Steven Heneghan (00:00) we’ll stick on again.

Ryan Lange (00:00) Hello? Hi, Steve. This is Ryan calling medallion. How are you today?

Steven Heneghan (00:02) Thank you. Good, good.

Ryan Lange (00:06) Listen, I’ll keep it super brief. So, I have in my notes that medallion was actually in touch with Ronette from your team in the past regarding centralus and arnot’s centralizing all of their credentialing… licensing, payer enrollment. Does that ring a bell?

Steven Heneghan (00:31) Actually run, it doesn’t oversee that right now, so.

Ryan Lange (00:36) Okay.

Steven Heneghan (00:37) I’d.

Ryan Lange (00:37) yeah.

Steven Heneghan (00:38) I don’t.

Ryan Lange (00:40) I was.

Steven Heneghan (00:40) I don’t think we’re going in that direction, with the, you know, an outside support on that, to be honest.

Ryan Lange (00:49) Yeah. So, all good. Listen, the reason I was actually calling you, I know this is probably not part of your day to day. I’m just having a lot of conversations with leadership teams at healthcare orgs that are looking like to, for a more modern way to handle their credentialing and payer enrollment. I know there’s a lot of growth on your side. So, I was just curious if there’s opportunity to show what’s possible with medallion. What we do is shorten those turnaround times so that your providers can see patients faster, thus becoming more billable faster. If you have time, maybe like 20 minutes next week, could I show what’s possible for the org?

Steven Heneghan (01:30) You know, to be honest, I think talking to me about it is wasting your time.

Steven Heneghan (01:34) Let me talk to the parties that are pushing this and see if they’re… willing to listen. And then if so, I’ll get back to you. How about that?

Ryan Lange (01:49) Sure. Do you think I could put maybe like a tentative time on the calendar for next week?

Steven Heneghan (01:53) Nope, nope.

Ryan Lange (01:54) Just to.

Steven Heneghan (01:55) no, no.

Ryan Lange (01:56) Have a look at that.

Steven Heneghan (01:57) Absolutely. Not. We can’t do that. And so,

Ryan Lange (02:00) they’re all good.

Steven Heneghan (02:05) I will ask them.

Ryan Lange (02:08) Okay. Here with me.

Steven Heneghan (02:08) Nobody has time for something and you don’t have time for something that is not going to be fruitful. So, let me talk to the folks that are doing this. We are consolidating, let me see if they are open to listening. And if they are, I’ll send it, I’ll give you a jingle.

Ryan Lange (02:24) Absolutely. All right. So, next steps, I’ll try giving you a call back maybe tomorrow, seeing if.

Steven Heneghan (02:29) No, no, no, don’t, call me again. Don’t call me again, who gave you my cell phone? I mean, I don’t call your cell phone?

Ryan Lange (02:37) Oh, I didn’t realize this was a cell number. I could put this on a do not call.

Steven Heneghan (02:41) Yeah. I mean, I tell you what, I’m going to give you my email. Why don’t you give me an email in a week? And remind me and I’ll have your contact?

Ryan Lange (02:50) Absolutely. All right, Steve.

Steven Heneghan (02:50) It’s Steven with a V dot hennigan, HENEGH a N at arnothealth, org.

Ryan Lange (03:02) Perfect. I just got that down. All right. I will shoot you an email with some additional medallion info. Again, would love to have that conversation with you, but enjoy the rest of your day. Again. I’ll put this number in a do not call list, my apologies.

Steven Heneghan (03:08) Okay.

Steven Heneghan (03:13) Thank you. Okay.

Steven Heneghan (03:15) No problem. I’ll survive.

Ryan Lange (03:16) Have a great rest of your day.
