Kristina Rombal (00:00) hey, Christina. Hey Rae.

Rae Tompkins (00:02) How are you?

Kristina Rombal (00:04) Pretty good. Just came back from taking a couple days off.

Rae Tompkins (00:09) Me too much needed. Nice, right?

Kristina Rombal (00:11) Yeah, it’s nice to come back refreshed. But now I have a bunch of questions and everyone asking me. So we’re figuring that out now.

Rae Tompkins (00:17) Yes, I totally understand. Happy to help. I know. I’ve been trying to work with our licensing team to make sure all those tasks are restored. Obviously, one of them being davis, we got hers restored and then Chandra’s New Jersey licenses or tasks. So we’re getting those.

Kristina Rombal (00:33) Okay. So, okay. So they need to be restored. Then it’s not so much that they’re just not in like it’s yeah, because it wasn’t making sense when I was looking at it because we have, I know I had submitted for… an expedited request for Chandra and for Diana, but my thing with them is how if we get it expedited, does it change the time frame for us to?

Rae Tompkins (01:03) It does, it makes our process faster as far as getting them through intake, but it doesn’t speed up. Obviously the board part of it because we don’t have a hand in like the board approval, but I’ll follow up with the team to make sure that one’s pushed forward as soon as possible since it was expedited. I think there was just, I’ll need to take a look to see what happened with her task specifically because that was a new request, correct? For the New Jersey license. Yeah, that.

Kristina Rombal (01:28) One was requested on 327. And then for Diana, hers was requested on four one. Okay?

Rae Tompkins (01:36) It may just be a permission setting that we’re setting on our side, that’s just having to be flipped. But I can reconfirm with the licensing team especially for Chandra since we know that one’s expedited to get an update to you as soon as possible. Okay?

Kristina Rombal (01:48) So then when we say expedited it’s just expedited with you guys, it’s not like another process that the state can do because I know some states offer or at least they did before. I don’t know if they still do post covid that they allow like an expedited license. And only because we’re launching in New Jersey, our go live date is seven one and we need these two to be licensed… before then, which I know is a big ask, but I’m just curious to know if that would work because we have like our compliance officer too on us about this getting pushed as quickly as possible. So.

Rae Tompkins (02:29) Both these providers need to be licensed prior to seven one.

Kristina Rombal (02:33) Yeah, they need to have it. We need to get it as soon as possible because they have to go through credentialing as well. So if we could get it if possible in like the next month would be great, but I don’t know if that’s workable. Let me.

Rae Tompkins (02:51) look left Shantra right now.

Rae Tompkins (03:04) And it may be because I see the everything… for New Jersey was completed fingerprints, CV additional information… she’s currently.

Rae Tompkins (03:34) Jersey needs client attention, intake. It’s picking it up. Now. Let me clarify with the team why that one’s sitting in intake as needs client attention, because I am also not seeing any tasks open. Okay? So I’ll clear, I’ve already submitted a ticket for them to review, but I’ll follow up to make sure that they are processing this one as a priority. And obviously, with the understanding that we need to get davis processed as soon as possible as well.

Kristina Rombal (04:12) Okay.

Rae Tompkins (04:17) Were there any other providers we had questions about?

Rae Tompkins (04:24) I don’t have any questions right now. Okay, perfect. I think we were all set based on our last call for Starkey, we got everything resolved there. And then I will keep an eye on my inbox if you see any other providers that are following into that needs attention status that you’re not seeing any open task force so that I can push it to our licensing team to investigate. But I’ll definitely keep these two on my radar to make sure that they’re submitted to you as soon as possible. Okay?

Kristina Rombal (04:55) All right. Yeah, no, those are my only main ones right now. I’m sure when I go through my emails and stuff because I have like 200 emails right now, I’ll have some more questions for you. But as of right now, those are the only two main focus because that’s just what we met on and they’re really pushing me to push you guys on getting them licensed. Absolutely. I will.

Rae Tompkins (05:16) Keep you updated as things are moving. And as I get responses from the licensing team and I will make sure that they’re processed as fast as possible.

Kristina Rombal (05:26) All right. Sounds good. Thank you. All right.

Rae Tompkins (05:28) If anything else comes up, just let me know.

Kristina Rombal (05:31) All right. Thank you. Thanks.

Rae Tompkins (05:33) So much. Everyone have a good one. Thank you.

Kristina Rombal (05:34) You too. Bye.
