email address for us has changed. Oh, is.

Julie McCann (08:51) that the help at medallion co, is what it is now?

Jason Zednick (08:55) Exactly. Yeah, I.

Dorothy O’Keeffe (08:57) saw that medallion co.

Jason Zednick (08:59) Help at medallion co?

Dorothy O’Keeffe (09:00) Okay. Yeah.

Julie McCann (09:02) I noticed that when I logged in one morning, it kind of did a pop up that said, you know, this has changed and it’s not this anymore. It’s now, this, and so I did put that in a slack to my team so they could also document that. But my guess was it would have popped up when they logged in too.

Jason Zednick (09:20) Yeah.

Dorothy O’Keeffe (09:20) Yeah. Oh, yeah, I remember. Sorry.

Jason Zednick (09:23) And that’s live. Now, it’s active. The other one is still currently active, but on the,

Julie McCann (09:33) well, speaking of the April is going to be my last day with foodsmart. I’m leaving, oh,

Jason Zednick (09:40) Julie.

Julie McCann (09:41) Yeah, but it has been a pleasure working with you. I have to say you’ve been a delight and I really appreciate your going after all of our concerns and issues and having empathy with us when something isn’t working, right? You’ve just been amazing. I mean, we worked with Janine for a long time and I just, I really appreciate your approach in customer service. Thank you.

Jason Zednick (10:10) Oh, well, thank you so much for saying that. That’s very nice to hear. I don’t always hear nice things from clients. So that’s really nice.

Julie McCann (10:21) It’s true.

Jason Zednick (10:23) Well, hopefully whatever you’re moving on to is exciting and fun and I’ve really enjoyed working with you and yeah, we’ll definitely miss you.

Julie McCann (10:32) Well, you still have Dorothy and Danielle and of course, Evan is still here. He’s who we report to. So we still have some oldies, but goodies.

Jason Zednick (10:44) Yeah.

Dorothy O’Keeffe (10:45) Danielle’s a newie but goodie.

Julie McCann (10:46) She’s a newie, she’s a newbie.

Jason Zednick (10:51) Whoa. We’ll get her up to speed in no time.

Julie McCann (10:54) I’m sure.

Jason Zednick (10:55) Yeah, new.

Julie McCann (10:57) To us, but not new to what credentialing’s all about. So we’re lucky to have her too.

Jason Zednick (11:02) Well, I’m sure she knows more than I do. Yeah. Well, thanks for letting me know. Yeah, when is the fifth that’s the.

Julie McCann (11:13) fifteenth.

Jason Zednick (11:14) oh, so you won’t even be?

Dorothy O’Keeffe (11:15) On, I think that’s our next meeting. Yeah, yeah.

Jason Zednick (11:17) No, I think our next, oh,

Dorothy O’Keeffe (11:18) no, it’s next week. Yeah, it’s a week from today. Oh, my God, Julie, a week from today? I,

Julie McCann (11:23) know. Yeah. All right. I have seven seven. Well, how many let’s see? Two? I have five work days left.

Dorothy O’Keeffe (11:29) I don’t know why I thought it was two weeks from today, no.

Jason Zednick (11:33) Sorry. Okay. So, I have to get you our policies and procedures in an audit before Wednesday… yeah.

Julie McCann (11:41) You don’t have to get it to me. You can get it to Dorothy… but it would be great if we could get especially the policies because that’s past the annual review. Now that we’re in April, so that would be good. So, when we have this next audit to submit those for that, we have a current one. Yeah.

Jason Zednick (11:59) For sure for sure.

Julie McCann (12:01) Because I think the credentialing integrity is dated. I think it’s dated like may second or something like that. So you may not be doing it until like the first week of may, yeah.

Jason Zednick (12:13) Right. All right.

Julie McCann (12:16) Well, nothing else then we won’t take your time.

Jason Zednick (12:21) Well, thank you so much. I will go pull that stuff for you and try to get that as soon as I can… Dorothy, I’ll try to get these dates moved. I don’t know why it’s so hard for me.

Dorothy O’Keeffe (12:37) No worries. Thank you. Yeah.

Jason Zednick (12:40) And then, you know, y’all, have a great week. Julie, have a great last week. Yeah, try to do as little as you can get away with.

Julie McCann (12:48) Exactly. Yeah. Okay.

Jason Zednick (12:52) Thank you. Thanks. Y’all, have a,

Dorothy O’Keeffe (12:54) good one. Thanks, Jason. Bye.
